Called them today and luckily they were working in the area and were at our home in less than two hours.  The electrician was great and quickly solved our problem.  Will be using them in the future.  Highly recommend.

Have referred them to a number of people, all of whom have been really happy with the service they received.  Prompt, knowledgeable, friendly and professional.  Nice to have a list of local service providers that you can trust when you need them.

I had an idea in my head and Mr Rodriguez was able to bring that to life.  Although not a big job, Mr Rodriguez was able to re-do my kitchen and gave it depth and character.   He was very professional, price on point and extremely knowledgeable.  We will definitely use him again for the care of our home.

We are so thrilled with the lighting instillation that Mike and his team did in our house. Mike gave great advice and demonstrated lots of knowledge as we were deciding what to do.  They took extra care to set up and ensure nothing would be damaged in our house everything looks and works great!!  We couldn't even tell they were there after they left as they cleaned up everything and put all our things back in place.   Everyone we spoke with was so pleasant and responsive and all my questions and concerns were answered. Mike and his team were also very patient with our dog which was a nice bonus. Really great work and really great customer service!

It was after 7:00pm and I needed someone to fix an outlet in my garage ASAP because I had our 2nd refrigerator on that outlet.  There with no power and I did not want to lose all that food.   I called several places and Matt from  Lamm Electric called me immediately.   He had me text him pictures and he walked me through finding the problem.  We were able to fix it and my refrigerator is working and we did not lose any food!    (I offered to pay him for his time and he said no). Matt was amazing!!

Attentive, knowledgable, and easy to work with. They do excellent, detailed work and seem honest & straightforward. I appreciate their responsiveness, attention to detail, that they clean up after jobs, and ease in scheduling. Definitely recommend. Will work with them again.

I highly recommend Art Mauney for anyone who wants an honest, knowledgeable and very efficient contractor. Several years ago the panel box shorted out on the side of our house due to water leaking in the box. My wife met him accidentally in Home Depot and he came over and installed a new one within two hours, AND IN A BAD LIGHTNING STORM!

Last week I called him and he came today and installed a panel box in our basement with very short notice even though he was very busy. If you need a good electrician at a fair and honest cost, he is your man.

We just moved into our new house and found that one of our light switches was wiggly and we had an issue with our ceiling fan. I called GB Electrical and Jay came out soon afterwards. He replaced my wonky light switch and fixed my fan problem without issue. Such a nice guy and such a great job.

I had 5 new fan/light locations installed in my home and 1 pendant light in kitchen that needed a j-box installed from existing hardwire fixture.  I received great service from ARC Electric and would recommend to anyone looking for an electrician.  They showed up promptly around 8am as it was an all-day job.  Crew was great (1 project manager and 2 technicians).  They all had a clean appearance and professional.  Cleaned up all messes from the new light/fan additions and made sure I was aware of any enhancements / minimal changes that had to be done with work order.  The wall punch outs for electrical access were minimal and put back in place were I can easily patch walls and repaint.  Would definitely use their services again for any future electrical needs.

Can't say enough good about these people!! Not only did they do the job timely manner, they were johnny on the spot when a issue came up.( not there fault ). Respectful, clean, knowledgeable. I'm a retired contractor, I wish ALL contractors were this good. I had never heard,or used these guy's before. But now there in my contacts. Thanks guy's

Lake Norman Electric gave the worst service of any provider I have used and I am a builder and licensed contractor. I ordered an underground service.  Told them to follow my directions for  trenching to avoid sprinkler pipes.  As I explained to their representative they needed to meet with me to mark the locstion of the underground.  That was an oral part of our contract.They refused to consult and cut through multiple pipes and electrical feeds.  They also cut phone line and we have no  phone service.  No internet service.  My professional advice as a builder is to avoid them at all costs.

Update.  Lake Norman Electric also cut the AT&T telephone and internet line.  So no service if we had an emergency.  I had to order emergency repair service from AT&T on  Sunday at my expense.  Azt&T had to install a new line and inside house equipment to match.  There $2,500 fee, given their performance, was not justified, in my opinion.

being relatively new to the area, I was not prepared how many electricians either never cal you back or never show up when they are supposed to.

This is far from the truth for Pyramid. Joe and Andy showed up on time and were professional, courteous and took the time to do things right. They were careful not to make a mess and cleaned up after themselves and were great to deal with.

Couldn't recommend them more.

Jim Dickerson has been handling ALL my plumbing need since late 70's early 80's.  They are always professional, prompt and efficient. They just spent 4 hours at my house today cleaning up a problem that was covered up by the people I bought my townhome from.  I cannot imagine calling another plumbing company.   His daughters are wonderful and so friendly and professional.  You will be happy you called them!!!.  I SING THEM PRAISES

The electric switch in my two rooms are not working. So I called today spoke with Melissa and she set up an apt for tomorrow. Melissa always does an awesome job in answering my questions and taking care of me. She makes me feel like I am a valued customer.  Someone will be coming out to take a look at my breaker. I had a friend to look at the breaker and cut it on and it kept switching tripping back. So, I am getting an electrician out to my home.  I was initially thinking that due to the HVAC and water heater damage that it may have damaged my electric cord or wires but I am not sure.  I had extensive work done on getting a new AC and water Heater with IRV HVAC about 4 weeks ago and they did such an awesome job. I have to say that QUAID did an great job in taking care of me and the services.  I even called to follow up on a question and he returned my call and made availability to answer it.  Quaid even came back to my home to check my AC because of the cold/hot weather changes in NC for the months of March/April and he wanted to make sure the AC would run well.   Melissa had did an awesome job communicating with me and letting me know about my appointments and when the guys had came to complete the job for the AC and putting in the Water heater.  I had also got new toilets as well. This company is wonderful and I would recommend them to others.
