It's been about awhile since I've called Royal Flush for a drain problem. Then and now, they did their work professionally and charged a fair price. They've earned the status of go-to and recommended plumber. Thanks for a great job today Jerry and thanks Royal Flush!

Our septic system was backing up again so this time I called Harner Plumbing. Mike Allen, one of their service technicians, arrived at 6 AM and eliminate the nasty roots invading the piping to the septic system in about 1-1/2 hours. I recommend Harner Plumbing!!! A job well done, promptly, and at a fair price!

They came in give me an estimate did a good job at a fair price very clean work area. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Best plumber ever! He had to fix so many mistakes that an original plumber had caused in a home we built. If only we had known Pete before we broke ground! His prices are great too! I've recommended him to so many friends and all have been completely satisfied with him.

Lakewood Plumbing, Drain & Sewer replaced my leaking hot water heater the same day I called them freaking out that I had no hot water!  They squeezed my appointment in to help me out in a pinch, and they were reliable showing up when they said they would.  They were professional, courteous, and got the old one out and the new one up and running in about 2 hrs.  They charged me a great price, and I am very happy with the service I received.  I will use them in the future, and also I recommend this plumbing company.

The toilet that they installed the lid was cracked when I called them and told them they told me to take it off and take it back to the store get a replacement and put it on myself but I paid them for installing it but they wouldn't come back why not? I paid for installation

I would have liked to have given them a higher rating, but their recent behavior has been rude, dismissive and unprofessional, so my only defense is to now reach out to social media.
 
Gorjanc Comfort Services has been my heating and cooling service company for the past 18 years. Services have included: a new furnace installation, new humidifier/humidistat installation, new hot water tank installation, furnace maintenance, and plumbing quotes.
 
I have been a loyal customer. I always pay their bills on time. So I was surprised last month when I called because my new hot water tank, still under warranty, was leaking. I asked to set up an appointment for service, and I was told to find another service provider. The Gorjanc representative noted that I had services discounted in the past, and I responded that I had used the coupons that they had provided. Was that the reason? And why would that matter?
 
Last year when the hot water tank was installed, the technician damaged the basement floor paint. They offered to come and touch it up if I would provide the paint, which I agreed to. Then they changed their mind and said they would take something off the bill, i.e. $25. The painting repair was estimated at $100 and they agreed. In my mind, the situation was resolved.
 
Since then, I have called them a couple of other times, successfully, to replace a humidistat that they had originally installed and for a plumbing quote for which I paid a fee.
 
The day I was told to find another service provider, I asked to talk with an owner or manager to discuss their decision, and I was assured one would call me back. A couple weeks passed with no phone call, so I mailed a certified letter to the attention of the company president asking him to call me about this. That was more than five weeks ago. No one has responded.
 
Something has changed within the company in the past year or two. It seems the employees have taken over the decision-making and are calling the shots as to which customers to keep and which to toss. Is anyone familiar with an established service business that runs this way? This is not the quality company I once knew and used.

BUYER BEWARE.  I called this Minority owned company, Brown and Son, on or around 03/24/23, in good faith,  to come out and fix an electric baseboard heater where it was not working.  Brown and Son came out charged me $85.00 just to come out and find that the baseboard heater needed a thermostat.    It took a week for Brown and Son to order and receive the thermostat .   When Brown and Son came out, the thermostat which they replaced was wrong color, and wrong size. and the knobs fall off when you turn the heater on.   I called Brown and Son on 03/30/23 and requested the original thermostat because it matched what was taken off the  system and a perfect fit.  David Brown stated they threw it away and could not find.  I went to use the heater on 04/03/23 and the knobs fell off and when you touch the replacement part, the whole thing sinks in.  I called Mr. David Brown to explain to Mr. Brown the problem, and David Brown was RUDE, IRATE, and HUNG UP, and BLAMED The consumer for the problem.  As a professional, business owner,  this is a disgrace.

All Action Plumbing has come to our rescue many times over the past 6 years.  Jeff and his crew are fast and courteous.  They are very fair with their pricing.  We highly recommend them.

I needed some routine plumbing and gas line work done on my home.  I did not know any plumbers, so I did a little research online and picked Tony and Son Plumbing.  You never know what you are going to get when you take a chance like that.  Boy, did I get lucky.  They came out and performed the work.  They were very professional and did a great job.  The real story comes about a month after that.  I was traveling and my daughter and her husband were staying at the house.  My daughter was home while her husband was at work.  She called me in a panic to say our basement was flooding.  It had rained hard the previous day.  I was out of town and did not know what to do.  So, I called Tony and Son Plumbing again.  The owner (Tony) dropped what he was doing and traveled across town to my home to assess the situation.  I will spare the readers a blow-by-blow discussion of the plumbing problem.  It was a complex issue that ended up involving the city and county engineer.  Tony identified the problem and proposed a solution.  He help me navigate all the red tape.  Most importantly, he fixed the problem.  I am writing this review today because I received Tony's bill in the mail last week.  I was surprised to see how fair and reasonable the bill was considering the time and effort Tony and his team put in.  I highly recommend Tony and Son Plumbing.  They are technically astute, honest and hard working.  Thank you Tony and Son Plumbing for every thing you did!  You are the best!!

AC unit froze up. Called Sal's to check it out since they also installed the unit 3 years ago. They were able to set up an appointment for the next day. Technician was very thorough. Cleaned both inside and outdoor units. Notice refrigerant level was a bit low, so refilled, checked for leaks, and checked and tightened all fittings. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a good heating and cooling company.

I've used Roto Rooter in Stow three times now- once for a flooding emergency, once for an issue with whining pipes, and a third time to replace a toilet that was causing the whining pipes. I could not be happier. The technician, Derek, who came all three times was so friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and helpful (and was always on time!). The reason I called them twice after the first visit, to come all the way to Hiram from Stow, was because they were so good.

I don't call anyone else for plumbing issues on my house but these guys. Highly recommend!

Randy and another associate came to do a bunch of electrical work around my house and were very professional and kind even though my AC was not working and they had to be in the attic to install ceiling lights! Pricing was reasonable and I will definitely be calling them back Monday for a quote on a new AC unit. Was recommended to use them from a friend and I'll tell all my family and friends to call them!

I've preferred to be a do it myself guy up until I realized that my time could be better spent and that my issue had outgrown my skill set. After years of snaking my own house, the last go around left my back wrecked. I decided to call Rich at Dunrite Plumbing after a friend suggested to him. I should call him an archangel. This man did what he said what he would do, and at the time he said he'd do it. None of the stereotypical late plumber who suddenly finds cause the raise the rate. The man is an absolute pro. He's quick, he's concise and he's honest. I recommended him to several friends and my in laws. They all had the same glowing review and experience that I had. I have now called Rich at least 5 other times . While I don't hope to need his expertise often, when I do have a need, he is the one that I trust, absolutely bar none. I know there are other plumbers that I could call or test. I'm simply not interested. If you want someone honest, trustworthy who will do the job right the first time, give this man a call. I can't say enough about him. When he shows up I have a tremendous sense of relief because I know my house is in good hands. I tried one more time to do it myself recently with a toilet in the basement. I even called Rich who advised me on how to do it, but that it require breaking up concrete and refilling it in , etc. etc. I tried to do it my way. Lesson learned, there's a reason he's a pro and I am not. He's a good man, you won't regret it.

Anthony did a great job  putting  my bathroom floor  tile  repair after my  basement waterproofing.  Definitely recommend him!!

Ghosted me twice on a warrantee repair. Initial install was a water heater on a holiday. Leak developed on a seat joint. Came to repair it but it continued leaking. When asked to fix again, he said twice, he'd be over sometime this week. Never showed. Got leak repaired by another plumber.

HAVING LOST AN ENTIRE WEEK WITH NOTHING BUT HOLES IN THEE WALL.....

Working with Fazio Plumbing and Sewer has probably been the WORST experience I have had for many years.
This review is not a reflection of their work which - unfortunately - I can not speak to, but to the rude and very unprofessional lady that seems completely incapable of handling the back & front office of this business.

The technician that came to find and repair a leak was courteous and we were off to a good start.
Due to this being an HSA warranty claim they had to stop in the middle of trying to figure out where the problem was to get further authorization from the home warranty which usually takes anywhere between two 24 hours if you call it in right away which had been my previous experience with several other service providers. So no problem there.

HOWEVER Fazio didn't bother to call in to HSA and get authorization FOR 4 FULL DAYS even though we were told they would be back in a day or two!!! (Every other time we had somebody sent through HSA it was a quick phone call on location to get authorization and on they went with their work)

The receptionist didn't call it in because she was too busy and it takes too long to call these things in is what she told me (I wonder how other service provider manage the same thing in a reasonable time?)... I should mention that the leak we had affected an entire bathroom -shower, toilet and all and she is too busy to call it in for 4 days? Really?

The result was that we had to wait a FULL WEEK for them to come back JUST to continue the search for the problem.

Said week later I was told they would come in the afternoon, but got a call at 11.30AM that they are there 15 minutes away. Now, I am working from home and had a client scheduled at that time and asked her if they could please come in 30 minutes instead of 15 minutes which got the receptionist really upset with me ... They showed up 60 minutes later - which was again just before I had another client call scheduled! But I made it work.

After the technicians left at 1.30pm I called Fazio to confirm that they will be back the next day for the actual repair as previously discussed and also to find our at what time they would come so I could schedule my work day accordingly.
Once again I did not receive a call back by the end of the business day. So I called again just to get told off by her how their technicians lost 45 minutes today because of me (!?!) and how I expect something as unreasonable as getting a call back when I know how busy she is all day on the phone (say what?).
When I told her it would have taken her only 5 seconds to let me know that tomorrow is confirmed and at what time the crew is coming she then decided that they are not going to come at all and cancelled the work order and HANG UP ON ME.

Now I am having lost an entire week with nothing but holes in the wall and another week of waiting until another plumber can come to finish what Fazio had started.

Your emergency is not theirs. Call anybody else if you need someone in a hurry. Even the emergency phone line is not answered quickly and 3 hours later they called to say their one guy on call was still busy. Not a well run business for the service they are supposed to provide.
