I didn't have an emergency but I got a service call the next day. My kitchen sink was draining slowly and it turned out to be a bigger job than expected. He stayed on the job till he was satisfied the problem was solved. He was very respectful of my home   I am a very happy repeat customer!

Roger and his crew are phenominal!  In what has become an environment where it's hard to get good, quality service...Roger sets the bar high for everyone else!  His guys showed up on time, replaced my water heater with a brand new tankless heater and cleaned up the laundry room better than they found it.  I highly recommend Practical Plumbing and refer them to all of my friends.

These guys have saved my home TWICE so far in 2020 with plumbing emergencies. The professionals that came were very kind and knowledgeable. Even during the COVID19 crisis, they are exceptional.

The absolute worst plumbing company I can ever say I have ever worked with. Called them to come out and fix my leak under my house. The issue ended up being the purge valve on the whole house water filter.

What was their solution... CUT THE ENTIRE FILTER OUT MY WATER LINE AND NOT REPLACE THE FILTER SYSTEM.

Every home in this area works off well water so each has a water filter below.

Charged me $275 to literally do $20 worth of work. They cut the filter out and replaced it with some PVC.

If I were you, I would NEVER and I mean NEVER use this company. What they expected was that I was a homeowner that would not go under the home to check.

Didn't even have the decency to over to refund me some of my money for this 1/2 job. They came to my house around 8PM.

Their excuse was to say they did not have a filter system to put back in the house. They could have went to home depot and purchased a system and installed it but that was their decision.

Heed my warning. If you care about your home, you will not use this company.
