Prompt, Friendly, Professional. I contacted several local plumbing companies to provide an estimate and to hopefully fix two running toilets. Jayk's was the only one that offered a free estimate and was also able to come out the same day. The technician, Abel, arrived on time and offered a reasonable estimate for the repair. Abel was very professional and completed the work in less than hour. He left both bathrooms clean and further pointed out some areas of plumbing concerns that I might want to look into in the future. Very pleased with the service provided by Jayk's.

We had a weird situation with our toilet last week, where the tank began overflowing pretty much out of nowhere. After shutting off the water, cleaning up the floor, we realized we'd need a new toilet.

We called Jayk's to see if they could come by, and they sent Efrain over the following day. I am pretty much a nervous wreck when it comes to anything plumbing related. Water issues are stressful.

But Efrain had a pretty calm demeanor, installed our new toilet without needing any help, and even hauled our old toilet away!

So grateful to have found Jayk's and we will call them again for our future plumbing needs.

Woke up this morning to the sound of rushing water only to find my crawl space flooding. Found Jayk's on YELP, gave a quick call and he immediately dispatched someone to my home (who arrived wearing a mask!) Main water line from the street to the house had cracked in the crawlspace. His guys were great and had repair completed exactly 2 hours from my initial call. Everyone needs to put their # in their phone for future reference.

Recently bought a townhouse in Morrisville. Had a clogged sink and leaking toilet. Got a reply to my inquiry within just a couple hours (on a Sunday before Memorial Day) and had everything fixed by Tuesday afternoon. The guys were super professional, friendly, and honest. I keep Jayks number handy for plumbing emergencies. Jason has been out to our place twice, once he spent over an hour diagnosing a problem, told us how to fix it ourselves, and didn't charge anything. Another time he fixed a water main that we busted by accident, within an hour of us calling. Great, quality, professional work, very fast, and a trustworthy person who will give you a fair price and not try to up-sell on work you don't need.

I called Jayk's after our water heater stopped working. I had purchased a replacement, and the installer from Home Depot was saying it would cost a boatload to do the hookup, and I would need to wait another couple days for them to make it out. I called Jayk's, and he said he could be out the next day for half the price. The owner, Jason, ended up getting a guy out to the house that same night to do the install. He did great work and was an absolute pleasure to work with - he even hauled away the old heater. I would absolutely recommend Jayk's, and I'll be calling them any time I need a plumber from now on.

This was a great service! We were concerned about an issue with our toilet and shower drain, especially when we are all hunkering down and practicing social distancing during COVID-19. Jayk came in, covered his feet, wore rubber gloves, and was in and out. He helped me understand what the problem was, was friendly, was incredibly easy to work with, had fair prices, did GREAT work, and he was on-time!

Made an appointment, was told a person would show up. When I called for an eta because they were late they asked me who I was and said I wasn't on the schedule. I told them to cancel. Someone then showed up at my house 45 minutes after that. They literally wasted their contractor's time after giving me the runaround. Spare yourself and go with another plumber.

I was very pleased with my interaction with the company. I thought my water heater was malfunctioning so I called Jayk's. I didn't get an answer but the messages stated that if I sent a text to the phone, I would receive an answer within minutes. True to their word, I got a callback within 5 minutes. After a few more texts and pictures, a technician was sent out the same day. As it turned out, I did not need a repair, but I appreciate the fast, friendly service. The tech was very courteous, professional and efficient. When my hot water heater needs replacing, I will DEFINITELY call them back because I believe in rewarding good service with my patronage. On New Years Eve, I discovered my water heater had been leaking/spraying how water. I immediately shut every valve, turned off the water and taped the leak. I reached out to every local plumber with good reviews and BBB accredited and Jayk was the only one who responded/kept 2-way dialogue going. They couldn't make it out on Sunday and said Tuesday may work but luckily they were able to send Ephraim & Abel out Monday morning realizing the urgency. I can not thank them enough-definitely a reliable company and I would absolutely recommend them!

Had a simple case of broken garbage disposal. As per most things plumbing related, I could DIY at a fraction of the cost of any plumber, even Jayks. However Mrs V won't allow it (something about how she wants a non-torched house to come home to...) . So I called Jayks based on Yelpers. Showed up on time, friendly, and did the work at the lowest price of any quote. Has a personal warranty that I trust. One of those guys you just get a 'WYSIWYG' vibe from. Recommended!!

Total leak marked the spot off by more than 7 feet. The Jayk's plumbing crew dug a second hole following the stream uphill and found the leak faster.
Total leak had come into our house and hooked the gas to our washing machine water line. There was a huge thumping from the attic above us where the hot water heater is.
I asked the tech what the hell are you doing to our pipes to cause the noise and he responded that's weird.
I will hold the company responsible for any damage to our new plumbing throughout the entire house that was just done 5 years ago.

Totally incompetent company. Save your money and call Jayk's plumbing that found it!

Well, they seemed nice but when they came to my house, they said the leak in my ceiling was due to moisture in the air from the hurricane. Not sure how a large leaking spot in the ceiling is due to moisture in the air... it's near multiple pipes so I thought they would help, but if the leak was from roofing then maybe they could've said it's not the pipes you may need to call a roofer instead and I would've done that... but instead they didn't offer any advice or help other than saying it's from moisture in the air, which is definitely wrong.

They've done a few great things for us over the years. Always pretty quick and easy. Also relatively Affordable. They have never tacked on additional charges and they have always followed up when something was still having an issue. I had them come out like 5 times for a plumbing week but it turns out when it rained The boot on the roof was leaking down through the shower drain into the kitchen. But they helped us trouble shoot out and figure that out. And they just installed a toilet today and that went well.

Jayk's was here before 7 this morning, even earlier than promised, found a defective supply line, replaced it, and were done. They were competent, masked, covered their shoes and generally a pleasure to deal with.

They knew what they were talking about when I asked about another problem as well, and the toilet repair was almost instantaneous.

It's nice to find competent reliable people in these odd times.

We woke up to find our water heater was leaking. We called a few locations and were asked to pay just for a diagnostic, let alone the work. Jose from Jayk's arrived before the expected arrival time, was knowledgable, friendly and fast; and the cost of repair was less than the diagnostic fee of the other plumber. Needed a toilet replaced. I purchased one myself though they had offered to purchase or said that if I wanted to buy it they could go and pick it up. I'm a visual person so wanted to buy myself and was able to bring it home easily enough. Jose and Abel were able to come an hour earlier than the appointment time which worked great for me and they were finished within an hour. I was impressed that they caulked at the base, removed the broken toilet, and left the area clean. First experience - I recommend and will not hesitate to call them again.

We are New Yorkers quarantined in Chapel Hill in my parents retirement community. It's new construction. Their dishwasher stopped working and their warranty just expired.

My sister lives in Durham and she had plumber recs but all not so great. Her favorite guy is older and she didn't know if he would respond...

So I looked on Yelp. Jayks was professional - communicated via text - the plumber who came was here for 45 min fixed the issue and it was $45 !

We are now telling my sister and her subdivision to put this vendor in their list. EXCELLENT. PLUS we didn't get someone denying that COVID-19 is a pandemic (like the last guy who came here to help us around the house).

Jayk's should have been my first call before things got worse. If you're in a panic and don't know what to do because a broken sink valve is spewing water in your face, call Jayk's. That's what I should have done.
A day after my incident, I called Jayk's and they were at my house in less than 30 minutes (i'm from Durham). Jose, the technician, was very patient and got the job figured out and done within one hour. He even gave me some recommendations to prevent what happened from happening again without pressuring me to do those at that time. Very pleasant with this service.

We had them install our shower drain and new water lines for shower as well as the faucet and fixtures for shower. Did a great job. We even thought we maybe had a leak after (no leak) and when I texted to ask if they could check it out they answered RIGHT AWAY and came within 30 minutes to check it. Originally, I wrote a negative review of this company, but I am amending it due to Jason working with me to improve the situation. There was a communication error that led to an unfortunate situation where I took a morning off work, and the tech I was expecting did not show. However, I will amend my review because Jason did apologize and arrange to fix the situation on the same day. He offered me the time of my choosing, and the techs who came out promptly diagnosed and fixed the problem on the same visit, with a very reasonable price (they stated it was a discount). They were polite and efficient, and I have no doubt that I would have been raving about the company had the aforementioned experience not happened. That being said, I do not believe it was intentional; honest mistakes do happen.

I would just mention that you should be absolutely clear in your communications with Jason and ensure you are both on the same page. I would also recommend having a phone line that is normally answered during business hours, as I usually am accustomed to doing business over the phone rather than over messaging (as I am sure many others are), and messaging can lead to miscommunications. I don't know enough about plumbing to comment, but my experience after the techs eventually showed up was very positive.

100% would recommend to my friends and family. As a single lady I would be a prime candidate for a plumber to rip off, but instead Jayks quoted me a fair price and when the issue was more simple than anticipated I paid a bit less than quoted. I am beyond happy with their fast and friendly service, shoutout to Lou who was professional and was able to quickly identify and fix the massive leak.

For those nervous about having someone in your home during Covid, the technician not only wore a mask and booties, but stayed socially distant. If you're on the fence and shopping around, I wholeheartedly recommend Jayk's.

Jason did an amazing job installing our new Kohler sink and Moen touchless faucet. He pointed out little dents on the sink that were probably from the shipment and he did a great job of addressing this and trying to compensate for this during installation.

We also used Jason again when we had to get new toilets installed. We bought the toilets from Lowe's and they contracted out the installation to another company who sent out a guy that was completely incompetent and said that the toilets could not be installed due to some leveling issues and that we should renovate all 3 of our bathrooms. We called Jason shortly after and he took a look and said that it would be no problem installing the toilets and that the other guy simply did not want to do the work. For this project, two of Jason's employees installed all 3 toilets and tested each several times to ensure there was no leakage.

Overall our experience with Jason has been absolutely wonderful. He is such a nice guy to talk to and will give you honest opinions about the project at hand. You can expect good, quality plumbing from Jason and his team!

We had a couple leaky toilets in our house, one the gasket was shot so we shut the water supply to that bathroom upstairs and the other issue in our guest bath was a slow but relatively steady leak. Unsure of exactly how to fix we called a pro. And a PRO is exactly what we got in Jose. I called Jason the owner on Friday afternoon and he got us an appointment first thing Monday (today). Jose showed up on time and was an absolute pleasure to work with!! I explained the situation a bit more (although Jason did a great job already prepping him so he knew what to expect.) Jose was not only incredibly nice and a pleasure to work with but you could tell these guys are incredibly knowledgeable and he immediately was able to assess the problem and figure out a solve. He pretty much got right to work once I showed him both toilets in question and within a few hours at most he was all done and cleaned up each bathroom. He even left the tank lids open too so I could take a look at his work and do a couple test flushes. The toilets are both running smooth and QUIET which was critical because the guest bath would let out a high pitched humming noise every so often because of the leak. When we'd have guests over we would always tell them to shut the water line so it didn't make the noise throughout the night. Now we don't have to worry about that anymore! Plumbing work is not exactly cheap but worth it, we were bleeding money the past few months in our water bill so this should put the stop to that. I won't say these guys are expensive or cheap but rather reasonably priced. I don't have much basis of comparison so it's hard to say definitively. Also, you pay for what you get!! Highly highly recommend Jayk's - these guys are the best and do great and efficient work!!!

Moved into a new house and needed a new water heater. I called this company based on Yelp reviews. They said they would show up that day. Two guys showed up promptly, were very polite and professional and worked liked dogs in my hot garage. I couldn't be more pleased with the fast efficient service. We recently bought a house in Raleigh/Durham which unfortunately did not have a natural gas outlet to connect a grill. Having no desire to run back and forth to a store for propane gas refills, I contacted Jayk's to see if they could run a natural gas line to the patio (Note: not all plumbers work with natural gas). The first question the owner asked of me was whether or not we had a gas stove and/or a gas furnace, because if there was no gas coming into the house then they couldn't run my gas line - Duh. We do have gas running to the house, so indeed they could install my gas line.
Two very pleasant young men came to the house - exactly on time - and after first checking out the crawl space, told me yes they could install the line and how much it would cost. I told them exactly where I wanted the gas outlet installed, and they got to work.
After a few hours they had successfully installed the line and explained to me how to use it. They made sure to tell me what size fixture they installed, because apparently the original gas line under the house was an unusual size and they knew I would need that information when buying a gas hose for the grill.
Before leaving they put a protective extension (the black thing seen in the picture) on the outlet to prevent any accidental damage. It gets removed when we hook up the grill.
These two guys were superb, and should we ever need plumbing work in the future, Jayk's will get the phone call.
If you do happen to use Jayk's perhaps you'll be lucky enough to get Nick & Louis, the two gentlemen who did our installation!

So Jayks comes all the way out to my house to fix a pressure problem and finds out it's really not a pressure problem but likely I just need a new shower head.

So what does Jayks do? He says no charge. No trip charge and no charge since he didn't have to do any work for me. I gave him a generous tip and will DEFINITELY use him again.

Jayk's takes good care of customers.

I contacted them when our water heater sprung a gas leak. Jason worked with me to find the right replacement unit, and proved far more knowledgeable than any big-box competition. He had a crew to my place that same afternoon and they worked beyond quitting time to make sure that our family had a safe hot water supply by evening. We got a great unit for a better price than the competition could offer.

I can definitely recommend Jayk's and will continue to use them for plumbing or other home-repair issues.

The dishwasher install from hell.

Things didn't start so well with some missed service windows and a problem with the installation. A technician was dispatched to correct the issue but ultimately, the owner came out and made things right. That's the best a customer can hope for when things don't go as planned.

The pricing-point was half of what other vendors wanted to charge with much quicker appointment availability.

I will look to use Jayks again because I know they stand behind their work.

Had a tremendous experience with Jayk's. He was able to schedule me in within two days of calling since the problem was not emergent. I actually sent him pictures and video of the problem via text message and he was able to give me a quote right over the phone. He was prompt to the appointment and, the job was actually easier than he thought it would be so he took $20 off of the price. Extremely honest and professional company! Will definitely be using them again and will be referring them to my friends. He was one of the only plumbing companies I found that would give me a quote over the phone and wouldn't charge me just to come out irrespective of the price. Highly recommend!

We had a plumbing emergency and I saw the positive Yelp reviews and called Jayk's. I received a prompt reply and an appointment quickly.
The service was expensive but we expected that. We were not pleased however, when we discovered that copper piping had been replaced with plastic (there was no prior discussion of this) but we could live with it. What prompted my previous one-star review was the company's utter lack of administrative support afterward. Our insurance company requires that a copy of the repair invoice be submitted in order to process the damage claim and it took three weeks and my finally posting a one-star review to obtain a legible copy.

Had a leaking hot water heater. Got a couple quotes. Jayk's ended up being not only the cheapest, but they replaced it same day. The crew was friendly and professional. They were all wearing masks and did their best to social distance (It was difficult in a 4 foot wide hallway). Total time from them showing up for the quote to it being installed was about 4 hours. This is including the time taken to go get the new water heater. I will definitely be calling them again if I have any more plumbing problems.

My garbage disposal was clogged and I'm clueless, so I contacted Jayk's. I'm so glad I did. They sent out Lou, who was the nicest, most polite, most professional guy you'll ever meet. He texted me to let me know he could even come a bit earlier than scheduled if that was okay with me. It took him about a half hour to solve the problem. The fee was extremely reasonable.

They worked efficiently and carefully both in the house and in the crawl space, and were conscientious to close our crawl space door tightly when they left. I was very impressed with the service. I needed someone to check my house for leaks due to a very high water bill. Jose came out first thing in the morning and spent a considerable amount checking in, under and outside myself.
Apparently, I must have left an outside spigot on at some time during the month. Being I have a county private water supply, I had Aqua water supply check out their water meter. The meter checked out fine.
In spite of the time Jose spent at my house and was not able to find a leak, he wrote it off as a courtesy call at no charge.
He was prompt, knowledgeable and efficient. Needless to say, these folks are my new go-to plumbers.

I have had multiple plumbing companies to my house to find a leak in my master shower leaking into the basement. Each company immediately said that I needed to rip up the floor and replace the entire shower.

Lou from Jayk's took the time to actually investigate and find that the shower system is leaking in the wall down to the basement. As soon as I find a system to replace the bad one, I will be calling back to schedule the replacement.

I called to have a shower pan, drain and shower valve installed in a shower that we are retiling. The person on the phone told me that Jayk's did both a we arranged for someone to come at 10 AM two days later. The plumber showed up around 8:30 (fortunately I was home at the time) and gave me a quote for replacing the valve but told me that he doesn't do the plumber's portion of shower pans even though I was told that the company did. The old tile had already been ripped out and the tile person was waiting for these things to be done.

Wow, not good customer service. Their voice mail box is full, so I couldn't leave a message. When I called back & someone answered, I was asked to send a text of what was needed. I did so, and received a reply text the next morning. After a couple of back & forth texts about possible times, I asked if another day would be better. I got no response back.

For busy customers who are juggling a lot of commitments (work meetings, kids, etc), texting is not a good way to schedule appointments. Based on the reviews, I was excited to possibly find a reliable business to work with, but I'm not texting back repeatedly to beg someone to do work. This doesn't bode well for future communication regarding jobs in progress.

I realize house repairs & home improvements are in high demand right now, but this isn't acceptable.

I had a simple leaky toilet to fix. I contacted Jason via the Yelp Messaging function and he quickly reached back out to schedule a time for a free estimate. To say that our experience with Jayk's was FANTASTIC would be an understatement--Jason and Lou went above and beyond for us. We had a *gigantic* (when I say gigantic, I mean it was like beaver-sized) clog in our waste water drain pipe. We have a 1980's house with a ton of tree roots out front and out back. We suspect the problem was long coming, and any repairs done to the pipes were done previously by people who didn't know what they were doing. (Clearly, they should have hired Jayk's!)
Our water access isn't marked anywhere, so after camering and determining the clog was from 40-70 feet to possibly out to street level even, Lou knew he'd had to dig out the line to find the clog. They sent Carlos, who in ONE DAY dug up half the yard to get to the pipe, this giant trench, because that's how far down our lines were. I have never seen anyone work as hard as Carlos in my life--he is a rockstar! On day two, he came back and finished the trench, locating the giant clog, restored water drainage to our house. At every stage of this process, Lou treated our project like an absolute emergency (yet that didn't reflect in their fees). There was a tremendous, tremendous amount of work done on our house. I was very impressed that Jason stuck to his quote (and actually, it was $200 less than the worst case scenario quoted), because it was really labor intensive work.
I spent a lot of time with Lou through this process of having to camera, dig the trench, get the water out of the trench from the torrential rain, then filling in the trench. Lou was funny and put us at ease, and he and Jason explained step by step what they'd have to do. So not only did I get my problem fixed, but now I know where all the water lines are in my house, AND what to expect in the future. For someone who knows very little about home repair, this was huge--and never, ever did they treat my concerns like I was being a nuisance, or talk down to me. I think it's rare to find such good customer service in a company, that *every* single person you interact with is delightful.
Also, props to both Lou and Jason for being incredibly quick at replying to stuff. I received replies from Jason on Yelp at 11 PM at night (wow!) and from Lou by text pretty much about a half hour or less after I sent the question. I expected to have to wait days, and to have to keep up on the plumbers with constant reminders - not true for these guys. At the end of this process, I was ready to invite Lou, Jason, and Carlos into my house for a home-cooked dinner, THAT'S how great they are.

My only interaction with Jayk's was via phone/email.

On a Friday morning I had a rush request for an estimate to finish a bathroom remodel plumbing job and sent a very detailed description of the job with pictures. He responded very quickly with a question which I answered. Given the fast response I thought I'd see an estimate within a few hours or at least the end of the day. Nothing. Given the time crunch I was under I contacted Jayk again that evening and was told he'd have something back probably by the next evening (Saturday). Nothing. Nothing the next day but I gave him the benefit of the doubt given it was the weekend. Monday morning still nothing so I called and had to leave a message. Interestingly he responded right away with an email with his rough estimate. It was evident he didn't even bother to carefully read the proposal I sent because his estimate was for the installation of one faucet and sink and the proposal clearly stated two.

I don't know if he just wasn't interested in the job or what the issue was but I wish he hadn't wasted my time waiting for his response. I'm very disappointed how this turned out because Jayk's reviews were very good. I don't like leaving negative reviews but as a business owner myself if I'm not treating a customer the way I would like to be treated then I have failed in my customer service and that's the core of my business.

This is an amendment to my above review. Jayk's called after my review posted apologizing saying that yes he had dropped the ball - however we still seem to be not quite on the same page. I believe the major problem here was his lack of follow-up and communication but he perceives it as more of a being very busy and struggling to keep up. I needed to replace a broken pipe that twisted apart when I tried to replace the tub fill spout. I knew what needed to be done as I have done in my younger years. It required cutting the copper pipe, soldering on a coupling add a new short pipe to a 90 degree elbow & add a 6 extension into the tub. Then solder on a new threaded fitting. Another plumbing company I had used rejected that idea and said they needed to add a crimping fitting and it would be $304. I called Jayk's Plumbing in Durham. The tech arrived early the next morning and I was very impressed. Very professional. I did not have to tell him how to repair the pipe, he told me and it was exactly what I knew. He spent 45 minutes cutting and sweating the pipe in and charged me $150. I now have a new plumber. Lesson learned. A++++

I started texting with Jason late Friday afternoon and we talked early Monday morning. He had someone out that day to fix our water line to the house. It had been leaking for quite some time but we had only found the source on Friday. Our landscaper laid down new grass seed today. Went over to the hose in our backyard to water the area and water was gushing from the back of the hose knob. I'm in an older home that had been a diy project. Lou came out and was able to get the basement toilet functional again, and fixed a leaking tub. Now I have a fully usable bathroom! I would definitely recommend them again. The price they charged was about 10% more than I was quoted by another company, but they showed up on time and got the job done. I don't mind paying a little more. I have a couple other projects that need to be done, and I will be calling on them again.

Decided to install a bidet in light of the coronavirus pandemic/toilet paper shortage and in the midst of that, accidentally broke my toilet fill valve. Asked for quotes on yelp and Jayk's was the most prompt, even offering to send a couple of their men within about 3 hours. While a slight delay because they were held up at their last job, was still within an hour of their original estimate. They were very polite and professional, putting on booties to walk into the house and take a look. They also wore masks and gloves as to not risk infection, which I gave them props for.

Literally in less than a minute they diagnosed the problem and gave me recommendations on how to fix it. I was able to buy the part online and replace it with the help of a friend. Best yet, I asked how much I owed for them taking the time to drive out to my distant part of town and guide me on how to fix the problem and they said it was no charge at all. Really stand up business. Guess there is a reason the reviews are top notch.

But the biggest job they did for me was put in a water heater. Gotta love Yelp Request A Quote! My toilet had been running for months and I just kept putting off calling a plumber. I would have left a 5 star review 3 months ago or even if I had received better customer service this morning but I can't. Jayk's came out and fixed issues with our house bib and emergency shut off valve in April. We wrote a check and went about our lives. We randomly get contacted in July that we gave them a blank check and we need to pay. I knew this wasn't the case...we would never hand out a blank check to anyone. Long story short...they never took care of our check, the ink faded (left in the sun in a truck maybe? Who knows) because you could see where my husband had in fact written out the check but it was unusable bc now the ink was faded. They contacted me 3 months later in July wanting payment. I was not comfortable paying someone who also still had my personal check in their possession so we arranged for them to come this morning to sort it out. I explained that I was not happy with the fact that our original payment was not handled properly because we had to make sure to have several hundred dollars available at that time and now I'm have other major financial obligations this month and paying a $625 bill from 3 months ago was not something I was expecting. I asked if they could reflect the inconvenience with today's payment. The employee that came to the house was very kind and professional the entire time. He put me on with the business owner who was anything but. He didn't want to listen to me but instead wanting to make sure I knew how inconvenienced he was for having to track down our information to get our payment. He kept emphasizing that we are both inconvenienced here...and when I tried to explain that we hadn't done anything wrong...we received the service and paid same day he would not agree that we were 100% not at fault for the situation and just apologize for not taking care of this sooner. I was told by the employee that the check wasn't turned in for weeks after the service (which would make the faded ink make sense) but the owner told me that is what the check looked like when he received it two days later. Which in that case...why are you waiting 3 months to collect payment from me if there was a known issue 2 days later? Again we don't write checks without being aware if the ink is coming out of the pen. At the end the business owner ended with well I don't care pay what you want just make sure ink is coming out of the pen when you write the check. Then 2 mins later he texted the employee the amount I had to pay him. At the end of the day the company was at fault for not handling the payment at the time of service, would not take responsibility for their lack of doing so and wanted to make it sound like we were somehow at fault and were inconveniencing them. A simple hey I'm so sorry we should have handled this better... would have been great. So I'm sure this would be a great company to work with as long as it is a straight transaction and there isn't any REAL customer service needed.

Not only did I have a water heater leak, but they were able to schedule me in today to resolve issue. Unfortunately, not a lot of funds at the present time. It was ok, because this company, owner, along with employees were compassionate, caring, understanding, and was willing to work with me. I may not have got work done today, but I made sure they know, they will definitely be getting a call back when access my finances. It's nice to know you have honest genuine people who look out for Single ladies. Thank you don't ever change. I will always call on this company for help. You should too, you will not be disappointed. :)

We were under the gun to get a leaking faucet and a water valve replaced. Our current faucet system was custom made and was just plain worn out. I called a number of places including Jayks and he was the only one that could meet my schedule...and I'm so glad it worked out that he was available. Jason came out, assessed the situation and we determined that our current faucet was not salvageable. Jason developed the best option and installed our new faucet (and water valve) before any of the others could even visit our house! He was EXTREMELY reasonable in price and I knew that I could trust him from the moment we talked. When faced with any new plumbing issues, my first call will be to Jayks.

I wish I could give them more stars! We have used this company on two of our homes, for a variety of issues. In every situation, they have been prompt, honest and done an incredible job for an unbeatable price.

For own if our homes, we had them come out to fix broken pipes, install two clean outs and unclog the sewer line. At another home, we had them come out to repair improperly installed plumbing. In both situations, we could not have been more pleased. Every single time they have gone above and beyond our expectations.

I wish all vendor experiences were as seamless and professional as Jayks!

We called Jayks because we had an emergency leak (turns out a hot water hose between the first and second floor split, which caused leaking through the light fixtures). Jayks voicemail says to text him if it's an emergency, which we did. He got back to us within 10 minutes and told us that Jayks would be at our house within 40 minutes!

Jayks quickly found and diagnosed the problem and fixed the hose. They're also going to prepare an estimate for the repair of the ceiling.

We will definitely call Jayks for all our plumbing needs.

We called Jayk's first thing in the morning when water heater started leaking and they arrived within half an hour. Able and Jose were incredibly efficient, professional, and kind - they had our water heater replaced, as well as fixed our supply line and rusted out water valve all within a couple of hours, and way below budget from what we were quoted by other companies. I can't say enough about how impressed we were with their service. They are taking serious COVID precautions and made us feel safe throughout their service. We will definitely be calling them anytime we have plumbing needs in the future!

Jayks has been super helpful with an issue that required multiple trips and an back and forth with my insurance company. He found my burst pipe, which I couldn't touch it until all the adjusters etc. had reviewed my claim. He returned to repair it many weeks later.

Initially, they refused to cover a burst pipe that turned out to be $20,000 in repair damage. But Jayks explained why what they were arguing did not make sense in my situation. I found the evidence I needed from the hydrant manufacturer, talked with my insurance, and they overturn the ruling.

Our water heater went out the day before Christmas Eve. We received a quote that night from another company and it seemed really high. I contacted Jayk's on Christmas Eve morning, via yelp messaging and received a response almost immediately (and this was early, around 7:00). They gave me a quote that was over 1000.00 less and could install the same day! Jose and Cody showed up on time, worked hard, had great attitudes and were really great! I would recommend these guys to anyone! It's stressful to have the unexpected expense, but these guys made it better all around. Thank you!

OK. Well. I'm in downtown Raleigh, and I called them at 11:09 AM with a burst hard water pipe in the crawlspace. It is now 12:22 PM, everything is fixed and I just sent these two very helpful and safely masked plumbers on their way. $200. I recommend them most highly.

My toilet would not flush and was filled to the brim. I was so afraid if would overflow and cause damage. This incident happened on Friday. Most of the places I called said they could not come until Monday but Jayk's came out that day and resolved the problem. Thanks
