I concur with the numerous 5 star reviews here already.  Last year I contracted with Hitchingham Electric to replace my entire electrical panel and then run a 220 line for a new dryer.  Mike had excellent communication throughout the quotation process, and at one point when it looked like I might not be able to use him, he provided me with a list of other electrical contractors that might be able to help.  He showed up on time, got the job done ahead of time, and even LOWERED the bill since he was able to get the run done without as much labor as they thought they would need (haven't had that happen with a contractor before!).  The work was very professional and I haven't had any issues with the panel or  the line.  Mike even helped me get some of the drywall in place so I could patch when they were done,  Quality, professional outfit that I would have no hesitation in recommending or using again!

We had an emergency electrical situation with circuit breakers at our apartment, and Izet from Titanium came over to fix it. He solved our problem quickly. Our basement is hard to get to, too. You have to take a latter down, and he had no complaints. If we have any electrical problems at all in the future, we'll definitely contact Titanium.

I needed someone to come on Friday and fix the socket for my AC, before it got hot Sunday.  And he was there by 1:30, and got it up and running.  What more can you ask?

Mickle installed three ceiling fans for me and was really great.  Fast, responsive, efficient and absolutely affordable!  Absolutely recommend!

I was having heating issues in my apt. The guys came in and quickly found the problem and installed a new heater the very next day. I didn't have to wait long. They answered every question and concern that I had. From my current stance, my home is toasty and warm. Thanks guys!

Do not go with Nair.  I am surprised at the past positive reviews given my negative experience.  
I hired him to simply diagnose and fix a faulty breaker to an Ac unit. He charged me a surprisingly exorbitant fee - $250+tax for  less than 30 minutes - up from the usual $175/hr as apparently it was a problem of a 'commercial' nature.  (He separately offered to 'diagnose' my ac problems as well for a low price of $500, and I refused.)
Which I suppose I might have been ok with had the problem been fixed as he claimed.  Unfortunately it was not and the reset on the breaker worked only sporadically.  Not only did the experience cost me his fee but also fees for additional visits from hvac technicians, as they were unable to later properly diagnose problems with the ac unit when the breaker was not functioning well.
I called him again, but he refused to rectify the issue or stand behind his work.
So 1 star for a bad combination - aggressive on charging fees, but failing to stand behind his work.

John was such a professional. He upgraded my service to 200 amps and everything came out great. I would recommend him and his team to anyone looking for a great, qualified and professional electrical experience.

I called Conroy electric and the owner was very nice  I have electrical problems in my house I have light fixtures  that didn't work I have switches and outlets that did not work and my fuse box was outdated he install new switches a new fuse box now all the electric Works GREAT in my house. He did a wonderful job his prices were very fair and I would hire and over and over again until he retires I am going to tell my friends and my family about him.

Quick to respond and set up time with me! I needed a burned out outlet replaced and they came by a day or two later. Pricing was slightly higher than with others I reached out to but not too much. Would work with them again. Thanks!

We had a 11.30pm emergency where we lost all power. Erick came out in 45 min and got us back and running. He was honest and kept us calm. He sourced a hard to find part the next day and installed the part within 30min. We couldn't thank him more and will now use him for all our electrical needs. Would recommend to anyone! First off when you deal with CEL Electric, you're dealing with the owner of the company not just another employee. Scott has done several projects in our 120 year old brownstone and these are not simple or straightforward jobs. The building's wiring is original and needs to be handled with great care and that's exactly what we've experienced on each job he handled for us. His electrical work is first-rate and he is meticulous working with outlets and switches on old, dry plaster walls and fans on ornate ceilings and that's something often overlooked with electricians. Each and every time I've called, he's been super responsive and we've had no qualms with his quotes. No reason to even think about using anyone else and that's a great feeling.

He was great! I needed to disconnect my washer and dryer and he even gave me good advice!

Ilya was great.  I submitted a request for a quote via Yelp for an appointment to examine a circuit breaker which kept tripping when we turned on a lamp in our living room.  Ilya called me within a couple hours to get some more details and a picture of the breaker box, and texted me a detailed quote shortly thereafter.  I set up an appointment for a Saturday morning -- he was prompt and very nice, he appeared to be very thorough in his examination of the box and the outlets (definitely got my money's worth out of the hourly fee), and explained what he thought the issue was and the potential fixes.  I took his suggestion, and so far so good!  Highly recommended.

Don is a great, kind, affordable, and efficient electrician. When we were looking for someone to install some lights and outlets and to repair some broken lights, we spoke with some other electricians whose estimates were exorbitant. Don was very fairly priced and was very flexible in scheduling with us. He did such a great job-- we have recommended him to all our family and friends in the neighborhood! It's great we found a knowledgeable electrician!

G & R provided high-quality customer service coupled with professional work. Omesh and Jeffrey recently completed a few projects--including installing new receptacles and a circuit box and grounding the house--at my home. My husband and I were quite pleased with how our inquiries were answered in a respectful, patient manner and how the work was completed in a timely fashion.

In addition to their professionalism, Omesh and Jeffrey were amiable; in my opinion, this quality is of supreme importance as customers have to feel comfortable asking questions about their own homes. G & R allows for that experience. The electricians also cleaned up and did not leave a mess in our house; for example, after unwrapping the new receptacles for the kitchen, they threw out the bags instead of leaving them on the counters. We would certainly use G &R again.

I contacted Zabiway through Yelp to install new plumbing under the new kitchen sink.  Sergey gave me the estimate after seeing pictures that I sent him.  He did flawless job.  He is a good communicator, very reliable, professional and fast.  He is highly skilled and takes pride in his work.  Highly recommended to anyone who needs help.

Came quickly, diagnosed the problem (a potentially dangerous short in a ceiling light fixture), and fixed it without any major surprises in price or complexity. Would recommend.

I have used Gladiator Electric on multiple occasions for purposes of varying degrees of complexity over a period of a year and a half and they have always met expectations with flying colors and kept rates consistent and reasonable.
