Big O is probably the most professional and outstanding plumber I have ever had the pleasure of working with. His services came at a good cost for my clogged up toilet and the service was fast. This was late on a Friday night and he was at my house in less than 30 minutes. Thanks Big O keep up the great work! I will be using you in the future.

I have used GLE Plumbing for years. Andy is one of the most knowledgeable and dependable contractors I've ever had do work for me. He has done work us as well as numerous family and friends. I have referred him to countless people and never worried about them being disappointed with him or his work. He is a local guy and not part of huge corporate machine with high overhead. You won't see tons of adds for him because his work sells his services. He has ran a successful business for over 20 years by simply doing great work and not taking advantage of people. Andy is top notch!

My first and only encounter with David Frey's plumbing business was truly 5-star. I held back one star on my rating today only because I feel, as a customer, it's wise to give a relationship with a business time before rendering a final opinion about them. That said, I must share my great satisfaction with the repair work done by David Frey at our house one day between Thanksgiving and Christmas. Our kitchen sink pipes went kaput, and our DIY attempts had failed completely.

Not wanting to simply pick a plumber from the phone book, we turned to a friend who recommended David Frey Plumbing. When we called, the person we spoke with on the phone was friendly, and David was able to come to our house within a short period of time. When he arrived with an assistant, I was immediately impressed by their desire to get right to work. They did a good job and didn't drag their feet at all or try to do work which wasn't needed (so my fears of a padded bill were put to rest!) I appreciated the fact that David and his assistant kept the work area clean and that while one of them was working on the pipes, the other was taking away equipment that was no longer needed. This kept the job moving at a good pace.

Based on this repair job (and my friend's positive history with David Frey), I would definitely recommend his services.

These folks were professional, prompt, answered questions and cleaned up after themselves. As a disabled person these actions were greatly appreciated. They fixed things right the first time and now a days that is rare.

I needed parts for an older Tub/Shower. Home depot and Lowes did not have what I needed.  Stopped in and they new exactly what I needed.  Ordered it and had it the next day. Very good prices.  Check them out .

Horrible experience with this company.. After reading other reviews, I can see I'm not alone...

Called them early Saturday morning for a bathtub drain that wasn't draining.. They told me they had a plumber in the area and they would give me a 30 minute notice of their arrival.. 8 hours later, receive a phone call saying a major problem has occurred and all of our plumbers need to go to fix it.. can we schedule you for monday?

Translation to their explanation:  it's five oclock on a Saturday and our plumber wants to go home.

I guess they can overlook that I wasted my entire Saturday waiting around the house for them!

If I could give this company ZERO stars I would in a heartbeat!! You are out of your damn mind if you call these people for any plumbing you need in your house. If you deny services with them.. (we denied cause we could not afford the amount they wanted to charge) they will apparently call the cops on you making up LIES claiming you have drugs in your house...  WTF!! You have to be kidding me... I'm seriously cracking up at this. Well nice try Mr. Rooter  I wish you the best in your desperation of services we will NEVER be calling again.

0 stars. This company operates illegally with no license to do business in summit county or the state of Ohio. Have sued this company and won a judgement but have seen no money or any criminal charges for him operating AGAINST THE LAW
