We called numerous plumbers and no one could come out today except Lane plumbing. His guys arrived within a couple hours and were able to replace the problem with the leak in our hot water tank overflow valve. I am very thankful. Jimmy was very pleasant as well as Robert and Jerry who came out and solved our problem - at a reasonable rate.

I can not say enough good things about this family owned business.  Our irrigation system had been destroyed by ATT Fiber installation and we had been working with another group that charged us a lot of money for a lot of digging around, but still no repairs were completed.  I finally dumped that group (thank goodness) and called Big League.  Vinny, the owner, answered immediately and listened to my year long saga of what had transpired, etc.  He came out the following week and immediately got to work and took complete charge of the situation that was murky and uncertain for sure.  He got our system up and running in one day.  After everything we spent and went through with the last group, I am just so sad that I didn't know to call Big League to start with!  Exceptional work ethic, exceptional people and excellent knowledge and expertise with irrigation systems.  I absolutely would highly recommend them to anyone that needs maintenance or repairs done to their irrigation.  Thank you Vinny, Anthony and Damian (and Harry!!).  It has been a pleasure working with you guys and I wish I had called you guys to begin with for sure!

Mr. Chambers recently replaced my old hot water heater and he relocated it from my crawl space to my garage. The new water heater is more serviceable in this location and has larger capacity. He also replaced the water line to the Ice maker on my refrigerator. I have known Mr. Chambers for many years and he has done a number of updates and repairs for me. He is an honest and dependable man. His work has always exceeded the quality of the original plumbing work in my home. A & A Plumbing Company is Great company.

I don't know that I've ever felt strongly enough about a company to write a review on multiple platforms, but Sam and his team saved us from a nightmare situation after digging work at our house left us with a broken sewer line. I had been in touch with several plumbers to diagnose the problem and get quotes, but PlumbServe got the job after they quoted us for a repair that could begin the next day. Their crew quickly found the break and completed the repair as promised. They were friendly and communicative all throughout the process, and we would recommend them to anyone.

We have hired a PM to manage our property since we are living out-of-state. My tenant has a leak in the Kitchen faucet, and we normally let our PM to handle it for us. This time though, the quote from my PM network was outrages for just a simple kitchen faucet replacement!
While I'm not a contractor myself, I am handy enough to know it'd only take less than 1 hour to finish and I can purchase an industrial grade faucet online for less than $100 for the part so we looked up handyman on here.
Able to get a hold of Seth with Sublime Handy work and the his fee is much more reasonable!
Seth has no review and tbh I was skeptical. There is another handyman that has 100% 5 stars rating but they are fully booked until end of July.
I'm able to connect with Seth over the phone and he's very responsive with my text (over the July 4th weekend) as well so I took the bet.
While I'm not there in person, I can fully rely on him.  Seth would update me on timing when he's heading to my unit, send me pictures after he'd done and upload invoice for me via email. Everything is so seamless. He'll be my go to handyman going forward and definitely recommend him to anyone in need for handyman.

Chris is the best ! He had been taking care of our house plumbing needs for years now . Totally straightforward and professional he never overcharges and many times solves issues over phone and gives us advice which saves money not the other way round ! Love his service and recommend him highly !

Stephen Coble was everything I could hope for in a contractor! His rates are tremendous, his work is excellent, and his reliability and dependability is second to none! I had Stephen lay laminate flooring in a condo I bought for my son. I plan to use Coble's Remodeling again real soon!

A friend of mine referred me to this company. She said that she had a great experience with them in a similar situation. The gentleman that showed up was knowledgeable and courteous. He explained in plain terms what my problem was and what he needed to do. He was reassuring and comforting during a very stressful emergency. Guests were coming over that night for dinner and I didn't have any water! The only reason I don't give them 5 stars is they were a little late getting to my house. He told me he would be over at 12:30, but didn't show up until 1:00.

I contacted Cary Plumbing for a second opinion over what I believed to be shoddy work from another plumbing company in the area.

Not only did they verify that I was in the right, they were also able to provide backup information that will ultimately help me in my current dispute. Both the owner and his staff showed genuine interest in my concerns, and demonstrated the thoroughness and professionalism that one needs and expects from a company that provides an important service.

I should have called these guys in the first place.

I needed a new hot water heater installed and Mr. Mayo drove over to my house and hooked it up without any difficulty at all.  His services, communication skills and professionalism were all excellent.  And the cost was most agreeable.  Highly recommend!!

They mislead price to get the appointment!!   The price is not the price its a fee for estimate!  So  BEWARE!   (plumbers maybe ok dunno)
Instead of this BS, I called a small biz and talked directly to the person who would be doing the job.  He will be coming out with all equip to complete the job and gave estimate for both part and labor and he will be getting all the money not the salesperson misleading.   Thankful of: There are some amazing plumbers that answer the phone:) - But not here-more hands in de pot.

Within 20 minutes of my emergency call Joe came to my house to inspect the drip drip down my bathroom wall coming out of my light socket. Yup! Our hot water heater located, in my attic, was leaking into the bathroom below. I always worried about that water heater because I knew it was only a matter of time for it to go (It was 14 years old). Luckily, my husband and I were home to catch sight of it. Not only did Joe come to inspect it so quickly, but his team removed the broken attic water heater and installed the new tankless water heater within a few hours THE SAME DAY! We even never missed a shower. The tankless water heater was an investment, but after learning the replacement 50 gallon water tank types are being made more cheaply these days (to compete with the tankless) and don't last more than 6 years, we are happy with our decision to opt for the tankless. Joe would have installed either one, but we are confident the tankless was the better choice. I cannot say enough about how professional Joe and his team were at every step. My shower handle stopped working.  We tried replacing it ourselves but it's a little complicated.  I asked for recommendations on yelp and Logan was one of the first to reply, it was a Saturday.  One person said the would call me next week but I have three little girls that need their baths.  Logan came out that same day and gave me an estimate.  He returned and replaced the faucet, which works great.  He also gave a very accurate estimate it only changed a little because of a piece I needed to  complete the installation.  
I will definetly be calling again.

I contacted Mr. Rooter Plumbing about installing a new toilet and hooking up a kitchen faucet. They told me it wouldn't be a problem and that they would send someone out to do it, but I'd have to pay $50 up front which would go toward the installation. However, when the two plumbers arrived, they had no intention of doing any work at all. Instead they talked about surfing and then quoted me an outrageous price of close to $850 to do the job. The next day, I was able to find an honest local plumber to do the entire job for $275! The people at Mr. Rooter had no explanation of why their quote was so incredibly high and wouldn't return my calls. They were firm on not refunding my $50, which is why I want to warn people of this corrupt company. They tried to rip my family off for $500, but had to settle for $50. Total garbage.

I purchased a home with a 12 month old HVAC sold and installed by JD Service Now. The unit stopped cooling a month later. The JD Service Now tech told us it would cost $211 to diagnose the problem, we agreed and was then told it was the coil, would take a month to get one as they were on back order, that we should not use the unit until it was fixed and would cost us $1400. We asked about the warranty and were told it was not covered. We got a second opinion, was told there was nothing wrong with the coil and was fixed for $250 total, no charge to diagnose the issue. I tried calling for 3 days, left voicemail messages each time that only stated that I would like to discuss the problem with my HVAC and never received a call back. One of the worst experiences I've ever encountered working with a company. AVOID!!!

Jeff was so professional and efficient! He fixed my kitchen sink/disposal so quickly, and unlike most house-calls showed up promptly so I didn't have to wait around all day! Excellent customer service!

They recently did a drainage project for me in the swale area between my house and my neighbor's house. They did a very good job and it functions very well as can be verified by the intense rain we have had recently. The key is - know what you want done, agree on the deliverables, and keep them accountable.
