Our boiler was having a problem with the igniter and was failing to work on New Year's day.  We placed a non-emergency call (outside temp was in the 40s - we could wait until the 2nd.  We got a call back on the 2nd and they had a window and sent out Joe.  They couln't have sent a nicer guy... really pleasant and polite.  He figured out the problems we were having quickly, took the time to explain and demonstrate, got the parts ordered and was back in 2 days and completed the repairs.  He ran into a few snags (old rusting pieces in our system) and had to run out to get unexpected replacement parts, but finished the job so we'd have heat that night.  I can't say enough good things about them, and will call them for any and all plumbing issues.

The plumber from Parma came to my home today and fixed a clogged bathroom sink and a broken high pressure toilet in the basement. He was polite, courteous and efficient. He got the job done quickly and reasonably. This is the second time I have used his services.  I am a widow and he didn't try to fix more than needed to be fixed. I will continue to use his services. This is my second time using Cleveland Sewer and drain, the first time experience was amazing and we've recently moved and needed their service. Once again it was a very positive experience. The installation was done by Chuck and Ethan they are very thorough, knowledgeable, extremely efficient, courteous and professional. We couldn't be happier!  blew me away with there customer care from first call to the completion of installation.

Jeff was amazing. Our main backed up to the point it was flooding my basement. After using a 90 ft snake with no results, Jeff was referred to us. Upon our first call he let us know that it sounded like it was in the main and to call the city and give him a call the following day to see if he was closer our way as we are located in Painesville. The city came out and we had no luck. So we called Jeff the following day and he was right out. He took the time to not only put the camera through to identify the issue but jet cleaned the line all the way to the main then also recorded the issue being our main containing a lot of sludge. He could have left then but he made sure we knew what the root cause was before leaving. He took his time was thorough, knowledgeable and professional. We will definitely use him again in the future as well as refer him to others.

Had them out twice one to replace toilet flange second to check furnace both times each technician was prompt and professional and explained what they were doing and why will definitely call them again if the need comes up

He asked me what was wrong and I told him I thought the garbage disposal in the kitchen was bad and word replace it with a $500 garbage disposal without even checking to see if the old one was no good .Charged me $ 45.00 . Got a second estimate on the garbage disposal and ended up not even needing a new disposal

So the plumber that came out was very nice and very knowledgeable and yes he quoted me the price for tightening my toilet and adjust the guts on my other toilet assuming he would fix the issues. So total work done was adjust the handle and fill rate on 2 toilets and tighten down 1 toilet total cost was 265.00 and my one toilet is still not flushing properly and was told to replace the toilet so isn't any better then it was but still charged full price. Would not recommend. Also quoted me 598 to replace toilet so I went to Lowes found one of the toilets he quoted me and payed 215 for it ad installed myself which is what i should have just done in first place.

Pleasant phone reception and same day service. Technician was equally pleasant, professional and efficient. $258 seemed pricey for a 2-hour job to snake a clogged kitchen sink. I would use this service again and recommend to others.

This company advised to put a camera into our main sewer line to find a clogged pipe. We were charged $252. The plumber advised not to snake the pipe he felt it wouldn't work. He advised to dig up the pipe $6,000.
We called a honest plumber who snaked the pipe for $155. Now our clogged pipe is clear.
