We just had All Star Plumbing come out to our house to get a quote on fixing some plumbing issues in our garage. We had a different company come out a few months prior and we wanted a different quote because they estimated way to much. Cesar came out inspected the issue fixed the issue that was going to cost a lot of money for free, within a matter of 5 min. We are doing more business with this company

I called a few plumbers to come out to my new house. JJ was the only one of the three who was flexible to come out on my schedule.

James (JJ) kept me up to date, sent pictures of the work and gave me the price that I thought was very fair.

He finished the job in a short time and for a good price. Fair and honest.

Great service at a fair price. My pipe burst from the recent freeze and Stephen got it fixed in the next day even though most places were only able to come during   expensive after hours. He responded quickly to my Yelp project request and did everything as expected and held to his estimates. He was a gracious guest in my house and fixed things exactly like I requested. He added stop valves to help avoid losing water across the house in the future and insulated all of my pipes to prevent future freezes. I would definitely recommend and will be contacting him again for future handy man needs.

I was able set an appointment with one call. They arrived on time which was great. Our job had multiple steps, all completed properly.  Great service and pricing. Recommended.

Woke up this morning with no water. Didn't know any well and pump places but I had seen this business when I was out traveling in the country.. it was two after 2:00 in the afternoon when I called them and almost within an hour they had someone out to check out the problem. An hour later I had water and the price was very good the two men that came to do the work were very polite you what they were doing and did not try to sell me anything I did not need. I highly recommend this company when I've had to have well work done before it was nowhere near as good of an experience. This company is great.

Jeff Agnew is a life saver. We had a totally blocked main sewer line and Jeff worked us in to his already full work schedule to come to our rescue. In intense heat and in a small, cramped basement work space he worked to exhaustion trying to unblock the line. Unfortunately, the blockage was apparently beyond the reach of his cable line. But he would not give up on us. He said he would add additional length to his cable line and return the next day to continue his efforts. Good to his word, he returned the next day and attacked the problem again. This time he was successful!
His timely , conscientious and compassionate work allowed us to return to our normal life. I highly recommend  Jeff Agnew to anyone seeking a really competent and caring plumber. Dan Patterson, Burlington, NC.

Three months and $1200+ later the repairs are still not completed correctly. Two out of two mechanisms installed repetitively break. When we emailed the company to come out to make repairs (again) they failed to respond for 7-14 days. Instead of the Master Plumbers team acknowledging that their response time was poor we were criticized for emailing them.

When we wrote an appropriate lower review for lack of response, poor workmanship and product, we were forcefully questioned why we left the lower review. Answer - because it was honest.

The service manager made a half hearted attempt at completing the repairs that weren't made correctly on the first visit. The items  are now still not working correctly.

Poor workmanship, incomplete repairs and low quality mechanisms are what we have experienced when selecting Master Plumbers of Greensboro.

The past six times I've used Edward Mills I've been pleased. Very responsive and very fair pricing. They've helped me with two hot water heaters, fire logs, and basic plumbing repairs. I recommend them.

After scheduling an appt last week that was cancelled same day, I tried again. Today the technicians showed up for a few electrical issues and when they couldn't quick fix them (they tried for about 5 mins) , they said their manager needed them to install a generator for someone else so they had to leave. When I asked when they could come back he said they were really busy and it could be weeks and suggested I call another company. And then he wanted $111 for the gas/trip fee.  WHAT?!?!

I asked to be placed BACK on their schedule and if/when they show back up and fix the problems, I'll happily update this review (and pay them the one time $111 gas/trip fee).
