This review is from my attempt to get an estimate, not for actual work, but the company seemed highly disorganized.  On February 8th, I spoke with Valerie in their office to state that I needed a written estimate for a specific job that I knew would not be inexpensive. For this reason, I wanted to get a few written estimates since I know they can vary.  She scheduled Saturday, February 11th with me at 10am and informed me that there was a $49 fee for the estimate which would be credited back if I used them.  I then received a phone call from her yesterday asking if we could reschedule a little earlier on Saturday at 8am which was fine.  I just received a phone call from a Felicia in their office (apparently one of the owners since she is listed on their contractor's license with the same last name as the other owner listed) asking if I could meet their person today within the hour, but she said he needed to go to the supply house first.  I asked why that person needed to go to the supply house first when I was only getting a written estimate.  She said that there would be a fee for that - which I told her I already knew since an appointment was scheduled for Saturday with Valerie.  She then seemed confused and asked me to hold on.  Valerie then got on the phone and asked me what I wanted done as if we never spoke before.  I then reminded her that we had an appointment for Saturday at 8am which she had rescheduled for the estimate.  I asked what was going on at their company that nobody kept track of anything and what was discussed to have done.  She then said that she could no longer do Saturday and wanted to change the appointment again to Monday.  This company charges a fee for their estimate to respect their plumber's time to come out, but they do not appear to respect the customer's time.  I have been flexible and said yes to rescheduling to earlier on Saturday (which was easy) and even said yes to meeting within the hour today, but when being told my appointment for Saturday could no longer happen without a reasonable reason it shows a lack of respect for a customer's time.

Dan is the man! Would choose him over anyone in town, or in Vegas for that matter. He even went as far to tell me hello, as he saw me in town, a few days after he worked on my toilet. So friendly, quick, reliable, and will not rip you off. Happy with my services!

Sin City, to me, are the epitome of what a plumbing company should be. They are professional, polite, show up to properties on time, and have insanely good rates. The skill level and workmanship cannot be matched. Not only do they do a job well, they actually explain quite thoroughly what the repair job entails and why it will be a certain price. At 6pm on a Friday night, my garbage disposal just fell out from under my sink with water going everywhere. I tried a couple other plumbing companies and no one answered so when Kevin answered quickly it gave me hope someone would help me out. Sure enough within a few minutes he called me back stating a tech would be out in 30 minutes. Within 15 minutes Juan arrived, assessed the situation and had everything back up and running in no time. He was very professional, knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service. Plus the price wasn't bad either! Thank you guys!

Can't help but really LIKE these guys.  Nahinu came to our rescue to deal with a water heater leak.  He got us a water heater lickety split and set it up on a temp stand til the restoration company got the damage fixed.  Hey, best part is that he gave me some great advice about choosing the new unit and maintaining it against future damage.  Thanks Nahinu, Mana, and Rob!  (pssst - this is a full-service plumbing outfit.)

I highly recommend George.  He was amazingly responsive and on time.  He came over to give me an estimate and started working on my project right away.  I was really impressed on how detailed and thorough he was in order for it  to look perfect.  He exceeded my expectations.  I am already recommending him to everyone!

Called Saturday morning because we lost water pressure throughout the house.  CJ was able to come over that morning to check things out.  I was told that he would be by at 9, he arrived at 8:30.

He was upfront about the price and warned that it might be more if the soldiering is extensive.  Final bill was on the lower end of the quote. Very fair pricing and worth the money, definitely couldn't do the job he did.  

Call CJ if you need a plumber!

Heating system was not working. Technician Bryant was very professional, knowledgeable all while giving great vibes and creating a solution to our problem.
Bryant further explained options for home to ensure future efficiency for our HVAC system.
I was very satisfied over all and Bryant is an asset to this company. I will be using them to upgrade and for any other issues that arise.

Great customer service, fast service, explains thoroughly,  highly recommend!!! They follow up, and make sure we were pleased with the service. The gentlemen who came to fix our pluming issues even called the next day to let us know exact places that carried the new water filters we needed.

I had an appointment this morning with this company between 9 and 10 a.m. it is now 10:47 and I have not heard from them. I have called their main office twice left messages as well as called their emergency number and once again got a voicemail left a message and have not heard from anybody. I think this is incredibly unprofessional.just received a phone call from Linda....tech is sick and was suppose to call me....he didnt!!!!

Had a problem with our A/C called our home warranty they sent Air Squad  The tech Egor was great!  Friendly, didn't try to sell us anything extra, fixed a totally avoidable problem  on our part with a smile and great customer service .  Definitely recommended

Yes air-conditioning will try to screw you over !!!!! They wanted to try and charge me double the amount of multiple other large reputable licensed and insured HVAC contractors I had gotten quotes from. they have signed up with Home Depot to be an authorized installer of their products and then when you want to have some thing installed they try to upsell you on Their products and state they don't install Home Depot productsThey must not have any business so they tried to get signed up with Home Depot as an authorized installer to try to gather business. they wanted over $11,000 for a 2 ton AC unit. Beware of shady business
