I've been searching for a competent, reasonably-priced plumber in the Lake Highlands area for years and I think I have finally found it in Hooper. I prefer to use local businesses if possible. I used Frymire in the past but their prices are simply outrageous and I stopped.

I made an appointment (2 hour window, very reasonable), and when the guys were running a bit late they called to let me know instead of wondering.

We called Tioga to help my elderly mom sort out her complicated electricity issues. She had already hired another company to do several hundreds of dollars of work in her home; to no prevail.

We were concerned that maybe another company would take advantage of her again and flew in from New York to help her get a solution. A rep from Tioga came to her house and gave us an honest and comprehensive outline of what the issue was. He also proposed solutions at different price points that would resolve her ongoing electrical issues. I can tell you confidently, Tioga is an honest and reliable company with fair pricing and reasonable assessments of electrical issues.

We are so grateful for their help and glad to know we have a new relationship with an honest, safe and reliable electrician for our projects.

We have used All Metroplex Plumbing now for about 5 years,  from small jobs like resetting a toilet to very large jobs like a full Kitchen sink and Dishwasher installation,  Carlos has been there for us. We trust his work and have always been impressed with his service,  most recently we had a Hot Water issue that was still under warranty and Carlos went out of his way to insure we received a new one, even though he did not do the install or sell us the old one. Had 2 sprinkler valves that had no valve boxes and weren't working properly. Steven was able to find them and get them working again. He went above and beyond to also do additional small repairs for no extra charge. I had a pretty serious drainage issue.  These heavy downpours are literally putting water up against the house. I called two brothers, Elijah came out the next day,  He explained the issue as I had several pics depicting what was happening and explained in detail how he would resolve the issue.  He sincerely wanted to help me resolve my issue.  His team started work within a day after signing.  He was very meticulous and thorough with his work and ensured everything was working at the completion even testing the sprinkler system as it needed to be rerouted.  I am impressed.  I will be returning to Two brothers for additional work in the future.  If you have plumbing/drainage type issue, give Elijah a call.

Jonathan and his worker did a excellent job installing our water heater.  From the receptionist making appointment, to talking about what my husband and I wanted done so very professional, courteous prompt service great pricing! This was the 3rd time I called Kevin of K&K Plumbing for various issues.  For me, he has snaked a sewer pipe, installed a new kitchen faucet, fixed a toilet, and fixed a leak in a wall.  He comes out quickly, does good work and is easy to work with.  I got his name from a real estate agent who uses him all the time.  Prices are reasonable too.

Bret was so nice! After calling the City, multiple plumbing companies, spending 24 hours completely stressed out about water coming from the main shutoff... or somewhere nearby I finally got help. My dad has been working with Alan (Bret's dad) and told me to call them. No kidding- on a Saturday after 5:00 he picked up the phone and said I'll be there in 19 minutes, ma'am! And he WAS! Still working on everything but he and his dad are top notch. They actually care about their customers. 100% recommend!

I read multiple negatives renews about BillyGO and was initially very skeptical.
Yes, I would admit their prices are slightly on the high end. However, I'm giving five stars, and I do not regret paying a little more for the outstanding service I received from the technician named Rhetts and their schedule/administrative service.
Rhetts came on time 100% prepared to identify the issue with my water heater and explained the root of the problem and ways to resolve it.
He is very knowledgeable and knows how to do his diligence and think out of scope.
He is the guy who goes above and beyond to get things done well.
No such nonsenses like; This is a unique problem, this is not as easy as it may appear, I need to run to Home Depot, or I cannot do this because I have another customer in an Hour, etc.
I do not know about all technicians working at this company. But I highly recommend BillyGO if you want service on time and Rhetts as a technician for all your plumbing needs.
Also, scheduling on their website is as simple as it gets, without stupid questions, just straight to the point.
