Best Plumbing Services in North Carolina
Theresa at Bass Plumbing did an awesome job with customer service! She was very polite and understanding of our plumbing problem and the frustration associated with it! She did all she could do to schedule the best service appointment she could for us. So nice to deal with someone that considers the client!

BBradley Plumbing did an amazing job. I called Matt and his guys came up within the hour to remove broken tank while Matt pickup a new water heater. Matt and his guys were amazing, professional and on point! They did a great job and pricing was right on target to what I was expecting. He acyually gave me an idea of pricing and did not change or have add-ons. He picked up the right tank and replaced shut off value too!..... I suggest to call Bradley Plumbing for your home plumbing needs. I believe he also does commercial peoperties too!

I've had some plumbing issues with a new house and I have met with multiple plumbers about the issue and have been disappointed with their competence, particularly when it comes to knowing plumbing code and designing/installing systems properly. William Parrish is clearly the outlier around Raleigh. He knows his code and understands modern plumbing requirements - and what's necessary to make them work as intended. He went above and beyond for me and I have complete confidence in recommending him.

Our heat randomly stopped working at one of our rental properties so we reached out to Piedmont Metro for help! They had someone out the same day to not only diagnose but also fix the issue super quick! Very affordable & reliable! We'll definitely be using them again in the future!

Proflow was by far the best plumbing service I have ever used. They were extremely responsive to questions, kept me updated, and were flexible in working with my schedule. Also gave courtesy calls when they were heading my way and pulling in. They were of the utmost professionalism and it was a pleasure doing business with them. Highly recommended! Prices are extremely reasonable.

When we suddenly had no water coming out of the faucets, we called 24/7 Plumbing in the hopes someone could come out right away. The person on the phone was very friendly and helpful and, even though we were initially informed that no one was available to come out until tomorrow, they later called back saying someone could be at our house in 20 minutes. They followed up with texts and calls confirming our scheduled service along with their estimated arrival time. They were able to quickly diagnose the problem, and we had our water flowing again in no time. They were courteous and answered all our questions.
Highly recommend.

My first floor toilet started leaking. I received a quick response from Xprt to my need for services, had an appointment within a couple hours. My toilet was checked and an assessment of the issues was provided along with recommended services. The toilet was repaired and reinstalled with a new seal. The cost was reasonable and as quoted. I will definitely use them again.

We had an issue with our AC damper motors. At first we had submitted a claim with our home warranty to find that our issue was not covered. The AC repair tech that the home warranty company sent out lacked communication and could not get the issue resolved in a timely manner. We called Raleigh Heating and Air on Sunday afternoon and our issue was fixed by Tuesday afternoon. They had excellent communication during the whole process. The technician was friendly and very knowledgeable. He was able to answer all of my questions. We will definitely use Raleigh Heating and Air in the future.

Eddie was great! He responded to my estimate request early (3:20 AM) with much as up front pricing you can do based on what I could give. A polite and personal email response. This was also the only estimate with any pricing we received when I woke up on this morning. I had already researched and knew getting the hot water heater I needed would be difficult due to where it is installed and the space available here. I also knew about what this would cost wholesale. Asked to proceed and he was here exactly when he said he would arrive. Everything is pretty good so far.
Now this is where it goes above what I expected - After seeing the layout there was only this particular water heater as an option. Eddie was up front about the cost of the unit (I had researched) and this reflected his original estimate. I didn't have a home warranty and do not have much experience working with any finance company. I tried to apply on his site but it was not working. Eddie personally called the finance company to assist and it turned out my personal credit lock was preventing the application from going through. I fixed this and he then walked me through the financing directly with his business account rep all the while lining up the rest of the job.
The water heater had burst but not in a location to cause damage. I did have cold water as I found the valve to shut off water to the tank. I told Eddie and his office it wasn't an emergency but would like it fixed as soon as possible. However, Eddie treated it as such. In less than 4 hours from responding to Eddie's initial quote I had hot water.
Professional, punctual, courteous, and was able to finish a difficult fix quickly.

Had a leaking pipe in my front yard. Matthew's responded almost immediately to my inquiry and recommended I contact they City of Raleigh before proceeding with work. Once determined I needed to cover the repair, they immediately scheduled a repair date and even called the city to mark power and gas lines before offering that date. They were friendly and efficient and made a stressful situation much easier on me!

The gentleman was both courteous and professional during my recent service call. He changed out an existing kitchen faucet for a new one and connected both plumbing and laundry tub to pre-plumbed connections.

My dishwasher hose was leaking at the shut-off valve and I called Same Day to come seal it off for me. They scheduled for the next day (which was fine, I called at 4pm and the leak was extremely slow) and sealed up around the valve. The charge was $145 but I don't think that's unreasonable for in-home service. It's not like I'd be able to repair the thing myself.
Unfortunately the next day I noticed the leak was still going, though much slower than before. The guy came out 2 hours after I called, and this time replace the tubing. He let me know the reason for the leak was because the tube was supposed to have a metal bit inside to keep the plastic firm against the shut-off valve, but this particular hose was installed with just plastic. The replacement for the tube and this particular visit was no extra cost, it was just included in the $145 I had already paid.
No leaks since then, and I'm sure I'd use these guys again if I ever have another plumbing problem.

Excellent work, but at an extremely high $600 per hour cost. I have not received the receipt yet and will have to contact the company.

A leak developed in a pipe joint adjacent to the one they fixed. They came back out, but said they weren't responsible, it was just poor original installation. They did give me a 10% discount on the labor for the new leak. But now I'm seeing that I have a very slow leak in the joint adjacent to the second replaced joint. It's so slow I'm not going to bother with it for now. But I'm going to have a try a new plumber in the future. I have no doubt that my plastic pipes are cheap and crappy. But I do doubt that they are cheaper or crappier than the typical spec house. I need a plumber who can work with the pipes I have, not the ones I wish I had. Plumbers, I'd suggest maybe strapping or clamping the pipes you are working on to something heavy, to minimize the torque on adjacent joints. I'll also note that the original burst pipe was a hot water pipe, close to the outlet of the water heater they installed, but that may truly be pure coincidence.

On time, good work, but the pricing was a bit steep. I was quoted $169 for a new expansion tank (which was reasonable since I knew it would include driving out to see me) and then, when here, was told the relief valve should be replaced but for an additional $175. Didn't seem equitable since it took an additional 10 minutes and I looked up how much a pressure relief valve costs (which are at Lowes for $15). Learning lots anout plumbing.

They got here and gave me a quote that's unreasonably high. Although I have communicated my issue clearly beforehand and they should be able to give me a quote without having to be here. In the end I had to pay for the dispatch fee while fixing the issue myself. Genuinely bad experience, feels like a trap.

I need an easy repair to a toilet. Called the number and asked simple questions... do you charge for consultation, what's the earliest availability. I was given so much attitude by the person on the phone I hung up.
