We had a time-sensitive but relatively simple request and Nate + team handled it quickly (scheduled and completed within 24 hours) and inexpensively. The part we needed was also conveniently on his truck when he arrived so the appointment itself took less than 30 minutes total. Nate was kind, friendly and helpful in explaining the problem itself and how to perhaps avoid it moving forward. We'll definitely be using After Hours Plumbing again and would recommend them to anyone in the Triangle.

When our shower head pipe broke off behind the wall, we got no answer and no callback for days from two previously trusted plumbers. Then I found Joseph Rose's great reviews online. I was shocked when someone picked up the phone late on a Saturday afternoon and scheduled a plumber for that Tuesday. (It wasn't an emergency.) Ethan was able to fix the problem in less than 1/2 hour without cutting into the wall, which we had expected. He also added some missing caulking and even replaced our shower head with one he had in his truck, all within the one-hour labor cost. And he couldn't have been more pleasant or helpful.

Note:  We did have to wait 4 hours from the scheduled arrival time, but he called to tell us he had an emergency job and asked if we wanted him to show up in the evening or the next day. We chose the evening. Of course, we weren't happy about the extra wait. But afterwards, we realized we'd rather wait a few hours for an excellent plumber who responds quickly to emergency calls. That could be us someday!

Jayk's was here before 7 this morning, even earlier than promised, found a defective supply line, replaced it, and were done. They were competent, masked, covered their shoes and generally a pleasure to deal with.

They knew what they were talking about when I asked about another problem as well, and the toilet repair was almost instantaneous.

It's nice to find competent reliable people in these odd times.

Courteous on the phone when I set up the appointment. Sent email to confirm, with very transparent pricing.  Followed up before arriving; called in advance.  Prompt, on time arrival; courteous, clean, professional.   I had a difficult plumbing problem to troubleshoot; they took extra time, tried out several solutions and eventually found/resolved the issue.  Then, invoiced me only for the solution which worked, did not charge the extra time or parts for troubleshooting!  I found that very professional, exceeded my expectations.    Great job, guys.. I will use you again and will recommend you to all my friends.

Our heat randomly stopped working at one of our rental properties so we reached out to Piedmont Metro for help! They had someone out the same day to not only diagnose but also fix the issue super quick! Very affordable & reliable! We'll definitely be using them again in the future!

I attempted to fix a dripping kitchen faucet on a Saturday.   Big mistake, since I made a small problem substantially worse.  

RTP Plumbing quickly responded and were able to identify the issue by asking the right questions and requesting photos of the faucet.  The phone assistance I got until he was able to arrive was a lifesaver.

Wes was incredibly helpful, efficient and the price for the repair was beyond reasonable.  

I don't do many reviews; but sometimes you have to when the experience is so positive.  He gets five stars for a reason.

This is the most worthless company I have ever dealt with. I called once and talked to the secretary and gave her my information, and a week later I called and left a voicemail. They did not even do me the courtesy of returning the call.

Great people. Great service. I was a bit late the first time we met but they still took care of the appointment. They then put a fast line in a few weeks later.

Finally a plumber who is honest and reasonably priced.  Very pleasant man.  Will never bother with another plumbing service.

On Wednesday afternoon I called Bud Matthews plumbing with a plumbing emergency. We were in town doing some things on a property we own and needed help ASAP. Bud Matthews was  able to send someone out within the hour when a couple  of locals I called couldn't get to me for a week or more! They were very professional and courteous and the fact that they could send someone out so quickly on such short notice speaks volumes of them as a business. Their technician was extremely knowledgeable and resolved our problems very satisfactorily! I would definitely use them again.

Called for an estimate to replace (not repair) our 10-year-old hot water heater. Sent two guys (on a weekday, not after hours), who walked around for a bit before agreeing the water heater needed replacement. A week later, we received an estimate that didn't even include the necessary electrical work ($300-$600 more, and we would have had to find an electrician and coordinate the services ourselves). Buried on the last page of the estimate was a bill for $80 for services. DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

DO.NOT.USE.  After waiting for them all afternoon on a weekend, for an emergency appointment that had been scheduled in the morning, they finally called and said they weren't coming. DO NOT USE!!!
