After comparing the quotes I received from IME against the other companies, and looking at the reviews and Better Business Bureau reviews, I decided to go with IME.  I definitely made the right decision as they did an excellent job on replacement of our old unit.  Tyler Martin was our sales rep and he did a great job, even with numerous requests I asked of him.  

In comparison with the other companies, they offer a 1 year maintenance plan, and here is where they are different: a 2 year labor warranty.  And of course you get the 10 year warranty on the equipment.  And on top of this, they had the best costs and I did not feel like they were trying to rip me off.  I am very happy with the work they did and the equipment they installed.

Giovanni uninstalled some ceiling fans in my house. He was super responsive to my messages, offered me a great price, and was done in less than 20 minutes! 10/10 recommend.

Jason is the best! I called on a Monday Bc my air conditioner was blowing a fuse and I got so scared maybe was something wrong with the wiring of my old house that we just purchased two weeks ago.... Jason came the next day and he was so honest and helpful about the situation and he ended coming Friday to fix the problem... he is so hands on and quick! Kevin with TNT Electrical is awesome ! On-time, courteous , professional and quick. We had an issue with our air conditioning, he able to locate the issue (clogged drainage line) and have it fixed in 30 min, whew ! Simple, to the point and no annoying up sale pitch . I will be using them again when we remodel.

Wow, I just put in a request last night and was able to get them to come the next morning. Not only did Luis give me a decent estimate to add two outlets in my house, but he was able to complete the job right away as well. He said we very kind and knowledgeable. I was very impressed with this company. They were assigned to come fix some exhaust fans under the home warranty because the first service company that was assigned basically never came back to do the work after collecting the service fee. Chris came in and assessed the situation and was going to fix the problem right away the SAME DAY but the product was not in stock and had to be ordered. They ordered the product, kept us informed on when the product would come in and when they would be back to do the repair. Chris had a good attitude and he assured us that he would not leave us hanging (like the first guy did) and that he would take care of the problem. He came back on the day they said they would to get the job done (he was actually early, which was a nice surprise considering how most service companies these days are usually late). He was professional, efficient, knowledgeable and courteous. He explained what he had done and he cleaned up after the repair was done. If we ever need ANY electrical work again in the future, these are the guys we're calling.  I would highly recommend these guys.

I couldn't be more pleased with Rodger and his crews work. I had contacted him and his guys showed up the following day and did exactly what was asked. On time and efficient. There was no up selling what so ever. Very professional ......will be using them very soon again for much more.

Rob was courteous, responsive and helpful.  He is soft spoken and highly competent.  He worked quickly, explaining things to me as he went along.  My problem related to the connection running from the house to a pool pump, and he explained how the problem occurred.  He also told me the options for a temporary (several years) and a long term (lifetime) fix.  I was very pleased with Rob's work and give him an unqualified recommendation.  Call him if you need some work done.

Where to start.  This company was the first one I called out of several that actually answered the phone.  I told Michael what I was wanting to have done and he meet me that evening when I got home from work to give an estimate. The job was scheduled and on that day two Bruton Electric vans showed up with 3 guys and the work was completed in the timeframe discussed.  Had up lights installed in 3 areas of the front of the house, two electric runs to our trees in the yard, back yard house lights installed, photo sensor installed and several new switches to run all of the new lights features.  Nothing was half done, rigged or not discussed.  Very professional, cleaned up after themselves and follow up with us in the coming days. This company comes to you extremely highly recommended.

Sanchez Electrical was very professional and informative. They came to help me do repairs on my mother-in-laws home in Dallas, that has wiring from the 50s. He was very reasonable with great warranty. His crew came in and cleaned up after themselves. They were friendly and answered all the questions we had throughout the whole process. Highly recommended and works well in providing military discounts.

My kitchen light had been out for a while and they got my light fixed quickly and the repairman was very nice and he checked everything to make sure he had things repaired correctly.

I hired Hiho Handyman for painting, flooring and lighting in my kitchen and bathroom and was very satisfied.  They exceeded my expectations in every way and cleaned up after they were finished.    This is an honest, five star company.  I will definitely use them again and recommend them to my friends.

Their tech came to my apartment and was extremely rude and abrasive. At least he was reasonably quick because I didn't want the asshole in my apartment for any longer than need be.

Advanced Electric has been our family Electrition for nearly 20 years.   They just did a panel repair in my home in Flower Mound and they were on time very efficient with the time they used. They used name brand products & are always very kind. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a panel repair. In fact we do recommend them to all our friends and neighbors and have always had good responses.
