I have used Mike Hitchingham a few times, most recently to come into our apartment while we were away for several weeks to replace some under-the-cabinet lighting fixtures.  We did all correspondence by email including selecting the new fixtures (with some solid advice from Mike), getting a quotation, providing a down payment (to purchase the fixtures), and arrange with the building doorman to let Mike it.  We returned from our summer holiday this week, and the new fixtures were perfect -- brighter and better than before.  My only disappointment was that I did not have him replace all the similar lighting in the kitchen.  Nothing was out of place, all old fixtures, new boxes, etc. were left behind (neatly) so that we could verify the work, and the final bill came out far less than the quote.  Mike is 100% reliable and trustworthy; I could not recommend his work more highly.

I contacted Klod over the weekend and by Tuesday my lighting needs were complete. He accommodated me even with the delayed schedule due to my light fixtures being delivered late in the afternoon. His guys came by about an hour after the delivery and were done with all 3 projects an hour later. They put up two new light fixtures and made an adjustment on an existing fixture. Fast, efficient, and exactly what I needed. This is my first time using Titanium after finding and booking them on a whim via Yelp, and it certainly won't be my last. Highly recommend!

Rich and Johnny were exceptional, responsive and went out of their way to ensure the work was done.  I needed a fixture change and switch-check for my Mom and Johnny was quick, professional and friendly with such a positive, up-beat demeanor. Their attitude and customer service was a true breath of fresh air. Good, reliable electricians are very hard to find so I am happy that I now have one I can call on.

I made an appt with Mickhael to install a ceiling fan.  He came on time and installed the fan for the agreed price. Overall I am very happy with the service he provided and will keep him in mind any future electrical work.

Scheduled an appointment through Anthony to get an electrical outlet location moved from one part of my bedroom to another area.  Mark showed up as planned and knocked it out in a little less than 60 minutes at a reasonable rate.  Mark cleaned up after himself and and moved the furniture back into place.  I'd definitely recommend this company - and especially Mark - to any friend or family.  If you're looking for value, you've got it here.

Showed up on time as expected (which is so hard to find in NYC) and fixed my circuit breaker issue without a problem.  Also, they were very easy to get in touch with and replied quickly.

John picked up and installed two dimmer switches in my apartment according to my specifications.
He also had the foresight to identify my current lightbulbs as non-dimmable and brought me all new bulbs.
John is extremely efficient and knowledgeable, 100% would recommend.

Danny is knowledgeable, pleasant, reliable and fair. He quoted me a fair price came when he promised and did the work neatly and correctly.  He did outdoor plugs, indoor smart plugs and outdoor lights. I would use him in the future without reservation.

We needed a new breaker box, as ours was falling apart. CS came by to give me a quote and checked out the electrical in the whole apartment. I thought I might have to rewire the whole place, but they told me that after they swapped out the box that it would probably fix our issues. They steered me away of spending money I didn't need to spend, when they could have easily told me I needed to do more work. They came in, put in the new box, left the apartment cleaner than it was, and were super nice the whole time. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I will definitely call Eco Electrician for future needs. I just had an issue with my outlets blowing, and was troubleshooted through how to get them back on without requiring a home visit. All the other electricians I called previously quoted hundreds of dollars to come by and troubleshoot, and Eco Electrician just talked me through it quickly on the phone. Thank you!

First off when you deal with CEL Electric, you're dealing with the owner of the company not just another employee. Scott has done several projects in our 120 year old brownstone and these are not simple or straightforward jobs. The building's wiring is original and needs to be handled with great care and that's exactly what we've experienced on each job he handled for us. His electrical work is first-rate and he is meticulous working with outlets and switches on old, dry plaster walls and fans on ornate ceilings and that's something often overlooked with electricians. Each and every time I've called, he's been super responsive and we've had no qualms with his quotes. No reason to even think about using anyone else and that's a great feeling.

I was debating between a 4 and a 5 since I have no one to compare them to.
I called today ( a Sunday) to make a Monday appt. I was so excited when Yoni and his partner said they could be at my house within 20 min and no weekend emergency fees. That was a HUGE plus for me already. They arrived and quickly assessed the problem. I have children and had water leaking through, from outside, an electrical outlet. For 20 years I thought it was a dead outlet. I heard a clicking sound coming from the box and realized there was a live wire in the box. I was beside myself. I was so fearful of having an electrical fire. Yoni took care of the problem and also told me that my electrical breaker box should be changed because the house was so old. There was NO pressure. He just informed me of things he had noticed and offered suggestions. His prices seem really fair and I definitely liked that he was not pushy.  I had no idea who to call and read YELP reviews. I'm not very trusting and always feel I may be getting ripped off. I usually get several estimates. I actually feel confident enough, from just this experience, to recommend Danik to friends. Finally, I have found someone....in the event I need an electrician again.

Okay, all I did was call to get an idea about replacing my thermostat. When he answered he did not identify his company (big turn off. This is business not your house). Then he kept saying I don't know I don't know. Okay fair enough. However I gave you all the answers location of current thermostat which is where I want the new to be placed and location of boiler. The thermostat almost over the boiler. He says I don't know about $1000. Sir GOOD BYE!  Highest NATIONAL average is $442.

Our thermostat wasn't working and it turned out to be an issue with the wiring between it and the furnace.  I contacted DLP that evening and they were here first thing by next morning. Don worked quickly, yet took the time to explain what he was doing. Extraordinary professionalism and great work all around. I'll definitely keep DLP at the top of my list for any electrical needs that requires a professional.  Highly recommend.

Did not have a good experience with these guys. I reached out for a diagnosis & quote--the next thing I know I get a call from one of my stores telling me that the electrician is already on-site fixing the issue. Fast service I guess, but I had not given him approval to do the work. In fact, upon receiving a very pricey quote, I had decided to work with someone else. When they emailed me an invoice later that day, I responded to explain my frustrations & never heard back from them. He also brought a friend along with him who didn't seem to be affiliated with the company and was fiddling with our store fixtures the entire time...very strange. Anyway, I work with plumbers, handymen, electricians, & exterminators everyday & have never had someone show up with out express approval of an estimate before. It was very frustrating.

I have used Gladiator Electric on multiple occasions for purposes of varying degrees of complexity over a period of a year and a half and they have always met expectations with flying colors and kept rates consistent and reasonable. Mike is a good and knowledgeable guy and easy to work with. Highly recommend!
