I chose this company to replace one of our AC systems. I've contacted several companies in my area. Amazingly, for same system, quote were vary by almost $2000. I chose IME based on reputation, system they carry (LENNOX), price they offer, and fast support. Right after I sent an email to them, Mr. Tyler contacted me to schedule for walk through. Very next day, he showed up. He was professional, polite, was ready with shoe covers, mask, gloves. After 2 days, installation guys (3) came in the morning. It took about 3 hrs to complete the work. Mr. Tyler upgrade thermostat to WIFI enabled one without charge. Everything works so great. Believe me. I've researched and received quote from 4 other well known AC companies. When you need AC repair or installation, make sure to compare with IME.

Giovanni uninstalled some ceiling fans in my house. He was super responsive to my messages, offered me a great price, and was done in less than 20 minutes! 10/10 recommend.

These guys are great electricians & very reasonable. They have installed a ceiling fan as well as hang 2 flat screen TVs. They were able to work with my schedule. While he was installing my ceiling fan I asked if he could install a food disposal which he did. He did those 2 things in a very short period of time. I had them come back a few months later to hang the 2 TVs. He finished hanging one tv. Unfortunately I didn't have the correct size cord so he came back once I had the right cord & switched it out as well as hung the second tv. They are great & I would highly recommend them.

Wow, I just put in a request last night and was able to get them to come the next morning. Not only did Luis give me a decent estimate to add two outlets in my house, but he was able to complete the job right away as well. He said we very kind and knowledgeable. He left with no mess to clean too. :) I will be using his services going forward.

I was very impressed with this company. They were assigned to come fix some exhaust fans under the home warranty because the first service company that was assigned basically never came back to do the work after collecting the service fee. Chris came in and assessed the situation and was going to fix the problem right away the SAME DAY but the product was not in stock and had to be ordered. They ordered the product, kept us informed on when the product would come in and when they would be back to do the repair. Chris had a good attitude and he assured us that he would not leave us hanging (like the first guy did) and that he would take care of the problem. He came back on the day they said they would to get the job done (he was actually early, which was a nice surprise considering how most service companies these days are usually late). He was professional, efficient, knowledgeable and courteous. He explained what he had done and he cleaned up after the repair was done. If we ever need ANY electrical work again in the future, these are the guys we're calling.  I would highly recommend these guys.

I couldn't be more pleased with Rodger and his crews work. I had contacted him and his guys showed up the following day and did exactly what was asked. On time and efficient. There was no up selling what so ever. Very professional ......will be using them very soon again for much more.

We lost power to our heat, pool pump and all kitchen appliances on the 1st day of the 2022 Texas snow freeze (schools & business closed).  We called Dub Electric and Rob came out in the cold, icy snow storm to address our electric issues.  Rob was here over an hour and determined we needed a new main circuit breaker.  Rob was able to get our heat, pool pump and appliances working until he can order and install the new breaker.  Great guy, very knowledgeable, professional!  We will definitely use him in the future for all our electrical needs.

Where to start.  This company was the first one I called out of several that actually answered the phone.  I told Michael what I was wanting to have done and he meet me that evening when I got home from work to give an estimate. The job was scheduled and on that day two Bruton Electric vans showed up with 3 guys and the work was completed in the timeframe discussed.  Had up lights installed in 3 areas of the front of the house, two electric runs to our trees in the yard, back yard house lights installed, photo sensor installed and several new switches to run all of the new lights features.  Nothing was half done, rigged or not discussed.  Very professional, cleaned up after themselves and follow up with us in the coming days. This company comes to you extremely highly recommended.

Sanchez Electrical was very professional and informative. They came to help me do repairs on my mother-in-laws home in Dallas, that has wiring from the 50s. He was very reasonable with great warranty. His crew came in and cleaned up after themselves. They were friendly and answered all the questions we had throughout the whole process. Highly recommended and works well in providing military discounts.

TERRIBLE. We scheduled Chris to come out and do some repairs post-inspection report in order to sell, and the first appointment time was for a week after I called. This was already a longer than wanted appointment time due to the circumstances in dealing with an option period, but Chris had come out and installed a ceiling fan for us, and we didn't want to have to go through the process of finding another electrician. The appointment time came and went, and when I called the receptionist to see where Chris was, she replied I wasn't on the schedule! That she would need to call me back as soon as she called Chris. 30 min later I called her back after having no news from her, to find that she had the emails exchanged from me and Chris outlining the work, but she never put me in the schedule, and the next time he could come out was a week later! She would not reschedule outside business hours to accommodate her mistake, and her demeanor throughout he entire phone call was entirely unprofessional, saying things like, Well, you're not in the schedule, so there's nothing I can do. She was completely indifferent to the fact that her error meant the sale of our house was put in jeopardy.

I'm terribly disappointed in this company. I signed up for a spring maintenance on my a/c unit. I had to wait on them even after leaving work early to meet them when they told me they were on the way. I was told my inside unit was fine but my capacitor was going bad on me. I was quoted $225 to replace it. I declined. I got a second opinion on the unit and was told nothing was wrong. But if it was, he was going to charge me $100 to replace it. He didn't charge me anything. I feel this company was just trying to get my hard earned money when nothing was wrong. I would not recommend them to anyone!!!

I hired Hiho Handyman for painting, flooring and lighting in my kitchen and bathroom and was very satisfied.  They exceeded my expectations in every way and cleaned up after they were finished.    This is an honest, five star company.  I will definitely use them again and recommend them to my friends.

Two guys from Fox came over today and sorted out an issue with my electrical panel quickly. Punctual, friendly, knowledgeable, and charged a fair price. What more can I ask for?

By far, the worst service ever, period. On February 25th, it took two of these guys five hours to hang one ceiling fan on an eight foot high ceiling, however, it still did not work, because the technician did not have any wall-electrical switches with him to complete and test the work, and for some reason, he would not go and purchase one from a local home-improvement store. Vowing they would return to finish up the work the following day...I think you know what's next...right, they made one excuse after another why they couldn't make it back to finish the job. It gets better, the visiting electrician (claimed he was a partner) actually had the guts to ask for advanced payment for the complete scope of work, not just the one celing-fan he installed, but payment, in full, for the complete invoice encompassing another fan and a couple of outdoor light fixtures.

Well, on March 12th, after days of hounding Advanced Electric's owner, two other guys claiming they're Advanced Electric employees and licensed electricians, showed up to finish the total scope of the (prepaid) work started on the 25th of February by the first electrician. These guys did not look like electricians, one of them had paint completely covering his denim pants as well as in his fingernails, they drove up in an unmarked pick up truck and no uniforms , Wow!

After completing the job, the owner actually had the guts to ask for additional money for the two guys he sent over to complete the previously pre-paid work. He now started to ask for an hourly rate for each of the men, yes, that's right, $90.00 times two for each hour. Again, Wow!

I can go on and on and on...in short, I would not use these guys at all, do NOT Get Suckered In!
