Eddie and his crew came to our rescue after we lost pressure from the well. I called my plumber and he said it was our well. Eddie came out the very same day and diagnosed a leak somewhere in the system. He spent an hour here and then recommended a leak detector service. The leak guy  found the leak and Eddie came back and fixed the leak. We now have full pressure again. Eddie is committed to helping resolve the problem and gives exceptional service with good explanation and a reasonable price. I highly recommend Eddie!

A water heater not making hot water is a pretty urgent issue in cold weather. ARC Plumbing was able to come out the same day! It was a tricky problem as it was related to an electrical issue, but it was clear that ARC Plumbing was going to stay with the problem until it was solved, even if it required working late. I'd definitely hire them again.

Hello everyone, Ken Bucher, who was the owner and CEO of Eagle Plumbing, was my grandfather. He was an extraordinary individual who seemed to make friends everywhere he went, even when he was working.

Unfortunately, in June of this year (2016), my granpa passed away from aggressive and sudden thyroid cancer; as such, we are in the process of closing his business permanently and we are referring and long-time and new customers to his equally superb plumbing friend Jeff Falls. We had a problem with poor water quality and are so fortunate to have found Shane at The Water Specialist!  After testing our water and water system thoroughly Shane solved the mystery!  It was like working with CSI detectives!  Shane is incredibly knowledgeable, and patiently explained all the issues and the possible solutions.  Thanks to Shane and his research we found the answers to fix our issues at an affordable price.   This is my third project with this business and I couldn't be more pleased with their work!

They called before coming. Showed up on time. Courteous and caring until they resolved the issue. I would recommend any time!

My husband called yesterday and was immediately told he could not be helped. After speaking with him for a few moments, was then told Sorry, I have been receiving a lot of spam calls from other countries. Scheduled appt for today to come out and look at leaking toilet. Supposed to call before coming. My mother waited at our home all morning and they showed up as she was about to leave. NO phone call prior to their arrival. Came in and informed her that they would not touch the toilet to look at it unless it was exceptionally clean. The toilet WAS clean, there was some water on the floor adjacent where it was leaking. My mother started to address the issue and went to speak with them and they had LEFT our house. Without saying anything else. So, rude on initial phone call, didn't call prior to arrival as promised and left without performing any service. WOW.

This business was a pleasure to work with! I contacted the owner about a problem with my kitchen sink. He was so responsive. He was even able to fit me into his schedule the same day which was a blessing. He was knowledgeable, polite, and worked quickly. I highly recommend this business for repair needs.

My sump pump stopped working and my entire basement flooded. Michael Clough took time out of his weekend to help me drain the basement and fix the pump. He is respectful and does not overcharge. He is an honest person who truly wants to help. Highly recommend them for your plumbing needs!

Our sink disposal broke and they came on the same day to replace it -- they were really friendly and easy to work with. Saved their contact info for future plumbing needs, would definitely hire again.

I asked for an estimate and they quoted $50 for an estimated.  I was very clear over the phone that my well pump was not working.  They came in and the charged me $200 to confirm nothing else was wrong.  Then another $300 to pull the pump out of the well to confirm pump is bad.  Then they wanted $6500 to replace  the pump.  I just paid the $500 and got them out.

When I called to complain they were giving me some weird explanation about their standard process/work to replace pump.  

My question is why they did not tell me that over the phone or at least when the tech  arrived first.

will never use them again.  Horrible People.

Unprofessional. Rude. Disrespectful. Charged over $250 for an hour of work and the job was to install a brand new kitchen faucet that was supplied by the owner. It is Ronnie Napoleon Allen of Raleigh and another man. They did not present themselves in a respectful and professional manner until a male neighbor appeared.  Filing a complaint with Better Business Bureau for excessive prices. Please read their reviews on other forums and do not use their services.

ARS Technicians have always done a great job on our Trane HVAC.

I wish I could give them zero stars...totally unprofessional. When I called to speak with a manager about the problems we were having with the tech. The person that answered the phone wouldn't let me speak with a manager until they were informed about the problem. After a 15 minute hold, a manager came on and was very rude. In addition to all of this, the quote Michael and Sons gave us was $1800 to move a gas line under our deck. We ended up using Casey Services for the exact same work and it only cost us $300.

Had an emergency flooding/overflow issue from the toilets/shower on a Friday evening. Saturday Charlie came out did what he could for us. Was a very kind person. This project was bigger than that so on Monday Eric showed up to inspect the issue. On Tuesday we mostly waited on the city to come find the water line for us. On Wednesday we were finally able to find the issue and they(Chris, Ernest, and Eric) was able to get the issue fixed. They were very polite and very knowledgeable. We appreciate them getting this done for us. Great job guys!

Well next project we had done was HVAC. Chris, Ernest, Jermel, Steven k were here. Two were under the house doing duct work and two were in the attic running duct work. Before they got here half the house was able to get heat and not very good heat at that. Now the whole house is warm and on this cold day we need it. Thank you! Also another good group of men. Jamin also came out for a short bit.

Daniel was here to inspect electric. Nice man and informative. I'll update this if more work is done.
