If you have a plumbing emergency late at night, these are the folks you want to call! It wasn't perfect, but he got the job done in a snap! Highly recommend over another company like Bizzy Bee Plumbing (Who still haven't gotten back to me).

Huge shout out to Pipetechs Plumbing Company in Raleigh! ! Highly recommend for plumbing problems :D they not only worked me in for an estimate (that was WAY less than the previous 7 companies I called PRIOR to them) But, they also did the work within an hour and for so little $$!! Not only that but, their customer service is amazeballs! ! KUDOS - so freaking happy right meow! #wordofmouthhelps! PS- especially John - the guy who did all the work and Chris in the office! I will be using y'all again real soon! ! My leak was two broken pipes causing hundreds of gallons of water to spew out of my yard! Thanks again!

We have had our gas logs for about 6 years and never an issue, however recently they went out. We called the service contract people and they dispatched a technician from another company. He basically was clueless when it came to gas logs. He finally admitted he didn't know how to repair these. He left. I called the service company and asked to have a knowledgeable technician come out. They sent Pipetechs out. The technician was Raji. This gentlemen was fabulous!! He was personable, happy to be there, and very accommodating. He got right to work. He realized that this unit needed some major parts. He got right to ordering them. Raji would call me and kept me informed on the progress all along. When the parts arrived, he was right out and repaired the logs (Which was NOT an easy job...) I would recommend Raji anytime, anywhere! I will be calling them again for any issue that may arise.

Don't make the same mistake I did. I called Pipetechs to install a dishwasher and they said they could do it. This was the lesson I learned. Not only did they do a poor job but they also billed 60% more. I recently had another dishwasher installed at another property and it went much better with a different installer. Thank you for helping me find the right person for the job.

My water heater died and I needed a new one. I called Pipetechs and they came right out. They assessed the situation and gave me options for a new water heater. Once I decided what I wanted they came out and installed it. It was great service! I will definitely call them again when needed!

I was asked to sign the work order where it says I acknowledge the satisfactory completion of the above described work before the person started the work. It was too cold outside for me to read and I just signed the work order. I felt cheated later when I was checking the work order. The person was not able to fix the backup and gave another quote for more work. Leasson learned.

We are thrilled with Pipetechs. Cant say enough. They up ON TIME, are personable and clear. You dont have to donate plasma to work with them, and the have comprehensive services. In an emergency they ate outstanding! Response time/ pricing/ billing very satisfied.

I've seen these company vans driving around all over the area. All the times I've witnessed, the driver was swerving in and out traffic, speeding, and riding people's bumpers. I'm of the mind that if you're driving a company vehicle, then you are representing the company and this company is poorly represented.

Had a leak that went through my kitchen floor into the basement. Aka the stuff of homeowner nightmares.

Pipetechs helped quickly schedule an appointment to find the leak. Anthony arrived in the stated window (a small victory in and of itself!), put covers on his boots to protect my floors and patiently listened while I shared the situation. Once he knew what I knew he got right to work and found the leak (busted seal on the dishwasher). If he had just done that this would be a solid 4 star review. I'm giving Pipetechs and Anthony specifically a 5 because he went above and beyond to explain what he was doing, mention some easy (read: cheap) things I could do to maintain my system and then, just for good measure, pulled out an obnoxious clog in my bathroom sink. How's that for great service! I will always go to this team for my plumbing needs from now on. Thank you for restoring my faith in home repair!

We had an emergency plumbing issue at 7:00 p.m. Thursday night, my husband didn't know who to call. The fist 24 hr plumber he called was too busy to help but referred him to Pipetechs 6600 Mt Herman Rd. Raleigh ph 919-293-1221. Dan came out and had everything cleaned up and put back together in an hour. Doesn't get any better than that! Thanks Dan!

Pipetechs plumbing has replaced an old Apollo water heater and expansion tank used for combined hot water and side loop heat exchanger. The cost was extremely competitive compared to a lot of other large plumbing companies or small plumber contractors, and the work has been very professionally done. I recommend Pipetechs plumbing for their outstanding cost / work quality ratio.
