I simply called to get a quote and have some questions answered and Mike was beyond helpful. He took the time to ask thorough questions about the problem and appliance and instead of sending someone out and charging me $250+ just for showing up, he was honest about not being able to do the work that was required and sent me over to a couple of others who could help me. I really appreciated his honesty.

Ive used these guys for more than one project and EVERY TIME they are reliable, quick, clean, friendly and very thorough. They are amazing and they charge a fair price as well.

I'm usually pretty skeptical when it comes to business with mostly 5 star reviews, but NYC Queens Electrician is the real deal.

Richie responded quickly and had Devin at my apartment within hours, it wasn't even a rush job, but appreciated the same day scheduling and service for the installation of 3 smart switches at a reasonable price.

I also really enjoyed reading the professional and matter of fact responses to to the poor reviews they received.

Moral of story: You can't please everyone, but NYC Queens Electrician is doing their best!

Mickle installed my AC, because installing ACs is not one of my many talents. He was quick to reply, and he installed and secured my AC within 10 minutes. I had contacted a couple of other people, but found Mickle's quote the most reasonable. Thank you!

Ralph fixed our problem in no time flat. I went to change a dimmer switch in our new apartment myself but discovered a half plastered over junction box that I didn't want to mess with. Ralph uncovered the box and replaced my switch for a reasonable rate and gave me some helpful advice too. Thanks for the great service.

I called them on Friday and I was told they'd try to come on Friday. They called and told me they'd come around 230PM. I had to leave for an emergency at work at 3, when the tech showed up and I told him I wasn't here but I left someone to show him what needs to get done his response was You gotta be kidding me, why are you wasting my time? I'm not going to go and deal with someone I haven't spoken to. I explained my emergency but he insisted that I was wasting his time. At that point i told him with that attitude I didn't want him working for me or anyone I know. His attitude sucked and I don't recommend them ever. Electricians are dime a dozen. If i could I'd give him negative STARS.

Great service, came and fixed a light in the ceiling, explained to me as a home owner things to watch out for and also just the nature of older houses/ electrical wiring etc. Finished and installed a new light within an hour. Good pricing and prompt with time.

Nice guy, good price.  Daniel worked with my schedule so I wouldn't have to take a day off work.  Arrived on time, fair price.   Will recommend and use him again for future electrical needs.  Thanks!

They helped me figure out the problem I was trying to solve quickly, and it saved me unnecessary costs. I appreciated their quick responsiveness and competence.

Called to get a quote on replacing the circuit breaker. They couldn't fix it but then said it would be $120 additional just to check the outlets. And charged $160 service charge for nothing. STAY AWAY!!!!

I had a two-pined lightbulbs in my ceiling light.  However I didn't know those bulbs were pulled off instead of screwed off.  So I wanted to hire an electrician to help with replacing the bulbs.  When I reached out to Ilya, he quickly responded despite it was a Sunday.  In addition, he was able to diagnose the issue and walk me through the changing process without charging me anything. I really appreciate his help and highly recommend him to anyone who needs electrical work done.

Had an issue with a light fixture in my dining room. Don and co arrived ahead of schedule and where able to fix on the same day. Would definitely recommend them and plan on using for future projects!

When I called, they told me that they were on the way to another job but once they got an idea of how long that would take, they would message me. They then showed up in 20 minutes as they said they would. Located the source of the leak within 15 minutes and fixed it quickly in a very professional manner. No drama, very polite and reasonable. Katie did a fantastic job recaulking our bathroom. She was responsive, very professional and has great attention to detail. Cannot recommend her more!

I arrived home from a short trip to find my refrigerator off and my freezer rapidly defrosting. Roman was able to come by within an hour of me calling and set to work immediately. His diagnosis was a shorted out line in the walls but rather than recommend a time consuming and no doubt expensive fix, he was able to rewire the fridge outlet to a nearby rarely used outlet and now everything is back on.

I was in my apartment while he worked and he talked me through the steps he was taking. I highly recommend Roman to anyone needing an electrician.
