Mr. Stanley and his son Trey were fabulous! They came and quickly diagnosed our problem, had everything they needed to fix the issue, and did it with expertise, politeness, and knowledge. I would highly recommend this company for any well and well pump plumbing issues.

Even though we decided to put off our project, I Was extremely impressed with the quick response time and how accommodating they seemed to be. I realize this company does mostly renovations, but It became obvious to me that even just painting was an important job to them.

The city of Greensboro stopped by my house to let me know I was having a plumbing problem, on my backside neighbors house. The bright before I called Doug. He was out the next morning advocating for me with the city of Greensboro and the drainage in my neighbors yard. He not only fixed the issue but let the city know their part needed work also. Saved me hundreds of dollars. Friendly, honest and hard working. He is now my go to plumbing guy!!

I can't say enough about this company. Truly a white glove service for a task that I didn't even realize warranted such wonderful treatment! But it did. And they are fantastic. Thorough, clean, honest and committed to quality, this company does it all. I only wish they had a branch for all types of home repair! I love them! I'd DEFINITELY recommend them, without hesitation. Terrible experience with Neil. Came out a few days ago to look at a toilet in my house that had started leaking from the tank. He replaced the flapper and hose in the tank in about 10 minutes using a kit that cost 26 dollars, then charged me 240 in labor for some unclear reason (nothing itemized). He left before I had a chance to review the work. I and my husband quickly realized that the toilet would only flush with effort and was running for hours after a flush. Clearly, the new flapper and hose were installed improperly. When he came back out he insisted that the only problem was that I was flushing the toilet wrong. He got so offended when I mentioned that the other three toilets in my house were working fine despite everyone in the house using the same flushing technique, and indeed showed him that an adjacent toilet was flushing properly, he had a full on temper tantrum, saying that he has 13 years of experience and that I didn't know what I was talking about and spouting nonsense about how all handles on all toilets have to be pointed at a specific angle. He actually yelled and stormed out of the house, leaving the door unlocked and leaving a shocked customer behind, to say the least. When I called the main office they said they would have Neil's supervisor call me, and I am still waiting. I agree with the other recent poster that a local company is the way to go. Contractors can be unpredictable, uneven, and, in this case, unqualified and unhinged!

NO WAY NO HOW NOT EVER AGAIN. Overpriced labor just to rip you off, nothing short of price gouging. As many installations as they've done they can't even give you a ballpark figure over the phone.  The job has to be looked at in person thus the $100 service call fee and that is where they get you. It was just an installation nothing more and they didn't provide anything, and you can just save the lame excuse you are paid by the job. It's just a mark up like the funeral business. Supply your own casket but pay dearly in other fees. JUST STAY AWAY. Over $300 labor fee for no more than 30 min. and I had even had the part. Glad I didn't buy it from them. God only knows how much mark up that would be, but just as well they made up for it though in the labor. The bonus for the $300 was to hear the guy b***ch and complain throughout the installation about some office crap that was none of my business to begin with. Really shows how unprofessional and dysfunctional this place really is. Better off with Home Advisor or Thumbtack, at least they have credible companies not out to stiff you. My bad totally not using them in the first place.

The most unprofessional service I've ever used. Would not recommend them to anyone. Not reliable to appointment times.
