Notice a water heater leakage this morning. Called MC Plumbing for quote. Price is very reasonable and was able to have someone come out within 30-40 mins. Jose came over and had concerns for the wall, which shows signs of water damage. Not only did he replaced the water heater and also made arrangements for a free estimate on the wall within mins. Paid exactly what I was quoted for over the phone. During long weekend of 4th of July, I am just thankful to have all the problems taken care of within hours. MC Plumbing definitely earned my future plumbing services.

After spending a whole day trying to replace a kitchen faucet and four shutoff valves I gave up and went to look for a plumber. Sent out quotes on a Friday night and got several responses. Action Plumbing came back with a flat rate quote and a Sat afternoon appointment. I confirmed the appointment Sat morning and Rocky showed up in the afternoon to complete my DIY. The problem I had was I didn't have the right tools to remove the stuck compression rings and one really hard to remove shutoff valve. Rocky was very friendly and came in and completed my faucet and shutoff valve replacement in a couple of hours. Recommend to anyone else needing plumbing services.

Daniel did an excellent job and a much lower cost for my project.  I actually hired much better plumbing again for another project and everything went well.

There's  a reason for the all-5-star reviews. Pete and his team were honest, prompt, professional and expert in their work. I got quotes from multiple plumbers and Repipe Plus was the fairest--a turnkey repair of the pipes AND the drywall and painting (which otherwise would have been another headache to contract out and more $$). I don't write many glowing reviews because I'm a picky bugger, but they made this nerve-wracking and complex/costly repair about as painless as it can be, completing the work in a matter of days (including over the weekend which was really great to minimize disruption during the work week). Can't say enough about them.

Tried to use these people through American Home Shield. They insisted on a 5 hour window to fix one bad switch, then hadn't shown up by 4:30.
I tried to see if they had any intention to make the appointment so I called them & was promptly put on hold for over 15 minutes! When I called back to find out if I had been forgotten, I was asked if I would be put on hold again. When I said I was just on hold, I was told that they were going to put me on hold anyway!
Terrible customer service! I will demand my $75 be returned by AHS & if they won't give me another company, I'll hire my own (& probably drop AHS!)

One of the worst experiences I've had by far in the Vegas Valley or in my dealings with my rentals and flipping in the last 20 years. Initial contact was great - Rick and Chris are professional and courteous. Difficulty with setting appointment - needed a window from 8 - 4 on a Monday, called before they came over which helped.

The tech they sent in was very personable, no business card or company ID - I tend to check those for safety, always have. He spent 10 minutes in the house while another man sat in the truck out front with the engine running. Needed repair - said it wasn't covered under insurance and that was that.

I called the office - said I needed the noise issue fixed, send out another tech - lets see if it can be remedied, the guy didn't get in there to pinpoint. Rick was awesome - arranged another appt. the next morning between 7:45 and 8:30. At 8:30, Dave called saying he would be there in 30ish. I had an appt. - no bueno. Without details he became instantly confrontational, raising his voice, brought up issues with insurance fraud, went on and on out of left field. Something is not right with him - decided it was best if he didn't come over at all. Apparently he was the guy in the truck the day before. When I did ask him why he didn't come in then he stated he was busy on the phone with insurance. :/

At any rate, not a good experience by any means.

TOTAL RIPOFF!  I had a leaky shower fixture and a toilet that was running into the bowl.  They charged me $69 for a service call.  All they did was take pictures of my shower fixtures and toilet model.  I had to wait 5 days for a call back (while my shower and toilet were still leaking) for an outrageously high bid of $400+ to rebuild my toilet and $1100+ to fix my shower.  Of course it is cheaper to buy new fixtures so I told them I would shop around and they could install when I got them.  Meanwhile, I asked them to cap the leak in my shower since I should get something for my $69 besides two ridiculous bids, right?  At least something should be fixed, right?  But no.  Instead I get the runaround from Michelle and Jose saying they are trying to move appointments around to accomodate me, as if they are doing me a favor.  I paid money for a service to get my shower fixed!  The least they could do is stop the leak while I find my fixtures.   $325 just to cap a leak in my shower?  I realize I am not the biggest client, but every paying customer should get something.  All I got is ripped off.  STAY AWAY!

My experience with Ramon was 5 star.  He responded to a quote request install of a new Kitchen Faucet within 10 minutes and by the end of the day on a Saturday it was completed.

Call Kyle aunt and hisson for service at my at my house for the water softener but they never responded probably four times so I gave up removed that Hage and installed a different softener which is simpler better and not as costly

These guys did a great job. They were very professional, on time and didn't try to take advantage of us, like many companies do. We would recommend this company to everyone.

These guys did a great job for us at a reasonable price. We are very happy and will use them again as necessary. Nelson and Frankie installed a new toilet for us and took away the packaging and old toilet. They were fast, efficient, and competent. They are also nice guys who are easy to talk to and work with. In addition, they noted a minor leak in the valve coming out of the wall when the valve was closed and pointed it out to me.

Very knowledgeable, very fast and super friendly!  these guys have the latest equipment, and the pricing and service is second to none!

This is the second time he's done work at our home and he's always so professional and nice. I appreciate his honesty and thoroughness.

He is always on point with taking his booties on and off when coming into the home and that is SO appreciated. I usually hate to ask but we have marble floors and when service techs don't, I usually have a huge mess to clean up.

I always appreciate the phone call when they're on the way and their responsiveness. Fantastic pricing, too.

When you fail a customer (e.g. showing up 40 minutes and not even taking the the time to call) the first thing you should say is I'm sorry not go on a rant about how bad the customer is. Thank you for proving my point.

Can't book an appointment without having difficult customer service.

Awesome service, was able to fix our plumbing problem quick. Definitely will recommend them to all our friends.

Unfortunately I cannot review off of his work, because it never got that far. I called from an online referral site. He gave me a price over the phone and explained that until he sees the job he can't give an exact quote, which I completely understand and didn't expect anything less. I tried to continue our conversation and asking him if I sent him pictures if that would be better, and he cut me off and said I have another call. We never got to the point of scheduling an appt to look at it or anything. Extremely unprofessional. I guess my job isn't important enough.
