Can't help but really LIKE these guys.  Nahinu came to our rescue to deal with a water heater leak.  He got us a water heater lickety split and set it up on a temp stand til the restoration company got the damage fixed.  Hey, best part is that he gave me some great advice about choosing the new unit and maintaining it against future damage.  Thanks Nahinu, Mana, and Rob!  (pssst - this is a full-service plumbing outfit.)

Needed a new water heater.  They replaced it. Took  the old one away. Got a new one through manufacture's warranty. Service technician on-site was not friendly and just seem to do sloppy work.
The issue is that it now needs replacing just after 1 year.  The water heater was leaking.  Also the connections at the top of the water heater where they attached were rusted and not properly tightened apparently.  

Of course Sound Plumbing does not support the manufacturer brand anymore.  

I got another company to do the service and replace it.  As it turned out, the new unit that Sound Plumbing installed in 2022 was manufactured in 2020.  This date is on the serial number label and I didn't even think to check this last year.  Who checks for this when you would think the company will be honest?
I definitely would not recommend this company.

Elliott's Sewer and Drain cleaning service were on time and very professional. Lenny the plumber that came to my house did an excellent job clearing my drain and also came back and cleared my shower drain when the first drain caused a backup at no extra charge I will always use Elloitt's from now on.

I called these guys, because i talked to one outside a store. He seemed really knowledgeable about watersoftener plumbing.he came over the next day and explained what he would do. The price he gave me was really affordable compared to other companies. They did a nice job. I would definitely call them again.

We woke up to a flooded front lawn and then some. Apparently a pipe burst so we turned off the water. Our landscapers did a quick fix so we could have time to get estimates from several plumbers. Chris was the first to come out diagnosed the problem and gave me a great quote. He took into consideration that I had wanted to get rid of our old softener as well. He was very knowledgeable and courteous how could you not just go with him. Of course I have to do my due diligence and get other opinions and quotes. Obviously Chris was by far the man for the job. Not only did he replace our main water line, fix the piping that burst, new shut off valve, regulator and other upgrades for less than what the other companies quoted he installed a new water softener as well all for a decent price. He even secured financing for us. He went above and beyond. Chris thank you again for your kind consideration and such a great job. We've found our go to plumber.

Thank you Saul & Dustin for fixing our water heater the day it went out, our original go-to plumber couldn't schedule us until Friday (it is Tuesday!) looks like we have a new go-to! Thank you Hydro Plumbing!

I wasn't very please with the technician that came out to give us a quote - HE DIDNT EVEN INSPECT THE ISSUE! We have a water heater leak in our ceiling and as soon as i mentioned to him i had a few other plumbers come out to give us a quote, he asked me what they said and then went to his car and brought back a quote - didn't even get on a latter and look at the problem. He was asking questions he could have clearly answered himself had he inspect the issue, that's the entire purpose of me calling a professional so i can get their professional opinion and a quote. I don't know anything about plumbing and yet he is asking me the size gallon i have (which i didn't know) so instead of inspecting my water heater, he just estimated 20-30 gallons and then quoted me for that. What if he were to come back and find out that my gallon was a 50 gallon, then what? Crazy.

I wanted to recess the gas shut off valve (stove) a few inches back so the stove would sit closer the wall. Without having to have a 3 inch gap between the wall and the stove.

Their response was quick. Robert, one of their technicians came to give me an estimate. After he looked at the shut off valve he went back to his van to prepare and estimate.

It took Robert about 15 minutes to prepare an estimate,  really????
Anyways, Robert came back with a.quote of $1300.

Nothing But Water Heater, came to replace my water heater a week later and I asked him about the gas shut off valve. He recessed it for a small fee. Great owner and company.

Loyalty Plumbing should change their name to Dishonest Plumbing. They will over charge you if you have no knowledge of what a may cost. Always get a second opinion before hiring them.

Derrick did a great job with competitive pricing. Rebuilt two toilets fast and clear. Quick and professional.

Anytime I have ever called Patriot Plumbing they have come right out. They are fair and honest. I have total confidence in them!

After getting an estimate from another plumber of $3245 to reroute my hot water lines, Ryan from Done Right came to my home and estimated the job would cost $800.  Shortly after he began working he discovered the problem was easier to solve than he originally thought and my leak was fixed for a total of $122.  It's very clear that this is not a company looking to take advantage of their customers and I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.

I don't often write reviews but I wanted to highly recommend Ryan, Service Tech, and AMR Plumbing in Las Vegas, NV.The original plumber refused to install a new toilet unless I did some major remodel, replacing the floor on which the new toilet would sit. Because it was a master bedroom/bath to make it nice it would involve a total re-flooring and possible bath remodel. All I wanted was a new toilet. AMR/Ryan came out at the appointed time and without hesitation or problems installed the new toilet for me. Ryan is most pleasant and diligent and I am pleased with the work he completed. In addition, the cost was only a few dollars more than the discounted one for using the toilet sellers plumber.

I tried these guys , they are experts at padding the bill. Good luck keeping your money after you call them

Nope Jami, everyone else was correct! Their office never called me for a time after lowes called them at 1130am to get an Early afternoon appointment , lowes called right back and said expect a call. Never came. Called at 1215 and 1230, voicemail, never called me back. Finally I got a hold of her at 115pm, she says won't be there till 3 to 5pm. 5pm comes and installers haven't even picked up water heater from lowes yet.  Jordan, lowes store manager, says they are in store picking up items at 515pm and they be at my house in 10 minutes.  I live 1.6 miles away.  Finally arrived at 6:30pm.  Guy installs heater, has me sign papers and as he walks to his truck he says Lowes didn't sell you a drain pan, you won't pass your inspection.  REALLY!!  AFTER you install the water heater?!!?  So I call Lowes in the morning and they resend pain in the pipe at 330pm that day, guy knocks on door, I open it, he just points at garage door and walks back to truck.  Open door, they remove heater, install pan and replace heater.  Guy knocks on door, I open, he says It's done and walks away.  No one at Pin in the Pipe cares about YOU the customer.  And shame on LOWES for keeping this horrible contractor.

If you are using your Home Warranty (HW) in Las Vegas, and Anytime Home Services is assigned for the repair, do not schedule an appointment. Instead, call the HW and request a new contractor be assigned immediately.

Just checkout the reviews for the business they have conducted in Phoenix under the same name on Yelp, Google and the BBB.

I was assigned Anytime Home Services by First American Home Warranty to replace a failed water heater. I was told by the contractor that they must use all new connection materials due to liability even though that is not required by the IRC or covered by the Home Warranty. This resulted in a quote for $860 of modifications that I would have to pay out of pocket. In fact, in a text with the contractor, he mentioned that it is a loophole in HW contracts that allows them to add these modifications. This tactic is how contractors that work for a HW increase their profits. It is predatory and unethical. It also unfortunately is condoned by most HWs. As the customer you have no way to dispute the reason or cost for the modifications with the HW or the contractor. Your only options are to pay the out of pocket costs or receive a cash out by the HW, which is normally 50 cents on the dollar due to negotiated prices.

Pictured is the list of modifications required by the contractor. Most of these items would normally be re-used by a reputable plumber or would cost half of what was quoted by Anytime Home Services.

I will also be canceling my HW with First American since they protect the contractor over you their customer.
