Honest in the name made me skeptical.   My wife called them to get an appointment but I was the one to stay home for it.

With my experience with people, I think the word INTEGRITY should be on the side of his truck.  Micah was quick, efficient and thorough.  He was also just the nicest guy.

He walked me through the steps of a minor fix so I could do it on my own the next time.  Wow, in a world where companies are trying to gouge others of every penny, he's helping others save.  God bless them with a productive year and continue being a vessel for God.

Awesome service ! Got my upstairs shower back working in 24 hours. I was pressed for time and needed this done asap before my vacation. My shower is fixed and also was recommended to fix some other things around my home to avoid any further issues. I will be working this company again to get these issues fixed next week. Called about a busted water line in our front yard, they were an hour early from the set appoint time. Joey was excellent, fixed the leak, cleaned the mess and explained everything and the total was less than I expected. My family has used them for as long as I can remember...  at least 20 years and the service has always been the same.  Highly recommend and will only use them.

I am not a happy camper. Earlier this Summer, I had KMP come clean out my sewer line. While they were able to clean the roots out where another plumber couldn't, they informed me that my line was broken near the curb that they could not penetrate (they marked the spot with paint on the grass and curb) and the sewer line was going to have to be replaced from the house to the street at a cost of $4,700. What they didn't tell me and what I found out from a friend was that any breaks within 5 or so feet of the curb was the responsibility of the City, as it's within the City's right-of-way. The City of Arlington got it repaired, at NO COST TO ME, within 3 days. So, if I had just given KMP the OK to fix it, I would have had my yard torn up, a tree would have had to be removed, my mailbox would have had to been relocated, and I would have been out $4,700. Hhhhmmmm, the City of Arlington repaired it for FREE. So, why didn't KMP tell me to call the City? Surely they know the code. It appears to me they just wanted the $4,700 job!

Mansfield Plumbing has done good work for me on a few occasions.  I would recommend using them.  They aren't the cheapest, but they are professional and they do good work.  I appreciate that they value their customers.

Duncan plumbing was quick to respond, affordable and professional. I feel confident referring them to anyone.  Mike and his team are stand up guys that go above and beyond.

They sent two children with no equipment and no, experience, spent 5 mins and said, they didn't carry the tools I need on their truck they would have to come back, but it would another day because they had other appointments and the shop was too far away to get the tools and come back that day. I had raw sewage floating in my basement. This was the biggest fail I've ever witnessed.

Edwin came quickly after I called him and even though I wasn't home he got started on the clogged main line through the outside right away! He charged an extremely fair price, which made me very happy :) Since we just moved into the house and he felt a snag on the way out of the pipe, he said that if the problem persists there could be a break in the line. In that case he would assess with a camera and just replace the part of the line that needed it, making it more economical for us. What a guy! I'll definitely have him as my go to for all plumbing needs.
