Fine service, bad price.

I had Lane perform very minor plumbing work recently (I could have done it myself if I had seen it done before, will do it myself next time).  Pros:  easy to contact and discuss the issue, scheduling was easy, plumber was very nice and courteous.

Con:  Lane charged by the job instead of by the hour.  The work took the plumber under an hour, yet the job charge resulted in a labor rate that was over 3x the normal plumbing labor rate I'm used to, and I have used plumbers several times in the last few years.  The plumber did a fine job, but not at a faster rate or better technique than others would have on this type of work.  I would not hire a plumber who charges by the job again.

Contacted Vincent of Big League Irrigation and so happy with his service!! He was at my house within 30minutes and fixed my irrigation leak. In addition he recognized another potential problem, fixed that, added additional sprinkler heads where needed and checked/tweaked my entire system. I would very highly and happily recommend Big League Irrigation for all your irrigation needs!!

My brother is a plumber in Massachusetts, so I know good plumbing when I see it.
I put a shovel through my water main--I'm gonna blaming dig safe for not marking it. But the real story is how the city of Durham allows builders to use such shoddy construction material.
The good news is I called Wallace Chambers from A & A Plumbing. He showed up when he said he would, fixed the leak, and repaired the pipe.
A & A plumbing was the best and I highly recommend Wallace Chambers for any of your plumbing problems. He knows his stuff!

I don't know that I've ever felt strongly enough about a company to write a review on multiple platforms, but Sam and his team saved us from a nightmare situation after digging work at our house left us with a broken sewer line. I had been in touch with several plumbers to diagnose the problem and get quotes, but PlumbServe got the job after they quoted us for a repair that could begin the next day. Their crew quickly found the break and completed the repair as promised. They were friendly and communicative all throughout the process, and we would recommend them to anyone.

Seth, where have you been for the past 20 years?  I have searched high and low for a reliable, dependable, honest handyman.  I have hired/tried a couple of handymen - but they were subpar.  You Seth are the REAL DEAL!!  The answer to our prayers.  My husband and I cannot express how pleased we are with you, your professionalism, promptness, very reasonable rate and EXCELLENT work!!

At a desperate, last minute request, I reached out to you on a Saturday.  Even though you had plans with your children, you promised that after you had returned from the zoo, you would contact me and come over to replace our garbage disposal.  You kept your promise.  You were honest and saved us $$.  You performed your magic and got our old disposal working.  Which means I can return the newly purchased disposal and get my $$ back!!  YOU SAVED US $$$.  Not only that, out of the blue my husband asked you about our LOUD icemaker.   You took time and assessed the problem, and came up with a fix, which was totally not the original reason for your service call.  THANK YOU A THOUSAND TIMES!

Integrity, integrity, integrity.... this company is by far one of, if not the best companies of any type I have ever dealt with.  My main line had a clog and our first plumber from a different company came out, took one lap around my property and decided he couldn't do anything. A trusted source referred me to Trinity and within an hour of my phone call to them there was a technician at my home. The simple fix of snaking the line turned out to be much more complicated than anticipated (new/first time owners of an old house) but our technician worked through multiple different problems and was quick, professional and most importantly successful. He left my home with my plumbing issues corrected, my home cleaned up from the work he had to do and left me with a much better understanding of my homes plumbing system and why the problem arose. Not only is their work 5 star but their prices are also more than fair. When the technician told me what we owed at the end of the service I literally blurted out That's it?! I expected the bill to be 3x-4x higher than it actually was due to the amount of unforeseeable issues and extra work that popped up. This is going to be my go to company for all plumbing needs and I will definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a reliable plumber.

We had been wanting to replace some outside faucets and install a laundry sink but had no idea of how complicated or costly the projects we had thought about would be.
Stephen came out and discussed our options with us and gave us a reasonable estimate.
Alto at this time we still haven't decided which way we want to go we feel that we understand the steps involved in each project.

A friend of mine referred me to this company. She said that she had a great experience with them in a similar situation. The gentleman that showed up was knowledgeable and courteous. He explained in plain terms what my problem was and what he needed to do. He was reassuring and comforting during a very stressful emergency. Guests were coming over that night for dinner and I didn't have any water! The only reason I don't give them 5 stars is they were a little late getting to my house. He told me he would be over at 12:30, but didn't show up until 1:00.

Very happy with Cary Plumbing.  We had to replace our hot water heater last week.  They came out for two separate estimates...one for a tankless heater, and one for a regular heater.  Both times, they were on time / early.  Their installation of the tankless water heater was seamless.  Brad and Matt were personable and professional, and they made sure I had all of the information I needed.  Very impressed with all interactions with Cary Plumbing.  Highly recommend.

I needed a new hot water heater installed and Mr. Mayo drove over to my house and hooked it up without any difficulty at all.  His services, communication skills and professionalism were all excellent.  And the cost was most agreeable.  Highly recommend!!

Kevin came out to clean and check our system.  The unit is quieter and the interior and exterior are spotless. I was impressed with Kevin's friendly and professional service. I would call them again.

I used their service several times. Professional service, they changed water heater, installed special toilet and very complicated light fixture. They did a great job. Very happy with their service and will use their service in the future.

My shower handle stopped working.  We tried replacing it ourselves but it's a little complicated.  I asked for recommendations on yelp and Logan was one of the first to reply, it was a Saturday.  One person said the would call me next week but I have three little girls that need their baths.  Logan came out that same day and gave me an estimate.  He returned and replaced the faucet, which works great.  He also gave a very accurate estimate it only changed a little because of a piece I needed to  complete the installation.  
I will definetly be calling again.

I was in desperate need of a plumber as my garbage disposal was feeding into the dishwasher. I placed many calls and the only one who was available the same day was Mr. Rooter. To my surprise they arrived about 20 minutes later. Arthur and his partner did such a good job, were courteous. and very professional. I would highly recommend you using them for your plumbing needs and I would ask for Arthur. I know the next time I need plumbing service I will call the for sure.

Set up appointment for a Friday between 8-11. Company called and said they couldn't keep appointment and asked to reschedule. I understand these kind of things happen. SO we scheduled for a Tuesday and I was promised tech would be at my home no later than 8:30. Tech called at 7:20 said he'd be there in 30 minutes. Called back 15 minutes alter to say he was delayed and he'd be another 30 minutes. After an hour and no service person I called to see what was the delay and was told he'd be arriving in 15-20 minutes. After 30 more minutes and no tech I went  to work. Not a catastrophe but somebody dropped ball on me twice. I've used these folks on other occasions before but probably not again.

This was some of the best services I have ever received.  I had a water leak in the ceiling and was in a panic on a Sunday and Roto Rooter sent the project manager Devon out ASAP to assist me. They located the source of the leak which was from the HVAC. Then identified all the parts of the ceiling and wall that were damp using an infrared technology. Then he immediately started placing drying fans and dehumdifiers.  
They advised me to contact HVAC repair technician.  I was surprised at  how honest they were and still assisted me with my water damage even though it wasnt plumbing.  They left the fans so that the structure could continue to dry and they basically did all of this as a courtesy.  Its very rare to find a company that is so honest and so truly focused on satisfaction. The showed me that as a company the valued my property as much as I do.

They recently did a drainage project for me in the swale area between my house and my neighbor's house. They did a very good job and it functions very well as can be verified by the intense rain we have had recently. The key is - know what you want done, agree on the deliverables, and keep them accountable.
