Paul was great. This guy had the flu but I kept insisting he come out and replace my water heater which he did. Not only did he replace my w/h he dried up all the water and repaired my stand. Thx again Paul hope your feeling better.

My kitchen sink faucet was leaking around the base. I had 9 estimates and went with Dukes Plumbing. He and his wife were super friendly, fast, efficient, and incredibly reasonable. A little over thirty minutes later the old faucet was out and a new one was in. I couldn't be more pleased.  Thank you so much. I will recommend Dukes Plumbing to everybody. If I could give ten stars I would.

Cannot say enough about this company! They did a small tenant improvement for us at our new location. Pete and his plumber came out two hours before scheduled and fixed the problem less than 20 min. Their service is affordable and excellent. Zhuliyan and his crew did a tremendous job with my kitchen remodel. It included throughput new flooring, removing a divider wall , rearranging plumbing and electrical and installing a brand new kitchen including countertops and backsplash.
They were always on time, worked hard every day and finished within a very short time period. The pricing for this project was very reasonable. I will definitely work with Zhuliyan and his crew again on future projects. I can highly recommend his services!

We scheduled our   annual check up for our heater/ air conditioner unit with Elite , a company we have used for previous  plumbing issues , and the technician arrived exactly on time . I was thrilled ! He reviewed his findings and said nothing was wrong but our system was getting older (16 years old) and would eventually need replacing . JR gave us an easy  to understand explanation of our options and pricing without the  high pressure sign on the bottom line tactics some home improvement and big box stores use  . We decided to replace the units and they finished everything that day . The  installation crew made sure they didn't damage anything while removing the unit from the attic and cleaned up everything afterwards . They tested the unit and showed us how to use all the features of the unit we purchased . The next day , Christmas Eve, Jr called and then stopped by to make sure everything was up to his exacting standards , a true professional I highly recommend .

A Better Plumbing... the perfect example of how a business should be. They are a local family-owned business doing things right with integrity! I've been using their services for the last 4+ years... first for my home and my rental property (the water heater went out a year apart from each other!), then for my sister's house (there was something weird going on with the water pressure when she bought her house) and now my mom's (she had a slab leak.. who knew there are pipes that ran under the house!). I think I've met and had the pleasure of working with most of their crew over the years - and they have all done a fantastic job - kind of like Starbucks... you get the same quality cup of Joe regardless of who makes it. Well, when you call A Better, you get the consistency of quality workmanship regardless of which member of their wonderful crew shows up.

They've become our entire extended family's plumber and we love it! They are polite, detailed and always fair... I don't have to worry about getting the run around or some marked up BS quote. I always feel great about calling them.

When my mom had her major leak and had to report it to insurance, the adjuster she was working with asked who was doing the plumbing reroute. When I told him it was A Better Plumbing, he was excited to hear that. He mentioned recently working with Monty on another job and how impressed he himself was with the quality of work, that he's been referring clients as well! Greatness gets around!

I also love that when I have questions or need to get something looked at, I can just text Carla who manages the office. She's great. I prefer to text - with my busy schedule, it's hard to find time during the day to call within office hours, discuss, etc etc. I just want to text a brief SOS and get it done...she always gets right back to me with availability or an answer to my question. So quick and easy.

Ashley in the office kept checking to make sure everything was working properly and she was very organized. We would definitely request her services again, along with the plumber Garry, if needed, and most certainly recommend them to our friends and acquaintances.

This is the best plumber I've ever hired. Chris is prompt, honest, reasonably priced, and thorough. I had him replace our water heater and not only was he less than one half the price of every other plumber I spoke to, he replaced old water lines at no additional charge. He also told us about the anoid rod inside all water heaters that help protect the metal tank, how they work and a maintenance review schedule base on our water quality. Highly recommend him.

Note: my review is based on the service call/quote only. I did not hire precision plumbing.

I do not like giving bad reviews, but I think it's necessary to share the following.

Essentially, the service call was a waste of time because the problem I described over the phone meant that I'd need a new garage disposal.

Specifically, my garbage disposal was jammed, which I could not get unjammed by hand. As such, I requested a service call from Precision Plumbing. The Precision Plumber who quoted me explained that (1) if you could not unjammed it yourself by hand, then there is nothing additional the plumber could do to unjammed it; and, (2) no plumbers repair garage disposals because plumbers would still have to charge for the repair even if they could not get it to work. Thus, I would need a new garage disposal.

The difference between a repair and a new disposal and install is about $250.*

Repairs: $150
Garage Disposal Replacement/Install: $400.

What I ended up doing was buying a garbage disposal from Home Depot for $80 and installing it myself. (I suggest you do the same. I had no prior experience with garbage disposal replacement. I just followed the instructions and referenced YouTube videos).

In short, I suggest that you don't waste your time with a service call if you have a jammed disposal.

Have had prior experiences that were good but the last experience was terrible. They replaced my water heater and destroyed the stand it was on. Only 1 person to remove tank even though they were told there was someone home that could help them, when they were ready to move it.  I had to hire a contractor to fix the stand and they would not adjust bill or admit to any wrongdoing. The stand was in perfect condition BEFORE they came.

I know it's a holiday weekend. I know it's a small town. But why have a answering service for service and not return calls. That's the bad thing about living in a small city. They only care about you when it convenient for them. Total back up and have to use a company from Las Vegas.
