All Star Plumbing

Called All Star for a water heater that wouldn't heat. The man said there is no power to it. He went got a voltmeter ran tests and said it's the heater coil. He could replace it but would not warranty the work due to the age of the water heater? He said the best thing to do would be replace the whole whole water heater, for $1075.00. He replaced it, and the new one didn't work. So it seems the breaker was bad  ie. no power to it. He should have known to check the possible reason for the lack of power to the previous unit, which I thought he had done with the voltmeter. Bottom line I spent $1075.00 for a water heater I did not need. They had to get someone else to fix the breaker, one more day w/o hot water The water heater came from Lowes and was a cheap model, $349.00. I was charged over $700.00 for the install of the new one. That's very a excessive amount.  This was a cluster of an event.
Hard to say if the repair guy didn't know what he was doing, or this was a planned con. I'm not a happy person with this company.

I'll start by saying that the person who answered the phone did so quickly and guaranteed me that a plumber could be onsite by noon. That was absolutely true. They were actually there early. I was not onsite to observe the inspection but after a couple of hours my husband was told that no leak was found - joy, joy! Three cutaways into my ceiling helped determine that. This is where the service changed. The workers told my husband that someone else from the company would repair the holes. This was not to be. Patiently waiting for a follow up call to get my total cost for service and schedule the patch work needed, 5pm came and went. So I called the office about 5:15. Not sure if the same guy answered but he seemed quite annoyed that I asked for someone to come repair the openings. Quote you didn't pay did you?. No I answered. I was not given the cost yet. We'll take that money  and find your own drywall guy. I don't have one on staff. Well neither do I sir! Not in my front or back pockets. There was not a suggestion on who I could contact - no recommendation. So thank you, All Star, for NOT closing the loop and leaving me on my own. Remember that a little courtesy goes a long way!!!

Found them based on yelp reviews. They were here the next day, extremely professional and friendly, dealing with a water leak that was impacting my neighbor below me and they worked to coordinate the repairs between both our units. I was very pleased with the price and my neighbor below was thrilled that they wiped their feet before they walked in and were conscious of removing the debris created when they had to cut a hole in her bathroom ceiling. Would certainly recommend them and will continue to call on them for any other plumbing issues I may have (hopefully no more that impact my neighbor).

Unfortunately, like many things in home ownership, plumbing service is expensive. The guys at All Star were punctual, professional, and fixed a major problem in one day. My property is a rental and my tenants had no water due to a break in the main supply line. Another plumbing service estimated 3 days before they could begin the repair.  I called All Star after normal working hours on a Thursday and they were at my house at 8:00 AM the next day. Water was back on by the end of the day.

Amazing job!! Had pipes to freeze and burst.Not only did they do an amazing job but the price was no where as expensive as i thought  it would be. They dug up the concrete showed me all the problems,fixed several problems ,re-concreted the area,  & cleaned up. Super nice people! Highly recommend!

Kris was very professional. He called before showing up. When he got here he quickly came up with an estimate. The price was very fair. The work quality was high. I will defiantly recommend them and use them for any future projects.

We just had All Star Plumbing come out to our house to get a quote on fixing some plumbing issues in our garage. We had a different company come out a few months prior and we wanted a different quote because they estimated way to much. Cesar came out inspected the issue fixed the issue that was going to cost a lot of money for free, within a matter of 5 min. We are doing more business with this company

Overall great experience from the initial call to the end of the job.  Had a hot water heater replaced and at the last minute when the guys arrived asked if they could change out a kitchen faucet and they said not a problem we will take care of it.  Service was great, guys were great, went the extra mile, good work, and beat the pants off any price either box store quoted me.

I reached out to All Star Plumbing and got a quick response back. They came at a time that suited my schedule and were very prompt. The plumbers were thorough and diligent to fix the problem with my toilet. I highly recommend them and I would definitely call them again.

Outrageous service fee and wanted to charge twice as much as I actually got it fixed for.  Also wanted to repair through a kitchen sink, when the problem was in the main line. Will not advise to call.

Have used two times in minor emergencies. Prompt and courteous.

We had a Rain softener system took out by this company and they did a wonderful job and was very professional well use them again. Two very nice gentleman. Is very happy with the job.

we've been using all star plumbing for over 5 years and can, without hesitating, recommend them. after another plumber damaged my bathtub, creating a leak,, all star plumbing isolated and corrected the problem and recommended a contractor who quickly repaired the tub. several years ago, after commode back-ups, all-star replaced all our commodes with updated water-efficient units that reduced the amounts of money on our water bills.
2 weeks ago our quest plumbing (check it out - it's been causing problems in our area) disintegrated, causing a major flood at 10pm on a sunday night. we called all-star and one of their men stopped the flood within one hour. if it hadn't been for all-star we might have lost our house.
rather than facing another flood, we opted to have all of our pipes replaced. all-star sent a team in and had the job completed in one day, greatly reducing the stress and inconvenience we were experiencing.
my best endorsement of all star plumbing is to say that we keep their magnetic phone number on the side of our kitchen fridge. it sure saved our hides, and possibly our home, in the past few weeks

We had a clogged toilet and contacted All Plumbing Services.
Mr. Khemlani said he would be right here and he was true to his words. I love that! He was extremely polite, knowledgeable, and fun to talk to. He had the clog opened quickly and the price is very affordable. In fact All Plumbing Services of the Triad is now my go to plumber.

I had a leak in my garbage disposal with water under the sink and on the hardwood floor. I called All Star Plumbing early on a Sunday afternoon and they said they could have someone come out for an overtime charge since it was a weekend.  The price was reasonable so I asked that they send someone. A little while later, Brian called and told me he was on the way, arriving about an hour after my call. He replaced an old and rusty garbage disposal, actually having to cut it out it had rusted so badly. He was on site for about an hour, got it replaced, and in working order. I also asked him a couple of questions about replacing the kitchen sink and he was helpful making suggestions about I needed to do. Brian was very professional and friendly. I will definitely contact All Star Plumbing in the future when I need help.

Same Day Replacement of non functioning Water Heater.  Cesar and Christian were excellent and wrestled the old and new units through the narrow crawlspace access.  Other companies may answer the phone, but this was the only one in several attempts who was able to do the work that day.  3 of the other local companies I contacted never responded to the messages I sent.  When the time comes, I'll be using this company again.

We called this company at ten o clock, they awns right away, took details and sent us the team next day as per request... they were on time, did a great job and were super nice young men. Very fair price and we Will call again. We own rentals and to find such a honest group who work so well is amazing.. Call them, they can be trusted... they also have a funny u tube... lol. Ask for the A team two really nice young guys...

This past weekend 8/23/2015 we had a major plumbing problem that needed immediate attention. Not being acquainted with any particular company I went to the internet. The first company I called that advertised 24/7 did not answer the phone, next I selected All Star Plumbing. I was told that someone would be to my home within about an hour. I received a call from Joe The Plumber who indicated he would be heading my way. Joe arrived and immediately assessed the situation and discussed options with me and began working. From start to finish Joe was a consummate professional and treated this job as if it were his own home he was working on. Joe worked diligently all day and completed the job as promised. I recommend All Star Pluming for fast response, quality work and reasonably priced. All Star reflects very well in Joe as a company. He is a great asset. His knowledge, personality and hard work will take you and him far.

8.17.2019 All Star Plumbing came out to do another job for me and I have nothing but praise for the owner(s) and their workers!  

I find that the workers are very experienced and knowledgeable of what they are doing.  They explained in clarity what the problem is and how to avoid having the problem again.  And they gothe job done.  

The owners ~ (I never met) reliable in their scheduling appointments, courteous and I honestly believe genuinely nice people!!   They will set you up within 24 hours for an appointment with all the equipment they need on the truck for that job.  No going back and forth to the store for parts or coming back the next day. In my cases, the work was done the same day and I was back in business the same day!

This is my second time using All Star Plumbing and this is my second review for All Star Plumbing.   I will continue to recommend them to anyone who is looking for a decent, reliable plumbing company.  

I lucked up finding them on the internet and I'm glad I did.   Like I said, I have no complaints with All Star Plumbing!
