I have had Blanchard's Plumbing out for any plumbing issue ever since 2015. Each time they come out, whoever comes out to complete the work, they are very friendly, competent, knowledgeable and work very diligently. Their prices are always competitive and I've never been disappointed by anyone.

We noticed our toilet was leaking onto are hardwood floor and needed a plumber to come out fast. They were there in a few hours and the price was really fair! We have used them since and they are always good. Highly recommend.

We had an emergency drain problem one  morning and could not be home late afternoon. After calling two other plumbers, which one had a two day wait and the other did not return my call, I called Blanchard Plumbing, who first said they could make it around 3:00, after explaining we couldn't be home at that time  they rearranged their schedule and came within an hour. They were very courteous and professional and had the problem resolved in about a half an hour at a reasonable price. Blanchard Plumbing will definitely be the first call next time we have plumbing issue.

We had a non-emergency plumbing issue in our new home.  The two plumbers sent to our house were incredibly respectful, knowledgeable and polite.  I've never had such a positive experience with a contractor before.  Their rates are great!  I highly recommend Blanchard's and will only use them from here onward.

I called and they had no appointments for that day but lucky for me, they finished early for my water running before end of day at a reasonable price.  Thanks for great price and service.

Last week I decided it was time to replace my water heater which was over 13 years old.  I of course called Blanchard's for the replacement.  They set an appt day and time and came prepared to work.  It was hard and dirty work as the heater is under the crawl space of the house and the floor is sand/soil, and you cannt even stand up straight.  They took the old heater out, put in the new heater, cleaned up the mess and took away my old heater.  They worked hard and did a terrific job.  Besides being great plumbers, they give you a reasonable price for the job.  This is the second review I am writing about them, just want to spread the word...lot of guys out there have fees that are insane.  Just know this, I do not work for this company, I am not married to anyone working there, I am just one dang happy customer....lol.  It was Larry and Robert ..great fellows.

Quick and affordable. They were out in only a few hours after I called (non-emergency), fixed the problem quickly, and charged far below what I was expecting. Would not hesitate to call them again in the future.

These guys really are as good as their reviews indicate.  I just moved in to a new home and needed some repairs and upgrades, they came the day after I called and took care of all of my plumbing needs at a very reasonable price.  I will definitely call this company for any future issues and would recommend them to anyone in the area.  Thanks!!

Excellent and the best in the business!  Trustworthy and nice as can be.  They genuinely care about their customers.

This is the best plumbing company we have ever dealt with! They are prompt, explain the problem and fix the issue quickly. We had an emergency with a broken valve from the water meter causing us to turn off the water to the house for 2 1/2 days. My husband called Blanchard to see if they could repair it.  We didn't know if they could do it of if we had to call an irrigation repair company.

They came out within 2 hours, went and got the parts needed and made the repair for a very reasonable fee. We have never been so happy to have running water! No more buckets of water from the neighbors!

Had a couple of small jobs that needed repair, they were at my house quickly and completed the tasks within 30 minutes.  Very professional and excellent work.  Would definitely call them again and would refer to my friends and family!

Horrific communication and service! Where are ZERO STARS?
A 40 year customer who has been away, came back.
1. Appoint was for 9 am and no one showed up until 11:30 am.
2. No call, I had to call them.
3. Plumber said he did not know about the appointment.
4. Tub faucet disassembled and needed part.
5. Put back together without allowing COLD WATER, disabling use of the tub and shower.
6. Plumber said they would order part.
7. Three days later, no part, no call.
8. Office Manager said owner left me a message; there was no message.
9. It's a week. I have a disabled tub, the same leak, and must start with a new plumber.
10. I have to pay another plumber to fix the mess Blanchard's left and refused to restore my tub to working condition.
11. These people offer the WORST customer service filled with lies and a total lack of responsibility.
12. The office manager blew me off and so did the plumber and the owner.
13. Lie upon lie and no one being responsible.

We had Blanchard's Plumbing do some plumbing work at our home today and they did an awesome job! Danny and Patrick worked as a team and were very professional. They installed 2 access panels for both bathroom showers and new shutoff valves for our toilets. Kudos to Blanchard's and their team!

I have worked with these people at least three times and received super service. Fixed everything the first time in no time at all. My first experience with them, I actually called another plumbing outfit, who came out and advised me that the most recent repair had come undone and that it should still be under warranty. I really appreciated that about them, unfortunately I can't remember their name. Blanchard repaired the water pump at no charge, which was a blessing. They diagnosed the problem quickly, did not pad the bills and are I believe, very reasonable in price. A very solid outfit and I would recommend them to anybody. You can rest assured, that you will pay for only what you need. Customer service can be a rare commodity today, and when you get,it it is truly a blessing.

I had a leak from my washer coming through my ceiling. I had initially called Roto Rooter as I was new to the area and didn't know who to call. After getting the run around for six hours to get a tech I gave up and called the first company I googled. Boy did I luck out. The woman who answered the phone was so nice and sympathetic and they had a plumber out to my place in 10 min. They fixed it and the price was very reasonable for a Saturday evening call. So glad to have found a go to Plumbing Company in town!!!

These guys are the best!  They have been my plumbing company since 2002 and I have never had to call them back due to something not being repaired, never had an issue, and best of all. Blanchard's Plumbing is responsive--you can count on the them!
