I needed a bathtub drain cleaned out. They were fast, polite, professional and early, boy that's a change!  Very reasonably priced. Absolutely will use again.

Highly recommend this business. Used them to fix a filtration system in my rental unit. The plumber was knowledgeable and very professional. Price was on point. He worked quickly and I am very satisfied with the quality of work. Glad to have found this plumber for future issues.

Our water heater sprung a leak and Active Plumbing had originally installed the unit so we contacted them.  The old tank was still under warranty so Danny our technician replaced it with a new one.  Relocating from Oregon we had no experience dealing with hard water so we had alot of questions.  He was a fountain of knowledge and we got a lesson on our water softener and filtration system.  I was amazed how courteous, polite, friendly and knowledgeable he was.  
We were very interested in getting quotes on a non-salt water filtration system and told Danny we would be interested in getting quotes from Active Plumbing.  Making sure we got three quotes from different companies, we were pleasantly surprised that Active Plumbing came in with the best price for the system we wanted!  Eric and Danny came out immediately and installed our system.  Both were so pleasant to deal with, and were very diligent in making sure our installation was above standard!
I would highly recommend this company as it is very apparent that their staff beginning with Carl on the initial call, down to the plumbing technicians, Danny and Eric, made this a very pleasant and efficient experience! Active Plumbing is now our go-to plumbing company!

The garbage disposal unit in my condo finally died, and I needed help. I found a unit and purchased it online at Home Depot. Ramon picked it up and installed it. He was on time, fast, but thorough. Very reasonable pricing, too.

When I need help, I call RC Handy Man. You should, too.

This is my first ever review on Yelp.  Very poor follow up and customer service.  Said he knows the issues without going to physically see the problem.  Good luck getting him to return if you have an issue or questions about what he did.  He will tell you he can't come for a few days His MO is he is doing you favor and they don't take credit cards anymore.  I would rate them a zero.

My water heater broke while I was on vacation.  I contacted this company and Israel was able to schedule a time to come replace it on a Sunday when I return.  He was on time and gave me a competitive quote.  I am glad I found them!  He even checked my water softener while he was out to make sure it was working properly.  I will definitely contact them again!

My familly and I we just moved in to a condominium that was build on 2003.  the toilets and the kitchen sink were the originals.  we call Daniel Attridge to replace 2 toilets and our kitchen sink.  he replace the toilets and the water valves that are by the wall because the one i had they looked like they were going to brake soon.  he did an awesome job there.  then he started to replace the sink and we found a few problems.  the valves were so bad that when he tried to shut them off one of them broke, and it was getting moldy too.  but when he finished the job, we were amazed how clean it looks now.  not just over the counter but under the sink, the pipes and the water valves look so clean and very spacious.  I really recommend him, he really knows what he is doing.  And he likes to use real quality parts.  
I have other friends that know plumbing, but i rather pay Daniel to do it right.

My Moen faucet handle was loose and we couldn't fix it so I called Moen for a replacement. Remember, you buy Moen for life. Anyway, I needed to find someone to install it for me.

My husband looked up some plumbers on Thumbtack and Anthony got back in touch with us quickly. He was available when I needed him.

He was prompt and texted me about 30 minutes prior to the arrival window to let me know he was on his way.

Anthony is very personable and friendly, chatting with me while he worked. He was able to finish the job in about 30 minutes and everything looks great.

I will definitely recommend him to friends and neighbors looking for a plumber.

Angel, Ian and crew are AMAZING. We started out with getting an estimate for the plumbing for our entire house, not only did they come and give a reasonable estimate, they have the BEST customer service around. They came and did about a weeks worth of work one like 3 days and every day my 5 yr old son would follow Ian around all day, I am talking about almost 7 hours a day. Ian was awesome and taught him a little about everything he was doing, let him help and talked with him all day. My son till this day asks when he can come back. They also fixed a previous contractors error that was causing me a lot of stress, at a great price and let me know it was against code.
Hawthorne did such a great job at an amazing price we used them again two weeks later to redo our entire AC unit. From now on Hawthorne will be the ONLY company we call for our heating, cooling and plumbing needs.

these people are among the worst... I call them Rapeman because they are a total rip-off.   If you know anything about plumbing watch the work they do. Pipes are to flow down not up, and that is just the start. Over charging, doing work that really wasn't needed and so on.
It's been a few years and every time I see their trucks I still scream....
One of the reasons you see so many new plumbing companies in town is because all the good people they had working left and started their  companies or to work with places they get treated much better

A Technician just completed servicing our heating units in preparation for the upcoming winter weather. He was very polite, efficient, took his time to explain everything in great detail. His name is Tracy Denson and he did an excellent job in all ways! Highly recommend Sierra LLC Air Conditioning & Heating for all of your needs!

They were on time, honest, and reliable.  They came out to clear a clog for my drain, itbacked up again  a couple of days later. They sent the techs right back out without an additional charge. They figured out the problem and resolved it immediately.

I got a message from my tenant at 10:00 a.m. on a Saturday that there was no hot water, so I immediately called Cool Tech and he responded right away and sent Juan Carlos to save the day!  The hot water was taken away, replaced and my tenant was able to shower before 2:00 p.m.!

Did a excellent job and fast within 2 hours of contacting them for the leak.

They lie about everything, quite simply... and the owner, Shawn Butter, keeps harassing me and even threatened to show up at my house when I cancelled my order for new toilets. The most dishonest business I have ever dealt with, even attempting to charge me (and previous home owner of all people) a $750 fee for cancelling an order 36 business hours after it was made, claiming the toilets were already shipped Friday evening and received Monday morning. A word to the wise, you know what to do.

This Company called me apologized, and sent a technician to my house the next day! The technician they sent was excellent!! Marcel explained everything in detail. The interaction with this Technician redeemed our view of this company and we are happy to continue using them for our AC needs! Thanjs!

Dennis and Izzy are amazing guys, We totally appreciate their transparency doing their business. Besides doing a great job installing our toilets, they were easy to get along with and gives you some advise and pointers on why they do things and how to care for the stuffs to make sure it serves you well. If you need a plumbing services, dont hesitate to contact them.

If I could I give a 0 star review I would. This company is contracted by Lowe's. I purchased a hot water heater through Lowe's and they called to schedule the install. They came out, did the install, but the valve to have water flowing to the heater was broken. So instead of calling and asking if I wanted to pay to have the valve replaced so that I could have water in my house, they left.

I called them directly and they said they don't do valve replacements and also that they didn't have time today to come back and look at anything.

How does a plumbing company leave a job unfinished like that?? So now I have to call another plumbing company to come out and replace the valve so that the hot water heater that I PAID TO BE INSTALLED is actually functioning.

I contacted Lowe's and they advised that this company is only contracted for the install. Which is FINE, but this company could have fixed the issue and I paid them separately. But they chose to take the easy way and just leave, and not finish the job.

DO NOT PURCHASE HOT WATER TANKS THROUGH LOWES- and DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I'm giving 5 stars because these guys managed to honor my home warranty request during a rough and busy time. I can see why people might give Andy and tough review; he's slightly curt BUT he knew what he was doing and talking about. Thank you 5 Star and Andy!
