Empire drain & water

Justin was so readily available! We had an emergency and he immediately gave our case PRIORITY! He was very personable and prices were very reasonable. Justin went beyond the call of duty in not only addressing the immediate situation; he made sure EVERYTHING pertaining to the issue was in tip-top shape before leaving. He gave a description of how the issue resulted and what needed to be done in great detail to get it back to working properly. He made sure we understood what was exactly going on and what needed to get done. He made sure the place was left CLEAN and in order.  This company is well worth it's weight in gold and I cannot stress enough my HIGH RECOMMENDATION of this company's services and COMMITMENT to making certain the customer is PLEASED BEFORE leaving. I can't give enough praise and satisfaction for a SUPERB JOB DONE! Truly an EMPIRE STELLAR company!!!

Our kitchen sink was backing up and draining slowly.  I requested a project via yelp and was contacted by Justin within 10 minutes or so.  He was able to get out the same morning and was prompt, courteous, and professional.  Justin did great work and took the time to explain what he was doing.  He fixed our issue and charged us a very fair price.  Thank you Justin!

Justin was great!   We really appreciated how quickly he came out and gout us squared away.  We had other contractors at the house doing some work today and different ones turned off different water valves at the meter and in the basement during the day.  Well they left something wrong and we didn't have water when we got home.  They couldn't/wouldn't send anyone to fix the situation so we called Justin. He was polite and helped us figure it all out and get water back on. Not complicated but we were thankful for him. Emergency call pricing was VERY reasonable compared to what another emergency plumber was going to charge. We will use Empire again!

I reached back out to Justin for assistance with the same issue we originally hired him for. He did a tremendous job the first time, but the way in which this tub was retrofitted into a shower makes one of the pipes prone to leak over time. Since this was both a nonemergency and a very quick and simple job for someone with his skill set, I am appreciative that he was able to squeeze us into his schedule within a couple of business days

Even taking into account that he was already familiar with the problem, the repair was still lightning fast. Not only did he apply the fix, but he also volunteered a suggestion on how we could possibly prevent this issue moving forward, as well as some guidance on performing the temporary repair ourselves. I always appreciate a tradesperson who is willing to teach a man to fish where applicable, especially when it may impact their bottom line. He also charged the same affordable rate as last time which is not something I take for granted considering the turbulent goods and services economy.

As it stands, I continue to recommend Empire for any plumbing needs and will not hesitate to return to Justin with future issues.

I highly recommend Justin. He was able to fix a plumbing problem I had been having for over a year! Three other plumbers couldn't figure it out and Justin knew what the problem was five minutes after looking at my issue. I highly recommend him!

I've had Justin come by twice over the last few weeks to fix a few problems. He helped to flush a water heater, and to replace a broken hose spigot. Both times, he was on time, really pleasant to talk to, and was really helpful with suggestions to help us out with problems we didn't even know we had. I really couldn't recommend him higher, Justin is fantastic. I'm so happy that our family has a reliable plumber who feels like a neighbor that cares, instead of someone there to just rack up money. His fees are fair and transparent, and he takes the stress out of plumbing problems. I highly recommend him.
