We live in an old home and had a major flood coming from our bathroom. I called several businesses and S & A was the only business to get back to me in a timely manner. They were fast to come out and give me an estimate. Sam and his team were amazing!  They worked hard, fast, and efficiently. The team is professional and friendly and did A++++ quality work.   I really appreciate that they were in contact the entire time, letting me know what was going on the with the work process. They also returned all my calls and answered any questions I had (which were a lot). S & A are also very reasonably priced, and there were no surprise charges! You dont have to use a huge company to get great results.   I highly recommend this business and they have all my future business!  Thanks Sam and Team!

So glad we were referred to Moonlight Plumbing. We needed to have our main shut off valve, located in garage, replaced on our 25 yr old home. After getting a quote of approximately $450 from another plumbing company, we decided to get a second quote. Upon speaking with dispatcher Rosalie, who was such a pleasure, she was able to get plumber, Jacob, to our house within just a few hours. Jacob and his partner, Art, did an excellent job in a timely manner (see attached pictures). They were friendly and professional. And they completed it in half the time and $200 less than the other company had quoted us. Jacob even fixed a small leak on our laundry shut off valve at no charge.
It's such a relief to have found Moonlight Plumbing. They make you feel comfortable and confident that they will get the job done right at such a reasonable price.

We found this amazing AC company two years ago when we replaced our AC unit with a Trane system.  We researched different local companies and discovered Johnny on the Spot had Trane certified technicians.  
From the first encounter with them setting up the purchase and delivery of the new system, we found them all to be very efficient and customer service friendly.  The office personnel were so helpful and responsive to our needs for scheduling etc.  The day our unit was installed it all went as planned, no delays, no problems.  We have asked for our twice yearly service checks with them and once again, no complaints. Techs are knowledgeable and very courteous.

Rocky Point was assigned to our home for a home warranty call. Our toilet supply line was leaking. They arrived on time, fixed it, and even looked at another issue we were having in a separate bathroom and told us how to fix it. We have some renovation projects planned and I will definitely be calling Rocky Point to have them back to our home in the future. They were professional and fast.

Woke up this morning with a sky high water bill and called the water district and was told that since over a month ago, we have high water consumption and that it is actually non-stop, which suggests a leak. Sure enough, after some trouble shooting. We figured out that there was a leak. We started calling people and on time was one of them. They were the only ones that actually made time to do a diagnostic / assessment within a few hours. Everyone else said they couldn't do it until the next two days. While waiting for the plumber, a staff from the water district came and told us what he thinks the problem is and told us that it was on our end. Zach from on time was very knowledgeable , polite, and honest. The quote was very fair and he didn't try to find or cause any other problems. On time service is true to their name while providing excellent service!

Frontier is the only plumbing company I will suggest from now on! The office staff were kind, quick, and courteous. Curtis was amazing! He came out, identified the problem, and fixed it quickly. He explained all he was doing and was very knowledgeable. You never know how precious water is until you don't have it! I will call them for all my plumbing needs in the future! Thank you for impeccable work and excellent customer service!!!

Second time I've used Plumbing Pros.  I called late afternoon, was too late in the day, but Larry not only called me back right away the next morning, was even early to my house!  He promptly took care of my problem was price was very reasonable, less than half of what was quoted with another company.  He is a great and trustworthy guy, I'm happy with my service with him, and would be very happy using Plumbing Pros again for my plumbing services!

What a nice and honest company! I called at 11:30 and he came at noon ! Not saying a window of three hours he said noon and was here at noon . Told me what was wrong with my water heater and told me what it will take and cost to fix and got to work ! Took less then an hour after he got the part . Made sure it worked and I paid him ! I will always use this company when I need a plumber or my water heater breaks !!!!

I actually sent a text to RedLine Company requesting that my hot water heater be drained and a new Anode Rod be installed.  The owner promptly responded to my request and said he could send someone to my home later that day and he quoted me the price.  Shortly after, the owner texted me with a window for the arrival of the plumber, which I greatly appreciated.
And, later, received a phone call from the plumber saying he would arrive in approximately 20 minutes.
Jesus went right to work and performed the tasks promptly and efficiently.
Very pleased with the service provided by this company and will use them, again, if I have the need for a plumber.

Great customer service. Honest, clean and well worth it. Dave and Dan informed me that my water heater was on warranty. They removed it, took it to the other side of town for warranty replacement, and installed it back into my house. Only charged me for installation. Other companies quoted me $1300-$1500 for the same service.

He takes the time to explain the issue, the repair and goes out of his way to ensure a fair price.  There is zero upscale and he is a straight shooter.

Needed my water heater replaced in home.  Everyday standard 40 gallon gas water heater.  Called around.   Well known professional plumbing company 's like Anytime and Rakeman were quoting $1100+!!!  Ummm no.
Called Silver Star, quoted me $775.
Winner winner.  Came out 2 hours later.  And 90 mins after arriving..done, signing invoice, thank you have a nice day.  Cannot beat the price!!!  Thank you Silver Star for not charging a ridiculous high amount and thanks to Mike for getting the job done so efficiently.  See you guys next time I have a plumbing crisis:)

Angel and team are responsive and reasonable.  They have performed my bi-annual maintenance on my AC units and have arrived on time.  They answer the phone and provide reliable service.

I've used this company 4 different times over the last 15 years. And every time, the service and quality of work is great. Most recently, my kitchen faucet broke on a Friday night. I have an AHS warranty. But their company couldn't come out until the following Tuesday. Rather then go 4 days with out a kitchen sink, I called Rakeman (at 8:00am on a Saturday morning. They had a tech their by 10:30. A great guy named Randy. He located the problem, and gave me my options. I could repair it. Or, for not that much more, he could install a whole new faucet set. I told him to go ahead and put a new one in. By noon, I had a brand new faucet, at a great price. Previously, I had used this company to install a water softener, and also to fix a cracked pipe in my front yard. A really great company to do business with.

I agree with all the other 1 star reviews on here. They are a total racket. I'll be cancelling my AHS warranty as it's so not worth it with these companies over charging for anything not covered. They charged me an extra $600 for the water heater!!!!! The woman I talked to was so rude when I asked what the extra charges were. One charge was $185 permit which costs $60, apparently the extra $125 is admin fees. Ridiculous. The only good thing was the installer who's name was Brad, extremely nice guy and explained everything. Avoid if you can, they'll just rip you off.
