Called them today and luckily they were working in the area and were at our home in less than two hours.  The electrician was great and quickly solved our problem.  Will be using them in the future.  Highly recommend.

Have referred them to a number of people, all of whom have been really happy with the service they received.  Prompt, knowledgeable, friendly and professional.  Nice to have a list of local service providers that you can trust when you need them.

I've now had Israel do 2 separate jobs for me and the result of each has been outstanding.  The first was an unfinished closet full of 70 year old pipes and wires that 3 other contractors told me needed to be walled off.  Israel came in and was able to adjust the old fittings, finish the walls, close off the ceiling which previously opened into the attic, and turn it into a wonderful storage area.  During this project he also identified and helped me fix some dangerous old electrical wiring.  After that, he was my first call when I wanted to update my 40+ year old master bathroom.  He took out the horse-sized tub, reinforced the flooring, raised the ceiling and adjusted all the pipes before installing a beautiful walk-in shower.  Everyone I show the before and after pictures to is simply astonished.  I highly recommend Israel.  He is trustworthy, respectful and innovative!

Electrical issue with out pool. Contacted and they came out the next day. Evaluated and where able to complete the job prior to our timeline. Very pleased with their work and quick response.

My bathtub won't stop running water. Murad came on time and he fixed everything as desired. Now everything is working well. I would call him again if I encounter any issue in the future

We are so thrilled with the lighting instillation that Mike and his team did in our house. Mike gave great advice and demonstrated lots of knowledge as we were deciding what to do.  They took extra care to set up and ensure nothing would be damaged in our house everything looks and works great!!  We couldn't even tell they were there after they left as they cleaned up everything and put all our things back in place.   Everyone we spoke with was so pleasant and responsive and all my questions and concerns were answered. Mike and his team were also very patient with our dog which was a nice bonus. Really great work and really great customer service!

Jack Jackson and Jody Blaker did an exceptionally great job putting 110-volt outlet in the kitchen to get my gas stove running , including installing a door bell  and installation of 4 garage overhead light units . They went beyond the call of duty in checking my electrical box to ensure all the breakers were operational and working correctly.

Art recently installed a ceiling fan for me at my home. I was very pleased with the level of professionalism shown and the quick, clean install. We would definitely recommend his services and will call him again when the need arises.

We had a big project that needed to have electricity wired. Digging, drilling, climbing in the attic etc...they guys did a wonderful & professional job. If you need it done and enjoy excellent customer service ( which these days is hard to find ) use them! Highly recommend! Thanks again

We just moved into our new house and found that one of our light switches was wiggly and we had an issue with our ceiling fan. I called GB Electrical and Jay came out soon afterwards. He replaced my wonky light switch and fixed my fan problem without issue. Such a nice guy and such a great job.

Easy to deal with. Ask about the bill-pay program directly from your checking or VISA, they won't  suggest it to you.

Buyer Beware - This is the most unprofessional electrical providers period.  Josh installed two Ethernet lines at my property along with multiple other electrical services. One of my Ethernet lines are no longer working after about a month. I contacted them to repair the lines. Josh stated he would come on two different occasions.  He failed to show up both times without calling. I then talked to Jeff, I believe the Owner of the Company, he apologized for Josh and stated he would come out the next day himself to fix the issue. Guess what he doesn't show up or call either! I called back yesterday and spoke to Josh and he stated he would call me back but as you guessed failed to call back again.  Now they won't answer the phone. I felt compelled to leave this review because I only contacted this Company after reading the reviews on here. Buyer Beware they do not stand by the work.

Updated my original 1 Star review. Owner sent over a low voltage electrician to fix the issues. It has now been resolved. Thank you.

I called because we had some weak circuit breakers that needed replaced.  First, it took two weeks for an appointment.  The electrician came out and determined 3 breakers needed replaced.  The only problem was that he only had 1.  The options were to either have them come back another time and pay the $135 service call fee again, or I could wait for the techs to go buy some breakers.  They didn't tell me I would be paying for their shopping trip.  They arrived at my house at 8:38 AM (they did not call ahead like I was told they would).  The finally left at 11:09 AM.  That's 2 hours and 31 minutes (151 minutes) .  It took them 54 minutes to go buy the breakers.  That means they were physically here for 97 minutes, or 1 hour and 37 minutes.  If they had had the breakers on the truck, they'd of been done in that 1 hour and 37 minutes, and I'd of been billed for  45 minutes (.75 hours) over the 1 hour service call, approximately another $73.50.  But, according to their company, since they were out buying my breakers, I have to pay for that time too, and they billed me an additional 1.75 hours (an hour and 45 minutes) over the initial 1 hour service call.
If they can't stock all the different brands of breakers on the trucks (they did have 1), then why didn't they ask me two weeks ago when I called what brand/type I had, so they could stock them on the truck for my appointment?  In my opinion, I paid for an extra hour, $98, that I shouldn't have had to.
The techs were nice and knowledgeable.  But, I won't do business again with a company I feel ripped me off because of their own incompetence.

Joe came to my home later in the morning, gave me a quote and then later in afternoon 2 of his partners came the wall outlet was installed

Came out quickly to repair a broken water line, which was the only positive.

Negatives:

1. Lost the lock key to my crawl space so I have to buy a new lock.

2.  Did not even attempt to fix landscaping they removed.  They removed lighting, a plant, and a small rock wall and left it scattered in the yard.  

Extremely disappointed with their aftercare for the price I paid for them to come out.

A friend of mine used North Meck Plumming.  I didn't just because they could not get out here as early because we had been without water for 2 weeks. They completely restored his landscaping as close to the original as possible.

To say I felt cheated by this company was an understatement...

I scheduled a service call to fix my tankless water heater that was no longer providing hot water consistently.  They scheduled a technician who specialized in tankless water heaters to arrive to my home on Thursday the 10th with a two hour window.  I scheduled a vacation day away from work to get hot water restored to our home.  Unfortunately, the technician never showed up and I didn't even receive a courtesy phone call from IRV to let me know that the tech would not be coming.  I called several hours past the missed appointment window and they dispatched another tech however he wouldn't arrive until after 5pm.  The technician that arrived did not know much about tankless water heaters and was not prepared to work in it.  It was as if they just sent someone to show face as they missed the appointment already.  He simply asked me if I had cleaned it since it was installed which I answered no.  His diagnosis was that the unit needed to be cleaned first before doing any further work and he proceeded to charge me $157 for the diagnosis and said that I would have to schedule another day to get the unit cleaned.  This one question could have been asked when I called in for the appointment.  This is also a simple 45 minute fix which I would have expected to be preformed while he was here at my property.  

Two days following I finally received the quote for the cleaning which was $530.  This put the total cost of the cleaning at $692!!! The cleaning only requires a $15 descaler solution that is pumped through the flush valves of the unit for half hour.  In addition, two small filters are cleaned (air and water) which take two minutes each.  From start to finish this repair only took me 45 minutes to do myself. With a fully burdened labor cost of roughly $60-75 an hour and $15 of material cost (descaler solution) I felt like this company was taking advantage of the home owner.  I am in the construction business and am fully aware on the total burdened cost for an employee in the service arena.  This was essentially a 700% markup over the companies cost.  I understand companies have markups and need to make profit however this was beyond excessive.  Buyer beware, avoid this company at all cost as they will try to rip you off for such an easy fix!
