We had a leak in a new toilet. Called a plumber who said he'd get back to me in a few days & never did. Called Joseph - he sent someone over the next day. Prompt, excellent service $ reasonable price, especially on a Sunday! Finally found great service which is really appreciated.

I am so glad I called RTP Plumbing! Wes did an awesome job installing a dishwasher and toilet for us. He was super friendly, and his prices were very reasonable. We will definitely be recommending RTP Plumbing to friends and family!

If the star ratings had zero stars, I'd choose that one.  Lane doesn't deserve one star.  We had a burst pipe in our crawl space late last night.  Water was gushing everywhere.  Called Lane who advertises emergency services.  Left a message twice.  Never a call back.  So much for emergency service!

Had a couple of small jobs that needed repair, they were at my house quickly and completed the tasks within 30 minutes.  Very professional and excellent work.  Would definitely call them again and would refer to my friends and family!

Eugene is very knowledgeable and responsible person. He is easy to work with, not only he provides clear explanations of the process but also finds optimal approaches to the repairs. Reasonably  priced and high quality work. Will definitely use the Art of Plumbing again.

I made an appointment for tomorrow, but on the phone told the operator that today would be preferable if possible.  An hour later, Quintin called me and said he was on his way. Quintin was great!  He showed up with all the parts needed to repair my shower and toilet, and even let me see how the fixes were done.  Great service, fast response time... I couldn't be more pleased.

We have had a running toilet for several months now, and we finally got around to calling a plumber. My husband called and explained the problem to the dispatcher and she told him she would put a plumber on the phone so he could walk us through the problem and potentially help us fix it without them having to come out (our problem was a common one). The plumber walked my husband through everything and let him know the solution, and we chose to have him come and fix it for us to make sure it was done correctly. However, a more handy person could have done this themselves. I think that is an excellent show of customer service!

They called 20 minutes before arriving just as they said they would. The plumber (Brandon I think) confirmed the problem and fixed it within 20 minutes.  The cost was exactly what we were quoted. There was no mess left behind. The toilet has run perfectly since.

New water heater installed with flood stop. Techs in and out within 2.5 hours, cleaning up area nicely before leaving. They were kind giving me advice on the unit plus another home issue,  which I appreciated. Will only use them from now on.

I spoke with Robert, Roman's son, about a problem I was having with sulfur smells emanating from my upstairs bathroom. Being clueless about plumbing (this is my first home) I called R&S plumbing based upon many favorable online reviews.

Robert immediately diagnosed the problem and the solution was so simple that I easily did it on my own. Robert could have gouged me for a needless housecall but he did not. You can bet that when I really do need a plumber, I will be calling on R&S Plumbing. Such honesty is rare nowadays and I greatly appreciate it. Thank you again, Robert!

Very quick service. We have had a couple of immediate plumbing issues in the past couple of months and Durham Plumbing was able to schedule us in right away. They were very professional and friendly and got the work done quickly (not overcharging for time). Will definitely recommend them and use them again.

Kidd Brothers Plumbing has been my family's plumber since shortly after the business startup. My parents first used Bill Ed in the 1980s when he equipped a downstairs bathroom that was a former closet. They passed his name on to me and he has been my only plumber for at least the past 12 years. Kidd Brothers Plumbing is a small, family business that has been successful for so long because of their excellent customer service.

Have had them out to my house 4 times since October of 2014. The latest plumber came today and fixed a toilet that broke and caused $10,000 worth of damage to my townhouse and installed a new garbage disposal. The Plumbers are always professional and fix things correctly. The one small issue I had Don Schwartz immediately got on the phone with me and gave me a discount and fixed the problem promptly. I am sure I will be seeing them again.

i live in cary nc. i called this group because i needed someone to check my property for leaks. This group came highly recommended to be a local plumber. I contacted this group to discuss my need. Their return call was next day which is ok. i discussed with them that the city was telling me that potential water leak was not on my property but probably on the city side. Having discussed with this group, we made an appt. I called to confirm the appointment the day before they were to show up. They noted that maybe the other plumber in this group had this info about an appointment but that they would be out to my house at the arranged time. They even agreed to call me to give me time to get to my house from my daily work location.
Even though the initial cost of this effort was 450.00, i agreed that this work needed to be done so that, if there was a leak, the city would come out and repair the leak. Once the group showed up, on time, they informed that they were not permitted to test for the leak on the city water line. We had discussed and agreed on this work ahead of time. time spent; 20 minutes. And i was charged 150.00 for their travel time. And the leak problem still exists. So back to the city.
I am unhappy with this organization and would not recommend them. My expectation was for them to help me find the leak. And the discussion was for them to see if the leak was on the city waterline that feeds into my property. Because this waterline belonged to the city, they were not able to test. So, this is fine. they should have told me in discussion and setting up the appt that they were not able to help.   Poor communication. And i get to pay for it.

They're nothing but a bunch of crooks. They tried to take advantage of my wife over 5k for a 40 gallon water heater tank install out the door. They claimed we need a new tank. So we decided to get a second opinion the and the REAL plumber he showed up when through everything and basically told us that we DID NOT need it a water heater tank. I highly suggest everyone who reads this review  BE CAREFUL with these CROOKS they're out to take you money. The next day the sales rep called back and I flipped out on him and gave us our money back for the visit. The truth of the matter is that he was going to take advantage of the situation just because she was WOMAN...smh

I called Blantons to come and look at my tankless hot water heater that wasn't giving out hot water. When I called, they told me there would be a $116 service charge and then possible charge if something needed to be fixed. Of course, I understand that.
The technician comes out to my house, takes a look at water heater, breaks a lever on the box next to water heater. Connects a loose wire. Technician was there less than 40 minutes. Then he comes around with his invoice and he charges me $360 for diagnostics. Never told me prior to doing anything that it would cost this much. My total was $417, for less than 40 minutes of work. He also put in the invoice that he diagnosed the problem for 45 minutes and then took 30 more minutes to fix. Not true, I have it on my cameras and I stayed with technician the whole time.
I paid the bill because I didn't know what else to do. I immediately called the company to speak to them about this matter, was asked how much I think I should have to pay. Then was told that the manager said I shouldn't have paid and he can't give refund now that I have already paid but he would give $50 credit.. no thanks! I asked to speak to the manager and he conveniently just left to go to the field, he was supposed to call me by end of day and surprise.. he never did.
I would never recommend this company to anyone. Terrible customer service and seems like they adjust their prices based on what they think they can get away with.

Slow to respond(36 hours?), provided no details and said he was booked for this time even though I had no timeline. Don't waste your time. Seems like a dead profile.

Michael and Sons must have a fortune to spend on advertising. Morning TV is flooded with their commercials. What a shame they can't earn repeat business. I called to have a wonky toilet fixed. I've replaced the flapper myself in the past, no big deal. This time it just wouldn't stop running no matter what I did to adjust the valve. Since I was just prior to going away on business, and I didn't want to come home to a flooded bath room, I called MandS, mainly due to the relentless commercials. Now get this: the girl who showed up took one look inside the tank and said I had two choices, I could replace the tank to the the tune of $400, or she could turn off the water valve, and since I have 2 other toilets I could just turn it on when I needed to flush.  WHAT? Are you kidding me? For this ridiculous service call I gladly paid $60 to get her the heck out of my house.  Your going to send someone to my house to tell me to replace an entire tank when it is the valve stem that is leaking?  Or cut the water off and not use it since there are other toilets in the home? So here's what I did. I turned it off, and took my trip. When I got back, I pulled up a few how to's on you tube, went to Ace Hardware, bought a replacement kit for 12.99 and drained the tank, replaced the valve, cut the water back on and voila! Problem fixed. Guess I know what I'll be doing when I retire! And by the way Zero stars from me and never again will Michael and Sons get my business.
