I'm giving 5 stars to Mike for being a nice person and going above and beyond.  Unfortunately Hitchingham wasn't able to do the job for me as I needed it done the next day (totally understandable, they were already booked), but Mike took the time to send me recommendations - I used the first one on his list and they were excellent.  Mike was a decent person to just listen to my situation and go out of his way to help me when there was nothing in it for him.  This is the type of person/company I would want to do business with and recommend  contacting them.

I live in an apartment and my bedroom+closet electricity has been acting up. I need to turn on and off the switch in the breaker box multiple times a day, however, one day it just decided not to work anymore. As the temperature is dropping, I had to get it fixed so I can turn on the heat before the winter hits New York. Klodian showed up on time. He's very professional, friendly and polite. It's raining outside, he even took of his shoes before come into the apartment in order not to mess up the floor. He has done a really neat job, within 10 or 20 mins all issues were resolved. Helpful as he is, he fixed the bulging wood floor for me. I know I hired an electrician, but he did this extra thing to help me out. I really appreciate all his help! Make sure you go to Klodian when you have electricity related, or maybe, all house improvement issues :)

Richie took my call on a Sunday and set up an appointment for that Tuesday. His associate Devin came to help us out, showed up on time, fixed the problem neatly and quickly, and was an all-around professional.  I felt like I was in good hands and am happy with the service. They will definitely be my first choice moving forward for our electrical needs.

Mickhael was friendly, efficient, and did a great job installing 2 air conditioners and changing an outlet, which required work at the breaker box. Highly recommend.

Ralph is awesome! We had an emergency the weekend between Christmas and New Years and even despite it being now 1030 at night-he still came out. We now have power and can enjoy the rest of our weekend. Thanks Ralph!

Gaston is amazing. He has now come and done two projects at our home. Each time he came right away the same day, identified the issue, fixed it and gave a more than fair price. I will use him every time I have an electrical issue.

John is the best. Very professional, competitive rates, and he got the job done quickly and efficiently. Wore a mask and distanced as well. Definitely recommend!

Danny is awesome.  Fixed outlets outside and inside that didn't work right, added an outlet to the front of my house, installed a ceiling fan for me.  Honestly, really nice and knows his stuff.  On time and did extra things that I'm sure he didn't anticipate, thanks Danny!

Quick to respond and set up time with me! I needed a burned out outlet replaced and they came by a day or two later. Pricing was slightly higher than with others I reached out to but not too much. Would work with them again. Thanks!

I called Erick about an important safety issue at our building in Williamsburg.  He was able to come the same day, get Con Ed there the next day and make the repair the day after that.  All at a reasonable price and with a smile.

CEL was a lifesaver.
We had 2 prior Electricians look/work on our home, and they left it worse for the wear. CEL was referred to us, and they came through spectacularly.
They replaced our panel ,added outlets and fixed our lights.
I will recommend  this company to anyone who needs Electrical help , when all others have failed

After reading the reviews,  I called this number and Yoni responded and came the next day right on time to look up my broken outlet. He quickly checked everything and found the main issue was that the circuit breaker was burned due to overuse of electricity.  He left to buy a new part and replaced it the same morning and then it works again.  The whole process end to end took about an hour. It was quick and neat.

The electrician who arrived at my home was professional and patient.

He listened to the problem I was experience and addressed all my concerns.

I felt like I was a valued customer. I will continue to use their services.

I usually don't take time to write reviews, but I had such an amazing experience again with DLP Electric,  I had to do what was deserving. I needed to upgrade my basement lighting. Not only did Don come up and design what I needed, he did a total install that was a big job. I have used this company multiple times, and they have come through with such professionalism.  I know there are many choices out there, but as long as this company is in business, they will be my goto for any electrical needs. As for the cost, just what was quoted. The fact that they  are licensed and insured, and providing great service at fair reasonable prices is enough for me to keep coming back. The electricians at G&R are the best of the best. Not only did they quote me less than other electricians, they were able to accommodate my busy schedule and even arrived early! Their work was neat, they cleaned up after themselves, and they didn't try to upsell me on other services. I also appreciated that they checked in a few days later to make sure I was happy with their work and had no further questions.
Women, unfortunately, have to worry about being bamboozled when it comes to services like this, but I really felt respected by Ganesh and not belittled for knowing nothing about electrical work. I definitely recommend them to others who need electrical services. Two thumbs up!

Eugene was right on time and very professional.  He securely hung a medicine cabinet through marble tile in the bathroom (he came prepared with a drill bit for marble).  He also hung 3 ceiling fans securely.  We ran into an issue with 2 loose electrical boxes, but he ran to the hardware store and got the parts we needed.  With some thought, he was able to fix the issue without having to cut into the ceiling sheetrock and finish the job.  Highly recommend, and will be using him for future jobs.

Came quickly, diagnosed the problem (a potentially dangerous short in a ceiling light fixture), and fixed it without any major surprises in price or complexity. Would recommend.

I tried to hold my opinion until I make sure it's not my fault. After all, I see all these 5 stars review and I wonder if it's me just overreacting.  However, I did pay $200 for nothing, so I thought I should say something.

Although not on time, running more than an hour late without informing me, Serafin was a friendly person. But before his visit, 7 out of the 10 kitchen lights worked, but when he left, none of the lights worked. The kitchen was also left as a huge mess that I spent a long time to clean up.

When I was charged $200 for making my apartment situation worse, I was shocked, but I still paid because I respect people taking their time helping, although my time was obviously not being respected.

I feel compelled to say how absolutely pleased we are to have hired Gladiator Electric. Mike & crew went above and beyond to make sure the work was handled with complete professionalism and courtesy! This included searching my property for extra siding to patch what they had to tear away, and also having enough supplies with them to install a flush mount ceiling light I bought at Lowes that was missing several installation parts.

If would recommend GLADIATOR ELECTRIC to ANYONE in need of reliable electric work.
