I could not be happier with the service I received from Rooterman.  I had a leak under my sink and had called two local plumbers who had done work for me in the past.  One was out of business and the other never returned my call.  I called Rooterman, someone answered the phone,  Rooterman arrived within an hour, diagnosed the problem as a rusted through disposal, gave me an estimate, went to get a new disposal, and installed it - all within 1. 5 hours and on top of it all Kevin was as personable a person as I have ever met.  I have already told two neighbors about the good service and I will call Rooterman Coastal Carolinas the next time I need plumbing help.

Awesome!  Our water stopped working on Wednesday at 1:30 and they had it working again by 4:30.  Other companies said they couldn't come until Friday and Monday.  Great customer service and very fair.   They'll definitely be the first people I call next time.

I'm doing a full renovation on my house to include a new kitchen and master bathroom. ARC plumbing completed the plumbing in both areas and did a fantastic job. I'll definitely call them for projects in the future.

Hello everyone, Ken Bucher, who was the owner and CEO of Eagle Plumbing, was my grandfather. He was an extraordinary individual who seemed to make friends everywhere he went, even when he was working.

Unfortunately, in June of this year (2016), my granpa passed away from aggressive and sudden thyroid cancer; as such, we are in the process of closing his business permanently and we are referring and long-time and new customers to his equally superb plumbing friend Jeff Falls. (I'm in Durham, NC.  Not sure why it says Sylva!)  These are our go to guys for any plumbing need.  John and Chuck are friendly guys and do excellent work.  I am very surprised by the reviewer who said they didn't follow up; there must be more to the story.  Our calls are always returned promptly.  I highly recommend the Whaley Brothers.

Jones plumbing fails to contact me regarding a return to my home to finish the plumbing job

My water heater died and I needed a new one. I called Pipetechs and they came right out. They assessed the situation and gave me options for a new water heater. Once I decided  what I wanted they came out and installed it. It was great service! I will definitely call them again when needed!

Honest, fast and did an amazing job!  Tray fixed the plumbing for 3 sinks and a bathtub. He replaced shut-off valves, all of the pipes under the kitchen sink , replaced a faucet, etc.

He then took a look at a much larger problem I thought I was facing and fixed it at NO CHARGE. (I was quoted $1,500 by one competitor, when in fact it was an issue of resetting a pump.)

His price to do the work was literally $1,000 less than two other estimates I received. He does what needs to be done and doesn't take advantage of you. If everyone did business like he does, the world would be a better place.

I am SO happy I found Bull City Plumbing. Quality and integrity, all the way.

Curry and his crew were terrific! Our hot water line to our washer corroded and they replaced our whole box and drain to fix it the right way. We appreciated the prompt response, fair pricing, and quick repair time. An innocent question about our water bill led to a much appreciated discovery of a leak in the main line from the street to our home. They were back within days to remedy that issue as quickly as they could. Great bunch of professionals!!

I asked my gf to help me find a Plumber and she found these clowns, they didn't come the day of the service was schedule, gave us the highest bid to install our water heater over 5k, the socks one was 1k below with the installer providing the unit, on top of that charged her $50 for the estimate, they never said there was a charged over the phone, definitely took advantage of her, I would not recommend this company to do any job for me or any of my friends.

When your wastewater system alarm goes off, all kinds of bad thoughts creep in.  I called around and there wasn't much help.  These guys started diagnosing the problem immediately.  They responded with the same sense of urgency as I was experiencing and helped me walk through the problem and then came out the next day to help.  They diagnosed the problem and set clear expectations.  Through every turn, they kept me up to date on the progress and costs.  I checked costs on the internet and these guys were at or below typical prices.  They worked every angle to make sure my system was up and running as soon as possible.  This isn't some large company, it's just a couple of guys who get it.  Highly recommended.

I made the mistake of setting up an apt for the spring HVAC tune up special through Home Depot, performed by ARS.  Simple,  $100 bucks cause I have 2 units.  

But,  I was informed by the tech that my Hair system (only 3 years old and installed by ARS) ALREADY has a bad coil and it's leaking freon.  Okay.  That sucks,  how much to recharge? $300. Okay.  More than I wanted to spend,  money is tight,  but I can swing it.

What then happened was the price of freon changed THREE times over the course of the next hour.  That $300 exploded to $900. And when I yelled (literally) STOP! I can't afford that,  thre dude literally hiked the price on the freon he had already put in one last time.

Think the worst used car salesmen with all of the shadiness and aggressive sales tactics and you'll come close to what I experienced.

Ultimately,  ~$500 bill on a $300 authorization.  I called and complained,  and,  to their credit,  they did refund the cost of the freon. But they also took the opportunity to talk down to me cause you clearly don't understand how freon pricing works... let me explain it to you in great detail. Sadly. I do know how authorizations work-- perhaps I should explain that to them in great detail.

I say this because 2 days later,  they called to tell me my coil was in.  The coil covered by my warranty,  that I had NOT authorized them to order.  In fact,  I was quite emphatic in my No.

They've returned the part.  They say it won't affect my warranty when I go to another provider for the repair.  I guess time will tell.

I do NOT recommend.  Yelp is first, BBB and Home Depot will hear my complaints next.

Incredibly shady business. Their service techs are good, but they will RIP YOU OFF without hesitation. 2 separate jobs, both we were quoted at more than 3x what we were quoted by other local professionals. They take advantage of people in desperate situations and charge outrageous dispatch/diagnosis fees. STAY AWAY.

We have used Blanton before on some other properties and have always been pleased with their work, however this last time has been awful. My wife called them about a bathroom fan that needed to be replaced. Once the tech came out he quoted us 1000 to replace. We told him no and he said he atleast had to cap the wires for safety. The bill came to 630 to cap a couple wires. Once I saw the charge I called them to have someone explain why the bill was so high , and after trying to get in touch with a manager they forwarded me to the electrician. He said yea it would cost anybody else about 40 but since they are professionals they upcharge it alot. I told him I understand and we probably won't be calling them anymore, and he proceeded to say good we have 100s of customers you don't matter. The only good part were the customer service girls, they were very polite.
