High prices buyer beware. They will definitely take advantage of an older couple if it's hot. Our parts were under warranty and still charged through the roof for installation. Said they needed to pay for advertising and top techs. Tech had to call to find out how to wire up sub at blower motor. They were supposed to return to put in factory motor apparently but we weren't informed until 2 weeks later when we complained about the price. Checked with 2 other HVAC companies and the cost would have been a third. Shop around before using this company!
Amendment: They reached out after my post to try to make things right. Returned 350 back to us. Feeling better about customer service

Would not recommend. Difficult to get a hold up. You can't speak with anyone local. First encountered them at a local baseball game. I have numerous rental properties and they ask for my business. But you call a number and get someone who will just lie to you when they answer the phone. They won't let you speak with anyone locally. so if you want to do business with someone in another state to doesn't really care about you, maybe give them a try but they're not local. They asked me for my business for all of my properties and I said I would give them a call and talk to them but when I called, they refused to let me speak with anyone and told me I can send an email.

Our air conditioner started acting up - alternately blowing warm then cold air - during the hottest week of the year. I made an appointment for the following morning and the serviceman showed up right on time. He had everything he needed to diagnose and fix the problem.

He took multiple pictures of the AC system, both inside and out, and we discussed each one at length. He then e-mailed them to me so that I'd have them for future needs.

He offered me 3 different repair options - good, better, best - and we were able to discuss the pros and cons of each option so that I could make an informed decision.

The work was done quickly and professionally; the price was reasonable. I also really appreciated how much time he spent with me to discuss the state of my HVAC unit.

After scheduling an appt last week that was cancelled same day, I tried again. Today the technicians showed up for a few electrical issues and when they couldn't quick fix them (they tried for about 5 mins) , they said their manager needed them to install a generator for someone else so they had to leave. When I asked when they could come back he said they were really busy and it could be weeks and suggested I call another company. And then he wanted $111 for the gas/trip fee. WHAT?!?!

I asked to be placed BACK on their schedule and if/when they show back up and fix the problems, I'll happily update this review (and pay them the one time $111 gas/trip fee).
