I would recommend Payless plumbers to anyone. They are on the job as quick as possible and very friendly. Always willing to share insights as they work so your up to date on what is happening. Courteous and very well mannered, which I appreciated greatly. They did an amazing job for us. Thank you guys for a job well done.

This is a horrible business.  This company was contracted by Lakeside apartments to fix an ongoing plumbing issue.  The plumbers were unable to fix the plumbing problem in a timely manner and stayed in the apartment when the resident needed to leave for work.  When the resident returned home she immediately noticed that clothing and storage items had been pulled from under the bed.  This is where her cat hides when strangers are nearby.  She also noticed that her cat was severely injured and after a veterinary analysis it was determined that the cat has ligament and muscle damage consistent with being grabbed and pulled.  The plumbers either intentionally tried to harm the cat, or in the process of looking for valuables came across the cat and injured it.  The plumbers left the work area in complete disarray like they needed to leave quickly.  The business owner hung up on the call instead of listening and trying to find a resolution to a serious issue.  The plumber could be heard in the background taking responsibility for leaving the extreme mess behind.  People don't complete their job when they're in a hurry to leave.  connect the dots.  Disgusting humans, horrible business.  Avoid this business and tell friends and family never to use their service

We had a leak in our irrigation system--water was pouring out of valve in our front yard.  To make things worse, we could not get our water turned off, and our yard and neighbor's driveway were quickly being flooded.  I called around to several emergency plumbing services, but nobody could come out for several hours.  Finally, I found Payless Plumber.  They had a technician at our house in a matter of minutes.  He not only turned the water off but also fixed the problem with our irrigation system, which other plumbers we talked with had not been able to do.  And all for a very reasonable price.  We will absolutely use Payless Plumbers for any future issues and plan to recommend them highly to our friends.

Payless Plumbing fixed a root problem in my sewer line. They were available immediately and even offered to be at my home just 10 min after I called!  They guys that showed up to do the job where friendly and speedy.  The job was reasonably priced ($250) and they gave me a 30-day warranty.  Another great perk is that now that l have used them once and paid $70 for a service fee (part of the $250 charge), I am a member and will never pay a service fee again if I call for any plumbing needs.  I'm overall very satisfied with the service I received.

As far as the time to come out and the repair itself, I would have given 4 stars; however,prior to this experience, I have never had a company charge me a service fee to come out in addition to the actual labor and parts charge. I have also never had a company have me make the payment check out to the person who came out rather than the company itself.  (This was quite a contrast to an exterminator who came out and looked under the house to see if we had an insect problem causing the buzzing noise we had heard coming from underneath the house. The exterminator had received incorrect info from the main office regarding the reason for the visit, but offered, as a courtesy, to go under the house to see if there were insects or something else causing the noise. He discovered the leak and did not even charge since he didn't need to perform an extermination as he found no insects.) So when the plumber came, we were able to tell him exactly what and where the problem was. All he had to do was repair it.
Additionally, the Payless Plumbing website offers a 10% discount as well as a senior citizens discount. When I asked where my discount was, he said, Oh, it is already included. When questioned about the $70 service fee in addition to the plumbing repair cost, he said that it was like a membership, but no membership card was given to us to prove we had paid a membership fee; and he said that if we needed his service again or if any family members did, the fee wouldn't be charged again, and to call him directly for a better price. I have never heard of a plumbing company charging a membership fee. I mean, how often does one need the services of a plumber!

My husband Ryan used this company earlier today. The job was completed in just a couple hours after he called. Fast, efficient and got the job done! I would use them again!

The plumber(Jason) that came to our home did a great job on our bathtub and the pipes under the kitchen sink. He did not have the part that was needed for the tub so he drove out the hardware store and grab it and came back to finish without skipping a beat. He also give me so good advice on how to save some money.
