I had another plumbing company come to my house to give me an estimate. That was $89 and they told me my ceiling needed cut out. That cost another $200.  They told me my problem and quoted $600+.   I called Mackin they came out looked at issue. Quoted $314. Did the job and told me they would have only $65 to cut into ceiling. I am glad I called Mackin. They did a great job. Will be calling them next time I have any plumbing issues.  The other company was also going to charge $500 to replace ceiling and paint it.

Had a really bad clogged shower drain.  My wife called, Dan answered and told us he would be out to our house within a few hours; and you know what?  Unlike other places, he actually kept his promise and arrived on time.  He was very professional and courteous, explaining everything he did and why.  Before leaving he even gave us some tips on keeping our drains clog-free.  Prices were reasonable and I also liked the fact that he is local and lived right up the street from us...support local business...Thank you Dan!!!

Used amazing plumbing after I had roto rooter come and try to fix it. Shawn came late on a Friday after a big job all day. Was punctual, completed the job timely, was very professional and would highly reccommend. Was reasonable pricing as well. He cleaned up their mistake and all is back to working!

These people are wonderful!  I called for an estimate and he not only called me back right away, he was able to schedule me for the next day to install a new hot water tank.  We also had them come back and fix our kitchen and bathroom sinks.  Again, they were able to schedule as soon as I wanted it.  Both Steve and his son are nice, informative and most of all highly competent. .  Oh, and their prices are good too!  If you need a plumber in the Cleveland area, call these guys!

Our toilet tank flooded and they came out right away.  Jason and his colleague showed up.  Recommended replacing the toilet rather than fixing the bolt due to the way it was sheared off.  Decided my husband could replace and they even recommended going with an American Standard.  All in all they saved me well over $500.00.  I would definitely use them in the future for any major plumbing jobs.  Friendly and knowledgeable and quick response time!  I recommend them to everyone with plumbing jobs!
