Was very responsive and actually helped me fix a plumbing issue over text messages and did not have to even come out to see it. Will use again for future work.

1-plumber was rude, arrogant & lied about what he had done!
part of work order was ro remove commode, clean all of old seal & adhesive & replace with new seal & sealant.
none of this job was done..altho plumber said he did it & i was charged!
after several conversations w/office, which i invited them to come look, they declined & adjusted the bill, which i paid! i do not recommend pete wall plbg for anything! btw, i have known & used this company over the years, but pete wall, himself has retired!  if anyone decides on them...be sure they clean up the mess they make!

I wouldn't hire him again. He made a mess and didn't even unclog my line. Plus he missed the first appointment, that should have been a clue.
