Called them today and luckily they were working in the area and were at our home in less than two hours.  The electrician was great and quickly solved our problem.  Will be using them in the future.  Highly recommend.

Have referred them to a number of people, all of whom have been really happy with the service they received.  Prompt, knowledgeable, friendly and professional.  Nice to have a list of local service providers that you can trust when you need them.

I've now had Israel do 2 separate jobs for me and the result of each has been outstanding.  The first was an unfinished closet full of 70 year old pipes and wires that 3 other contractors told me needed to be walled off.  Israel came in and was able to adjust the old fittings, finish the walls, close off the ceiling which previously opened into the attic, and turn it into a wonderful storage area.  During this project he also identified and helped me fix some dangerous old electrical wiring.  After that, he was my first call when I wanted to update my 40+ year old master bathroom.  He took out the horse-sized tub, reinforced the flooring, raised the ceiling and adjusted all the pipes before installing a beautiful walk-in shower.  Everyone I show the before and after pictures to is simply astonished.  I highly recommend Israel.  He is trustworthy, respectful and innovative!

Electrical issue with out pool. Contacted and they came out the next day. Evaluated and where able to complete the job prior to our timeline. Very pleased with their work and quick response.

My bathtub won't stop running water. Murad came on time and he fixed everything as desired. Now everything is working well. I would call him again if I encounter any issue in the future

We are so thrilled with the lighting instillation that Mike and his team did in our house. Mike gave great advice and demonstrated lots of knowledge as we were deciding what to do.  They took extra care to set up and ensure nothing would be damaged in our house everything looks and works great!!  We couldn't even tell they were there after they left as they cleaned up everything and put all our things back in place.   Everyone we spoke with was so pleasant and responsive and all my questions and concerns were answered. Mike and his team were also very patient with our dog which was a nice bonus. Really great work and really great customer service!

Jack Jackson and Jody Blaker did an exceptionally great job putting 110-volt outlet in the kitchen to get my gas stove running , including installing a door bell  and installation of 4 garage overhead light units . They went beyond the call of duty in checking my electrical box to ensure all the breakers were operational and working correctly.

Art recently installed a ceiling fan for me at my home. I was very pleased with the level of professionalism shown and the quick, clean install. We would definitely recommend his services and will call him again when the need arises.

We just moved into our new house and found that one of our light switches was wiggly and we had an issue with our ceiling fan. I called GB Electrical and Jay came out soon afterwards. He replaced my wonky light switch and fixed my fan problem without issue. Such a nice guy and such a great job.

I have used them in the past . .always a problem getting the work done--before being billed.    Billing is done quickly, service is not completed.

Called them again today for service and said they would only come out if COD.

I rarely give bad reviews but after the service I failed to ever receive I must warn others. I called Walker Electric Services Monday to have a fried wire replaced on my water heater that was now no longer heating the water at my rental property. I spoke with a lady who gave me a flat rate and informed me that she could have someone out same day after 4pm. She took down my information (allegedly) and told me she would email me and have the technician call me when they were on their way. I informed my tenant to be home around that time. 6pm rolls around and I haven't received a call so I call again and ask if anyone is still coming since I had not received any form of communication as to whether someone is on their way or not. She apologized and said that the techs were tied up on a 7am job and that they wouldn't be able to make it out at all. I mentioned how the matter is urgent and I'd still like it if someone could come out that night after they finished since my tenant was urgently in need of hot water. She then said they could if I paid an extra $150.... after being promised someone would be able to come out that day and failing to keep me updated that their technicians were running behind. If I had known I could have called elsewhere. I told her I wasn't interested in paying an extra $150 and asked if they could at least make it there the next morning and she responded Yes, we can definitely do that. We can have them out there around 9:30am. I say perfect, thank you. The next morning (Tuesday) I call around 9am to be sure someone is for sure coming out today since my tenant now has been without hot water for 2 days, no one answers. After calling several times around 9:45 the same lady I spoke with picks up. This time she claims that some of their techs went on vacation and they aren't going to be able to make it out AT ALL... remember the by this time it is almost 10am and she failed to call me, email, or text to give me this update... again had I known I could've been calling other electricians. This is the most unprofessional experience I've ever had. A phone call, text or email updating a customer is SIMPLE... I understand being behind or tied up or understaffed but what's not fair is being constantly told that someone is going to show up, they don't show and the business fails to inform the customer. It's just bad business.

We called Lake Norman Electric to enhance our outdoor lighting on our new home. They were so pleasant to work with and the guys onsite were very professional and efficient. They installed disc lights on the exterior, added switches, updated older light figures and helped put up a new ring camera wired on the side of the house. We will be doing some home reno projects in the near future and we will certainly be calling them again. They are now our go to electric company. Their pricing was fair and their response time was impressive. Thanks Rob and team.

Excellent work. Joe answered the phone on a Sunday and arrived the next morning at 8am. Fast, friendly, efficient at a fair and affordable price. Needed help after a storm left half my home without power. Thank you so very much!

We had a true EMERGENCY tonight and the woman who answered the phone not only seemed disinterested but she was annoyed. She first quoted me $150 an hour (which I wrote down amongst all of my notes from trying to reach a reputable plumber) but then as I was trying to see if she was going to get someone here faster than another company who gave me a 3 hour window, she told me it would be $175/hour. Now that's dishonest, tacky and inexcusable. I would have paid whatever. I found a great company who came directly out and helped us. No thanks to Dickerson....

was over 2 hours late and not even a phone call to let me know after i rushed home to meet them.
