I experienced a plumbing issue at my home and called Sweetwater Plumbing for assistance.  I explained the issue to the technician who immediately diagnosed the problem.  The issue was resolved quickly.  The technician was very knowledgeable, with a professional attitude.
I would recommend Sweetwater Plumbing to anyone who needs a plumbing services.  I was very satisfied with their service.

Bottom line: Sweetwater Plumbing checked all the boxes on helping me out with a plumbing event...timely, professional, friendly, and did a great job. Excellent service!

The Deets:
You know...it happens...plumbing related emergency right as you are trying to get to work. I saw the Yelp reviews for Sweetwater Plumbing and went with them. Customer interaction over the phone to set up a visit was great, professional and smooth. Within a couple of hours of getting everything set up over the phone, the technician I was assigned came to my home and handled things, he was very positive and friendly as well as got the job done. It was quick, professional, minimal mess, and a great job. The fee was reasonable for the time frame and services. I am glad I went with Sweetwater Plumbing on this one, two thumbs up!

I phoned Sweetwater this morning as we had a leak under the kitchen sink. I spoke with Joe, who reinforces my belief, that small businesses are the way to go. Joe stated that he couldn't make it to the house for a couple of days, but asked if I was willing to try to work with him to resolve the problem. I took a photo of the pipes, sent it to him, and he stayed on the phone with me, patiently walking me through each step to repair the leak. Honestly, I was so pleasantly surprised! What an incredibly kind gesture. If this company is this good and this kind over the phone, I will use them again moving forward.

So happy with their work and timeliness! I definitely will call on them again for our plumbing needs!

My 17-year-old water heater died and overflowed this morning, less than 3 hours from my call we have a new tank installed!  Wow.  Very professional and fair, great experience!

Adding in yet another issue. Shower valve in downstairs shower not secured to the framing. Pulls from wall and will eventually fail. Costly fix!

I'm in Raleigh so I'm outside of Sweetwater's current service area. But John spent the time with me to discuss my plumbing problems and options, knowing that he wasn't going to get any work out of it.

I sure wish I were in Sweetwater's service area because it was clear that this company has ethics and kindness!

I had them replace two leaking hose bib with frost free versions. The price was reasonable. The technician arrive within the specified time frame, and was able to change them out in 20 mins. The repair look good.

I've used Sweetwater Plumbing for multiple jobs at my home.  Most recently for an issue with my tankless hot water heater.  Mario came out and resolved the issue quickly and professionally.

Tom and his team do a great job each and every time.  I recommend them to all of my friends and my clients.

The guys came as they were promised.  Fixed our leak quickly and in addition gave us recommendations on how to routinely unclog slow draining sink drains.  The guys aren't pretty but they now their stuff.

I had a curious problem with venting a sink and they were very helpful in understanding the cause, urgency and approaches.  They have gained a future customer.

I've had my first interaction with Sweetwater plumbing and I can't speak highly enough of their customer service and work ethic.  I needed and external pipe repaired and with in hours of reaching out to them, they were at our house and fixing the pipe.  They will be our ONLY 'go to' service company from now on.  I couldn't have asked for anything better.  So easy to work with...thank you, sincerely.

Sweetwater came out for a small plumbing need in my home.  Quick reply to my initial inquire, quick scheduling, on-time arrival, and friendly/professional service.  Solved the problem in under thirty mins and didn't try to bilk me out of money like some of the quotes I was getting.  Locally owned!  Support Small Business!

We had multiple issues with faucets in our master bath. Faucet flow slow, drain overflow not connected , and water tap not tightened down properly. I have had 2 plumbing companies come and do their diagnosis. I called Sweetwater Plumbing and Mario took care of my issues including changing the filters on a reverse osmosis water filter system in my kitchen. The problems were small and Mario took care of them all in just under an hour! Sad thing was the last plumber that had diagnosed my slow faucets indicated I needed new cartridges which took me over 6 months to get from the manufacturer!  The problem was created because the line was kinked when he installed the hardware for the faucets! A very positive experience working with Sweetwater Plumbing!

Super responsive and helpful.  They solved the issue with our hot water heater and made the fix.  Fairly priced as well.  Will definitely recommend them.

Great service, called late morning for a clogged toilet and someone was at my door within 1 hour and fixed the problem quickly. Can't beat fast and courteous service. Give Sweetwater a try.

Maria was on time, courteous, and professional. He wore a mask and addressed all of the plumbing issues that we had. We had three issues two of which required very little repair. He was honest and did not replace an item that we thought I needed to replace. I highly recommend Sweetwater plumbing.
