I could not be happier with the service I received from Rooterman.  I had a leak under my sink and had called two local plumbers who had done work for me in the past.  One was out of business and the other never returned my call.  I called Rooterman, someone answered the phone,  Rooterman arrived within an hour, diagnosed the problem as a rusted through disposal, gave me an estimate, went to get a new disposal, and installed it - all within 1. 5 hours and on top of it all Kevin was as personable a person as I have ever met.  I have already told two neighbors about the good service and I will call Rooterman Coastal Carolinas the next time I need plumbing help.

Eddie's has been my well guy for many a year.  He always comes immediately and fixes the problem.  He is such a wonderful person; he is now my friend.  The workmanship is superior and I am so grateful that he is MY well guy!  Simply the BEST!!!!!

Just had Benjamin out first for free quote, was very helpful, gave mini training on types of toilets, and best kind, flow gravity, etc. He spent about 35 minutes and was very fair. Hired them the next day and Benjamin was the installer for new toilet and was done in just over an hour. VERY PROFESSIONAL & ON TIME, will use them again for the other 2 toilets.

Hello everyone, Ken Bucher, who was the owner and CEO of Eagle Plumbing, was my grandfather. He was an extraordinary individual who seemed to make friends everywhere he went, even when he was working.

Unfortunately, in June of this year (2016), my granpa passed away from aggressive and sudden thyroid cancer; as such, we are in the process of closing his business permanently and we are referring and long-time and new customers to his equally superb plumbing friend Jeff Falls. We have used The Water Specialist for septic system work and for installing a new water softening/treatment system.  They are always polite, on time and professional and do excellent work!  They are clearly the best in the area for what they do.  We highly recommend them!

Call them for the first time. Did not have them complete the job - I found them to be very expensive. They also do not do free estimates. I did find them to be polite, professional and willing to explain the situation. No problem there. I had to pay for their evaluation and their service call and did not follow through with a water heater and PRV replacement due to pricing. Called several other places and received better pricing.

(I'm in Durham, NC.  Not sure why it says Sylva!)  These are our go to guys for any plumbing need.  John and Chuck are friendly guys and do excellent work.  I am very surprised by the reviewer who said they didn't follow up; there must be more to the story.  Our calls are always returned promptly.  I highly recommend the Whaley Brothers.

Huge shout out to Pipetechs Plumbing Company in Raleigh! ! Highly recommend for plumbing problems :D  they not only worked me in for an estimate  (that was WAY less than the previous 7 companies I called PRIOR to them) But,  they also did the work within an hour and for so little  $$!! Not only that but, their customer service is amazeballs! ! KUDOS - so freaking happy right meow!  #wordofmouthhelps! PS- especially John - the guy who did all the work and Chris in the office!  I will be using y'all again real soon! !  My leak was two broken pipes causing hundreds of gallons of water to spew out of my yard! Thanks again!

Trey, the Owner, was ultra-attentive on this project, which involved the replacement of the leaking Honeywell valve on my water heater. He was honest and up-front, obtained the warranty part from the appropriate vendor, practiced Covid precautions, and was price-competitive. He will be returning soon to replace my outdoor hose bibs.

Michael Clough is a man on a mission.  I contacted him today (Sunday) because my pipes burst and figured that he wouldn't get to me until early next week given the numbers of folks who are in the same boat; frozen and/or busted pipes. Michael put me into the rotation early evening today and fixed the pipe in short order (had to cut out a section of pipe to restore my service).  He let me know what he did and how to prevent pipes from freezing in the future.  I really appreciate this small business owner's efforts to service the community of homeowners in the Bull City.  This plumber and his tech know what they are doing and would recommend them to others who are looking for a professional team that focuses on solving plumbing problems.

CW showed up on time on a Saturday morning and did a great job replacing my mother's hot water heater. He was very professional and did great work for the value. He also was able to help me with recommendations for other services I was needing. From now on Full Stack Plumbing is my go to.

When your wastewater system alarm goes off, all kinds of bad thoughts creep in.  I called around and there wasn't much help.  These guys started diagnosing the problem immediately.  They responded with the same sense of urgency as I was experiencing and helped me walk through the problem and then came out the next day to help.  They diagnosed the problem and set clear expectations.  Through every turn, they kept me up to date on the progress and costs.  I checked costs on the internet and these guys were at or below typical prices.  They worked every angle to make sure my system was up and running as soon as possible.  This isn't some large company, it's just a couple of guys who get it.  Highly recommended.

Just got hung on by extremely rude person in plumbing department. Found out technician who was supposed to be going to my house was moved to a different job since I didn't answer my phone. This was after I told another person who called for an earlier appointment that my wife would be home. I have a service contract that will be canceled.

I am so impressed. Our hot water heater finally went ca-put & I just hired the first person who could make it out. I had an electrician AND plumber come out. They were BOTH on time, and called 15 min before they arrived to make sure I was there. They were both well spoken, friendly, and highly educated. They put protective liners over their boots when walking into my home and cleaned up the mess they made replacing my hot water heater. I found a $100 off coupon online & they waived my service fee since the hot water heater needed to be replaced. We discussed going tank-less, and I was happy that they weren't pushing the most expensive option. All and all I was very impressed and satisfied with their work.

Blanton's require a Credit Card on file before they set up a service call. They can charge your card whenever they want with or without your permission.  You have no say so on how much should be charged or if the tech did the job to your satisfaction. I don't recommend giving out your credit card number in advance until you receive an invoice and approve it.
