Albert & Son Plumbing

Our bathroom sink started leaking so bad we had to shut off water to entire house.  Call Albert & Son Plumbing Thursday night and they were able to fit me in on Friday.   Fixed the plumbing quickly.   Very pleased with their work.  I would highly recommend them.

One of the toilet at my house was leaking. I reached out to these guys and they sent a plumber who charged $170 to take out the toilet and and tell me that he needs to replace the wax ring and that I need to replace the wood floor first. I got the floor guy and got the floor fixed and out mistake, the floor guy put the toilet back. Now I called Mr. Albert and schedule the appointment to put the toilet back. I requested him to check everything and make sure that he doesn't have to come again and he confirms that he checked and everything is fine. The plumber comes, doesn't check the toilet, just fixes a valve, happily charges $185 ($165 + $20 tax). When I reach out to Mr. Albert, he gives me another estimate of $190 to check and re-install the toilet and when I cross question, he yells at me and hangs up. I would never in my life go back to these crooks!!

The work is good and they are reliable but be prepared to pay an estimated $375 an hour for labor.  I paid $482.62 to install a gas stove that had $75 in parts cost.  Becoming too pricy for me as I've used them for 10 years.  Moving on.

Albert is great! He's helped me out in the past and I don't know what I'll do when he retires. Highly recommend!

I have used Albert & Son Plumbing on three different occasions, every visit warrants a 5 star review!

They know what they are talking about.  They saved me hundreds of dollars when I found out Lowes wanted to take out my tile floors to instal my dishwasher.  They didn't need to even move a thing and installed my dishwasher quickly and at half the price.

The second time they came to fix my shower. 10/10 on professionalism, timely and cost.

The third time they came to fix my toilet.  There was a leak from my upstairs bathroom into my kitchen.  Once again 10/10.  Their team is wonderful and I cannot recommend them enough. My only regret is that I wish I had written these reviews separately as they were taken care of so they would have more glowing reviews.  They are great!

I called for a free quote after having several plumbers come out and none able to properly diagnose and fix my water pressure issue. When they came out they were very helpful with assuring me I did not need a whole main line replacement. Although, A&S didn't end up doing the final repair for me, due to scheduling, I am so grateful for their honesty and integrity. They did more in a free service call than the plumber sent out by my home warranty for 100.00.

Great communication, courteous, punctual, reasonable price and good work. Definitely recommend.

If I could give zero stars I would this place was referred to me and my husband after going to a local hardware store
I needed a regulator installed on my food truck . I contacted  Albert & sons the guy I spoke with told me to text him my address phone number and name so he could come out to give me a quote after hanging up with him I did just that !!! He replied back and said he doesn't come out to concord.... I asked him if I could bring the truck out to him he told me no he doesn't want to do the job I have attached a photo of proof .... very unprofessional!!!!

I have used Albert for a number of years now and always had a good experience.   However, last week I put too many things down the disposal at once (my goof) and his son came out to fix it when I was out of town. The disposal was working fine but there was a clog somewhere in the pipes that prevented the water from draining.

The clog was fixed when I returned but clogged again a few days later without putting anything down the disposal.  Precisely the same problem as before.   Albert came out to fix it and cleaned out a good sized clog in the pipes.  When I reminded him his son came the week before for the same problem, Albert checked with him and he was told the disposal was clogged and not the pipes (which were not cleaned).  

To make matters worse, he insinuated that I was playing his son against him to get the work for free.  I reminded him of all the work he has done for me over the years and this seemed rather petty to try now.  And of course it wasn't true to begin with.  We went round and round but settled for a smaller amount.  

This whole experience is very disappointing given the number of times I have used him in the past.  Not sure I will use him in the future.

Charged $150 per hour per man for simple faucet install. Extremely overpriced and predatory. Would not use again and cannot recommend.

After they installed our shower valve everything was great until tile was applied and found the shower valve was too far forward to be right. It worked but I didn't like it.  The point was I called Albert & Son Plumbing 25+ times including multiple messages to try to have this corrected! No response whatsoever!

The shower valve now fixed by Julian's Plumbing (Check them out) and I wont do business with Albert & Son Plumbing ever again.

I don't know how good they are but my wife said they suck ass. Thank god I was at work.

They came out to fix my moms plumbing and ended up breaking her toilet and shower. Then they refused to cover the costs of repairing what they broke.  She had to have someone else come out to fix everything, and it ended up costing less than they were going to charge to fix their own mistakes.

Albert responded promptly to a burst water heater that was flooding my garage.  He gave me specific instructions for disabling the water and gas intake to my tank over the phone to stop the leak.

I called on him to replace the pressure release valve, and he did, but then we discovered that the water heater burst in multiple locations and required replacement.  Albert and his son installed a brand new water heater that same day.

Albert provided excellent, honest service and at a very affordable price.  I will certainly hire him for future plumbing jobs.

Very prompt, courteous, and professional. My sister and I both used them for various projects including installing a new hot water heater and repairing a clogged main sewer line. Very reasonable. Would use again.

I have used this business 3 times in the last 5 years and each time it was a good experience.  They are prompt, efficient and courteous and they are not adverse to doing the smaller jobs.  Their rates are very good and they do not recommend extra unneeded services which is a plus for a senior citizen living on Social Security!  (Be aware that Albert is European and he is very blunt in his speech.  Some people may get a wrong impression of him because of the difference in the ways we express ourselves according to our origins.  But I have found him to be honest and ethical-re: the Concord review.)

Albert came over to address a few plumbing issues we had.  He was very prompt, courteous and helpful in explaining the issues we seeing.  Prices were reasonable.  Everything you want from a plumber.  Will definitely be using again!

Had a plumbing issue called received same day service fitting to my schedule. The service men were very professional and within an hour or so they resolved the issue. He also made some recommendations to prevent future issues and alerted me to a problem he observed on the roof in need of repair.  Pricing was fair.

I called Arnold at 8 am in the morning. He was able to meet me at my house by 2 pm that afternoon. He saved me from having to replace my water heater which any other plumber may have said. He also cleaned out three slow drains and was out within a half hour. He is very pleasant and customer oriented. I Recomment him highly to anybody.

Extremely affordable and reliable. Don't use the big named guys they are almost twice as much. Hard working and honest.
