Called them today and luckily they were working in the area and were at our home in less than two hours.  The electrician was great and quickly solved our problem.  Will be using them in the future.  Highly recommend.

Have referred them to a number of people, all of whom have been really happy with the service they received.  Prompt, knowledgeable, friendly and professional.  Nice to have a list of local service providers that you can trust when you need them.

I've now had Israel do 2 separate jobs for me and the result of each has been outstanding.  The first was an unfinished closet full of 70 year old pipes and wires that 3 other contractors told me needed to be walled off.  Israel came in and was able to adjust the old fittings, finish the walls, close off the ceiling which previously opened into the attic, and turn it into a wonderful storage area.  During this project he also identified and helped me fix some dangerous old electrical wiring.  After that, he was my first call when I wanted to update my 40+ year old master bathroom.  He took out the horse-sized tub, reinforced the flooring, raised the ceiling and adjusted all the pipes before installing a beautiful walk-in shower.  Everyone I show the before and after pictures to is simply astonished.  I highly recommend Israel.  He is trustworthy, respectful and innovative!

My bathtub won't stop running water. Murad came on time and he fixed everything as desired. Now everything is working well. I would call him again if I encounter any issue in the future

We are so thrilled with the lighting instillation that Mike and his team did in our house. Mike gave great advice and demonstrated lots of knowledge as we were deciding what to do.  They took extra care to set up and ensure nothing would be damaged in our house everything looks and works great!!  We couldn't even tell they were there after they left as they cleaned up everything and put all our things back in place.   Everyone we spoke with was so pleasant and responsive and all my questions and concerns were answered. Mike and his team were also very patient with our dog which was a nice bonus. Really great work and really great customer service!

Jack Jackson and Jody Blaker did an exceptionally great job putting 110-volt outlet in the kitchen to get my gas stove running , including installing a door bell  and installation of 4 garage overhead light units . They went beyond the call of duty in checking my electrical box to ensure all the breakers were operational and working correctly.

We had a big project that needed to have electricity wired. Digging, drilling, climbing in the attic etc...they guys did a wonderful & professional job. If you need it done and enjoy excellent customer service ( which these days is hard to find ) use them! Highly recommend! Thanks again

We just moved into our new house and found that one of our light switches was wiggly and we had an issue with our ceiling fan. I called GB Electrical and Jay came out soon afterwards. He replaced my wonky light switch and fixed my fan problem without issue. Such a nice guy and such a great job.

I have used them in the past . .always a problem getting the work done--before being billed.    Billing is done quickly, service is not completed.

Called them again today for service and said they would only come out if COD.

Jeff and his crew are very professional. They get the job done right and at a timely fashion! I have used them twice and have been very happy with this company!

Lake Norman Electric gave the worst service of any provider I have used and I am a builder and licensed contractor. I ordered an underground service.  Told them to follow my directions for  trenching to avoid sprinkler pipes.  As I explained to their representative they needed to meet with me to mark the locstion of the underground.  That was an oral part of our contract.They refused to consult and cut through multiple pipes and electrical feeds.  They also cut phone line and we have no  phone service.  No internet service.  My professional advice as a builder is to avoid them at all costs.

Update.  Lake Norman Electric also cut the AT&T telephone and internet line.  So no service if we had an emergency.  I had to order emergency repair service from AT&T on  Sunday at my expense.  Azt&T had to install a new line and inside house equipment to match.  There $2,500 fee, given their performance, was not justified, in my opinion.

Do not use unless you like being ripped off! They will overcharge based on your size of house and claim that's what was quoted. Plus, not all of my lights work after they installed them

I have had two recent instances that needed an electrician quickly.  I called Jim Dickerson Co. And they were Johnny on the Spot.  I had appointments within 48 hours both times.  They are great to work with.  Their reps in the office and in the field are both so professional, friendly, and courteous.  They send reminder emails not only about your appointment, but when the rep/tech is on their way to your residence so you can be prepared for them.  

One of the best things is their pricing.  Pricing is in line with others or better.  You certainly get what you pay for, and they do not try to up sell you to items/work you don't need.  Their work is thorough and in my opinion, up to anyone's standards.  

I would recommend them to anyone looking for a first class experience.

Great experience all around.  Purchased an Angie's List deal for $89 to replace 1 outdoor faucet.  Emmett stopped by, on time and very professional.  He mentioned he could rebuild the faucet if needed, since my crawlspace was inaccessable, but was able to manage a full replacement.  Quickly repaied and works perfectly.

He also gave us a full plumbing inspection, which was really helpful  Called out things that were easily fixable, some opportunities if we wanted to invest in some improvements, but absolutely no pressure.

Emmett was awesome to work with and both my wife and I were very pleased!
