Mike rewired a small commercial space for me after I took down some drywall leaving tons of exposed conduit. The project took longer than I had expected but his work was thorough. Mike has a great work ethic and even persevered when there was a mild plumbing disaster within his work space. Thanks again.

We needed a new breaker box, as ours was falling apart. CS came by to give me a quote and checked out the electrical in the whole apartment. I thought I might have to rewire the whole place, but they told me that after they swapped out the box that it would probably fix our issues. They steered me away of spending money I didn't need to spend, when they could have easily told me I needed to do more work. They came in, put in the new box, left the apartment cleaner than it was, and were super nice the whole time. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I called Erick about an important safety issue at our building in Williamsburg.  He was able to come the same day, get Con Ed there the next day and make the repair the day after that.  All at a reasonable price and with a smile.

I have never written a review on Yelp.. However my family and I had such a wonderful, positive experience with Danik Electric that I felt this needed to be shared.

I had an electrical emergency late Thursday night when my tenants' lost electricity & their circuit box began to spark. I had heard great things from a co-worker about Yoni from Danik Electrical, so I took a chance and called Yoni with the hopes of getting an answer (it was past 8pm on a weeknight).
Not only did Yoni pickup immediately, he arrived at my home to fix the issue in under 20 minutes (quicker than promised)!

Yoni was extremely kind, well spoken, smart and very knowledgeable from the second I spoke to him. He was able to diagnose the issue quickly and even provided a temporary fix that evening so that my tenants wouldn't have to go without electricity until the next day.
He provided a fair quote and came back the next morning.
On Friday Yoni arrived on time to start the job. His work is immaculate! The water-damaged circuit breakers were replaced in both my boxes, the damaged panel box was removed & replaced, and Yoni even shifted the boxes to a different area, backed on wood, to help keep water out.
Yoni went above and beyond to complete the job and even sealed and waterproofed the cement around the boxes for safety. The job was complete within just a few hours!

Overall, Danik Electrical & Yoni deserve an A+. Top notch customer service, communication, knowledgeability. Fair prices & clean, thorough, efficient work.

Highly recommended. I contracted Ilin to install a chandelier into a very old fixture. He did the job right - quickly and professionally. He was very easy to get ahold of, set up an appointment, and very courteous. Rate was very reasonable for the job.

We called Donald in to inspect a home for us. He was available the next day,gave us an estimate and came in and did a great job ASAP. He was responsive to my calls and texts. His pricing is fair and his work was excellent. I definitely recommend him and I would definitely call him back.

Eugene pulled off a miracle with my pluming issue under the kitchen sink.  The outlet pipe to the main sewage line was rusted and rotten and the threads were gone.  I suggested he cut the pipe and attach some kind of metal/rubber link.  He found one that fitted the pipe perfect and completed a clean job.  He is pretty good with responding.  Reasonably priced, but you will have to negotiate. I used him for other work in long island and he did a good job there as well.

I hired Avi/Electrific to sort out two malfunctioning ceiling fans. He was extremely good at scheduling, communicating, and the task. It was diagnosed and fixed quickly. I felt 100% comfortable with him in my home--he showed care in ensuring there was no damage to furniture that was near the work area and was one of the most pleasant people I've hired in recent memory. We had time during his visit to tackle a pendant fixture replacement and that was hung perfectly. I recommend him 100% and I'm not someone who recommends everyone I hire. Great work; thanks!

Yes, ma'am!!! would be my answer if you ask whether you should use Handyma'am.  Katie hung two ceiling light fixtures and installed two dimmer switches in my Manhattan condo, and she did a neat and proper installation, even with one of the old fixtures proving to be a challenge to remove.  Her fine art background came as no surprise to me when I saw the care and attention to detail with which she worked. Her communication skills before and during the job were a total breath of fresh air after I'd dealt with workers who left me waiting all day and never showed up -- and others who grunted and didn't speak English when they did show up.  For anything that may come up in the future, I will definitely keep contact info for the Handyma'am handy!

I needed a few small electrical jobs done. They had built up over the years. Since Gladiator Electric was charging me by the hour, a list of to-do's was waiting for them plus anticipated hardware.

First thing I noticed was their professionalism. I was getting quality text messages from them about scheduling, arrival time, and general communication. Gladiator Electric seemed like a bigger, corporate company, like GE Appliances. They get an A+ for managing our time well. You sign in their phone app to begin the work when they arrive.

Eric and Dylan gave my ~100 yr old apt the once over at each outlet and the fuse panel, fixing what could be fixed, and checked my electrical work.

Overall, this was a very professional job, and they left it as clean as they found it. Considering that I've dealt with dozens of contractors these last few months in my reno, it was such an wonderful experience. I wish all contractors could be this good.
