I have used Mike Hitchingham a few times, most recently to come into our apartment while we were away for several weeks to replace some under-the-cabinet lighting fixtures.  We did all correspondence by email including selecting the new fixtures (with some solid advice from Mike), getting a quotation, providing a down payment (to purchase the fixtures), and arrange with the building doorman to let Mike it.  We returned from our summer holiday this week, and the new fixtures were perfect -- brighter and better than before.  My only disappointment was that I did not have him replace all the similar lighting in the kitchen.  Nothing was out of place, all old fixtures, new boxes, etc. were left behind (neatly) so that we could verify the work, and the final bill came out far less than the quote.  Mike is 100% reliable and trustworthy; I could not recommend his work more highly.

Klod was extremely professional and went out of the way to get the job done. He arrived on time, was friendly and knew his job really well. He installed an electric vehicle charger and the home security system, both of which were done perfectly. Since then, I have contacted him for 3 other jobs and all of them have been completed flawlessly. Highly recommend!

Needed a service call to check out why several recessed lights were flickering. Living in a coop that requires licensed electricians who are insured and have a covid safety plan, it was difficult to find one that was willing/able to provide these documents. Rich patiently worked with us to get everything in order and was responsive via email.

Onto the work itself, rich was able to find and resolve the issue without having to open up the walls (fortunately). While he was here, he also took at other issues we were having and fixed that as well.

Would recommend and will save his contacts in case we need an electrician again!

Fast Service, ontime, professional, and does a thorough job to ensure things were setup safely and correct. Price is reasonable - for fast and reliable service. He was in and out of my home in 2 hours then assisted in my other home two days later, again under 2 hours. Would recommend highly.

Had a problem and paid the visiting fee 350 I think and he fixed most of it and diagnosed a potential larger problem but then told me the cost to fix that would be pretty high. I paid the fee for the visit but checked on line about the other problem. It was not nearly as serious as he had said and the average cost for fixing it also much les.s I went ahead on that with another company from I found on Home Adviser that did the job very well for 1/3rd of what I'd been quoted. So I cannot recommend this service

Had a ceiling box installed and ran wire to a plug/switch through the walls. Gaston did a fantastic job for a reasonable price and did it very quickly. I would highly recommend Nair, they really came through for me!

I cannot recommend John and JEM enough. My partner and I had some serious problems with a ceiling light- we had tried to replace it with a ceiling fan only to find out that our electric is from before 1960s. There were no ground wires and our previous electrician snapped a wire trying to figure out what was going on and then created a quick fix that shorted out when there were power surges across nyc due to a storm. We had no power in our kitchen and a possible fire hazard on our hands.

John was quick to respond, assess the damage in the pictures and give us a quote that was an extremely reasonable price! He'd worked with old buildings before so the job took no time at all, plus since we're renters he wrote up an invoice for the work as well as an assessment of future work that the light needs, so that we could charge it to our landlord and he could follow up with the rest of the work. So smooth and easy! And he was organized, on time and had every tool possible for the job. Seriously, if you need an electrician I don't think you can find a better one x

Great guys and great work. They came by and gave us a free estimate about two months ago. The estimate took about an hour and no charge. They were upfront about scheduling right now because they are very busy but said they would squeeze in an hour here and there to get it done. Between 2 visits, it took an hour and a half and the work was completed. Great pricing and great work. I'm so happy! No damage done at all in the process due to the care that was taken with rewiring. Would definitely recommend!

How incredible to find an honest and professional electrician.  My overhead lights blew and tripped the breaker.  After flipping the circuit back on they still wouldnt work. Called at 7pm and mike came by 830.  Diagnosed the problem and fixed the issue for the price quoted. In addition he fixed a non working fixture and replaced a light switch cover that was giving me problems.  Highly reccomend.

First off when you deal with CEL Electric, you're dealing with the owner of the company not just another employee. Scott has done several projects in our 120 year old brownstone and these are not simple or straightforward jobs. The building's wiring is original and needs to be handled with great care and that's exactly what we've experienced on each job he handled for us. His electrical work is first-rate and he is meticulous working with outlets and switches on old, dry plaster walls and fans on ornate ceilings and that's something often overlooked with electricians. Each and every time I've called, he's been super responsive and we've had no qualms with his quotes. No reason to even think about using anyone else and that's a great feeling.

Very happy. Yoni is a great electrician, no problem what so ever. Quick problem solver service and i got a new power line with exact fit outlet for my 220v 30amp new washer and dryer combo laundry machine. Will definitely and surely use only this guys for any electrical work. Thanks again!

Ilya is great!! We just bought a condo that was lacking lighting. He wired the living room and bedroom for lighting. Moved an outlet so that we could mount our TV.  Mounted the TV, hid the HDMI cables in the wall, and installed our light fixtures. All for an extremely reasonable price!  He is easy to get in contact with. He's courteous and patient. I HIGHLY recommend Ilya!

I usually don't take time to write reviews, but I had such an amazing experience again with DLP Electric,  I had to do what was deserving. I needed to upgrade my basement lighting. Not only did Don come up and design what I needed, he did a total install that was a big job. I have used this company multiple times, and they have come through with such professionalism.  I know there are many choices out there, but as long as this company is in business, they will be my goto for any electrical needs. As for the cost, just what was quoted. The fact that they  are licensed and insured, and providing great service at fair reasonable prices is enough for me to keep coming back. Ganesh came almost instantly and fixed a broken light switch in my bathroom.  He was very efficient, knowledgeable and professional.  He fixed the broken light in about 20 minutes.  This is THE BEST electrician that I've seen.  I would definitely recommend this business.

Sergey came in and checked our broken shower but unfortunately the parts that he has don't match with our shower valve so he needed to go to the nearest store to buy one. He even called me just to confirm if the price was okay with me. He really did a good job. He is very professional, trustworthy and  polite. Contacting the company itself was very smooth and easy. I had an emergency outage in an apartment. Electrify responded quickly; sent out a man to address the problem. He quickly reviewed what was causing the outage, was able to get things working again, and then proposed a longer term solution. The pricing was fair.

Katie and her assistant installed some towel bars for us. They did a great job and we're safe and careful. It was very easy to set up the appointment and communicate with her. I will definitely contact her again for future projects!

I am so happy with the service Roman has provided! He changed a few light fixtures and checked all of the electrical outlets upon request. Both visits he arrived on time and was fast, (under an hour) and efficient. Very nice and professional! Overall I definitely recommend Conquest and intend to call on them in the future!

Hands down, a solid five stars for these guys. Excellent service from Mike and Brian. They called me the day before to discuss what was needed, arrived on time and did an amazing job.
On the phone, Mike asked whether he needed to take some extra materials with him and I said not to worry, I've got it all. Well, that wasn't nearly true, so these guys were able to do a great job under less than ideal conditions. And it worked out great!
