ABOUT BUSINESS OWNER

I've been in the plumbing service business for 24 years and you would be hard pressed to find anyone who loves it more than me. The reason I started this business is because I was tired of caring more about my customers than the company did and felt like I could deliver it better if I had my own company. We moved our family from Salt Lake City in 2002 and never looked back.  This is where we call home and we now employ over 20 employees. We are proud members of the Henderson Chamber of Commerce, the BBB, and IAPMO (International Association of Plumbing and Mechanical Officials) and abide by the strict standards they set to maintain our membership.  We also strive to be as green as possible for our desert city here.

I dont' think they're trust worthy. They made up problems to charge more money.  The Un-honest plumber is more like it.  They walk away with making you feel bad and cheated.

Just don't call them.... They have the we don't quote over the phone and no charge if you don't like the price BS. Trust me you won't like the price. Wanted $225 for a hose bib replacement, then $149 minimum when I balked at the first price. The job was worth $100 or less so I sent them off. These guys will be great bait for the 6 o'clock news ripoff reporters....ummmm great idea. Can't wait for this news segment.

This company runs a scam service.

Our friend's water heater broke down over the weekend.  We checked the Home Depot and the cost of the same water heater cost about $700 bucks.  Unfortunately, we would have had to wait a couple days to have it install.  Installation would have been only $100 by Home Depot.  Given the fact that our friend's business needs warm water, we could not wait and so we called around for some quotes.

We call Anytime Plumber, they gave us a reasonable quote of $1,000 of heater and installation ($800 for water heater and 200 for installation).  But, it would need to wait a few days...

Then, when we called Honest Plumber, they quoted us $2,500 to replace and install a new water heater.  They wanted to charge us about a $1,500 for the same heater and about $1000 for labor ~ same day.  What the F&*K?

We told him that we can buy the heater from Home Depot for $700.  And, then we asked him how much the labor would be now... Honest Plumber then says that the labor would now cost $1,500.  What the f&*K?  His explanation.. if we bought the heater from them, they would have given us a $500 credit... since the credit no longer applies, they would charge us the full $1,500 labor charge... huh???

Needless to say, we decided to not go with Honest Plumber.  We ended up buying the Water Heater from Home Depot, logged online to youtube to see how to install a Water Heater, also talked to the guy at Home Depot on what tools we need, and installed it in less than 3 hours.  It was actually rather simple.  It cost us about $750 total ($700 for the heater and $50 for the installation toolkit set) and 3 hours time.

If we went with Dis-Honest Plumber, we would have had to pay them $500 per hour ($1,500 total) to do 6 steps:

1. unscrew 3 pipes
2. cut the release valve
3. remove the Water Heater
4. rescrew in original 3 pipes to new heater
5. re-weld  release valve (really simple by the way)
6. plug in the heater.

I would NOT recommend this company.  They are overpriced and dishonest con artist.

Good luck...

Not so honest plumber is now Goettl Plumbing.

I guess they rebranded because of all the negative reviews.

This was my SECOND use of Honest Plumber BECAUSE, despite other negative reviews, I have had nothing but excellent service from Honest Plumber. I've been doing a total renovation of a 14 year old home ... kitchen, bath, all major appliances.
Aside from being a homeowner, I am a Consumer Advocate and journalist who carefully researches businesses BEFORE I contact them or pay a penny. Honest Plumber has an A+ Rating with Better Business Bureau and has been listed by them since 2003. Other plumbing companies I checked has much worse ratings, despite glowing reviews.
PEOPLE: Keep in mind that MANY negative internet reviews are posted by competitors and many positive ones are posted by services that GET PAID to post reviews. Thus, I frequently give more weight to a BBB Rating vs. consumer reviews that can be posted in seconds by anyone with an email address.
My FIRST call to Honest Plumber was after I installed a new gas range purchased from IKEA and delivered to me in Henderson. I could not find a gas leak somewhere in my connections or with the new range/oven itself.  Called Honest Plumber and Gary arrived at my home in less than an hour. Gary quickly found the leak, fixed it and charged me only $80 when other plumbers had quoted me more than $125 over the phone.
SECOND call was when I suspected that one of my new toilet installs was leaking. Called Honest Plumber plus 2 others, just to be sure someone would arrive quickly. Bryce from Honest Plumber arrived at same time as another I had called. Showed the toilet situation o both and the 2nd man said he could not do any better than Honest Plumber. I was concerned that the leak might have done damage that might require more than a new wax seal. That's when Honest Plumber became SUPER Honest Plumber. They have a sister company called Quick Response NV that specializes in detecting water, mold, flood and sewage. Quick Response offers fast & free inspections and estimates. Daniel McGhie arrived at my home about 45 minutes later, used a hi-tech device like an xray machine that can see through floors, walls and ceilings. I was advised to aim a fan at the open toilet flange and let it dry out the area for 2 days. All of this extra service and advice cost me NOTHING!
Bryce could not complete the job so my cost for the second call:   $0
Bottom Line: My entire cost for the toilet repair was $175 which Bryce completed 3 days after his initial visit. For the record, I had contacted my homeowners insurance company and spoke with one of their adjusters by phone. Had I gone the insurance company route, I might have been faced with up to $2690 out-of-pocket cost for the exact same results I got for $175 from Honest Plumber Heating & Air, Inc. Now you know why I trust Honest Plumber and our Better Business Bureau.

In April 2012, I had an issue with a blocked sewer line so I called a few plumbing/rooter companies listed in the telephone book.  The Honest Plumber & Rooter Service was able to respond the fastest and at a fair price.

When the technician arrived, he cleared the blockage then indicated that he would need to complete a free video inspection of my sewer line in order for the companies' guarantee to become effective.  He had to leave to retrieve a small camera from a coworker so that he could access my sewer line from my bathroom sink drain.

We he returned, he inserted the camera into the sewer line and informed me that one of my sewer pipe connections had separated.  He used an electronic device to locate the end of the camera, which was under the foundation in my kitchen.  The technician said that he would have to remove the travertine floor and then jack hammer the foundation in order to reach the pipe.  He estimated that this repair would cost in excess of $5,000.00 and suggested that a new epoxy liner technology might seal the separation and that would cost significantly less, approximately $3,000.00+.  The technician said that he would write an estimate and email it to me the following day.

After talking to my HOA and insurance company, I found that this issue was not covered by either of them.  I then had another plumbing company complete a video inspection of my sewer line as a second opinion.  After the inspection, the technician from the second company told me there were no issues with my sewer line.  He said all of the connections were intact.  The second company reconfirmed this with another inspection a few days later.

I never received an estimate from the original technician, so I called the Honest Plumber & Rooter Service to talk to the owner, Troy.  Apparently, he was out of the office for a few days and never received either message that I left for him.  I decided to try to reach him a few weeks later and after explaining the issue to his customer service representative and his assistant, he called me back.  I explained the entire incident to Troy and he requested that I send him a copy of the estimates/diagnosis provided by the second plumbing company.  After a few days, Troy reviewed the entire incident and fairly compensated me.

I would not hesitate to use the Honest Plumber & Rooter Service since I understand that the technician is no longer with them.

I had recently bought a short-sale house and two of the toilets were in bad shape. Following my realtor's recommendation, I called The Honest Plumber to replace them. When the guy came out, I told him I wanted Toto Drakes. He gave me this long lecture on how American Standard Champions are an exact copy of the Toto design, but have a much better reputation for being long-lasting. And he said he'd install those for the same price. Like a chump, I let him do it.

Shortly after he left, I went to use one of the new toilets. When I flushed, it splashed water all over the place. I called the Honest Plumber back. After several appointments which they either called at the last minute to cancel or simply failed to keep, I finally got the plumber back. He took the lid off, fiddled around a bit, flushed it a few times, and then said it was fixed.

That night my wife used it and it splashed water all over the place again. More calls and eventually the plumber came back. Same routine, he claimed it was fixed. Next day a friend of mine used it and freaked out because it sprayed dirty water on her.

I researched American Standard Champions; found out they're a deep-discount model which is notorious for this problem. I called the Honest Plumber back again and reported my research. I mentioned how they promised a five-year warranty. This time they sent a supervisor out. He insisted on being left alone with the toilet for a while. He flushed it, then called me in a minute later. He flushed it again, said there was no splash, so he said there was no problem (I later learned that the splash only occurs when the toilet has been sitting unused for a few hours - a sneaky plumber just needs to flush it out of the customer's sight, clean up the mess, and then it works fine when he flushes it two minutes later). He also told me the warranty was expired, claiming some ridiculous thing like a five-day warranty.

After he left, I got out my video camera and took a video of the toilet splashing water all over the seat and floor, and emailed it to the Honest Plumber. After that, they refused to talk to me.

I hired a good plumber to replace this worthless thing with a Toto Drake. He charged quite a bit less than the Honest Plumber charged for the deep discount model. The other Champion I'd describe as scraping-by functional. It clogs often but at least doesn't splash. We'll replace it when we can afford it.

Then I filed a complaint against the Honest Plumber with the Nevada Contractor's Board. The Honest Plumber then promised to reimburse me for the cost of replacing the toilet to get the Contractor's Board off their back. But I never got the money. The Contractor's Board told me that was a matter for the courts, they can't force a licensed contractor to do much of anything (which makes me wonder why our tax dollars fund the Contractor's Board).

I finally decided it just wasn't worth the hassle to try collecting (taking these creeps to court would cost more than anything I'd actually recover).

Well, some time went by, and then the Honest Plumber starting calling and sending me junk mail asking if I want to sign up for some sort of annual service calls. I told caller how I was still waiting for my reimbursement check so there was no way I would hire them as things currently stand. She said they're under new management and she would talk to the new owner about getting the reimbursement check sent out. And that was the last I heard from them. So I don't think the new ownership is any better than the old.

By far the worst contractor I've ever hired. Avoid this business like you'd avoid a mangy rat with rabies!

I had the same exact issue as Scott W. w/ the shower valve replacement! Quoted $500 but said they would give me a deal @ $400. My husband's friend was able to do it for $80. It was a $35 part. Apparently, scamming customers is how they work. Highly disappointed!

Not a bad experience but expensive Ithis was the second company I called from Yelp. The first one was a bait n switch
This company, although more expensive, seemed more Honest. Charged me about 100.00 more then the other quote but there were no extra charges.

I should have listened to earlier reviews and feedback. I made a fool out of myself to spend $$$ for repairs with this company thinking that the BB endorsement is sufficient, I was gullible to render their services.

It's the complete opposite. Customer service was nil. Bad mannered staff. Honest Plumber installed faucets in my sink and when I asked them why is it leaking,  the salesman Joey (er Plumber Joey) smartly quipped back, that 's because my tailpiece is old. We'll it wasn't leaking before he put his hand on it and no one touched it but him. A day later, the second Faucet  that they installed-- guess what --same results: L-E-A-K-I-N-G.  When I called and complained, he said it will cost me $ to repair it.  I had my neighbor look at it and all it needed was a little tightening and both were leak free thereafter. Surely, this plumber got his Phd in up selling services and then some...

OMG, save yourself a headache this company will try to snatch your hard earned $ in many ways than one. I was a victim and I hope you won't be! Yelp...can I have no star option they deserved of? BUYERS BEWARE!!!!

We had an emergency last night which forced me to clean my pots and dishes in the shower. My wife called because HP had done well in the past, but the name was different when the phone was answered. Name change, I thought. Well that happens. A service call was promised between 9-11 today and when I called at 11:15 the girl could find me, but not the appointment, after me having to call back 3X to get them to pick up the phone. Never again. Whoever bought the business will be gone soon.

These guys were great on the telephone, on time, clean and tidy.  I didn't have a clean out.  I was quoted $150. to pull a toilet.  I'm sure they would have preferred I paid to install a clean out.  I could do the toilet pulling job myself in a few minutes but with a shower backed up I said go ahead..  The fifty foot snake didn't do the job so another plumber with a longer snake was called in.  Had to pull another toilet. Cha ching.  The clog was cleared and things started to drain.   I was continually reminded that installing a clean out was a better option, but the price just seemed outlandish so I balked.  It was recommended that I buy a sewer jet job for $1700.
When the drain clogged again after a few days I called another plumber who found the clean out, installed an extension to bring it up out of the ground, found and cleared the clog AND jetted it all for $900.  If it costs $150. to pull a toilet, I can only imagine what the Honest Plumbers would have charged me.  BUT, they didn't do ANYTHING overtly dishonest!  They were good guys and clean.  I just couldn't fit them into my budget.

Same review here as everyone else. Needed a drain unclogged after 5 PM. They charged double what it should be and tried to suggest I could have a bigger problem before they even started work. If my wife wasn't in my ear I would have waited until the next day to rent a snake and do it myself..

I need to have my new gas bbq grill converted to natural gas and got a list of plumbers from SW Gas.  Most of the quotes have come in pretty fair.  But The Honest Plumber is a complete joke.  This guy told me all sorts of bull and then quoted a minimum of $400.  He wants  $100 for each burner, when I already have the conversion kit and reviews say it should be about a 20-minute job.  I would highly recommend that you run far, far away from using The Honest Plumber Heating and Air.

They got the job done that they were supposed to do and they were very nice people. However, they didn't cover any of my furniture (they told my husband there would be plastic covering my items). My entire house is covered in concrete dust and debris. I have no idea how I am going to clean it. I have been calling around for a few days and almost nobody offers this type of cleanup.

I also came home in the middle of the construction one evening and found our air conditioner was turned down to 78 (it was 100 degrees outside and there was a 2 foot hole in my wall to the OUTSIDE with the a.c. blasting) If I hadn't come home that evening to check on the house I cant imagine what my power bill would be for September. The workers all denied touching the thermostat, despite the fact that I turned it up to 88 degrees before we left the house.

Wish I would have read the reviews before calling this place.  The A/C unit was not cooling anymore and is 14 years old.  They came out and told me it was the motor.  Just received last years tax return, so had barely that amount.  $800 for a new motor and that didn't work.  Called them back and they couldn't find any reason why it wasn't working.  Called another company and the whole unit needed replacing.  Wonder why not so honest couldn't tell me that.  Then, a week later, they have the nerve to call me and ask if they can replace and that they can beat the price of replacement I was quoted.  Ha!  Are you kidding me.  Besides that, not so honest gives lousy warranties, only half the amount of coverage and you have to pay labor.  The other company has a warranty of 5 years part and labor included.  Major rip off.  Beware!  And, they didn't give me a senior citizen discount, even after I asked because the coupon I had was expired.

I agree with the other reviewers that this company will scam you. I needed a new hot water heater. So I bought one from Home Depot. I called the Dishonest plumber and the guy told me he would do the installation for $400. I agreed even though I thought that price was high. At any rate, this kid comes out and says He is the plumber. He takes out the old water heater and puts in the new one. Are you still with me? Then He says I need a Gate valve replaced because the other one was clogged up. Strange! I had no issues with any valves at all until this kid replaced my hot water heater. Now I live on a fixed income. I asked the kid how much the Gate valve would cost. He said $184. I asked if I could get a Senior's discount or whatever. He said they could take off $10. Fuck. He told me if I wanted any hot water I would need to have that Gate valve replaced. Follow me? So I negotiated with the kid to do it for $150 very reluctantly. He told me He really didn't want to do this but if I wanted it done He would do it. Ok, I am stuck. He had already taken out my old Gate valve. He told me he would check the truck to see if He had a replacement, right? He did. So he put the new valve in, okay? Since I live in a mobile home he had to put the outside door back on to cover up the Hot Water heater compartment. Right? Well, He put it on with three screws and it blew off in a windstorm. I went outside and saw it laying on the ground. So I called this kid back to come back and finish the job by securely putting the door on. Guess what? He said He had to charge me another $45 to put on the door he should have put on in the first place! I was pissed! That experience cost me a little over $400 from Home Depot for the new hot water heater. Then I ended up paying on top of that, $400 for installation, $150 for a Gate valve, and $45 for this kid to put the door back on right since he never did it right in the first place. Don't ever use this place for plumbing. I got screwed and I don't want this to happen to You. I am still pissed.

I am very pleased with the response and service I received from The Honest Plumber.  My water heater failed on Friday afternoon, 4pm, the day after Thanksgiving.  My home warranty company left me hanging: they wouldn't send a plumber until Monday because of the holiday.  Since I had a wet garage and no hot water, I had to find a plumber myself.

I called several, and Bryce from The Honest Plumber was the first to call back.  He provided a reasonable quote over the phone, and told me he was booked up for several hours and would come over as soon as possible.  He called back within the hour to tell me that he had an appointment reschedule and could come over right away and install my water heater.

Bryce arrived on time, and with the correct replacement item.  He explained why water heaters fail (the water in Las Vegas is particularly hard on water heaters if they aren't properly maintained).  He showed me the missing anode rod from my old heater... actually dissolved, not missing, but the cause of the failure (it had not been properly maintained by the previous owner of my house).  He offered me three options: basic installation, installation with a one year service visit (after which I can continue myself or hire someone), or installation with a lifetime service program.  I chose the middle option.

The Honest Plumber is licensed and also has the city inspect its work, which not all plumbers do.  I believe this shows they are committed to quality work since an inspector will have to sign off on what they've done.

Bryce was prompt, efficient and cleaned up after himself.  He took time to explain how to maintain my heater and extend its life beyond the manufacturer's warranty period.  I would recommend this company to anyone, and will use them for all my future plumbing and HVAC needs.

These people are not honest about their service at all. I have a rental property in henderson and we had a plumbing issue a month back. Since i am out of towner, they quoted me $450 to snake the main line and more than $500 to hose the main line. I ended up paying over $400 to snake my main line. Ouch. That's lot of money for an hour of work for a plumber, don't you think.

We had another plumbing issue last week and they quoted me $350 to snake the upstair pipes. Plumber keeps saying that previous work was different than this problem.

I called another plumber and he fixed the issue for $150.

I would suggest not to use Honest Plumber. They are not honest about their work and their prices.

Scam company whose plumbers are just high pressure salemen.  DO NOT BUY A LIVING SOCIAL certificate (or similar) for them.  They don't honor just doing that amount of work.  They upsell ridiculous amounts.  Don't let their name FOOL you like I did.  Before I bought the coupon, I called for a quote first.  It would have been more than coupon....but a fair quote.  THEN when I went to use the coupon, they said the price had doubled and the employee who quoted no longer worked there.  Then I called them out for a very small job that might have fit in the $150 coupon labor....they couldn't do it - they had to do more (of course)  I am tearing up the coupon and I am out $65.
BUYER BEWARE.  Get the work in writing. then think about it first (don't let them sell you on the spot)  They are HIGH PRICED

After being quoted $1135 from YES Plumbing, we called around to other businesses. Most will not quote over the phone, but The Honest Plumber did. They charged $475 to fix the pipe/valve to the washer. That was a lot less than YES, but still a rip off for the amount of work they do. Then the guy stood around waiting for a tip. I thought that was a little unprofessional. I would recommend them over YES.

After reading everyone's reviews I feel sick that I didn't get a second opinion I had a gas leak behind my fire place he cut a 12by12 hole in the wall and fixed it in a few hours! They charged me 1650!! That's right for a pipe fix!!!!!! I thought this was normal because I am a young female new home owner but my gas is still not on. I wish I would have gotten a second opinion. God I feel stupid and 1650 is clearly wrong and over priced. Even if it was 100$ an hour plus parts it wouldn't even come close to that! I'm pissed

Oh did I mention the repair man hit on my married lesbian Roomate! Maybe we would have gotten a discount if she wouldn't told him she was married!

Get a second opinion before using this very scamming company

I needed my garbage disposer replaced which was leaking.  I bought a highly rated disposer from Costo.  When the company showed up, they quoted me 600.00.  I was told by other people I know it should cost approx. 200 dollars to replace.  I was frustrated because I haven't been able to use my kitchen sink for a few days but, threw the plumber out of my house for blantanty being a rip-off. His only response was Do you know how much it costs to run a business?  Well, hopefully this company will have NO customers and go out of business. I was able to find a different company to install for 300.00 within the next hour. Don't waste your time with THE HONEST PLUMBER!!

we bought a new washer and dryer from lowes, it was delivered, and they told us since our house was over 5 years old, the manner in which valves were used had changed and unfortunately they were not equipped to make a plumbing change.  they would come back the next day to install it so we needed to have the valves changed that day.
the only plumber that called us back was the honest plumber.  my guess is because they had no other jobs because everyone decided not to hire them.  they charged $750!!!! to change the 2 W/D valves and the whole time they tried to sell us an over $2000 water softener and repair numerous other items.  of course they said we could get a water softener at a box store, but NO WAY would it compare to theirs, they guarantee for life, blah blah.  and of course it wouldn't really be as good as theirs, blah blah.  they would be willing to give us a $300 discount, but only if we ordered it that day.  and just LOOK at all the other problems we are having, my my, we should have them fixed.
when we finally got to lowes to buy that softener we asked what should have been the price to change those W/D valves....about $200.
agree with the other person who said that they are really just salesmen because when i asked the guy some technical questions he couldn't answer them about the equipment.  should have been a sign,  too bad we were stuck in dire need of a plumber.

I called to get a shower valve replaced. They quoted me $500. I asked how much the part was and they said it was $300 for a 'good brand'. I told him I'd buy the part myself, but he told me to be sure to get it at a 'plumbing store'. The stores he told me to visit are the high-end kitchen/bathroom stores??

Anyways, so I called Home Depot and they said they have all the same brands. The guy at HD (who used to be a plumber) said it didn't really matter as long as I didn't get a cheap brand. So I bought the part for about $80. I called 'The Honest Plumber' back and asked how much for just the labor since I already bought the part. He told me $400! I asked him how long it would take and he said 2 hrs. My response: So you're charging me $200 per hour? I hung up, called the guy at HD back and he said it should take a plumber about 30-60 minutes as long as some unforeseen problem didn't come up.

Long story short, these guys didn't come out to my house... obviously. But when all we ask for is someone HONEST that does good work at a fair price... it's a non-starter for The Honest Plumber.

The name of the company should be changed from The Honest Plumber Heating & Air to The Irresponsible Plumber Heating & Air!

I wasted more than 2 hours waiting for a technician who never showed up. I called several times to see whether he was on the way and whoever was on the phone said that he was on the way and that he should be arriving soon. After waiting more than two hours I decided to give up and I called them to cancel the appointment. Nobody picked up the phone so I had to leave a voicemail letting them know that I had to go. It's been several weeks and nobody has called back to apologize about it. I used them in the past and they were ok but due to my last experience I won't be using their services any more.

We love the honest plumber! We needed a plumber fast and no one answered the phone except for the honest plumber. Great service and they quoted the price prior to doing anything. We would use again.

Being in I.T., I unfortunately know how common it is to make phony accounts and write bad reviews for competitors. It not only fraudulently misrepresents a business, but it abuses and devalues useful websites like Yelp.com.

I called Honest Plumber Heating & Air during mid-day. Not only was the rep on the phone very helpful, courteous, and prompt with a follow up call, but she also had someone out to fix a very bad leak that same day. My wife was 39 weeks pregnant so this leak couldn't come at a worse time. Mark, the field technician, came out immediately with a fix. He was also kind enough to lend his expertise to assist me with another unrelated issue. Small gestures go a long way nowadays.

Thank you for living up to your name, Honest Plumber. You have my personal recommendation.

No so honest ... I was charged $495 for a part that is $150.  I called the compnay to ask why was I charged so much and was told I will get a call back from the owner.  That was a week ago ... nothing yet.

Art was our technician and he did an amazing job!! My husband dealt with him the whole time, but from what my husband told me, he was fantastic! He really was considerate of everything and worked with us to figure out what we needed to repair our water irrigation system. We also found out our water heater was past its lifetime and helped us with that obstacle as well. We appreciate all the knowledge and effort he put into the job. Thanks again!

Recently got a mailer from them. It was a discount coupon from the people they sold the business too.

Guess you can't be honest like them, and stay in business.

I needed a diagnosis on my two non-operating HVAC units.  I was informed in writing (Inv 41937), that one unit was damaged beyond repair since the compressor was shorted out and tripping over the Circuit Breaker off, Replacement cost $6,960; The second unit could be repaired per $900. (cost of this piece OEM is below $120).
I wonder how was he able to determine that first unit couldn't be repaired when no electricity was flowing into the unit and couldn't be tested?
I called another company that 'repaired' first unit by simply replacing the old fried Circuit Breaker and some other issues with second unit with a total repair cost, on both units for around $650 (vs $7,860, replacing of a working unit, from 'Honest' Plumber & Air).
There are no words in my vocabulary to qualify THP&A,  maybe Brenda, Alicia or any other Service Manager can, or at least try to convince me that with all the overhead expenses or any other BS excuse, as having a license to take customer's money with ammunity, blah, blah, bla...
Their diagnosis charge is $69, we agreed on the $900 repair of second unit, then he wrote $100 that we gave him as a down payment on the repair, as a diagnosis charge (Taking advantage that I'm an almost a blind person and my wife can not read English) we called the next day to cancel the repair and of course they kept the $100, maybe to cover part of their expenses.  No mercy for a handicapped person, no honesty at all to no one.  The usage of the word Honest as part of their name is something to be ashamed of...

Bryce Kozminski came to my home for my yearly hot water heater flush.  A year or so ago another employee of yours, Andy Aranda, suggested I get a water filtration system to prevent my faucets from getting clogged.  After discussing this further, I decided to go ahead with the installation.  He came back an hour later for the install and just like the other appointment, he was right on time.  Bryce asked if I had any other issues in my home and  he unbelievably fixed them free of charge.  My plumbing now works better than when the house was brand new!  I am very impressed with his professionalism and knowledge.  I will gladly recommend your company and Bryce's services to anyone!

They charged me $275 to replace a shower cartridge.  I had an overnight guest and would not have paid so much
