Our experience with Kevin was great. Could not have asked for anything better. Very professional. Kevin was also very flexible as we changed our original schedule due to a conflict and he adjusted with no issues. He fixed all our issues. We had a leaking toilet and 2 faucets that had broken components. All resolved on-time and the cost was reasonable.

Alex was great to work with. Fixed some electrical problems quickly and for a fair price. Would use him again.

My friend's dad, a naval captain, says There's only 5 minutes between half a$$ and first class. I chose J's because they have an A+ rating from the BBB. They lived up to their rating. The receptionist told me I'd get a call from the plumber on Wednesday. True to her word, Zach called me Wednesday at 0820, arrived shortly after, and thoroughly completed 4 projects. He went above and beyond by CLEANING UP AFTER HIMSELF and putting my belongings back after moving them. THAT was impressive in and of itself. My bath tub is fully functional, my toilet no longer runs, and no more leaky sink under my new sink. Grateful for the good service. I highly recommend J's Plumbing. They're FIRST CLASS!

On time, fast, awesome service. They were in and out in a flash and did a fantastic job. They worked us in on a very busy day. They were friendly, accurate and spot on. Could not be more pleased. Would recommend them to anyone.

I have used Giles twice and recently today. I believe this is a class company. I was at the mercy of the plumber, Brian Cope, he could have put extra charges on my bill but told me part of the things that he thought were bad with my water heater were in fact OK. Brian was on time, fast, and very polite. Its nice to find and use a honest business.

Beware, these guys are crooks. Do not use this company or Dean or Dustin for work, ever. They did an incomplete, shoddy job on a bathroom remodel. Refused to fix or complete the job. We had to hire others to repair and complete the project. Prior to things going south, we planned to have them build a deck as well and had prepaid 50% for materials and labor. Dean Burns refused to deliver the materials or do the job, and would not refund the money, close to $10,000. He is a thief. I understand he also has a judgment against him for another job in the amount of close to $9000 for doing the same thing.

My home warranty company called Lake Norman Plumbers On Call to look at a leaking water heater. They came out, saw that it was leaking, took pictures, told me the home warranty company PROBABLY wouldn't cover the replacement, collected my money, told me the boss man could write me a replacement estimate and left.
The next day they called wanting to come back to take measurements because the pictures weren't enough but until I knew what my home warranty company covered, I didn't see the point in doing that. They were insistent but I wasn't going to take vacation time to do this until I knew what my options were. The manager then said, that's fine, I'll take care of it.....
I speak to the home warranty company 5 minutes after their need to come back out to take measurements call and find out the technician was wrong and my company WILL pay for my replacement. I call the LNP back at 12:30pm to schedule a time to come back to take replacement measurements and they never called back.
Then I get a call from the home warranty company staying the plumbers cannot install a new water heater because there's not enough space. How do they know, they haven't taken any measurements, well.....that's what LNP told us....
Myself, the home warranty company and Lake Normam Plumbers get on a 3way call, the woman from LNP admits that she got my call yesterday and didn't bother to call me back. LNP then proceeds to say that the water heater cannot be installed because of space restrictions but they never came out to measure (the space measures 9'4) and then the woman from LNP refused to answer the question did you or did you not call me yesterday to come out to take measurements because the pictures weren't good enough. The woman from LNP said she was too busy to answer that question and to continue this phone conversation and hung up.
This company is NOT professional, the plumber told me I had an 80gal tank when it's actually 75gal, the technician told me the most home warranty companies don't replace hot water heaters but they do, the woman at LNP was rude and pushy because she didn't get her way, LNP LIED to my home warranty company, and then when asked a simple yes/no question about needing to come out to make measurements she hangs up the phone.
If this is how they handle customers and handle situations that don't go exactly the way THEY want it to go, they are not worthy of your business.

Called for estimate. They quoted me $1700 vs over plumbers between $300-$500. I was getting multiple quotes. A couple hundred $ difference is ok, but not a 4 times

DO. NOT. HIRE. (I would select ZERO stars if I could post without any stars being awarded.)
We used him to reattach our under-mount kitchen sink to the counter. After several excuses about not showing for several scheduled appointments (should have been my first red flag!) he finally showed up to do the work.
He charged us $700 dollars to reattach the sink. The final charge was $300 over the original quoted price. He charged $200 to clean the sink to install. He requested a tip for his services and a YELP review.
I hope you enjoy my review! MY tip - DO NOT HIRE!
Six months later the sink has fallen off the counter.
I have called him for two months to come fix his work. Literally left voice messages daily. I have only been able to get him on the phone twice. Both times he has indicated he will be at my house to fix his work on Friday. He has yet to show up. His excuses for not showing up both times are truly comical.
I can not stress enough... DO. NOT. HIRE! This guy gives independent residential contractors a bad name.

Uh...charging me 100.00 to fix a hole in the wall he charged me to make in order to troubleshoot a leak? The hole was about 14 inches square and could have been just 3 inches square. Another 65.00 to mount a shower rod...jeezus no! Also wants to charge an extra 2% just for using a debit card....Uh...Uh!

IRV scheduled with us three times canceled each time and tried to schedule for a 4th date.
These were all times and dates of THEIR choosing.
I chose not to be a fool and did not attempt to reschedule.
They seem to be extremely unreliable in understanding their own schedules and unable to responsibly keep appointments they have made.
