Cellino Plumbing and Shawn Wagner have been a godsend along with Jim McNeil.
We had Shawn out first for a simple clogged drain and then most recently with Jim for a larger sewer issue. They were wonderful to deal with. They were understanding of our concerns. The explained every step. And most importantly gave us clear quotes for every step of this project/repair.
I cannot say enough about our recent (as well as past) experiences with Cellino Plumbing. Plumbing and sewer problems are miserable to deal with as a homeowner. I cannot imagine this frustration being solved any easier.
Thanks Shawn and Jim. You guys saved the day!!!!

Since this company wasn't on yelp, I opted to put it up here. I'm that impressed with this business.
We remodeled our downstairs bathroom in 2016, and the guys we used then had gone out of business. We needed a new contractor, one that would work with us and not try to bilk us out of money due to labor or materials. We needed someone open, friendly, and capable of doing what they said they'd do.
Our kitchen ceiling was caving in and quickly becoming salvageable. Since it's the dead of winter, contractors weren't taking in new jobs that fell into the 'handyman' sort of criteria. Just kitchen remodels. We got shafted by a lot of contractors in Buffalo, saying that they'd come and inspect to give us a quote, but they never did. Storms Contracting found me through Home Advisor. We set up a meeting and from there, everything went smoothly.
They didn't treat me like a complete idiot despite not knowing the first thing about removal of a ceiling or how to put up a new one. Paul, the owner, went over everything that had to be done and would be done. The price was negotiated and was far cheaper than I could've imagined it. They said they would be there and they were. They were friendly, informative, and hard-working. I wanted the best. I got the best.
At first, I was nervous since it's near common knowledge that you can only pick two out of the three holy trinities of work: Fast, Cheap, or Done Well. Normally, you can only have two. Storms Contracting gave me all three.
This is one of the few businesses of Buffalo that have genuinely impressed me. The ceiling is gorgeous, they cleaned up after themselves, and were incredibly personable throughout. There's a dearth of good contractors in this city, and we lucked out with these guys.
Will be using them for everything here. And since this house was built a hundred friggin' years ago, there's a lot of projects we need to get through. I'm extremely confident with this family run business.

Don put in a new sump pump. The drain was misaligned and sprayed water all over the front of my house damaging the brick. The discharge pipe was supported by a screw drilled into a floor joist, the pipe sagged and the joint between the pipe broke and the water was leaking out of the discharge pipe. I would not use them again.

I hate giving poor reviews, but we are at our wits end. Greg and his team did a fine job (or so we thought) up until the end of the project. Now we are dealing with the building department, trying to get one final test done so that our addition can be approved. It's been TWO YEARS (!!!) of calling Aslan Plumbing, reminding Greg that he needs to do one final duct test and although he's nice on the phone, he STILL HASN'T DONE IT. I have called him at least 20 times over the last two years, reminding him to take care of this. Greg continues to say he'll talk to the building department, specifically one person we've been told to deal with (Larry), but a week or a month will go by and he still hasn't done so. Greg always says he's just so busy. I'm willing to understand that up to a point, but TWO YEARS later, I am starting to wonder if his work is shoddy and it won't pass the test and that's why he's stalling. At one point, Greg told me that he had talked to Doug at the building department and that it was all taken care of. We thought, Whew. It's finally done.... until my husband called the building inspector in charge of our file (Larry), who said that no, it isn't done and he hasn't heard from Greg. Now I don't know if Greg was just lying to appease me (after two years of calling to remind him to take care of this) or if not. I've been nice and patient and given him the benefit of the doubt for two years. Either don't use Aslan Plumbing or don't pay them until the building department signs off on it.

Stay far far away! Hired him to remodel our bathroom. He has no idea what he is doing. We took out our tub and turned it into a stand-up shower. Now, when we take a shower our kitchen ceiling leaks. Turns out he installed our shower doors incorrectly. We also cannot open or close the glass doors without them scraping and falling off the tracks. I emailed Delta (who are amazing) they sent me all new parts and here is what they said
It appears that the glass panels are not sitting completely straight and need to be adjusted using the roller brackets. What i'll be doing is shipping a new set that the installer will need to use.
Also, the inner panel appears to be lower than it should be. It looks as if the glass is dragging on the bottom track or extremely close to doing so.
I'm going to send a new full track as well. The installer will need to use both new wall jambs, top and bottom tracks along with the new rollers.
After it all gets reinstalled, things should operate properly. Advise him not to trim the side pieces down but only the top and bottom should be trimmed for length. I also decided to go ahead and send new glass because it could be damaged since it was so close to scraping the bottom track.
He also took a chunk out of my brand new shower base, walked all over my carpet with boots on, caused dust ALL OVER(they didn't cover anything up), scraped my new floor while installing the vanity, and made my hallway their personal workshop for almost two weeks. It took them several tries of putting up my tile and taking it down because they couldn't figure out how to do
Save yourself the money and aggravation and get someone who knows what they are doing. This guy does not!!!
