We had a plumbing issue and we had tried to fix it and the situation just kept getting worse so I went on to Yelp to find a plumber and Thor Industries had all excellent reviews so I sent an email to them at 10:30 last night not expecting to get a response until this morning but the owner responded to me and answered my questions and asked when we would be available for him to send somebody out and when I text him this morning to find out when they would be there he said between 8 and 10 a.m. and they were and they were extremely helpful went through what it happened what went wrong and they fixed it they were extremely professional and I told them that between the owner responding to me last night at my most frustrating time and them coming when they were supposed to and how they were that I was definitely going to keep them in my favorites and they are my go-to plumber From This Moment On I appreciate it everything they did they were definitely worth the five stars I would have gave them more if that's the case and extremely I don't even know if it was reasonable but they only charged us $185 to fixed a water valve which had been the pipe had been cut off and so they had to replace all of that and then we had a leak in the bathroom and I counted it well worth it
I called and spoke with Troy about our leaking hot water heater. He said they could arrive within 2 hours to check it, give an estimate and replace it same day if we wanted to work with him.
He arrived as promised and gave a reasonable estimate for replacement and the work to be done to bring things up to current codes.
After arriving and giving the estimate, he left, got a new water heater, returned and replaced our leaking one all within 1 1/2 hours.
Long story short, 3 1/2 hours and we have a new water heater, hot water and no leaks.
Excellent service I would recommend to others and use again in the future.
They are honest, personable and get the job done!
Last Friday my guest bathroom toilet backed up. I checked Angie's List and came up with Thor Industries. I called them and they scheduled an appointment for that afternoon. Two properly masked employees came around 4 PM and I showed them to the guest bathroom. To my chagrin the toilet had magically fixed itself! They checked it just to make sure and pronounced it fit for duty. I asked them how much I owed for the service call and they wouldn't accept a dime! Needless to say I will call them next time we have a problem...

I had a major plumbing issue. My water shut-off in the garage blew up. Troy with Thor Industries was here in 15 min. We could not locate the water main and had to call the city. Once the city showed up and shut the water off to the community. Matt and Troy were able to help me replace the shut off. They saved my house from alot if damage. Thank you Thor Industries
My husband and I have been without our master bath for over a week now! This is the second plumbing company we have called to come and diagnose where the major leak is coming from. Set an appointment with Thor to come and find the problem and give us a quote, they told us they would be here 7.23.18 between 5pm-7pm....no call and no show! Extremely disappointing.
Outstanding customer service, punctual, dependable and extremely fair pricing is what comes to mind when I started putting together my review for Thor Industries. When I requested a quote from 6 vendors on Friday evening Troy was the 1st to respond. He arrived promptly on Saturday morning as promised, troubleshot my hot water heater issue, provided a very fair quote and had everything up and running within 90 minutes. He and his associate were courteous and informative. He explained what he would have to do and took extra care while installing. He provided a warranty on both service and parts. I highly recommend Thor Industries and they are my plumbers of choice from here out!

Five stars, more if I could. Troy is fantastic. Honest and capable, and arrived early! We had a main water line problem and Troy repaired the problem quickly and for far less money than expected. I can't say enough about Troy , Beau and the other guys at Thor Industries. Trustworthy, honest in their quotes, hardworking, and all around professionals with integrity. Can't say enough about them!
They responded to my call immediately and within a couple of hours they fixed my sink. They gave me a fair price. Best customer service I've seen from a plumbing company.
***Do not use this company*** I had my water heater go down and woke up with water everywhere. My water heater is under warranty so that part is free. This company wanted to charge me $1,350 to do the install and said it would take 3-4 hours to do the swap. I called another company and got it done for less then half that price. The other company manager said there was no reason for this company to charge that much except for price gouging. To break it down they wanted $1,350. $150 was for the swap. The rest was labor. O, and by the way the other company I used got the whole job done in 2 hours. *** Do not use this company***

Broke the handle off of my angle stop and called these guys right away. fast response and they were able to change the stop without any issues! Had my own angle stop which they used and saved me money! would call them again!

The service from Thor is excellent! I called about a leak under our kitchen sink and they came out the same day, fixed the leak and took care of a few other issues. Their prices are very reasonable. If I ever have any other plumbing problems they will certainly get my business.

Thor Industries literally saved the day for us. We contacted Thor on a Sunday, Troy came out and gave us a very competitive quote. We accepted and the work was completed Tuesday. They were professional and performed the work beyond our expectations!! Give them a call. Use LOCAL they are worth it. They are great !!

My AC was not blowing cold air, I called to to for an appointment, Ii was scheduled on the same day from 4pm to 8pm. I was at work, a gentleman named Troy called me at 12:30pm on the same day and said he is on his way to my appointment. I sd wow really. He got there in 15 min. I couldn't leave my store unattended so I had my bff stay at my town house till he got there. Now, I was not there, but from what bff told me, Mr. Troy came in saw the problem and went all in and fixed it in less than 5 min the AC was running cold Air n he even changed the filter. Even tho I was not there, if the bff said Mr. Troy did a quick and great job, I believe him. Even tho I wasn't seeing, I was watching on my home cameras, and yes Mr. Troy was in and out. After the job was done, Mr. Troy even texted me letting me know, he had done his job. Now this was a Saturday morning, the next day, Sunday, Mr. Troy sent another text asking if the AC was running back to normal checking on his work. Now, I will say I recommend Thor Industries and Mr. Troy to get the job done. Thank u Mr. Troy.
Troy is a awesome!!!!! We just had our air conditioning serviced by him and he was honest and efficient. Even though we are renters and dont own the house we would call him for our furture airconditioning issues. If you are looking for a reliable person this is the one.

This company is anything but reliable - not sure how they ever rec'd a 5 star. This is what happened with us. Called HEAVENLY AIR 702-565-3042 on Sat. 3/18, and Troy answered - asked if this was Heavenly Air - he stated is used to be - I guess Heavenly Air sold their
business to Thor in No. LV. Anyway talked to Troy, and then emailed him at
[email protected] on Sat. 3/18 to confirm an apptmt on Tues, 3/21 at 4:30pm for a/c check. Well someone from Thor called on SAT at 6:20 PM wanting to see if he could do our a/c now because he was in the area. Are u kidding me - it is Sat. night - the appmt was clearly set for Tues - March Madness is on - my college of Iowa St was going to be playing in a few minutes - we were having friends over - no way - I apologized it just was not convenient, and had to stay with the Tues apptment. Well, last night - Tues - comes to be 4:45 - no one from Thor - called and talked to Troy, he was going to finish something he was involved in, and call us right back - it is now 11:30 AM on Wed - and have heard nothing from this company. When it comes to a/c I would definitely pass on this company.
Responsive, professional and honest. A/C failed 3 weeks after buying me home. Called Thor based on reviews from other sites and am more than happy I did. They are responsive - returning my calls same day - sometimes well after 5:00. Purchased new rooftop unit, at a fair and competitive price, had it installed w/in a few days. Some follow-up was required to have everything working properly and the tech, Frank McCullough worked tirelessly (way into the night) to make sure everything was right. The company is under new Ownership this year and they are making every effort to make sure things are done proper and the customer is treated well. Give them a call!
I came home after work to a leaky water heater. I was going to leave it for the morning but became anxious and called to schedule an appointment. Troy was in the neighborhood and came over in 10 minutes. A pipe just needed to be tightened, it's been dry, and he didn't charge me! I would definitely recommend him!
So we used Thor on two occasions: a leaking toilet and a broken ac unit. Both times they were able to send repair men same day. First time I paid $140 which I thought was fair and reasonable for one hour of work. The second time I paid $450 for the ac repair. Before calling Thor I got diagnostic done by another company and they were pushing new unit for $6500. I'd say spending $450 made me actually happy.
Both times I was happy with the employees sent to my house; nice, polite, seemed knowledgeable and, most importantly - effective. I don't know if they are the cheapest in town, but I would trust them on both - their work and their estimates. Will definitely call again if need be.
If I could give Thor zero stars, I would not hesitate.. No show for the scheduled appointment. Waited 2 hours and even gave them a call to ask if they were coming, the woman that answered my call told me that she's going to send the crew the message and the crew to call me back...3 hours later, still have not receive a call.
Not expected from a company that is rated high at yelp.
Contacted Troy on a Saturday morning. Told him the problem I was having with my shower. Showed up about 20 mins later. Verified the problem went to get the part to fix it. Fixed that and noticed another problem I was having with the shower. Fixed it right away. Great experience. Fair prices. Fixed all the problems in probably less then an hour. I will call him again if something else comes up. A+.

They have a 24hr answering service that you leave messages for and no response. I've left two messages two days back to back, and the answering service with his dog barking in the background says they will call when they have a chance?! I am having a water heater emergency and obviously there is NO LIVE PERSON to talk to but an answering service! Horrible customer service and I paid over 1400!!!! They overcharge for labor and then quick to ignore your complaints
Honest, easy to talk to, timely, and fast.
Installed a top of the line water heater.
The only reason I can't give them 5 stars is because of the price.
Plumbing work is too expensive no matter who you call. I had a bad water valve that wasn't part of the initial quote. The price went up because of that.
Troy, the owner, did the work himself. Can't ask for much better service than that.

I am very happy with Troy. He arrived on time, was friendly and thought his fee was reasonable. He fixed my toilet and left no mess. I am also pleased Thor does heating & AC too as I have not yet found a trustworthy guy for that. So, what more can I ask? He was extra careful to close my door securely each time he went in and out because he didn't want my dog to get out. That was the clincher for me... Thor industries is my guy for plumbing and heating/air conditioning from now on!

Fantastic experience. Emailed them my problem which I thought was a condensation line blockage late Sunday night. Early Monday morning Troy contacted me to schedule an appointment for that day. He even came to my house after posted operation hours due to my work schedule. Troy was polite and quickly assessed and fixed my problem. Even took the time to look at another small issue and offer advice without blinking an eye. This amazing customer service is rare to find now a days. Would definatley call Troy and Thor Industries again.
HUGE shout out to Troy & Thor Industries for their quick response as our HVAC decided to malfunction last night shortly after I left for work. My husband called Troy & our HVAC was repaired first thing this morning even before I arrived home after working a 12-hour night shift which was a godsend! Thank you so very much especially since we are in for another heat wave this week

Five stars. Thor is a small shop, so very responsive and reasonably priced with excellent work from genuine, honest guys. Troy and his brother Bo showed up after hours to fix a leaking valve behind my washing machine. Charged exactly what he quoted me on the phone and didn't try to jack up the price despite the late hour. Troy said he is working hard to gain a word-of-mouth reputation, and it shows. I will definitely call these guys for any future plumbing needs.

Troy did an excellent job. He changed the lever and a super difficult cartridge that did not want to come out! Very professional and price was reasonable and up front. No up charges or hidden fees. He came out quickly because I needed the job done right away, and he did not give me a ridiculous time frame. I will definitely use them again when I need a plumber.

Troy was an amazing help to me! I tried installing new thermostats and my AC and blower completely stopped working (in July!). I called Thor industries and Troy told me what the issue was over the phone and I was able to fix it myself. Yes, he could have charged me a couple of hundred dollars to come and replace the blown fuse, but that just goes to show you his integrity and willingness to get your system up and running. Would highly recommend in the future!

I have used Thor Industries for all renovations and repairs for 8 years, both professionally and for my own home. Troy is professional, knowledgeable, experienced and honest. I highly recommend him!
Called this place on 2-12-2019 at 3PM to get a quote for some work done. The gentlemen I spoke to said it was not a problem and he would have a tech call me to schedule. As of 2-14-2019, 9am, no call. I called back. The young lady I spoke to apologized and said she would have a tech call me to schedule. It is now 2-15-2019, 2pm, and still no call. I give up. Guess they don't need my business! Waste of time!

Our water heater gave up, by recommendation I called Troy at Thor Industries. He was on a job but promised to check it out on the way to his next appt. When he arrived he troubleshooted the water heater and determined we would need a new one. The next morning he arrived early and installed our water heater in about 2 hours. Very clean, efficient and he priced the job honestly better than I imagined. His company also does HVAC services and I would recommend Thor Industries to anyone who needs plumbing/heating/HVAC service.
I am so happy with the service I just received! The gentlemen from Thor were great, they got out here very quickly, and just before a holiday weekend when most people won't even answer the phone. They gave me 2 different options for the job I needed done and both were reasonably priced. They finished the job in a timely manner and cleaned up before they left. Great guys, good price, total pros! Thanks so much Thor!
Wow! What an awesome company filled with honest, kind individuals.
Today, I needed their expertise to determine if I had water damage from my briefly leaking water heater. They came out and informed me that I really didn't have any damage and it would dry just fine. Why was this so important? See below.
On yesterday, a company (Emergency Restoration Experts) came to my house and tried to convince me that I had $4000-$5500 worth of damage. They even pulled out the little scope and walked around telling me it showed the water inside the walls. Basically, it was a scam. Their colorful scope happens to be something I used in the military. It doesn't show water in walls and it cannot show you water in walls. Had I let them do the work, they would've gouged my insurance company. Then, they attempted to help me by getting my insurance company on the phone to file the claim. I put an end to that.
Thor! I thank you for being honest gentleman and providing me with the truth. I will recommend you to everyone that requires your type of services.

Called Thor out to our home to look at a leak that was in between the walls. He did a fabulous job and he was punctual and precise. He gave us an honest diagnosis and the repair price was very reasonable and greatly appreciated! I truly appreciate Thor's honesty. Please give them a chance to make YOU a satisfied customer.
We used Thor Industries (previously named Heavenly) a few years ago when we bought a new AC unit. The unit was installed incorrectly and shut down after 9 months. Heavenly re-installed it properly and it was perfect. We moved into a new house 3 years ago (DR Horton) and our AC unit stopped working. I contacted them around 10am. They came over that afternoon and it was $65 in labor costs and a $10 part. Overall, please use them they're great!
What a great company. I just had some extensive remodeling done in my bathroom and had a plumbing issue. I had no faith in my contractor after he installed a tub that came leaking through to the garage ceiling! I reached out to these guys and Matt told me he could come take a look at it no charge. I was thrilled. My contractor came back to finish the work and insisted on fixing it himself but I still had little confidence in him (I had a fair amount of issues issues with him prior). So I let my contractor fix the mess he created. Matt from Thor Industries came out anyway to inspect and make sure everything was good, knowing there may not be any work to do and still honored the free estimate / evaluation. Everything turned out to be fine but the fact that Matt came out so quickly without charge and was honest says a lot about his character and the companies integrity. I look forward to working with this company in the future because Lord knows as a homeowner there's always something LOL!
I called at 5am and got an answer and appt set up along with a few followups before 6am. Thats an amazing level of communication and I believe it was the actual owner talking to me.
This is the plumber you want on standby when sh** hits the fan.
Called last night because our water heater was leaking. He came by 1st thing in the morning and had it changed out in Les than an hour. Troy was a super nice guy. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing a plumber.

These guys were so awesome! Solved my plumbing dilemma after hours, quickly, for less than any other quote, leaving no trace that they or the problem were ever there.
Called Thor Industries this morning as my water heater started leaking last night. I spoke to Troy who was able to schedule me in the afternoon of the same day for a very reasonable price. Keith arrived promptly at 4pm which was on the early side of the window given to me (4-5pm). He made sure that water from the pan did not spill over to my garage walls. He completed the water heater replacement efficiently and cleanly. I am definitely going to use them in the future for my plumbing needs and consider them for HVAC services as well.
Contacted Thor Industries regarding an issue with our water heater. I received an estimate same day and a new water heater was installed the next. The company went above and beyond by checking to see if the heater was still under warranty in order to save me some of the cost. I will definitely use them again. They are very professional and provide excellent customer service.

My A/C broke down during one of the hottest days of the year. My family and I woke up in a pool of sweat. I called Thor Industries and they were accommodating which I appreciate during a moments notice. The service men were awesome! Troy & Keith were so polite and efficient. Our capacitor and motor went out! They knew what the problem was and fixed it. I'm very happy with the cost as well. I called other companies and they wanted arms and legs to come out to our home. Thor Industries installed a top of the line Rheem Hot Water Heater for me in 2019. A few days ago, I noticed water in my garage, called Troy at Thor. He came out right away, said the water heater was defective. They drained and removed my water heater the next day and installed a brand new one. The installation fee was crazy high (as all things are since the pandemic) & I told Troy I simply could not pay that much. Long story short, Thor installed and completed the job absoutely perfect........and he gave me a discount on the install. THAT IS CLASS !! Please use Thor Industries for any HVAC, plumbing issues. You won't regret it.
I am updating my review to reflect the dedication of Troy, the owner of Thor Industries. He at no fault of his own has been to my house and the distributor to get parts multiple times over the las four days. He would sometimes come over early in the morning or late in the evening to fit me into his already jam-packed schedule. The problem was so intermittent if was almost impossible to fix the first time.
Of course the problem did not often present itself the multiple times Troy was at the house. He was very patient and tried multiple things to get the unit working as it was during the middle of summer. Troy told me from the start he would get it fixed and he did. I am truly amazed by his level of commitment to solve my problem. He could have easily taken advantage of situation and charged me for all types of things. His pricing was very reasonable, especially considering how many trips he had to make.
I will MOST certainly use Thor Industries in the future for all of my HVAC requirements. Thank you Troy!
This is a great company! I had a leak in one of my rental properties and was facing some real water damage. These guys got to the house quickly. Their work was fast and beyond efficient. The cost was reasonable and In very satisfied. I would use them again in the future

We had a bad faucet leak and needs to replace the faucet, and these guys were quick to answer and come to my place to fix everything for a reasonable price!! Great service! Don't ever think twice in trusting them with your plumbing issues.
Troy Hines is an honest business owner. He offers fair prices and stands behind his excellent work. He is honest, reliable, dependable and his pricing is very fair. It is beyond anything that I have experienced in any state that I have lived in. I have have had other businesses referred to me by friends, but they have not lived up to the hype. I will definitely use him again and will reccommend him to all my friends.

Contacted Thor Industries through my home warranty. Contacted Troy on Monday (Labor Day) and informed him that my water heater had burst and would need to be replaced. He said he was booked for Tuesday, but since I told him there was no running water in either showers since Saturday he would come by to replace it Tuesday evening. He did a great job and was very thoughtful to my dilemma with not having a running shower. I would definitely recommend Thor Industries!
