Great company prompt response to my voicemail. Diagnosed problem over the phone with a quick text pic of the problem. Showed up earlier than expected but called first. Whole job was done in 30-35 minutes. Very reasonable for what we had done! Will use them again from now on.

I called Lloyd today for a kitchen pipe leak, after American Home Shield told me they couldn't get anyone out to the home for 4 days. Well, our tenants couldn't go without running water in the kitchen for that long. I found MMOC through Yelp, called Lloyd and he went to the house right away. He diagnosed the problem, informed me of the repair cost, and kept me in the loop the whole time. I highly recommend MMOC. Very professional, and Lloyd seemed like the kind of guy you want to BBQ with. Thanks Lloyd! :-)

They came out within hours of me calling for a broken hot water heater. They go the whole thing replaced same day and we're super nice. Highly recommend. Will continue to use them.

Just had a gentleman from Plumbing Solutions at my house to change out a leaky faucet and fix a running toilet. He was very friendly, professional, gave us helpful tips and cleaned up after he was done. Very happy with the work and would definitely use them again and recommend to others.

Streamline was wonderful to work with. They scheduled both the plumber and electrician to arrive at the same time to do estimates. The electrician was able to fix our flickering light fast and was very polite. The plumber was trustworthy and provided us with advice and a quote for the labor. It's great to feel like you're working with a reliable and trustworthy company. We will definitely use them again!

Our house is almost 100 years old. We had a storm water drain that was backing up and we didn't know where the drainage pipe opened. The guys spent 8+ hours over two days working to find the end of the drain, clearing out the pipe, and working to make sure it will stay clear. They were very friendly, hard working and don't like for a job to defeat them. If you have a problem, they will find it. I highly recommend them.

Paid a very high price for hot water heater replacement: $2800 cash, no checks allowed, added fee if you use credit card. The new tank is a BW 50 gallon lowboy, no special plumbing or electrical needed to replace it.
Would suggest shopping around, if you have the time.

We had a plumbing emergency and I saw the positive Yelp reviews and called Jayk's. I received a prompt reply and an appointment quickly.
The service was expensive but we expected that. We were not pleased however, when we discovered that copper piping had been replaced with plastic (there was no prior discussion of this) but we could live with it. What prompted my previous one-star review was the company's utter lack of administrative support afterward. Our insurance company requires that a copy of the repair invoice be submitted in order to process the damage claim and it took three weeks and my finally posting a one-star review to obtain a legible copy.
We now have that paperwork and Jayk's responded very quickly when we had an issue with the repair work later. Once the learning curve associated with running a business is past, administrative issues will likely be handled as smoothly and efficiently as the plumbing repair was.

Great guy and very helpful! Told me how to fix the leak under my kitchen sink over the phone in about 2 minutes. No charge. Now of course I am giving this review having not actually had any on site work done. So keep that in mind but I will give them my business in the future if needed.

Guy came out looked at my Well and pump. Sent a quote I accepted. 7 weeks later he said the parts came in. He arrived to do work only to say he got the wrong pump and then claims I have no water in the well and to call a well driller. I got another plumbing company who says they can do what I need,I have water and that cks isn't licensed to even touch a well. They will do the work next week at a lower price. Cks wasted a lot of my time and charged me a service call for their errors.

We've recently moved from Southern California to Durham so we're in the process of establishing relationships with home service providers. I can't exactly tell you why I reached out to Simply Plumbing but I'm sure glad I did.
Travis is the owner and was very responsive to my call. Our needs were pretty modest. Installing two hose bibs, relocating and replacing a defective thermal expansion tank and running a gas line for a bbq.
Gas lines and hose bibs needed to be run through our brick exterior. The drilling was done to perfection and properly sealed. In working with the gas safety was #1 with Travis.
I asked several questions about how are systems were originally run and he answered with great detail (and patiently).
You can be sure that I will contact Travis when next I need a reliable, reasonably priced and efficient plumber.

I had a hvac leak in an expansion tube. Cost was $919 + $89(service call). Tech said majority of cost was materials. Only materials were 410a refrigerent & enough solder to cover a 1/4 pipe. System holds 229 ounces or 14.3 lbs. Tech was onsite 3.5 hours. If majority of cost was materials then giving them the minimal cost on such would be $919 * 51% = $468 / 14.3lbs = $32.77/lb for 410a. Whereas it's $4.40/lb on amazon resulting in a 740% markup. If tech was mistaken & majority of cost was labor, again giving them minimal cost assuming 51% of fee was labor, then $919 * 51% = $468 / 3.5hrs = $133/hr labor cost. Either way there is extreme markup here. On the plus side, they're open 24/7, they were able to come out within 4hrs of my call, they showed up withing the 2hr scheduled window, the tech was professional & courteous, & my a/c now works.

Outstanding service. Michael and his assistant - sorry, I forgot her name, were great. They arrived early. They were very professional. My heating system was down and they checked out every possibility explaining what they were doing the entire time. It ended up being a rather simple repair. They waited around another 10 minutes to insure it worked properly. When the Auto settings on the thermostat didn't cut off they reprogrammed it. Most repair services would have left once the heat kicked on. I sincerely appreciated them making the extra effort. The repair cost was very reasonable. An extra bonus is Michael does a mean Elvis impersonation. Highly recommend.

Our sewer line backed up into the main toilet and tub and overflowed onto the floor. Dave and Frank came out right away and identified where the clog was and blew out the clog and reset the toilet etc. They were responsive and fixed the problem right away. I highly recommend them.

This is a very unprofessional plumbing company. They don't stand behind their quotes. You will end up paying more at the job site . I would recommend that you stay away from them.

If they plumb like they drive I wouldn't trust them to snake my toilet. Looking at their cellphone while driving.
