I had a service appointment on 06/06 and the guys were great. Explained what they were doing, answered all my questions, and were very respectful of my home. Highly recommend Cary Plumbing Co.
This is an excellent company. Honest, professional and prompt. The serviceman arrived, handled the problem and even gave us tips on how to avoid future issues as opposed to not educating us and letting it happen again. I was impressed at how this company is focused more on customer service and quality rather than making a quick buck. Would definitely recommend.
Outstanding price and services. Saved 400% over to other estimates . Both estimates came from home advisor plumbers. I'm shopping local from now on.

Recently purchased a home with PB piping. Cary Plumbing came highly recommended. They were awesome! They replaced the entire pipes in the house in less than two days and left it clean and cut out less drywall then expected when they quoted it. The crew was fantastic. I highly recommend.

We had two issues we were very concerned about. First, a frozen turn-knob to our main water supply. Second, the kitchen faucet stopped all water flow. Matt, Cary Plumbing, quietly & professionally, fixed both issues in less than an hour. Well beyond our expectations. This is the second time we used Cary Plumbing resulting in the same successful outcome. We highly recommend Cary Plumbing and also suggest you may want to request Matt for your service.

Outstanding and prompt response and service for the tankless system installed in 2010. Brad Simpson came both times with very simple explanations and fixes.
Cary Plumbing saved our Christmas last year. A few days before our family was due to arrive, with a new baby in tow, our sewage ejection pump broke. We would not have been able to stay in our house without functioning plumbing, and it would have been difficult to find housing for seven people and two dogs over the holidays. Cary Plumbing Company put the resources and people on the job and got it replaced in time.
Cary Plumbing was recommended by neighbors and they didn't disappoint. In fact they even were able to squeeze us in a day early to address our leaky sink. Our plumber installed a new one easily and we're now ready for Thanksgiving! Thank you Cary Plumbing!

I wish I could give them six stars. I have never had a more pleasant plumbing experience.
My wife and I woke up to the horror of water dripping from our ceiling a few days ago. I saw Cary Plumbing's great Yelp reviews and decided to give them a shot. Even with their great reviews, I braced myself for a giant bill. I was shocked at how reasonable their prices were and how pleasant my experience was with their plumber. I can't thank them enough for resolving my plumbing issue.
New water heater installed with flood stop. Techs in and out within 2.5 hours, cleaning up area nicely before leaving. They were kind giving me advice on the unit plus another home issue, which I appreciated. Will only use them from now on.

Called these guys to get a second opinion about a shower faucet replacement. The first quote from a different company was over $1000 and included cutting a hole in the wall behind the shower. The plumber that came out from Cary Plumbing Company did the work for around $300 and didn't need to go in from the back. He was on time and kept us informed that he was on the way, and he replaced everything in less than 2 hours. The new shower fixtures have been working great now for several months, and the bathroom looks so modern and pretty with updated fixtures!
WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM DUE TO HIDDEN , SURPRISE CHARGES, We hired Cary plumbing to replace the water heater in the attic. The service was good although the reason I am giving them a 1 star was they tacked on over $100 for a third installer to help the team bring down the old heater from the attic. Cary plus, bing has come to the house to give us the price to replace the heater so they knew that it was in the attic and the quote included removal and disposal. This was not disclosed to us at all and was simply added to the final bill when the installation was already complete so we couldn't do anything about it.
I would not trust Cary plumbing as you never know what additional surprise charge they will add on to the final bill. We called the company 3 times to resolve this , even offered to pay 50% but they refused to budge. Very disappointed as we went with them based on their reviews.
Moved into our new home and we're having issues with the tankless water heater. We worked with another company to flush the tankless and they did an OK job, but the problem persisted. We had CPC come in, Cory had a pretty good idea of what needed to be done to resolve our issue. about 20-30 mins later, we were all set. What was even more telling, I asked about adding some more equipment to alleviate our issue and he was pretty confident that it wasn't necessary and his fix would resolve everything. End of the day, stand up guy, stand up company. Our go to plumber.
There is no consistency with this service. Sometimes you get someone more experienced and sometimes not. I will never use them again because of this. Also I don't think there is good communication in their office - I had work done and someone else was needing to be sent to deal with the problem at a later date. Somewhere the communication broke down- I took the afternoon off from work to meet the second plumber and he said he didn't know what I had been told would be done and he didn't have the equipment to work on the job (he said he was told to come to just look at it). Overall a lot of wasted time for me that I don't have the time or patience to deal with.
We hired them to change all of the pipes of an old house. Very professional, timely, and even did things we did not ask for.
We have used Cary Plumbing twice now in the past month (two separate and completely unrelated things--we have an older house) and they have been excellent. When we call to schedule a time, the office staff is friendly, accommodating and professional. Both of the plumbers who have come out have been professional, quick and very polite. We have had quite a few plumbers come through in the past couple of years (we have polybutylene pipes) and it is a relief to now have a regular plumber we can count on. Could not recommend them more highly.

Fixed a couple of broken water valves in our house, did a great job. Charged a fair price, and very satisfied with the quality of the work. Haven't had to use them for a major repair yet, though they will be the ones I call should the need arise.

My water heater was not working last month and Cary Plumbing provided excellent customer service throughout the whole experience. Both Heather and Joe were kind, professional, proactive, and made me feel like getting my issue resolved was a priority. It is a huge relief to know I can call Cary Plumbing for future needs.

Mike and Zack came to my home to complete the plumbing works of my two bathrooms remodeling today. They did nice jobs even there was a small accident during the work. They fixed it quickly. Mike with Cary Plumbing was a lead plumber from the beginning to the end of the entire project (he will seal the bathtub with silicon to complete the job in the next few days). I am impressed by Mike's expertise, professionalism and customer service. I definitely recommend Mike and Cary Plumbing Company for anyone who needs plumbing services.

I called Cary Plumbing about a leaking faucet and a leaking shower head. I called on a Saturday morning at 7:20AM, although it was not an emergency, and someone answered immediately (a plus!).
After setting an appt for Tuesday, they showed up early in the two hour window and told us they could fix the shower head and we would need a new faucet (or replace a piece that would cost as much as a new faucet). They did not charge us for this visit which was helpful.
We bought a new kitchen faucet and they came back on Thursday of the same week. This time at the end of the two hour appt. window. They fixed both the shower head and replaced the faucet. After one week, everything seems to be working. Total bill was around $125 plus the cost of a new kitchen faucet.
Kudos for:
1) two hour time window,
2) being on time,
3) answering the non-emergency call on a Saturday morning,
4) reasonable pricing and 5)
being upfront with us about replacing the faucet (as opposed to repairing it with expensive parts).

Excellent. Have used Cary Plumbing a few times over the years (broken toilet, leaking sink, leaking hot water heater). They are alway prompt, courteous, knowledgable and fix the issue. Most recently they removed an old hot water heater and replaced it with a tankless. The quote was less than others. The work was efficient and well done. I would recommend Cary Plumbing for all your plumbing needs, big and small.

Called for an estimate for bathroom work. Offhand receptionist sounded completely disinterested and said it would be almost 3 weeks before someone could come and do an on-site estimate. Guess they must be good if that's how busy they are but customer service really put me off bothering with them.
Jason arrived on time and was courteous. Informed me of the options I had to fix slow flow faucet and leaky toilet. All prices were quoted up front before the work started and he was in and out in no time. Will definitely call them again for any plumbing needs.
I took a gamble and called Cary Plumbing based on the one review here.
We had a partial blockage in our sewer pipe and this resulted in...things you don't want to read about here.
I called them first thing on Wednesday, they were out later that day to inspect. I was kind of surprised they could come out the same day, but relieved.
They determined the issue was between the street and the house and would need to come back on Friday so they could dig with the sun at their backs.
They came by around 12:30 and were done by 4:30.
Very courteous, called when they were going to miss the expected arrival time, let us know when they had to leave for parts, and showed me the pipe they removed and explained the situation as they gave me the bill.
Bonus points for doing this during the week before Christmas as today was officially a holiday for most folks. So relieved to have this taken care of before the troops arrived!
I called @ 8am because of a water heater Blowout. A technician arrived at the house within the hour. My technician Daniel, was very polite, explained the issue and did an outstanding job. Great work, on time and at a reasonable price! I will definitely recommend and use Cary Plumbing Company in the future.
I have used Cary Plumbing for any plumbing need I have, since my Realtor recommended them when I moved to Apex. They are always fair with me, but today was the best example yet... They came by to check out a problem I had with my sink... only it was NOT a problem and nothing was actually broken. Instead of getting me for a trip charge or anything of the ilk, they shook my hand and walked out the door.
I know plumbing services can be very expensive, and I've seen some of the bad reviews for Cary Plumbing. However, I have never dealt with a plumber that was more fair, and I suggest you give them a shot.

Cary Plumbing came to do some maintenance on my Rinnai tankless water heater - they flushed it out and checked the filters. They were pretty busy, so when I called to schedule an appointment, I had to book a time about 3 weeks out. But they came on time when the appointment was, and Tommy helped flush out and check my water heater. He was very friendly, and even answered some other plumbing related questions I had, since most of the maintenance process is waiting for the system to get flushed out. In all, it took less than an hour, and the pricing was reasonable. Instead of getting it maintained every year as I've seen some people recommend, Tommy let me know my system was pretty clean, and once every 2 years would be sufficient for me. I appreciated the time he took to explain things, and thought he did a great job.
What a great experience! I called for an appointment re: a very small amount of moisture around our pressure regulator valve inside our house in Stone Creek. They scheduled us a couple days out and Tim the plumber showed up, diagnosed the failing pressure regulator valve, found the master water shut-off to the house buried under a juniper bush, and fixed the problem in 30 mins by replacing the valve. Turns out that our townhouse community had just increased the water pressure to the development, and this made the valve fail and our kitchen sink faucet was leaking when shut off as well - thanks to Tim and Cary Plumbing - all is well. As Tim said - I do 't walk on water, but I can fix it!.
We hired Cary Plumbing to remove our PB pipe and re-plumb our home. The quote was higher than others, but we felt good about using them based on other reviews. The work was completed on schedule and the sheetrock sub-contractor was great. Our problem has been after the re-plumb with something that was not happening before the job. The bath tubs get orange tinted water when filled. We called Cary Plumbing to come check it and they flushed the hot water heater, which they say will fail soon (did not fail until March 2014), and promptly billed us for $129.00 for the service call. After just spending several thousand dollars with these folks, you would think at least one follow-up on the job would be covered. We requested they drop the charge for the $129 and they turned us down. I would also recommend that you ask to see any faucets other items that will be visible after a re-plumb job as the replacements on our outside faucets and the wall plates inside look like they came from a mobile home manufacturer. Very poor customer service poor quality parts. We will avoid calling these folks unless there is problem another plumber identifies as an issue caused by the Cary Plumbing re-plumb job.
Update:
The wife called Cary Plumbing about what she initially thought was a leak that might have been coming from the new pipe. Turns out our siding contractor hit the drain pipe with a couple of nails. So far the Cary Plumbing folks have been very helpful in assisting us with the contractor to get the problem resolved.

Cory came out today and provided outstanding repair and expertise. We sprang a leak in a pipe at 4:45 PM on a Friday which was an hour before we hosted a big party! :) Party went great but this plumbing team was better. Late on a Friday the office team had photos and data and scheduled me early am. By 11:43 AM on Saturday morning Cory had us back in business! I highly recommend this team. They can fix you quickly!!!

If you need a plumbing repair these are the guys to call in RTP.
Needed a garbage disposal replaced called and replaced the same day.
Thank you Cary Plumbing
Because it really does rain when it pours: After dealing with a washing machine that needed to be replaced, followed by shopping for a new one (a task ranking right up their with root canals), dealing with delivery of the machine where the company would not install it because the hoses were effectively welded to the faucets, I found myself in need of a plumber.
I called several companies looking for one who could un-stick the hoses and perhaps install the machine so I didn't need to make yet one more call. Of the four or five I called, one quoted me a price nearly equal to the cost of the machine (I don't think he wanted the job), two others never called back (and obviously weren't interested), but Cary Plumbing answered the call directly (not via an answering service), scheduled something for the following week, and showed up on time. And if those events weren't enough, the plumber who came ended up having to do more work than either of us expected, but still charged a fair rate and at the quoted price. Other than having to call a plumber to begin with, this was one experience that went my way.
Over priced!
The plumber told me 3 times in the 5 minutes that he was in my home that I was going to pay a lot for the visit. All he did was hit a reset button on the bottom of my garbage disposal and hand me an invoice for over a $100! He said he was charging me $4 for gas and $100 for his time. Apparently plumbers get paid more than the best lawyers because this guy charged me $100 for 5 minutes of work.
Something I would have done differently is ask the customer on the phone if he's aware of the reset button on the bottom of the disposal before sending a plumber out, especially since my landlord is a repeat customer and has had Cary plumbing over to our home 3 times in the year that we have lived there. If you must send a plumber out, at least have them spend some time diagnosing the issue. My brother had a similar situation with his garbage disposal as it got older and eventually it needed to be replaced. I'm pretty confident that this will be the case with my disposal as it locked up while I wasn't home and there was nothing in the sink.

I had a plumbing company come by to take a look at a couple of issues and they could not fix a thing. Based on the number of good reviews for Cary Plumbing. I decided to give Cary Plumbing a call to look at the same issues, which were a couple of shower faucets that weren't working so well anymore (hard to turn the handle) and a shower leak.
The plumber showed up right on time, covered his shoes and was very courteous. He first checked the shower faucets, found the valves were the problem and replace them (the plumber from the other company said they would need to replace the whole shower faucet which required welding and is expensive to do), they are as good as new now. He then proceeded to take a look at the shower leak and found the root cause of the issue by just running a few tests to figure out where the problem was (the other plumber said he would need to cut out drywall in multiple places to figure out where the leak was)
All in all, I was extremely delighted with the experience and it was all for a good value. Just give them a call, these guys are really good.

Called them on Saturday, with a water main failure - no water. Never responded to my message. Called them again on Monday morning, and they seemed to not know anything about my message left on Saturday. The woman on the line said the dispatcher would call me back right away. Nothing! Now I have three other plumbers falling over each other to replace my 100' water main. Cary Plumbing loses out on a $10k job as a result. (they were recommended by Aqua).

The folks at Cary Plumbing are the nicest, most confidence-inspiring plumbers I've ever met! I've been a homeowner for about 15 years now and I've worked with plenty of plumbers, and these folks are easily my favorite. We had a leaking water heater, and they explained to me exactly what our options were, with pros and cons of the different choices. They let me know when things would be done, and kept all of their promises. They were extremely professional and very friendly.

Based on the reviews here, we decided to give Cary Plumbing a call because we were having trouble with water pressure, but only when hot water was involved (which, of course, is 95% of the time).
The plumber called first thing in the AM to say he was running EARLY and could he come over in 30 minutes? That was the first delight. He came to our home, covered his shoes with booties, and could not have been more polite. I showed him the problem and he got a look of concern on his face. Hmmm - that usually indicates a problem with the hot water heater. $1100 to replace. Yikes!
He said Let me try a few things. I can't guarantee it will work, though. Forty five minutes and $100 later, he got the problem fixed. Now I don't have to run around in the shower to get wet and get the shampoo out of my hair!
I could not be more delighted with this experience. Timely. Courteous. Efficient. Value for money. Professional. Use these good people. You won't be sorry.
Had a recurring leak in the water line from the meter to my home. A friend had fixed it the first time, and that fix had not held fast. I called Cary Plumbing on a Monday morning at 10am. At 3:30pm, they showed up at my house, and by 4:30pm they had it fixed and were leaving. The workers took time to explain the situation, and the fix cost me much less to fix than I anticipated. I won't hesitate to call them again for future needs.
They answered their phone.
They came out the same day.
They solved the problem.
They didn't overcharge me.
Awesome!
The hot water pipe under the sink wouldn't turn off. They installed a new piece that I needed.
Will definitely call again. Need to get my home warranty company to use them.
Showed up on time to repair 6 pipes chewed by squirrels in sub flooring. Did the work quickly and efficiently and cleaned up afterwards

They were there on a Sunday and did a wonderful job. These folks are our go to plumbers. They were there when they said they would be and saved our day. I highly recommend these folks.
Giving five stars, because I can't give six.
I called them on short notice to reinstall a sink during a granite counter install. I had to be away on business, so my girlfriend let them in. When they got here, the hardware we had was not sufficient, so they gave my GF excellent instructions on what was needed. It meant they had to come back later. While here, we asked them to look at two other problems we had. One was not a problem at all, so they advised not to fix it, the other was a minor adjustment, which they did for no charge.
THey came back for a SECOND visit to install the sink, did so beautifully, and the bill was less than quoted. GF said they were professional, timely, and very respectful. And all I see is a beautiful sink with no problems.
They will be my go-to plumber going forward. Highly recommend.
Thank you Cary Plumbing Company!

Once again, we had occasion to call Cary Plumbing. Our dishwasher has stopped draining. Additionally, although I was able to successfully install a bidet in the powder room (after a much longer time than it should have taken and some cursing (I am not mechanically inclined)), I was unable to install a second bidet in the master bath. I couldn't get the water to shut off, so thought the valve was broken.
Rich from CP came over this morning. Right off the bat, he advised us just to buy a new dishwasher, since the one we have is more than ten years old and the cost of repairing it would be at least half the cost of replacing it with a new one. He then checked the master bath valve and was successful in turning the water off. (Apparently, I was not forceful enough the first time around.) He showed me what he'd done and gave me lots of positive reinforcement about my ability to finish the bidet job. Woohoo!
Rich also gave us some sage advice, such as (1) despite what the packaging says, my husband's Cottonnelle wipes are *not* really flushable, and (2) almost nothing but what's left on the plate after you scrape it into the garbage should go down the disposal (which my husband recently replaced). Rich was also *awesome* with our extremely annoying and energetic, young dog.
The upshot: We wrote a check for a whopping $30.03. Thank you again, Rich and Cary Plumbing!!

Recently purchased a home with PB piping. Cary Plumbing came highly recommended. They were awesome! They replaced the entire pipes in the house in less than two days and left it clean and cut out less drywall then expected when they quoted it. The crew was fantastic. I highly recommend.

I have used to multiple times for the plumbing in my house. I have recommended them to two friends who are also pleased with them. I find them to be honest and reliable.
I made the very unfortunate mistake of not removing my backflow preventer this past winter when we had a cold snap that caused the water to freeze and crack the brass. I did my due diligence in getting quotes and Cary Plumbing was in line with the median price; but the service that Paul provided was absolutely priceless.
Paul not only replaced the backflow, but also replaced the PVC pipes leading to and coming from it to make sure there weren't any hairline cracks that could cause issues in the future. He also allowed me to video him removing the old one and provided instructions so that I don't have to worry about it freezing again this winter.

Called Cary Plumbing to reinstall the house water shut off, which was removed for renovations. The shut off was originally located on the bottom shelf of a kitchen cabinet. The water line come in from our crawl space into the cabinet. Instead of drilling from the bottom of the cabinet down to the crawl space, the plumber drilled a hole from the crawl space to what he thought was the bottom of the cabinet.
He miscalculated and drilled a 1inch hole through our. Kitchen floor. When he saw what he had done, his first reaction (which was later confirmed by the owner) was that they were not responsible and then charged us over $100 dollars for the work.

They were there on a Sunday and did a wonderful job. These folks are our go to plumbers. They were there when they said they would be and saved our day. I highly recommend these folks.
I can't say enough nice things about them. My water heater started leaking this morning and when I tried to shut off water, the valve wasn't working on the unit or house shutoff. They came out in an hour and fixed both. Very professional and would definitely use again.

Just had a service call to fix a leak and we could not be happier with both the service and Tim the excellent serviceman. Problem found quickly and fixed in a flash. Thank you Cary Plumbing.

Having an old house we've had a lot of workers come and go and I recently had the best experience to date with Cary Plumbing.
We had a major block up affecting 2 sinks and Rich and Tyler came to take a look. They put protective booties on before entering the house, were patient with my limited knowledge of the where the pipes came in and out, took the time to figure out the workings of the house, communicated clearly to me each step of the way, were polite and professional, figured out what was wrong and fixed it.
I wish every experience could be like this. So so grateful to these guys and Cary Plumbing. And so happy to have found a new plumbing company I can trust and count on for professional, courteous, competent, fair and honest service.
I contacted Cary Plumbing for a second opinion over what I believed to be shoddy work from another plumbing company in the area.
Not only did they verify that I was in the right, they were also able to provide backup information that will ultimately help me in my current dispute. Both the owner and his staff showed genuine interest in my concerns, and demonstrated the thoroughness and professionalism that one needs and expects from a company that provides an important service.
I should have called these guys in the first place.

Hired them to replace my water heater. They provided great phone support on the front end, walking me through the options, and providing quotations on the spot. I phoned them at 10AM, and by 2PM that day they were doing the job. They were clean, courteous, and competent. They removed the old heater at no charge, and by 4PM I had hot water again.
Incidentally, the price they charged me for the water heater - installed - was about the same amount I would pay for that water heater on the open market, so in essence it was free installation, as far as I'm concerned.
I called @ 8am because of a water heater Blowout. A technician arrived at the house within the hour. My technician Daniel, was very polite, explained the issue and did an outstanding job. Great work, on time and at a reasonable price! I will definitely recommend and use Cary Plumbing Company in the future.

I used Cary Plumbing to replace some outside faucets. Tim was the plumber they sent and he was fantastic! He was on time and called when he was heading my way. He did the work faster than they estimated and charged less than the estimate. Where other plumbers' estimates were per faucet and only gave a small break for doing three at once, Cary Plumbing charged by the hour, so their estimate was less than other plumbers for doing three at once. Tim was also super friendly and a joy to work with. They are definitely number one on my list for future work.

I called, someone answered, they came within a day and on time! Super nice guy. $89 labor/hour, but maybe that's the going rate, I have no idea and frankly don't really care. Stuff is fixed, I can check it off my list and not have to worry about calling back 3 more times and leaving messages only to not be returned. I would definitely use them again given
I had a plumbing company come by to take a look at a couple of issues and they could not fix a thing.

If you want fast and speedy service Cary Plumbing is definitely the way to go.
Even on a holiday Paul picked up my phone and got a technician out there immediately.
Matt the technician was so awesome and was able to repair a broken pipe in less than 30 minutes.
He also showed up within 30 minutes of the phone call which is surprising and unheard of. I loved their professionalism and availability.
Arrived on time, professional, dud his job quickly at a very fair price. Absolutely no upsell or rip off attempts. What more can you ask?

Called for an estimate for bathroom work. Offhand receptionist sounded completely disinterested and said it would be almost 3 weeks before someone could come and do an on-site estimate. Guess they must be good if that's how busy they are but customer service really put me off bothering with them.
Cary plumbing completely replaced our Quest pipes with Pex throughout the entire upstairs. They also put in all new fixtures, sinks, drains and pipes for our master bathroom remodel. This was a completely new design which entailed removal of all plumbing for the new layout.
Mike Tingen with Cary plumbing was the lead plumber from start to finish on the entire project. His attention to detail is phenomenal!!!
We will use Cary Plumbing when we remodel the kitchen and Quest pipe replacement downstairs in the 2nd/final phase.
Discovered leaking water heater on Friday, Cary Plumbing had a two man crew at my house first thing Monday morning to install a new tankless unit. They honored a quote they had given me 10 months earlier. It works great. I think these guys have done half the tankless installs in my neighborhood, they really have it down pat.
On Christmas eve 2019, our outdoor hose faucet malfunctioned and couldnt stop running. We called 2 plumbing services. Left a message with Cary plumbing. Mike called back 5 min later (from home!). We discussed the issue. He was able to call in Marcus (who was coming home from another job). Marcus stopped by our house and addressed the issue in 30 min by replacing the entire faucet apparatus (which included a trip to our crawl space). Stellar work from a super professional and knowledgable team. We've used them before and are consistently impressed w/ their work. Highly recommend.

We had Cary Plumbing replace our cast iron drain lines with PVC. Of the three estimates we received, they were the only ones to point out a couple of areas where we'd want to upgrade the lines to improve drainage. And they were the lowest bid. When they completed the work, they did it faster and at a lower cost than they'd estimated. We'll use them again for any major plumbing issues in the future.

Never showed up for second appointment! First appointment he wouldn't look at the hot water tank because he said I had turned the thermostat too high but the thermostat had not been high when the water from the condensation pipe leaked . Had a friend look at it and he said I needed a plumber,
Called Cary Plumbing again and the boss gave me an appointment time .NO ONE SHOWED! Paid $110 for a piece of plastic pulled from my garbage disposal -15 minutes at the maximum during his first appointment.

Good for small jobs - avoid them for difficult jobs, probably call a professional plumber instead. We scheduled them to come and replace a blower on water heater and replace a kitchen faucet. The work on the blower was done fine, though the person that came attempted to unscrew the blower with a pocket tool and then blamed us that someone must have tried replacing it and damaged the screws (no one had - I know since we have owned the house from the get go). He was finally able to do it after scratching up paint on our door and without acknowledging or apologizing. When it came to the kitchen faucet, he said he simply couldn't do it and will have to cut the faucet from the top with a saw. Yeah unbelieveable. Secondly, the company wouldn't cover any damages to countertop that might occur if he did go ahead with it and say damage and broke our counter top. We weren't comfortable with that approach and lack of willingness to take liability if they break anything as anyone would have such concerns. I requested that he put the faucet that was wiggly back together if he cannot replace it. He then put tantrum on not being able to put the faucet back together that was already in place. Only after calling the owner and I threatened the owner with a lawsuit, he went ahead and put it back together. He plugged in the water supplies wrong - hot was coming on the cold side. I had to tell him to fix it. Another thing is after he had left our dishwasher didn't work. Only after spending more time, we found out that he had left the water valve shutoff. So we paid $101 to Cary Plumbing for the lots of time wasted and they were only able to replace a blower that should take 10 minutes. We had other small jobs, such a leaky toilet, we never got to it that we should have been able to with an hour with the plumber.

Arrived on time, professional, dud his job quickly at a very fair price. Absolutely no upsell or rip off attempts. What more can you ask?
New water heater installed with flood stop. Techs in and out within 2.5 hours, cleaning up area nicely before leaving. They were kind giving me advice on the unit plus another home issue, which I appreciated. Will only use them from now on.
Outstanding price and services. Saved 400% over to other estimates . Both estimates came from home advisor plumbers. I'm shopping local from now on.
Fixed a couple of broken water valves in our house, did a great job. Charged a fair price, and very satisfied with the quality of the work. Haven't had to use them for a major repair yet, though they will be the ones I call should the need arise.

They were professional, came the same day, and did the requested work. The only thing keeping them from a five star is that they charged more than necessary for the service. Still, I'll probably use them again.
We recently moved to Cary and wanted to replace our Poly pipes. Cary Plumbing was highly recommended and we are so impressed with their work a wallboard, ceiling and paint repair was fantastic. We also had them replace 3 aging toilets. Great to move to a new area and find someone so responsible and so top notch and reliable.

Based on a recommendation by a property manager in North Raleigh, I called Cary Plumbing about a backed up drain shared by the washing machine and kitchen sink.
In prior years, I'd had the same trouble with the same drain on at least three occasions, and each time the repair had been less than thorough.
Richard, who came to repair the drain, was exceptionally courteous, calm and professional. He completed the work in less than 2 hours, and after he explained to me what the problem had been and what he had done to resolve it, I'm encouraged to believe that I won't have more problems with that drain.

If you need a plumbing repair these are the guys to call in RTP.
Needed a garbage disposal replaced called and replaced the same day.
Thank you Cary Plumbing
I called Cary Plumbing to fix an issue with my toilet solely based on Yelp reviews. It's just my luck to have a less than favorable experience with this company. They had to come out 3 separate times to fix something that was seemingly simple - a toilet that wouldn't flush. Long story short, it took two calls to a supervisor and a total of 3 visits to get it working properly.

We just purchased our new home last week only to find that the seller did not disclose that there was a clog in our main line. After a horrendous experience with the plumber sent by our home warranty company, Cary Plumbing saved the day! They came out and cleared the clog for us in a matter of an hour, didn't leave a mess at all, were genuinely nice and sympathetic, and the price was just right (I know because my father is a plumber and charges more than what we paid for the same services!). If I could remember the plumber's name - I think it was Frank, not sure though - I'd give him five stars alone. Thank you Cary Plumbing! We will be using you for all of our future plumbing needs!

Wow, what lack of expertise, professionalism, and customer service! Long story short, I called them to fix a leak and an odor in the bathroom. The leak only got fixed after their second visit, and the odor never got fixed even after their fourth visit, and they charged me more than double what it should have cost on their first visit.
When I called them about the second invoice, I had to explain my situation three times over 2 days only to be told that if I do not pay the invoice, they will pass it along to the collection services. I have had many bad experience with plumbers, but this was by far the worst.
By the way, I reached out to a friend who had some experience in pipe fitting, and he was able to identify and resolve the odor issue within an hour.

Called for a leaking pipe issue and within 2 hours, the technician was already starting to fix the problem in our house. We are first time homeowners who are just learning, and he took the time to teach us about the plumbing of our house. Great rates. Would definitely recommend!!

Had a great experience with this company! My kitchen sink was clogged & home remedies weren't working. I called around for quotes & they were one of few companies who'd provide that over the phone. They were significantly cheaper than another company I called & what I paid is the same thing they estimated which was great! Corey was the technician & he explained what he was doing & where the clog likely came from & gave me some future tips so it hopefully doesn't happen again. Great service, he cleaned up the space when he was done. Would definitely use them again!

Jason arrived on time and was courteous. Informed me of the options I had to fix slow flow faucet and leaky toilet. All prices were quoted up front before the work started and he was in and out in no time. Will definitely call them again for any plumbing needs.
Cary Plumbing was recommended by neighbors and they didn't disappoint. In fact they even were able to squeeze us in a day early to address our leaky sink. Our plumber installed a new one easily and we're now ready for Thanksgiving! Thank you Cary Plumbing!

I called Cary Plumbing to fix a leaky shower head. I had previously called ARS and they told me the valve would not come off and they didn't want to force it or it would break. They said they would have to replace the whole inner workings of the shower and to do that they would have to go through our closet wall. We would have to disassemble our shelves and then get someone to come in and patch the big hole in the drywall that they were going to have to make in order to get in the shower. All in all it would have cost us over $2,000. There was something about the ARS guy I didn't trust. So we called Cary Plumbing. Marcus Tush was the technician who came out and he fixed it!!!! He was able to get the valve off with several different tools and some patience. It turns out the cartridge needed replacing. He charged us $125. He was very nice and professional. I am so glad I called Cary Plumbing. I will only be using them in the future and would recommend them to anyone and everyone!

My water heater started leaking in my garage on a Tuesday and I caught it just as it started. (Lucky me). Wanted quick attention to this problem so I called around and found two other plumbers(Big Names) that would come to see me. One of them was scheduled for 2 days out(Thursday) and the other was for the next day Wednesday. Both would just start the process when they arrived. I wasn't too happy so I wanted someone sooner and when I called Cary Plumbing at about 2 pm that day, they had a service tech at my home within 3 hours. Very nice! I cancelled the other companies. The owner James called me after the tech looked at my situation and he gave me my options and explained everything well. Cary Plumbing had to get a new water heater from their own warehouse and put me on their first thing next morning jobs. They showed up like they said and Tommy did a very nice job of installation. I was treated fairly and reasonably for what I needed to have done. I will call this company first thing if I need plumbing repairs or installation. Good experience.

I have used to multiple times for the plumbing in my house. I have recommended them to two friends who are also pleased with them. I find them to be honest and reliable.
Showed up on time to repair 6 pipes chewed by squirrels in sub flooring. Did the work quickly and efficiently and cleaned up afterwards

Very happy with Cary Plumbing. We had to replace our hot water heater last week. They came out for two separate estimates...one for a tankless heater, and one for a regular heater. Both times, they were on time / early. Their installation of the tankless water heater was seamless. Brad and Matt were personable and professional, and they made sure I had all of the information I needed. Very impressed with all interactions with Cary Plumbing. Highly recommend.

Currently dealing with a leak. I had my tenant call about a major exterior leak on a sunday. They called for information and a emergency plumber James showed up in a few hours, gave a diagnosis and then charged $186 for his time. I provided email and phone number and requested to hear back from someone Monday.
No one called back on Monday, my tenant checked in with Ford and was told they would be contacted in a few minutes, was not given a return call. I followed up on Tuesday, was told i would here back in a few minutes. It seemed like no one was communicating with each other in the office. And no one returned call Tuesday either. Obviously restoring water to my property was my priority I don't know why this wasn't relayed or a priority to Ford on Monday.
I called back Wednesday and spoke with Erica and she let me know reason for estimate delay and suggested a temporary fix that no one else had suggested. My tenant had been without water for 4 days at that point. Erica was empathetic, polite and got me a solution. She coordinated so that 2 plumbers were able to show up later that day to to a temporary fix to restore water to my property.
The plumbers are friendly but the company could improve their communication with
Found this company through Yelp.
Very responsive. They answer their phones at any time, and get someone to you that day. We paid a pretty penny for a short-term fix, but in my experience, plumbing typically ain't cheap. Definitely call if you're in a bind and need someone quick.
They answered their phone.
They came out the same day.
They solved the problem.
They didn't overcharge me.
Awesome!
The hot water pipe under the sink wouldn't turn off. They installed a new piece that I needed.
Will definitely call again. Need to get my home warranty company to use them.
A Huge thank you to Mike Tingen and the staff at Cary Plumbing. We had a shower drain issue where water was leaking from our second floor to our first. Cary Plumbing was very responsive and came out with in a couple hours. They were very professional and courteous and got the job done quickly. I appreciate the great customer service. I highly recommend them if you have any plumbing needs!

A couple neighbors used Cary Plumbing and recommended their services. I was very pleased with the honesty and service provided by the repair man. They were upfront with their charges and they were reasonable (I called a couple places for estimates and some wouldn't even give me a rough estimate). The leak at the water meter was repaired promptly, he did not stretch out the repair work to extend the labor hours. Hopefully I won't need any plumbing repairs for awhile, but I will call Cary Plumbing again.

My water heater was not working last month and Cary Plumbing provided excellent customer service throughout the whole experience. Both Heather and Joe were kind, professional, proactive, and made me feel like getting my issue resolved was a priority. It is a huge relief to know I can call Cary Plumbing for future needs.

I had a service appointment on 06/06 and the guys were great. Explained what they were doing, answered all my questions, and were very respectful of my home. Highly recommend Cary Plumbing Co.
I can't say enough nice things about them. My water heater started leaking this morning and when I tried to shut off water, the valve wasn't working on the unit or house shutoff. They came out in an hour and fixed both. Very professional and would definitely use again.

Someone showed up the same day I called. They gave me a 2-hour window and showed up within 15 minutes of the time given. Professional, friendly, great service. I had called another plumber who said they didn't have the equipment needed to fix my toilet. They referred me to Cary Plumbing!

I don't remember the guys' name that came over, but both were straight shooters and got right to business. I had water flow noise from a 20 yr old failing regulator.
