Same Day Drain Cleaning & Plumbing Repair

These plumbers are very good, and I will definitely use them again.  They repaired my stopped-up outside faucet in one hour.  I paid them over the phone with a credit card.

I have hired this company many times and have always had a positive experience. I scheduled an appt for today. Brad notified me about his eta and was right on time and did a great job.  I will definitely continue to call them when I have a plumbing issue. Thanks again!

Like several other folks on Yelp, I never heard back from them.
Unreliable.

Noticed a small leak around our toilet, called at 10am. Was there at 3:30. Fast, extremely personable, near and very reasonable!

Great service. Very professional and came super early. Paul was very open about the cost, the issues and handled it quickly and efficiently. Would not hesitate to use his services again if I need to. Highly recommend with no reservations.

My dishwasher hose was leaking at the shut-off valve and I called Same Day to come seal it off for me.  They scheduled for the next day (which was fine, I called at 4pm and the leak was extremely slow) and sealed up around the valve.  The charge was $145 but I don't think that's unreasonable for in-home service.  It's not like I'd be able to repair the thing myself.

Unfortunately the next day I noticed the leak was still going, though much slower than before.  The guy came out 2 hours after I called, and this time replace the tubing.  He let me know the reason for the leak was because the tube was supposed to have a metal bit inside to keep the plastic firm against the shut-off valve, but this particular hose was installed with just plastic.  The replacement for the tube and this particular visit was no extra cost, it was just included in the $145 I had already paid.

No leaks since then, and I'm sure I'd use these guys again if I ever have another plumbing problem.

Just had Brad out to my office to fix a couple issues.  He showed up when he said and completed repairs quickly, even with having to leave to get a replacement faucet.  Was professional and polite.  Would definitely use again or recommend to friends and family.  Give them a call!

Got an appointment on same day service, fixed all 3 leaks until i showed him one of the toilet water leak is still not fixed, said he will come back and fix it next day as he had to order the part, never showed up after that, tried calling several times, he never picked up the phone. I have to call another plumber to fix the problem. Very unprofessional, I will never call this company or recommend to anyone....

This company advertises my problem on their website as something they can fix, and states no job too small, but even though they said they'd come out later that day, they never showed up or called. Pretty unprofessional. If you're not interested in a job just say so, don't leave people hanging!

Had 3 appts scheduled.   Contacted by phone and text.   Only one reply back to reschedule one of these appts and still didn't happen.  I understand busy and working solo (if this is the case) but totally unacceptable.  
I am part of a neighborhood with social media that posts references and people ask for various services.  Thumbs down from me.

Worst company I have ever seen in my life. I purchased a $1600 water heater and I did not get hot water in some parts of the house. I asked them to come check, they never showed up. I called about 10 times to Brad and the lady from Customer service. Nothing. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

Called them at the late one day after another plumber came in and tried to rip me off. Same Day gave me a quick and fair quote over the phone and was doing work at 8 a.m. the next morning. Brad was great! I had an issue and he fixed it quickly and was reasonable. He also came out to hook up our dishwasher on a separate visit. Both our experiences were great! He was reasonably priced and did a great job!
