We had a disastrous experience with this company and I would recommend not to use their services. They were recommended to us by another local plumber for a situation that we had with two clogged toilets.
First, when they arrived, they did not even come into the house to assess the situation. They immediately began to work on the Sewer-Clean-Out to the street. We asked if they needed to see the bathrooms and they said no. We felt it was strange that they did not come into the house to inspect our toilets, when that was the issue we had called about.
Second, when they started snaking the mainline to the street, sewage began backing up into our bathrooms. We immediately told the service technicians of this issue and asked them to stop and check out our bathrooms. The service technicians were very surprised by this result and did not understand why this had happened. Enough water came back up out of the toilet, bathtub and shower to cover both bathroom floors with several inches of water in the bathtub and shower.
Drain Express (management) said this was a coincidence and has taken no responsibility for this. They did not call us back to apologize and did not help to clean up the mess. They did not refund our money or pay for the ensuing damage we had.
In the interim, we had to hire an environmental remediation service to come to our house to 1) sterilize our bathrooms, 2) remove our tile and dry our floorboard and remove our toilets as they prepare to retile our floors.
We have lost the use of our bathrooms for 3 months.
Finally, Drain Express did not even bother to clean up the mess they left in our driveway from cleaning out the mainline pipe to the street. We have had to hire someone to clean up the mess and toilet tissue.
For all the reasons above, plus their lack of remorse, carelessness and their overall sloppiness, I would avoid this company.

Highly recommend Robert and the team. They've done two projects for me and both were wonderful.
The first was attaching an irrigation system to a new water meter. They helped me navigate the permitting process for the new water meter, had it connected, and tested it with the town.
The second was fixing drainage issues in the yard. Rob walked around the property and was able to determine where to best place catch basins/connect gutters to reduce run-off. The project was completed in two days, and I haven't had drainage issues since!
The team is reliable and the work is done to a high standard. I appreciated how they were able to keep much of the grass intact, it was hard to tell where the work was done after a few weeks.
They also stand by their work. One of the gutter drainage pipes surfaced slightly after a storm, and the team came back out and re-buried it at no charge.

Our water heater started leaking and was 14 years old so I knew it needed to be replaced. I called Gene's answering machine on a Thursday and actually got him directly, told him the problem and said I thought it needed to be replace SOON. He said he was loaded with jobs but he got to it immediately after the weekend, which was earlier than I was expecting. Showed up with his helper and got the tank replaced in a couple of hours. Did a highly professional job. But the recirculating pump started making noises that night, so I called him back, shut off the pump, and he showed up the next morning, diagnosed the problem and fixed it in 30 minutes. Great service!

Pure-Line Plumbing was great with both their services and fair pricing. I had Dwayne install a stainless-steel residential hot water tank that has a lifetime tank warranty. He first came to the house and did a through assessment of my house's current plumbing situation and we discussed various options for the hot water tank replacement as well as a new pressure relief value and shut off valve. He was especially mindful of the high quality brass pipes that are in my house and the need to use brass to complete this new job. The Pure-Line office prepared and sent to me a detailed quote and gave me a generous discount for having registered on their website to receive a new customer discount. Dwayne and his co-worker spent a full day removing the old tank, installing the new tank and the pressure relief value and shut off valve. They did an excellent job. Very high quality work!
