Gary and Tyson were awesome!  They went above and beyond to fix our issue were on time, honest and courteous!  I will be recommending them to everyone and I am happy to know that I do not have to look around for a good plumber if we ever have another issue:)

I had a major plumbing issue. My water shut-off in the garage blew up. Troy with Thor Industries was here in 15 min. We could not locate the water main and  had to call the city. Once the city showed up and shut the water  off to the community. Matt and Troy were able to help me replace the shut off. They saved my house from alot if damage. Thank you Thor Industries

Rosalie was a pleasure to talk to on scheduling the service and originally I was quoted a price of $230 but only charged $175. I would happily refer this plumbing company to friends and family. And I will use their services in maintenance of water heater, water softener, and reverse osmosis system as this area has high levels of calcium and hard water, typical for desert living.

Highly recommend this company! Small co., but quality workmanship. I had issues with my drain at my business. I scheduled appointment the very next day he was there to take a look for the problem which he resolved. MIchael D. was very polite and informative, he also is very reasonable to work out the best prices compared to other co. I'm glad I've chosen this co. Honesty & Quality work is sooo satisfying after the job is done....Mahalo Michael.

He responded to my call and we set up a Sunday appointment. He was on time, completed the job and cleaned up. He did a good kid and was easy to talk too. His price was fair. I would recommend him to anyone.

WOW! It is so refreshing to see a company that strives for amazing customer service and satisfaction. I've been in Las Vegas for 20 years and have dealt with many service companies for plumbing, electrical or general handy work. I have yet to see a company deliver the service that I believe in. Michael Harris is a very talented man and runs his company with old-school values and attention to detail.  He is a top notch electrician and also very skilled at other services.  He and his amazing crew (with a talented, friendly and very smart lady) installed our garage door opener with no missing pieces left over (lol). He is honest and friendly and went above and beyond making sure we were happy. He obviously loves what he does.  After installing he could have just left, instead he trained me on the features and made sure the remote would function from my wife's car's via homelink. It didn't feel like I had a contractor in the home but a family friend instead. I will use this company again for whatever comes up. Highly recommended, you won't be disappointed.

Billy did a great job installing a new water heater for us.  He had had a long day but fit us in anyway!!  Will call him again if we need a plumber!

I had a water leak on Sunday, went on Google and yelp, searching for a plumbing company. And came across LV Expert.  from the beginning to the end this company took care of the issue, they were 100%, professional, reliable, with good prices for Sunday job. Not to mention, they arrived, and fixed everything the same day

Did a great job installing my remodel shower fixtures. David was not intimidated and took on the challenge of installing high end Hansgrohe Shower components.
Also installed hansgrohe faucets, japanese toilet, repaired a copper line behind the shower, flushed the water heater and replaced a valve on it. Spend a good day at the house completing the entire job. Thank you for your hard work!

Probably the worst plumbing company in Las Vegas and I thought code red was bad these people are the worst how are you going to put someone on a emergency list and no one show up til next day. called them first thing in the morning and still no one I had to call them again in the afternoon and all they said is the same shit they have quoted on the back of they heads wEll puT YoU As a EmeRgenCy aNd HavE SomEOne giVe yOu a caLl bAck shOrTlY but No call backs or updates and then argue about simple questions SMH

Must say Dan was a good hire for the job we needed done. Came with all his own tools and didn't need anything from us. He was on time and respectful,  cause it's not easy to allow a stranger into your house to do work for multiple hours but Dan was a cool guy. Needless to say he got the job done and we are up and running.

Along the lines of car mechanics, plumbing isn't something that I would know anything about, especially as a girl.  All I know was that my gas bill quadrupled when the water heater of my unit was leaking.  I wasn't too happy and I wasn't happier when my landlord didn't want to spend money on a replacement and then wanted me to somehow pay a portion of it as a renter.  The property already had home warranty and their preferred vendors, but the price of the company was pricey for my landlord.  

I called Adaven plumbing to get a quote and the technician was nice enough to come  and take a look while also shopping around for better priced water heaters.  Unfortunately, the landlord decided to go with the other company even though Adaven was able to provide a cheaper one (smh...seirously?!).  Although, we didn't use Adaven, they still had GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE (which definitely is lacking here in Vegas), and was nice enough to take their time to do a FREE ESTIMATE and shop around for me.  If anything, I'll definitely consider Adaven for any of my plumbing needs.

Larry and Claudio are my guys.  Fixed my sink and even hooked up my New Dishwasher that Home Depot couldn't.  Fair, efficient, and done right everytime all the time. Nuff said - because it's true!

I called to get a shower valve replaced. They quoted me $500. I asked how much the part was and they said it was $300 for a 'good brand'. I told him I'd buy the part myself, but he told me to be sure to get it at a 'plumbing store'. The stores he told me to visit are the high-end kitchen/bathroom stores??

Anyways, so I called Home Depot and they said they have all the same brands. The guy at HD (who used to be a plumber) said it didn't really matter as long as I didn't get a cheap brand. So I bought the part for about $80. I called 'The Honest Plumber' back and asked how much for just the labor since I already bought the part. He told me $400! I asked him how long it would take and he said 2 hrs. My response: So you're charging me $200 per hour? I hung up, called the guy at HD back and he said it should take a plumber about 30-60 minutes as long as some unforeseen problem didn't come up.

Long story short, these guys didn't come out to my house... obviously. But when all we ask for is someone HONEST that does good work at a fair price... it's a non-starter for The Honest Plumber.

This man literally blocked my car with my son and I in it from getting on the freeway trying to kill us !I have pictures and proof and will report him to the police. All because I honked at him for nearly hitting my car and cutting me off. Then wants to proceed to block me from going anywhere like a complete fucking asshole I will make sure no one goes to your fucking business and every no one knows what a psychopath you are! .. Then called me a bitch when I called him

Roto-Rooter is not a reliable company. Took two trips to repair a ceiling leak resulting in six days with limited water usage (Note - they don't work nights or weekends).  We were charged for two separate visits even though the same pipeline was repaired (first at an elbow we aren't convinced was leaking and then less than two feet above the elbow at the shutoff valve that was concealed by some plywood and the support beam until it was removed during the second visit).  The plumber really should have verified the leak was repaired on the first visit before leaving instead of just replacing the exposed elbow.  Also have the cost of running fans and a dehumidifier for six days (running 24 hours a day) due to the repair not being made on the first visit.
