Micah's Honest Plumbing Plumbing Service
Overall our experience was less than stellar. It began with Micah inspecting a home we were preparing to buy. He saw things that were in the initial inspection personally (I did not know this at the time because he was referred to us by our realtor, I didn't realize it was him who came to look at the plumbing bits) and later we called to have the issues serviced once we bought the home. When attempting to get this scheduled, there seemed to be no communication between he and Jenny (his wife).

I spoke with her over the phone about the Items we needed repaired and they were in the inspection report. (After this, nearly every call by either myself or my wife was met with an answering machine) I emailed the report to her to which she said there were a few concerning issues that Micah would have to see personally. (This was was over the weekend) I asked if they were available that Monday and received a bit of unwarranted attitude. She said, Monday's are the busiest days for us. If you could possibly convince our two customers without hot water since Friday to reschedule.Lol.... It would be later next week for sure. I ignored the passive aggressive tone and said I understand and asked when the soonest they would be available was, but later (once notified by my realtor) said that he already came and saw it personally. to which her reply was, Awesome Then use that one. That was all she wrote. Again sensing some hostility I recapped, OK,  so that brings us back to the original topic. When can he come to perform the repairs?

We agreed on Friday at 10-12. My wife was the only one of the two of us available to unlock the new home and we currently live aprx 25 min away. And she is a stay at home mom with a 1 1/2 year old. She called to let Jenny know that she would be there about 10 min after 10am due to baby delay but left a message due to no answer. She waited for 30 min and called/emailed with no response. She left to go feed the baby and wait for a call letting her know he was on his way. At noon she called and Micah answered. He notified her that Jenny was ill and unable to attend the phone (which is acceptable). He also said he was attending a client who had an emergency (also very acceptable). My wife notified him that we live 25 min away and please call before getting there so she can unlock the door.

At 3pm, Micah called to let her know that he had arrived at the house. She said she would be there in about 25 min, and he immediately disapproved of that answer and insisted we had to reschedule with Jenny. When my wife reminded him that she was sick and it will just go to voicemail, he responded with, well I normally don't talk to the clients. She handles the clients and I do the work. She said she would call, and she also let him know she was very upset with how this day went. He said something along the lines of we should have moved in first before having repairs, which seems odd to us (he may have said this because he didn't want to wait 25 min for her). She reminded him that she asked him to call before he got there so she could drive over. He said, I talk to 20 people a day and cant remember every conversation. He then suggested we take our business elsewhere. In a futile attempt, she called Jenny again to which it went to voicemail. So much for rescheduling.

I will admit there are a few things that we do not fault them for. One being they could not have foreseen the emergency call or Jenny being sick. However the constant attitude from both Micah and Jenny along with the lack of communication between them was very off putting for a new customer. Also when confronted about the situation and unprofessionalism on their part, it seemed as if she was being blamed for living so far away and he was unapologetic. We don't want to play the, customer is always right card but we feel as if we were unjustly treated for events that we were not responsible for.

Garcia Plumbing Plumbing Service
We had a couple of leaking spouts, one bathtub and a basin.  We called Garcia Plumbing on late Thursday afternoon and spoke with Georgia.  The repair was started and completed on Friday.
Our plumber, Domingo was professional, polite and friendly.  Domingo used appropriate social distancing and wore a mask during the repairs, as well as wiping his feet each time he entered our home.  He explained the parts needed and the difference in prices.  He had the parts with him, and did a good and fast job at fixing our problems.  The price was affordable and reasonable.
We will call Garcia Plumbing again the next time we need repairs or other plumbing work done.

Schrade plumbing Plumbing Service
Schrade Plumbing installed a new 50-gallon water heater at our home on April 5, 2019, charging us $1,705. That was slightly less than 4 months ago. For the past week, the water heater has stopped heating water, so I called Schrade yesterday and was told the heater and parts are warrantied for one year; labor, on the other hand, is only warrantied for 30 days, and to have them come out and repair our brand new water heater that they installed would cost us $30 for a service call and $100 per hour labor with a minimum of one hour labor charge, so $130 to come out and make their 4-month-old work right.  A brand new water that broke in just under 4 months.  Ridiculous. Since the parts are warrantied for a year regardless of who works on the tank, I'm calling another plumber to come fix the tank and won't every hire Schrade Plumbing again!

KMP Plumbing, Heating & Air Plumbing Service
I am selling my house and the buyer's inspector convinced them that our water pressure was too high (86 psi & he said 80 was correct). Pressure is like money to me-the more the better!
Anyway they specified we have a pressure Reducing Valve on our side of the meter.
Donald was dispatched and he was great. He shook my hand when he introduced himself, called ahead to give me ETA and was even a little early. He located where the valve needed to be installed, dug up the yard and got everything done efficiently. He even hauled off the excess dirt & returned the sod to it's place. Donald adjusted the pressure using his gauge to 78 PSI.
I had a great experience and used an online coupon for $40. If the work had been $100 less I would add a 5th star. Plumbing is only cheap if you aren't paying the bill.

Mansfield Plumbing Electric Heating & Air Plumbing Service
Showed up the first time and advised us to DIY which was fine and i appreciated that advice and honesty. DIY didn't work, so I asked them to come back out we set up an appointment and they never showed up. We've been without hot water for 2.5 weeks while that's not their fault, I'm at my wits end and really needed someone to actually show up.

Duncan Plumbing Solutions Plumbing Service
My experience with Duncan Plumbing was below expectations.  First, their communication was poor.  When I called to set up appointment the girl said 9 to 9:30.  There was nothing said about tech calling to confirm time.  It was communicated an 85 estimate fee that would then be incorporated into the service if completed.  On the day of service, due to my business, my phone was off. Therefore I did not receive a call asking if the tech could come early at 8:30.  At 9:10 I noticed I had missed a call from an unknown number. The tech had left a message and for me to call. I attempted to call his number with no answer so I called Duncan directly. The tech had been dispatched to the third call of the day because I did not answer. The woman started making this my fault until I reassured her that it was ok just when could he be here as it was not a crisis .  The call was rescheduled for later that day for 5:00.  I received a call, in the middle of a therapy session, took the call because I did not want a repeat of earlier.  Stephen arrived at around 5:30. Went to my bathroom, deduced the issue was a water fill component.  Asked if I wanted it fixed, and jokingly said of course unless we are talking 2 to 300 dollars.  With all seriousness he said, the repair would be 265.00 dollars.  I was appalled.  My gosh, I was currently, right then having 3 rooms of carpet steam cleaned, which meant moving furniture, and the job was a 2 hour job for just over 200 dollars!  If he had said even up to 150 I would have agreed but that was ridiculous.  So I paid the 85 dollars that I agreed to and sent him on his way.  What a ripoff!

Next level plumbing Plumbing Service
My experience with this company has already been a nightmare, and the service hasn't even been done yet. My water heater had to get shut down due to a leak. I contacted my warranty company (American Home Shield) and I had one person from Next Level come by my house and said it needed to be fully replaced. I was told it would take about 3 days. It's now been 9 days without hot water and this company has not returned any of my voicemails or text messages. I even had my warranty company call them and they haven't reached out and are now having to escalate it to their higher-ups. I understand things may take awhile but if you choose to simply not communicate with your customers, I am even more skeptical of their ability to replace my water heater properly. AHS should consider pairing with a different company.

AA Super Rooter Plumbing Service
I asked AA super Rooter to replace the new water heater in March, 2017. But it is leaking now. The plumber worker reports that this water heater is used and pretty old. I do not what I should believe. If you are not an expert on water heater, be careful about AA super ROOTER.
