I had a minor issue with a light fixture being out. We had tried all we could in our limited knowledge, so it was time to locate an electrician. I requested referrals from my neighbors and was given two names with rave reviews. After almost two weeks of trying to contact one of the electricians (a week to get a return call, another week to get a response as to when he could come by...which would be another week out), and a flat no from the other electrician (a company who works primarily with builders), I didn't know who to call. In doing so, we discovered I had purchased the wrong replacement bulbs. That basically meant he could have serviced my problem for free. However, once replacing the bulbs correctly, it was obvious there was a deeper problem. Ramm came out the same day, repaired my issue in under 30 minutes, charged me an incredibly fair price, and is now my PREFERRED ELECTRICIAN!! Save yourself the frustration and time and just call Ramm to start with!!!
