Bliss Plumbing

Lowe's used Bliss to install our over the range Microwave.
Over the range Microwave has a wall plate with two hooks to hold it to the wall. One of the two hooks isn't locked onto the back of the Microwave! The entire weight of the microwave is being held up by two screws and one hook . We are not satisfied. We called the office and they said it's fine. Wrong ! Not properly installed for $170 installation charge. Update , I was able to improve the installation by fixing the hook on the wall plate to get it to support the microwave.

February 24th I received a THREATENING text message from Joel Bliss the owner of bliss plumbing. He threaten myself, my family and my home with scared tactics and foreclosure with no proof of anything he mentioned in the text message. He took the lies that his employers told him and threatened me. He didn't call to inquire about the problem or help find a solution. His scared tactics worked, I had an anxiety attack and had to contact my the VA. Once i was able to calm down, I contact Joel, explained everything and sent him proof of everything and his attitude and tone change.

Background
My pipes burst in my first home in December and this was my first time experiencing significant damage to my home. I contact bliss plumping and everything was going good in the beginning. Everything time i received a check from the insurance, I cashed it and then paid Bliss IMMEDIATELY. What i didn't know, if a check is over a certain amount (i believe $7400) it must be endorsed by the mortgage company. So the very last payment took longer than normal. I tried explaining everything to Tye and jackie regarding the last check and they became frustrated because it was taking so long. Every bit of information I got, I passed along to them. The mortgage required information from bliss plumbing and at first bliss didn't want to provided but eventually did. Tye an jackie decide to contact my mortgage company without my knowledge or a information of release on file violating my privacy despite me forwarding all email and letting them talk to the lost an prevention department and the adjuster. It became so over whelming because they started to call me everyday from different numbers. I tried my best to communicate through email while i was on the phone for over 2 hours with the mortgage company trying to get them paid. Despite my account being 90% paid they was no longer trying to work with me. I always paid on time when insurance check came in, i communicated every detail because this was my first time experiencing damage to my home so i never held on to any money and followed all the steps given to me by the insurance company. I wish i never picked this company to help me with my home.

Our experience with Bliss Plumbing was excellent! Brandon and his assistant were very professional and hilarious! It was like a 2 for 1! Great installation and pure comedy!! You can tell that Brandon is a PRO at his job! All of our appliances look amazing! Michael was equally courteous and made us feel very comfortable. I would absolutely recommend this company for your installation needs or if you have any to laugh your ass off! Brandon also makes a mean potato casserole! Lmao!

So had a new plumber come today. Mind you Bliss quoted us between 3,000 and 4,500 for the repair when we initially contacted them and then would never respond again. Now I know why.

When a COMPETENT plumber showed up the problem was a stuck float. Total cost, $150. Avoid Bliss at all costs as they will try to RIP you off!

Very incompetent. I purchased a water softener from Lowe's and they sent this company to install it. The first time it was installed did not work for more than a couple of days. Thought maybe it was the water softener so we had a new one sent out. Bliss installers came out and said they needed to install it differently and they did not have everything they needed to do the install. Following week they come out and run pipes under my house. They say it's working. The next day I try to get water from the refrigerator and it's not coming out, I try the filtered sink water no go either. I have left 4 messages and no one has returned my call.
