Best Plumbing Services in Durham, NC
Great job. Came on Sunday when Jody else would. I was really impressed with his work and the time he took to get it right. Pricing was reasonable.

Bill is a fine gentleman and a plumber you can trust, for the quality of his work and his fair prices. He's the guy that you've been looking for forever, which is to say, a plumber with integrity and skill. Great to have had him work for me.

Travis is friendly, communicative, and professional. Quickly fixed the problem and got our house back to normal in no time. Warrantied his work. If we have problems in the future, I know I'll call Simply Plumbing.

Lloyd came out to check on a potential kitchen faucet repair need for my elderly tenants. Not only did he determine there was no need for repair, he spent the time to speak with my tenants about how the faucet works, ensured they were comfortable the faucet worked to their satisfaction and listened to any additional concerns they had. He called me after his visit was complete, explained what was going on and was incredibly gracious and patient to both my tenants and me, at no charge for the visit. It's hard to find honest and caring people who do great work. You should call Lloyd!!

Great job installing our new kitchen faucet! Fast, efficient and made sure we were satisfied before they left my home! Will definitely hire again!

We had a problem with our water heater in the apartment, and initially I called a different company - which was my mistake. Not only did they give me an estimate for more than $700 to just change one part, they also couldn't find this part for a few days! Thank God, I contacted Eugene at The Art of Plumbing! He was super friendly, calm, professional and knew exactly what to do. He found the part at the online suppliers' in seconds, called the manufacturer to make sure all the technical characteristics would match and came over to fix our mixing valve very soon. It took him less than an hour, which obviously ended up costing me a few times cheaper than the other company had quoted! Also, Eugene offered a few other options for a solution, which I found very interesting! He said we could do different things with the faucets, in order to avoid ordering and changing the mixing valve itself if we wanted to cut the costs even more - there were ways to adjust every faucet separately and regulate different temperatures in the kitchen sink, bathroom, shower, etc. He suggested that this technique was often preferred and used by commercial properties where they need to reach different water temperatures and different outlets - this means Eugene is an expert in both residential AND commercial plumbing! Great attitude, great sense of humor, great quality of work and great prices! Highly recommended!!! Thanks again Eugene!

Unfortunately, the Management Team at PlumbV doesn't seem to value their customers any longer, so I'm done with them. Note that most of the positive reviews reference Matt Vanderwalker, the former owner / creator of PlumbV - he's no longer there and it shows.
I previously provided a 5 Star review, but have removed it because current management refuses to come correct an installation they did that never worked correctly. (Note: it has been a long time since they did the installation, but they don't refute that they botched the installation and they won't even consider coming to investigate without insisting that I pay them full price for a repair, even though nothing has broken)
I have spent a huge sum of money with them and worked with them for over a year on a full renovation of my house. It's sad to end this relationship, but that's the decision of the new management.

Went with Matt from another's recommendation and SO glad we did! He is amazing. Responsive. Patient. Knowledgeable. Helpful. Friendly. Everything you would want your plumber to be. We had a defective piece from the new faucet and he helped me call delta to get it straightened out. Can't say enough good things.

Called with a plumbing issue and they were able to send someone within less than an hour ,
CJ was professional courteous and kind ( as well as made sure to bring booties to cover his feet ) -
Super service and would recommend.
Gave a-quote on running some
Propane gas lines as well , we just have to wait on that part of our repair quote .
*A check was a cheaper way to pay with this service ( or cash) as credit card fees would be higher chg.

Everyone I dealt with, over the phone and the plumber in person, were all very friendly. The reason for the low rating is because they charged me $95 to come and use a shop-vac for 20 minutes to remove broken glass from my garbage disposal. When I called to ask why it was so much for a simple job they claimed that it is the minimum fee they can charge due to traveling to and from the job. I asked them if they came simply to take a look at something and do no work, would they charge the same amount, and the lady of the phone simply repeated that statement. I can not speak to their ability as plumbers since they did no real work for me. I am under the impression though that you will pay $95 at a minimum for the smallest of jobs. Next time I need a plumber I will take a chance elsewhere.

Very knowledgeable, speedy, nice - I'd highly recommend them! They came within hours of calling, and quickly identified the problem and addressed it. Derek is incredible - an expert at all things HVAC-related! Ben seems to still be learning the ropes, but is also very nice, efficient, and good.
The only ding I have is the freakin price. They installed a new damper for us and charged us OVER 3x the price I could find for the item on Amazon. The cost included labor, but I can't believe the upcharge was so ridiculous. It will definitely make me reconsider ordering anything through them, although I'll absolutely call them for a diagnosis since they are wonderful professionals.

I can't comment on their plumbing. I do know they can't drive. One of their trucks turned left across traffic and I had to slam on brakes to avoid an accident. I guess the driver is not smart enough to realize when he does something like that in a company truck the name and phone number is plastered on the side of the truck. his action is a reflection and advertisement of the company. No I would not hire them under any circumstance.

i needed some work on the sewer line and to start things off the person i spoke with on the phone was incredible. she made me happy. you'll have to call and schedule an appointment to find out how. : )
and their response was extremely quick, scheduling an appointment in the afternoon of the morning i called.
finally, the workers who came out and provided the work, Brian and Flavio, were incredibly respectful, nice and hard working. and while i feel the price was very steep, these two young men represented Jordan Plumbing very well, and it is because of them that i would use Jordan's Plumbing again.

I had a really good experience with Nick from here today! Service was fast, friendly and informative. I had been experiencing a very high water bill and hoped that it was just my running toilet and not some bigger issue. Nick took the time to listen, explain how much waterloss I was probably experiencing and even showed me where my water meter was and how to track leaks by looking at the numbers! Above and beyond there!
Honestly, (to the business model) it was a bit more expensive than I had hoped, and I was kinda put-off by the repeated idea of getting a membership to receive discounts later on (kind of an insurance plan to use this company), but I am happy with the results and understand why they are trying to sell their plans.
I will add that Nick was a very non-pressure guy when it came to the proscribed options and was very direct with what would work best for me. They are very lucky to have such an excellent employee.

If I could leave no stars I would. There are not enough hours in the day to describe all the terrible things about this company. Robert is one of the most unprofessional and rude people I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with in my life. I had no choice but to use them as they were contracted by the granite company. TWO MONTHS later and the issue still hasn't been resolved. On five different occasions Robert set up appointments and was a no-show without any sort of call. It took a very unhappy call from me to finally get him to send someone and then the repair job was horrific leaving me 6 holes in my wall. The electrician was nice and said he would come back out to do more work to repair it, but Robert never scheduled him to come back out and will not return my calls.
AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS.
