I was so impressed with the service and I could tell he was an honest man.  I own a popsicle business and my power went out in my freezer room on a Saturday night and I called him for help.  He immediately got on the phone and found one of his employees that could come out to help me.  I am so grateful for his help.  And his prices are very reasonable.  He is not out to get every penny he can like a lot of other electricians.  I will definitely call him any time I need an electrician and I would recommend him to my own family!

I paid David Long Electrical more than $200 up front to provide me with estimates for installing can lighting in my kitchen and multiple outlets in a bedroom. They came to my home, charged me for the technician's time, and promised to provide an estimate and then return to do the work.

They never came back. They never provided an estimate. They never responded to my extremely polite calls, voice messages, or emails over three months. Do yourself a favor and find another electrical contractor to do your work.

Hank is a great electrician. His company has always been my go-to electricians. He does great work and his prices are competitive. His guys are also very polite and worked hard to resolve my issue. In fact they will be wiring an addition that we are building now. I've never had anything but a good experiences with them.

Needed an electrician to install a dining room chandelier and a dimmer swich for same.

Found Curt Johnston and Canaan Electric in the Yellow Pages (yes, they still publish the Yellow Pages).  Curt provides free estimates for your project before he starts any work.  He showed up when he said he would to provide the estimate.  His basic hourly rate is $55 which seemed standard for this area.

He showed up the next day to complete the work.  He was here on time, he was efficient about his work, he was as neat as possible while working and cleaned up before he left.  The final bill was exactly what he'd quoted the day before, not one penny more.

BTW, he's licensed in both NC and SC and insured.

I'd use Curt again and I'd recommend him to others.

First time customer and I'm without a doubt a fan after dealing with a high level of professionalism and expertise. I called initially to inquire about pricing and other details, the scheduler Michelle took her time answering every question I had. She was simply amazing; very professional, providing impeccable service. Bart Wesolowski and his side kid Randy stopped by the house for a TV & wall mount installation over the fire place. Bart is simply a rare professional, he explained everything in detail & worked with precision and speed. The installation was not done until he was satisfied with absolutely every single detail. I witnessed how he measured every inch of distance between the tv and sound bar. He adjusted and balanced the sound to perfection. Even after finishing the job, he was not 100% satisfied with his own work, so he took the 82 tv down and adjusted the entire set up again until he decided it was 100% perfect. I was watching the entire process and thought things were looking great & far meeting my expectations. Not to Bart.

After witnessing Bart's level of knowledge & craft, I asked him if he could add another TV & wall mount installation to a bedroom on the second floor of the house. He immediately jumped into action and the results were simply phenomenal again. This business approach, straight up honesty and professionalism is a rare find these days. A business that value and put customers first??? What a concept!!! I couldn't believe the attention to details and I know how that concept works effectively after 23+ years in the military.

We had a power outage the day of our holiday party (two days before Christmas) and our generator didn't start. Scott came out right away and was able to get our generator running just before our guests starting arriving. He saved the evening! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend power Source.

TERRIBLE COMPANY  They are used as a third party from my extended warranty company.  The set up went fine but been waiting all day for a 9-2pm call that I had to beg them to give me. Originally they wouldn't give a window.  Only to find out they said my appt was 5 days prior. Guess what, they didn't show up then either, so another slap in the face. Nobody can get a hold of them including the Warranty  company.  DOnt ever use them even for a third party. I will be asking for my money back on the Extended warranty and go with the manufacture.  All reviews have said the same thing so its all true.
