Hello!  Just wanted to give a shout to Doug and Eric!  I was recommended to you all by Jeff Poe at Phunco.   I'm so grateful for his recommendation!   Wonderful and professional service.  Despite my social anxiety he did not make me feel uncomfortable or anything and he did a great, fast efficient job for my MBR tub drain replacement.  He was very calm which eased my anxious mind.  He was also training Eric at the same time who was wonderful, friendly and knowledgeable as well.  They did not leave a mess and offered great education to me as well which I appreciated. Can I just say Wow to this Company. This was my second time reaching out to Jayks. Jayk/Jason, you guys are awesome. Not only did I have a water heater leak, but they were able to schedule me in today to resolve issue. Unfortunately, not a lot of funds at the present time. It was ok, because this company, owner, along with employees were compassionate, caring, understanding, and was willing to work with me. I may not have got work done today, but I made sure they know, they will definitely be getting a call back when access my finances. It's nice to know you have honest genuine people who look out for Single ladies. Thank you don't ever change. I will always call on this company for help. You should too, you will not be disappointed. :)

These guys have saved my home TWICE so far in 2020 with plumbing emergencies. The professionals that came were very kind and knowledgeable. Even during the COVID19 crisis, they are exceptional.

This is the most worthless company I have ever dealt with. I called once and talked to the secretary and gave her my information, and a week later I called and left a voicemail. They did not even do me the courtesy of returning the call.

I had an excellent experience with CK's plumbing. I had a toilet needed to be reset and was slowly leaking through the downstairs ceiling. Olsen was extremely courteous and knowledgeable and answered all of my questions through the process of replacing the wax. I would definitely call them again if I needed anything else done.

Would never use him if he were the last plumber in Durham!

Several trips to repair nearly new GE oven, lots of parts replaced GUESSING at our expense.

At one point, parts and screws fell out all over the floor while they were struggling and trying to remove the unit. I have a bad back the 'tech' said.

Finally they gave up and/or I fired them.

The GE tech (that I should have called first) diagnosed the problem in 5 minutes, ordered a simple part, fixed our nearly new GE oven under WARRANTY.

BMS Techs are trained to 'rip off' the customer any way they can think of, previous unsatisfactory gas dryer repair.

STAY AWAY. They're not honest and they're INCOMPETENT.

This company and its staff (receptionist, office, owner, and service technicians) all quite responsive, friendly, helpful, knowledgable, competent, and seek to keep costs of services and repairs as low as possible. They responded promptly on several occasions during past month over holiday period for problems with sewer line back up. Each time they explained the causes (related to 65 year old lines), lowest cost approach and solutions, including free assistance from city, and suggestions to avoid similar problems in future. Owner took special interest in the situation. Highly recommended!

DO.NOT.USE.  After waiting for them all afternoon on a weekend, for an emergency appointment that had been scheduled in the morning, they finally called and said they weren't coming. DO NOT USE!!!
