I had a complicated issue I had no idea how to start solving. I contacted Mike via a neighbor's recommendation. Even though he said he probably wasn't the guy for the job, he meticulously walked me through root causes that could have prompted the problem: essentially sky high coned bills in spite of my low power use. Mike stopped by after consulting with my neighbor who is contracting him for a job, and he and his teammate Paul took a look at my meters. They invested the time and energy outside on a very cold day, in walking and talking me through how to troubleshoot the issue I've been struggling with. They were more helpful than various electricians I spoke to, even one who stopped by my place earlier that day. I could not recommend Mike wholeheartedly enough, for his kindness, diligence and thoughtfulness.

We contacted Titanium Electrical after the first contractor showed up and left. He to rework his bid because he wasn't able to do the job the way he thought it was going to be done. We were disappointed that our first contractor left but so glad we reached out to Titanium. They came by soon after and looked at the work. There were some considerations but we discussed them all and both sides (us and Titanium) were well informed and knew all the things that we could possibly encounter.
Titanium came by the following week and the work was done professionally, cleanly and on time. Because they figured out a way to do the job more efficiently, they saved us $300. That has never happened to me. It was a great job, done the way we wanted, on time and on budget. We couldn't ha e been happier.
One thing I must mention- I like work and workers who clean up after themselves and treat my home with respect. Titanium was all of that. The last thing I want to do at the end of my day is to clean up someone else's mess after a day of work. Titanium was clean and they left my yard and garage in great shape.
I would use Titanium again and I recommend them.

Rich is as professional as they come, no extra fluff straight to the point, helpful with all requests. As a customer i am extremely satisfied with his service and recommend anyone to use Rich for all electrical matters.

Used yelp to contact for a quote and set up appointment. Quote was fair, work was quick and he cleaned up the place as good as new. Highly reccommend.

Ralph serviced my apartment on Friday. He was on time, explained everything (and showed me) and fixed it all. He was a nice guy! Also gave me many recommends.

Only downfall I had is their shoty answering service and subpar scheduling. I only ever got a live person once, and when I did I was asked to request a date n time of service via email instead. No call back either. I had to call again for me to finally get someone on Thursday. Mind you, I needed a Friday appointment! Not cool For someone with a busy schedule like me. this was cutting it TOO close.

Other than that, Ralph was ace!

He came very quickly and solved our problems very thoroughly. He found some other problem that we didn't know existed and could have caused a major headache, and was able to fix it. Could see that he's very experienced and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

Had excellent experience with JEM electrician.  Nick had to do some troubleshooting to determine why one kitchen light fixture was not working.  I thought it was paddle switch which he replaced but he tracked it down to one faulty wire inside ceiling beneath the fixture.  Took him less than a minute to repair.  Nick was very nice, professional and definitely efficient.  Because I'm a senior citizen, the owner, John, gave me a break on the usual flat fee, something I appreciated.  Nick arrived wearing a face mask (of course).  All-in-all, I would totally recommend using JEM for any future work.

Danny was a pleasure to work with! He responded to my inquiry immediately and was flexible with our schedule. He brought all that was needed, swapped out a new light fixture and was ready to address any additional issues (gaps, new switches, etc.) and installed a dimmer switch seamlessly. Did the entire job in less than 40 mins, and the icing on the cake was how kind he was to my large, loud, but lovely pup. We will definitely call on Danny for our needs moving forward. Thank you!!

This guy is incredibly unprofessional and likely hoping you are uninformed so he can overcharge you. I called him asking for a quote - he then called me back, and I asked where he was calling from. He refused to answer the question and asked if I was getting other quotes as well. I said yes, obviously, as everyone should be - and then he abruptly hung up. He then did not answer any of my calls. The positive reviews, I'm guessing, are not real.

We bought a 2 family home in Brooklyn and Cel Electric installed new electrical service for the entire house. Very happy with the service.. will definitely recommend and use them for all my future needs. Will rate them 10 out of 10.

I am thankful for Danik Electrical Inc.. I needed electrical repairs done to an outlet which caught fire and an outlet which stop working.  Yoni arrived in a timely manner to make the repairs. Ilya did some handyman work at my apartment this morning after only getting in touch for the first time yesterday.  My fiancee and I were very happy with his work.  He called shortly before he was scheduled to arrive, telling us he'd be a few minutes late.  After hearing all the things we needed done, he gave us a quick and fair price.  (He did some odd jobs such as hanging a pot rack, replacing a light fixture, and installing a towel rack.)  Because of the somewhat flimsy construction of the walls of our kitchen, he told us that if we have any trouble with the pot rack that he would refund our money. He  was friendly and efficient throughout the morning.  We highly recommend his services.

Upgraded dishwasher power line from 15 to 20 amps

This is the second job i've had Don and Pat do and they were awesome. Super professional and did a great job. Needed an upgraded service line for a new dishwasher and they were promptly on time and did a great job. They even helped disconnect the dishwasher (which they did not have to do) to make sure the job was done properly. I'm having them come back to upgrade the whole house and move a meter. I trust them and they do great work.

Very fast and professional work.  AJay came in and assessed what needed to be done to get my new thermostat up and running, answered all my questions and the job was professionally well done.   Very courteous, professional and reasonable price as well, highly recommended.

He did a great job. I needed help installing some ceiling hooks and a hammock chair (into a ceiling that is extraordinarily hard to drill into) and he did all of it within an hour. Super professional and efficient!

I recently went to the United Kingdom.  While there I purchased a Retro Radio that my daughter would love.  My husband was convinced by the way the man in the store answered a question about the way the radio had been built that we had to have it some re-wiring done to make it playable in the US.  That just didn't seem right to me, but I dutifully went looking for a small appliance electrician.  Needless to say, Roman had superlative reviews and was near my home.

I sent him an email telling him briefly what the situation was. He responded in fewer than 24 hours and told me that there was no need for his services and that all I needed was the small current transformer that we all take with us when traveling!  Roman could easily have taken me for an expensive ride but instead he was an incredibly honest man. I was amazed and so grateful.

On top of that, today I got a follow up email from him just checking to see how it had all worked out!   All of this from a man who never made a dime off of me!  Treat yourself to an interaction with a human being that we should all strive to be like.  Roman is one of the few - an incredibly honest and caring technician.  Go Roman!  You have my undying respect.
