Tim was great! Our air conditioning was not working and we have been suffering in this hot weather for 2 nights. We contacted them at 7:40 pm and he said he will be here between 8-9 pm. He arrived at 8:30 pm .This company is great and I called numerous other companies and none of them were available to come to house and fix our A/C. Tim was well mannered and even wore booties inside my house which i appreciated a lot! He was very honest and explained that the problem was very minor and he did not charge us a penny! One of our 2 A/C units failed making the house very uncomfortable in August.
I placed an AFTER HOURS phone call to NEVADA RESIDENTIAL SERVICES around 7:30 pm on a FRIDAY evening. A LIVE technician answered the phone, NOT an answering service. After asking a few diagnostic questions he said to call back after letting the pipes and coil thaw out and replacing the filters. In about an hour and a half I called him back to say it still wasn't working properly. They came out 45 minutes later and within about 30 minutes time diagnosed the problem (bad fan motor) and had the big motor yanked out! They said they would source the motor and be back in the morning (Saturday -again AFTER HOURS). They arrived with a new motor and in about 30 minutes time had my A/C up and running perfectly by 11:00 am. Barely 15 hours after the initial call. Again, ALL AFTER HOURS.
I cannot say enough about these guys. Fast efficient and Fair. I felt the price was reasonable and fair for the excellent service we received! They will be my go to A/C people and they should be yours as well!

Updating my initial review as the owner of the company contacted me and profusely apologized for the representative not providing me exceptional service and doing what he could to get me a service appointment. Again my situation wasn't an emergency but I appreciate the owner Tim reaching and offering his service. He had someone come by my house the very next day and fix my charge which was the reason why my upstairs was taking so very long to cool. I'm no HVAC expert but I believe the technician referenced my problem to a faulty charge. No major repair needed and no suspected leak. It was very gracious of Tim to offer a tech to come by house for no charge. I wouldn't hesitate calling these guys back in the future. When your air conditioning goes out, who you gonna call? You better call THESE guys!!
Notice the hours for Nevada Residential Services: 6 am - 11:30 pm. And they're serious! We noticed at about 7 pm that our air conditioner was running, but that the house was getting HOT. The company we have used before was, of course, closed. So we called these gentlemen, and I kid you not, they were at our place in less than 1/2 an hour.
After determining that our AC had frozen over because the filter in the house vent was super-filthy, they told us to just let the ice melt, and then turn the thermostat back down. Even though we tried hard to PAY them, they wouldn't take any money for making this house call, since they didn't fix anything. The only thing they accepted was cold drinks; and asked that I write a review.
Done! And we have a new AC/Heating company! And thanks to Nevada Residential Services, I can also INSIST that my husband replace the air filter on schedule...because he knows the motor could have burned out, so he dodged a very expensive repair this time. Thanks so much, guys!
By the way, sure enough, after about 90 minutes (and a quick run to get a new filter!), the house was getting cool again. Heatbusters....that's what y'all should call yourselves :-)

AC was not cooling below 80 degree inside. Tim came out to the property on the same day and diagnosed the issue--an old dirty air filter. We replaced the air filter and it is cooling better. Tim did not even charge me anything. I never heard of this kind of quick response, honesty and generosity in my 20 years of homeownership and property management. He will be my go to guy for any HVAC issues. Thanks Tim.

I've been fortunate enough to have found some really great businesses this year and NRS is one of them. Long story short, we had issues with our warranty company and the company they referred us to. I called NRS and spoke with a gentleman about my problem. He knew what the issue was immediately and said they were very busy but could squeeze me in the next day. It was a Friday and I was surprised they could accommodate us on the weekend. They picked up every phone call and every text message we sent them. They gave us a courtesy call and arrived within the time frame both times they were out here. They installed a new compressor and even went out of their way to clean the unit before they put all parts back together. Now that's work ethic you don't see in this town every day. They stayed to make sure we had cool air blowing through the vents again. When other companies wanted to screw us over I'm blown away with how honest and fair this company is. Before you call any other AC repair business give them a call first. You won't regret it!

I couldn't get my home warranty to come out and check out my broken A/C until Thursday (it's Monday right now)! I called Nevada Residential Services and they were out here in less than 3 hours. They were polite, professional, helpful, didn't charge for the service call and advised me it was a big enough job that I SHOULD go through my warranty company to save some money. Wow. You don't hear that very often. I'm super impressed with this company and would gladly recommend them to anybody who needs any kind of A/C service. I wish our warranty company would work with companies like this!

Called Tim and he was straight onto the issue with our AC. He came within 2 hours and explained everything he was doing and why he was doing it. He was super fast and knowledgeable, he was in and out within half an hour. We now have perfect cold air thanks to Tim. I would not hesitate to recommend Tim and Nevada Residential Services.

A/C went out late last night and I was really dreading the repair bill, since the condenser wasn't even kicking on and its peak hot season. Ripe for emergency a/c repair price gouging.

Checked a few places nearby on Yelp and decided to give these guys a ring because they are supposedly a 24/7 service outfit and it was still only 6:00am when i started looking for repair shops. Fella named Tim answered and said he could be here by about 7:00-7:20am.

Ok, so Tim shows up exactly at 7:00am, pulls the condenser apart and identifies the problem in about 30 seconds and showed me exactly what the issue was. (Just a bad capacitor).

Another 10 minutes and it's fixed!!!

No up-sell, no price gouging, no messing around and no service fee just for coming out.

I don't write many reviews, but from what I saw today, Tim definitely is EARNING his 5-star rating. I'd recommend this outfit without hesitation.

One thing I hate is when people take advantage of the situation you in ,and try to scam and husle you around .
It's Vegas 115 f degrees and than the Ac stop working , trying few different companies that's said right away I need a replacement for my condensing unit .
They don't take the to.fix the problem they only want big money out of you as quickly as they can!!

I found this company thru yelp and saw good reviews , well anyone can pay to do that .
This guy Tim came to my house at the same day.
I was very suspicious at first because of bad experience with others.
Tim is very nice young man and professional he told me in less than 5 min what was my problem n fix it without a huge expense.

I would like to give a huge shout out to Juan and Tim! I had an issue with my air conditioner and they went above and beyond in trying to to get me scheduled.

Juan came to look at my air conditioner and immediately identified the problem. He fixed it and the price was very reasonable. He's honest and didn't try to charge for unnecessary work. He gave me several options of addressing the issue and let me decide which I'd prefer.

These guys are now my go-to if I ever have issues with my a/c again. Please call them, you won't regret it!

I had a leak that was dripping from an air vent in the closet. From looking up stuff online it seemed to be related to the the AC unit. I contacted another company but they said they were booked and their earliest available appointment was 3 weeks from now since everyone was tuning up their AC units getting ready for summer. I looked online and ended up finding Nevada Residential services and they had something available in as soon as 3 days. I ended up booking them. Charlie came to take a look at my unit and was able to tell me that it wasn't the AC it was actually a pressure relieve valve up there that was leaking. He suggested I put a fan up there to dry it out until a plumber could come and fix it. Thanks to Charlie and letting me know about placing the fan up in the attic it prevented mold from growing and saved me some money on the restoration. I will definitely use Nevada residential services again.

This is the first time I ever wrote a review for anyone but I feel Nevada Residential really deserve this. They had my heater fixed within one day and when we called him back on something else, he was there for us. I called Nevada Residential at about 6:00 am expecting to leave a msg but Arthur answered the phone right away. My experience is they are the most trustworthy company I have ever seen, another company quoted me that I need to buy new unit which will cost me about $5,000+, Arthur fixed it for $580. From now on, I don't need to search any longer, Nevada Residential is going to be my go to for heating and cooling.

Very professional and fast!
Our very old furnace needed service and a Nevada Energy tech came out to work on it. He obviously didn't know what he was doing when; after he left, our house started filling up with smoke... I unplugged the furnace and found most of the wiring had started to melt. Long story short, he put the vented panel back in the wrong place so no air was able to vent the furnace (it's about 25 years old, new furnaces don't have this issue I don't think). As for the Nevada Energy people, I won't use them again.

I immediately called NRS and they were able to get Chris to come out and fix everything within a few hours. He did a fantastic job of replacing the wiring and also sharing some of his insight about HVAC systems. He appeared to have tons of experience and it looked as though he enjoyed his job. I really appreciate hiring someone with a good attitude. Thank you Chris.

This is the ONLY a.c. company you should call! I came home from work to find out one of my a.c. units was out so a quick yelp came up with Nevada Residential Services. The glowing reviews had me skeptical at first but Tim proved why they have such great reviews. I scheduled an appointment for the next morning but Tim called me back about 20 minutes later and said he could be out here immediately. As others stated, there was no charge for an estimate and he fixed my problem fast! He was glad to show me what was wrong and he replaced my contactor and capacitor for a reasonable rate. Another plus....he didn't try to sell anything else to me! I've had other companies before that would try to sell me maintenance plans or tell me I needed my other unit checked too but this company just told me to call him at the start of the heat season if I wanted them to check things. I'll definitely call them for all my hvac needs and hopefully, everyone else will too!!! Now if only I could find an auto mechanic as efficient and professional as Tim!!!

Very reliable and knowledgeable team. Few years ago I found them on Yelp and Tim did a great job fixing my AC unit. We are SO happy with the service we received from this company! Tim the owner, organized a new air conditioning unit for our two story house when our old a/c unit went out. He was able to have his service guy come out on a Sunday (late at night) to give us an estimate, then a crane was scheduled and everything was installed by Tuesday at noon! Such amazing and efficient service! Our new a/c came with a warranty package and service agreement for honestly the best price in town and fastest service. Giving 5 stars without hesitation. Thoroughly pleased.

I'll be honest. When I first called up and the call went to Tim's cell phone....it sounded like he was in the middle of working. So I didn't get a formal business greeting, and I could tell he was busy. But after all, it is Las Vegas in the summer so it makes sense they are getting a lot of work. Tim asked me a few quick questions and then told me to text him my address and that he would text me back with an estimate on when he could arrive. I started thinking... hmm... is this a little sketchy?

But I read all these great reviews and decided to trust it. I'm glad I did. Tim and his crew arrived promptly when they said they would. They quickly ascertained the issue, took corrective action, and kept me informed about exactly what was going on. Turned out some insulation had fallen on the refrigeration coil which was restricting airflow. So the unit froze up. We let it melt off and cleared the airflow and they powered the unit back up and checked the pressure. All good. they used their infrared thermometers to make sure the air coming out of the registers was sufficiently chilled. All good.

So here's where they could have taken me to town. They could have told me they need to charge up the system with freon and check for leaks and charge me a bunch more money. But they didn't. Because it wasn't necessary and these are good, honest, hard working guys giving me a straight deal. I was very pleased with the service. I manage 7 different properties in Las Vegas and will 100% be calling back the next time I need AC repair. Highly recommended.

The gentlemen from Nevada residential services are heaven sent!
The fan on my A/C unit was not spinning, and the temperature in my home was rising.
I called the company at 9am, they answered quickly and gave me a window between 10am and 1pm. They called me back within 30 minutes and said they would be arriving in 20!
Showed up, very nice, very respectful and knowledgeable! Explained the issue (the capacitor) and explained how they were going to fix it.
In and out in 30 minutes - couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Kudos to Nevada Residential Services! I called earlier this evening for emergency service for my AC. Tim and Vardan were at my house in under 30 minutes, diagnosed the faulty capacitor in less than 10, and had everything replaced and reassembled in less than 45 minutes. Call this company!!! You won't be disappointed called them last night while on hold with my home warranty company for 40 minutes, Tim answers got my address and said he would be at my house in 20 minutes to check my AC unit. He was here 10 minutes and had it up and running, gave me my options on what I could do with the unit if the same issue presented itself again.

My new company for AC issues!!! In my experience Vegas is full of all these companies that want to up sell you figuring you don't know any better and they use the fact that you at in a position of desperation especially when it's triple digits out. After I had my AC company that I have been dealing with for over 10 years come out to my elderly parents house on a Saturday since their AC was not working and have the tech say that he could not find the issue and they would have to have another tech come out on Monday I called Nevada Residential Services. I spoke Timur and he said that he could come out later in the afternoon to take a look. Granted it was already 1pm in the afternoon. After about 1/2 hour Timur called me and said he could come by in 1/2 hour. I met Timur at my parents house and within 15 minutes he found the problem and it was fixed. He was extremely professional and knew his stuff. He even waited around for a bit to check and make sure everything was working correctly. I have found a new AC guy now due to the incredibly professional service provided by Timur.

A/C went out upstairs Saturday in the middle of the night. Called them Sunday morning. Had us check a few things ourselves then sent a guy out. He was here within 30 minutes. Explained all the parts of the unit, gave us options and was very polite. We did a little price comparison and they were well priced for what we needed. Also give a 1 year grantee for the part we replaced + the labor. Checked voltage in our second A/C unit for free per request. Very happy with service and level of professionalism . Will use them again if needed.

We are not a NV residence but my wife and i own couple of properties here in NV. And from time to time a problem comes up with the properties and one of them was the AC/Heater . And when i needed to get a new AC and services for both properties i am so glad and thankful that i made the right decision on who to call to perform the job . Thats when i met Robert from Nevada Residential Services the first time i talked to him i could tell right away that i could trust him and his company he listen to you and he is very honest and what you really need done he doesn't try to sell you anything else just to make extra sales. Services have no hidden fees , and the staff from the office and field technicians are very friendly. This was the second time we have called for service, and they were just as amazing as the first time! The first time our a/c went out in the hot summer when we had a newborn and other companies wouldn't come for days, when Tim heard we had a newborn he came out that night, fixed a/c for half the price of a different companies quote! This time we called at 4pm and they even offered to come out that night! It was not an emergency so we had them come the next day. They came within time frame, tech was extremely professional, fixed problem quickly and did not charge us huge fees. I was extremely satisfied with both times and highly recommend this company! This company is truly 24 hr and the phone is answered by a person who is obviously a tech. The pre-visit questions were on the money but... Being in the middle of Summer, they were booked up for a week (as were all the other firms with a consistently high ratings, and longer hours). It would be odd. But truly 24 hr non emergency service could be a thing in Las Vegas (a truly 24 hr town before the crash of 2008). People work odd hours in this town, it is cooler at night (hence more comfortable conditions), AC's do go out when they are being used a lot etc... And this company could be the one that succeeds in making money on the idea. If they had been able to provide service, perhaps I would have given 5 stars.

As I said, I would use them again. I had call to use their services again with my downstairs A/C...diagnosed with blower motor and module $1140 estimate, I agreed after checking out prices (trust, but verify!) another estimate was over $1500! I authorized the work and after the work was completed was delighted with the invoice...after installing module come to find out the blower motor was ok!!! and the total came to only $760, a lowered bill by $380 bucks!

They came same day. I've had about 7 tech's here trying to figure out the problem with my initial furnace installation and no one could figure out why it kept shutting off. Finally this guy comes out and within an hour shows me the manufacture details of how they installed the furnance wrong from day 1. Turns out the bypass switch was not 3 feet from the plenium on the furnance and it kept over heating.

I cannot tell you guys how amazing this company is and I am so thankful for Tim throughout the years.

He has gotten a lot bigger since the first time we had met, however, he has never failed me or pushed me aside for the bigger fish.

We've used this company twice in two months for two separate units. Their communication prior to their arrival is the best I've ever experienced for a service company. Both the technicians were friendly and professional. With temperatures hovering in the hundred plus degrees I was delighted with an almost immediate same day response. The problem was fixed in both cases within minutes. The technicians checked other parts and stated they were in good working condition. They did not try to up sale me items I didn't need. Im a very skeptical person by nature however I would recommend this company to my family and friends. I expected to get gauged on repair costs living in Las Vegas heat, but I was delighted with extremely reasonable fair pricing!

Our AC went out in October and we had Air Supply come out to diagnose....they quoted us $5,000 plus wanted us to change our furnace at the same time! So being new homeowners we decided to get a 2nd opinion, but places wouldn't troubleshoot during the cooler months. On March 31 I called out Cal Air whom convinced us to buy a maintenance plan, but they never showed up for the service and didn't even call us...I decided not to go with them for their lack of communication. I called 4 other companies, and nobody answered phone or had availability. 2 am in the morning it was so warm I got on Yelp and started searching. I was surprised this company would come out on a Sunday plus holiday....so first thing I did was give them a call....Tim assured me he would be out this afternoon, called me 30 min prior, and was so respectful and honest along with his co worker Earl. They had it running within in minutes....it was just the compasitar, and these amazing men saved us thousands!! I'm so glad we waited! We highly recommend them and are very very happy customers!!

These guys are the best! We called them because our upstairs was not cooling down. They came within 2 hours to check our units and one of them was overheating. They cooled off the coils with water and we got our cold air back. We have a storage next to unit so they recommend to move it for better air flow. I have never worked with a service provider like this. Scott and another guy came out to my house late at night (at my request because I had dinner plans and didn't want to cancel), and they came to check my AC that had stopped working. It turned out to be dead batteries in the thermostat ‍ but Scott was so nice about it and went ahead and checked a few things anyway, told me some tips to keep my unit running as long as I can before it dies (it's 21 years old!) and he didn't charge me for the visit, even though it was a late call. I really appreciated his genuine desire to help me out and not take advantage of me and make up some broken things he needed to charge me to fix. Very cool. Highly recommend this business.

Update - one year later, my again A/C unit had another part that died (not the same part the NRS previously replaced). I called NRS and within an hour Charlie was at my door. My main AC unit stopped working. I called around 11:30pm, Timur was at the house around 12am. He found the capacitors were bad, he swapped them out and the ac unit kicked on like normal. He showed me everything step by step and also gave me some advise to watch for the fan as it maybe going bad since it leaked a little grease. but, everything is up and running. They saved me from a night of miserable sleep.

Awesome company! Tim is great! Our tenant reported hot air blowing from his A/C unit. So we booked an appointment with the home owners insurance vendor. They gave us an 4 hour window but never showed up. When we tried to call, nothing but voicemail for hours and hours. Our tenant was very mad and we decided to find somebody on yelp instead. I explained to Tim the situation and he was at the tenants home in just a few hours. He fixed and the problem at a fair cost and with a smile. Everything has been fine since. The tenant was happy. My AC unit stopped working properly. I called this afternoon, and they immediately had an appointment for me between 5-7, only to move it up with my permission, which was even better. Tim came in and went straight to work, informing exactly what he was doing. My compactor for the compressor had to be replaced. I was in need to replace 2 complete HVAC systems in my home when I met Vladimir from NRS. He provided me an estimate based on a thorough review of my needs. He spent a lot of time asking me questions about my HVAC usage (specifically AC), reviewed the existing systems (which included going into the attic to view the existing space) and was transparent regarding system pricing options and financing options.
Vladimir detailed what the installation process would entail and he showed me pictures of what his team at NRS has done.
My initial impression of Vladimir (representing NRS) is direct and transparent with an emphasis of providing me (a potential customer) a quality HVAC system, a precise installation and making sure I was happy and satisfied.
After considering a few estimates from different companies I decided to go with NRS because I believed I received an outstanding price for an excellent HVAC system and expected a quality and efficient installation.
I few days later the installation was scheduled. The installation went as expected in that it looked to me as organized chaos. Two guys came out earlier in the morning to remove the old units. They worked in concert with each other in that they worked separately when possible and worked together as needed. A couple hours later the new units were delivered from the manufacturer and the process continued. Later that morning Vladimir came by to see how the installation was proceeding. The installation process was completed for both HVAC systems at about 5:30pm. Both systems were working as expected and the guys did an amazing job cleaning up after themselves. All NRS staff I met that day was courteous, professional and wanted to make sure I was satisfied.
I asked a lot of questions during the installation process and my questions were satisfactorily answered.
The day after the installation a technician came by for their final inspection.
Vladimir has checked in with me a few times after the installation to see how the units were performing and to see if I had any questions.
Overall, I'm very satisfied with my purchase and highly recommend considering Nevada Residential Services.

It's 9:30 PM on a Friday night and the house feels stifling hot. There's no way anyone is open right now, I thought, but I took the chance and logged into Yelp. The first place I called couldn't come in until Wednesday... It's going to be in the triple digits over the next few days - our little pets would never survive without cool air. I thanked the lady on the other end and called Nevada Residential Services. Tim answered the phone and I asked him when they were available. After asking me a few questions over the phone to try and diagnose my problem, he said he'd be in my area tomorrow Saturday, and would call me when he's 30 minutes from my house.

Next day, I get a call at 2:00 PM, and sure enough, 23 minutes later, he showed up at my door. Another 20 minutes and $250 later, my pets and I are chillin' (and I mean CHILLIN') on the couch. Thank you, Tim and NRS, I'll drink a cold one in your honor.

So thankful that Yelp led me here. Same day service after I made my call. The fan would turn on, but no heat. A corporate company I called had estimated some crazy high charges over the phone just to show up - in a few days. Arthur said, Free estimate, today. Arthur kept me updated by phone as to his arrival time. Once here, he quickly diagnosed my problem - I needed a new capacitor and a inner switch had flipped off.The unit was fixed within an hour while he showed me everything he was doing and explained it all. It was a fair price (with military & cash discount) and a quick repair with excellent customer service. I now have a go-to place to call for fixing my cooling/heating problems. I called this morning about my ac unit blowing warm air Tim answered the call and said he could be out this afternoon. I had figured it would at least take a few days but sure enough Chris called me and was on his way. I was so happy with Chris he explained things to me walked me through what can be done and what my options were in the future. He is awesome!!!! I can not recommend this company enough! If I could give more stars I would. I have found my new A/C guys! This company is awesome! I missed them and they came back the same day. Tested everything in front of me also have a thorough explanation of what he was doing and showed me the test results.
He did have to replace one part but he showed me the bad part and the new one after it was installed.

These guys were great! We called at nearly midnight last night after we couldn't get our AC working. Very courteous and punctual. Promised a 2 hour window and said they'd be here on the earlier side. As others have noted, these guys are very professional and respectful. They wore their booties inside and let us know that they'd be doing. They quickly assessed the problem and fixed it. They were also very helpful with information about how often to replace filters, etc. Will definitely be calling them again if we have other AC issues!

These guys are great! I have used them twice before for different issues with my AC. I came home from vacation Saturday night to find my AC not working. I called them at 7am on a Sunday morning knowing it was going to get hot this week. Tim called me right back and was at my house by 10am! Fortunately for me it was only my thermostat this time. He put the old thermostat back on and didn't charge me! (Of course I tipped him!)
Last time, they came out it was a small part inside the furnace. The could have sold me anything as I have no idea what was wrong with the AC.
They are very honest and fair. I didn't not feel like I was ever over charged.
They are always on time, professional and very knowledgeable. They take the time to explain things to you, if you want to know.

Came home from work at 6pm and A/C was offline with Nest error code 74. Spoke to Robert and unfortunately they weren't able to make it out same day. Late July is the busiest time of the year for these guys, so not ideal, but short hairs and all that.

I got an appointment for 8-10am the next morning. Eric was very kind and polite. I explained the issue and he jumped right in. He was never pushy or hurried to get to the next call. Will have to replace system (air exchange and condenser) in the next few months and definitely plan on using these guys. Good experience overall! You the man Eric!

How is it that AC units always give you trouble at 4pm on a Saturday in July?

This is exactly what happened to me. I started to become concerned anticipating I was going to be without any AC for a weekend in the peak of a LV summer.

I called a service company I had used about two weeks prior when my unit had blown a fuse after a thunder and lighting storm. I thought this might be the same trouble after a second storm had rolled through. The service company I previously used said that the earliest they could get someone out would be sometime mid day the next day. I originally thought this might be the best I could do. I'm sure I'm not the only resident in LV who is experiencing AC problems in the peak of the summer.

I thought this being a 24/7 town, there must be another service company that might be able to help on a Saturday evening. This is when I contacted NV Residential Service.

The gentleman I spoke with, Robert was very professional and empathetic to my needs. He said he would check with his service crew and try to give me an estimate on when someone would be able to help me. A short time later Robert contacted me and responded that a service representative would be able to respond to my needs between 7pm-10pm this evening. Great!

At approximately 8pm, Chris contacted me to inform me that he would be arriving at my residence shortly. When Chris arrived, again very professional and courteous he took the time to listen to my trouble and understand exactly what I was experiencing. After taking a look at my AC unit inside and outside Chris quickly diagnosed my problem. Fortunately, only a short in wire. After my AC unit not working properly at about 4pm, I was up and running before 10pm.

With LV being a service industry town its refreshing to know a company like Nevada Residential Services knows exactly what service and excellent customer service means to LV residents. My thanks to Robert and Chris for everything you did in my time of need.

I Read other great reviews before scheduling service on my air conditioner. The service tech was on time, called before arriving, introduced himself and then got to work. We received five different estimates and Nevada Residential Services quote the best price even though they included quality equipment. Also of note, the price never changed, no surprise fees were incurred and we paid what we were quote. They were able to schedule the install when it was convenient for us. Got back to me even though it was 1:30AM via email. Called me by 7:30 Am. He explained that he was booked, but would try to come by if he had a break. He also suggested that I call the installer since the unit is only 2.5 years old. He said sometimes they have a warranty. I really appreciate that he would suggest that. He did find time to come and look at the unit. The tests he needed would have taken a big chunk out of his already booked day, so he suggested I try the installer and if they couldn't get me in he let me know his next available. I can see why they have so many 5 star reviews. Honest, excellent manner, wore booties throughout the house, and he values his customers time. Even though he couldn't help me right away, I can appreciate that he has respect for the people that made appointments with him today. If I need anything in the future, they will be my first call.

Our AC stopped blowing cold air in the middle of the night. We called first thing in the morning and they were here that afternoon. Whole service was done in less than 20 minutes. They explained what was wrong with the unit and showed measurements and what to look out for.
They even wore covers for their shoes when they went inside the house to check the temperature! Very considerate and very professional!

I had several quotes for my new AC unit before I decided to go with NRS. There are many reasons I went with NRS, but the ones I specifically want to point out are: they are not pushy salesmen like many others, they respect my home by laying down the drop cloth on the area in which they would be walking on, they are honest people and their workmanship is dependable. Those guys worked 12 hours yesterday. The other contractors I have been dealing with, they couldn't wait to drop everything when their hours are met. Wow! These guys were excellent. When our heat pump wouldn't blow cold air these past two days, I was going to call another company whose ads are constantly on the radio and billboards. But thankfully, I read the reviews of both that company and Nevada Residential Services, then, decided to call NRS.

Earl and Tim were here quickly, called prior to arrival, and were both quick and efficient. They explained in detail what the issue was, and fixed it immediately. As is was a quick simple fix, something to do with the electrical connection, we were not charged anything. I truly wanted to pay, but they insisted the fix was too simple.

Well, I can tell you this. I'll be using them for a yearly service and will be happy to pay. I've already highly recommended them to a coworker who needs her yearly tune up.

I'm very impressed, and it's evident in the fact that I've never written a Yelp review before. Thank you so much to Nevada Residential Services.

After a quick look they identified the problem but recommended that I go through my home owners insurance to get this fixed. This is my second 5* review for Timur Rudyak at Nevada Residential Services for Air Conditioning repair. My wife and I have a house in Henderson and our first call to Nevada Residential Services was on a very hot mid-summer Sunday in 2016 when one of our A/C units failed. He came right out on a Sunday afternoon - diagnosed the failed condenser fan motor, had a replacement on his truck, and everything was back to normal at a very reasonable cost. Today I called him back for a pre-season check-out, with one of our A/C compressors refusing to start up at all. Within minutes of arrival he was in the attic, found an interlocked panel cover that had vibrated loose. He reattached it, put in an extra screw so the problem would not re-occur, and again all was working fine. He really is as good as it gets. I'd call no one else for future HVAC issues.

We really needed someone for a maintenance visit on our system. Our four air conditioning units hadn't been serviced in years. They were easy to contact and arranged for a visit in the next few days. They were not the cheapest but I was swayed by the overwhelming positive yelp reviews.

The service person showed up within the appointed time window.

I was braced for something needing to be fixed or replaced. He spent several hours and did a thorough job. He said all was good and that the system had been properly installed and was in good working order. He recommended a furnace check in the fall.

I am extremely happy with Nevada Residential Services!! And I haven't even gotten work done yet!!! My A/C went out And my home warranty can't provide anyone until Monday (today is Thursday) but would reimburse me if I found someone else quicker due to the heat wave in Las Vegas currently ... everyone else I called couldn't come out till next week Monday or even till Friday!!!! ... but not Nevada Residential Services, they assessed the situation over phone and came out same day and before the time stated!!! .. they showed a sense of urgency in my issue and although it's not a quick fix I got the answers needed quickly! We were full on in the middle of a heat wave and our A/C stopped working. Based on reviews, we called NV Residential Services. Spoke with Timur, and within the hour techs Alex and Vardan arrived. Came home early on Friday evening, to prepare for my daughters 2d birthday party (25 people) and the moment I walked in my home I knew.... NO AC!!
How do you tell your daughter you can't host her birthday party when the guests are already on the way to your house? YOU DON'T!
I started Googling and found Vanderford with a couple of good reviews, gave it a shot with a call.
I talked to the MOST pleasant lady ever on the phone she promised someone would be at my house in less than an hour... I was praying as I hung up the phone.
30 minutes later the Tim shows up!!! Goes up in the attic then out back to the unit comes back and says it a switch or a contact or something like that and I am pretty sure I have one the truck...
Long story short,, my AC is working in about an hour and the party goes on..

Its 116 degrees in Las Vegas and every good AC service firm cannot set an appointment for less than 10 days out. Nevada Residental Services is also booked solid. NRS could only offer an appointment next week but they immediately offerred up names of reliable competitors ( wow!!). Then when I indicated to their technician that I was handy--he offered suggestions on likely causes on the phone and even said he would make an attempt to come out after-hours tonight or tomorrow if my own efforts failed.
I was lucky the fix was something easy and within my abilities ( it was also highly suggested as the fix needed by NRS).
These guys are great. They get my highest recommendation!!

I chose this company to come take a look at my broken heater because of all the great reviews I read. Unfortunately, I had a very negative experience. Kevin came out on a service call and looked at my furnace. I expected that the unit needed to be replaced because it is the original unit that was put in when the house was built in 1996. Kevin explained what was going on and what needed to be done to either fix or replace the unit. Since I paid for the service call, I expected to receive a receipt with an explanation of the issue and a quote for repairs and/or replacement. This way I would be able to think over this large purchase and/or compare quotes. Kevin insisted I couldn't get a quote or pricing info until I provided him some information. Turns out the info I gave him was to open up a credit card to finance the job. Not one time did he mention credit card or credit card application. I intended to pay cash for the job and never gave him permission to open a credit card in my name. I feel like I got tricked. Now I am dealing with Wells Fargo fraud department to get the credit card closed and removed from my credit report.

When I got a text from the scheduling associate asking to schedule the install, I expressed my frustration with what happened and I was contacted by the owner. He did his best to try to make it right, but at this point the damage had already been done and I had already taken my business elsewhere. I do appreciate the follow up, but overall, I had an unpleasant experience that I now have to spend my time and effort to fix (with my credit report).

We were having issues with our a/c freezing up so I decided to give them a call this past Monday morning since my sister recently had their a/c unit replaced by them and because of their 5-star rating on Yelp. I called at around 9:30am and was told by the dispatcher that she would be able to send a tech to my home between 11-1pm. She was very pleasant and so accommodating. To my surprise, I received a call from the tech that he was on his way and arrived at around 10:25am! Our tech's name was Sergio and he was very polite and kind. Upon entering my home, he put on booties to wear in my house and also wore a mask. Once he completed his inspection and assessment of our a/c unit, he explained it to me and gave me options. The pricing was very fair and reasonable and I was so relieved! Our house is so much cooler now! With this sweltering heat, my family and I our so appreciative that we didn't have to wait long for our unit to be serviced. Great professional and prompt service. On a Sunday after noon, called them around 5 pm, spoke with Tim about a/c not cooling, he ran me thru a few things to check. Within two hours Tim and Rob were able to come and test the unit and confirm /fix the problem. They told us what to look out for as another part may wear out. Anyone who's ever had to replace an AC unit can tell you it can be a stressful and costly decision, but the amazing employees of Nevada Residential Services made it stress-free, easy, and a worthwhile experience. Now I won't go into costs amounts since everyone's house/unit is different, but I was able to stick around my budget and get the best service imaginable.

After seeing reviews about NRS, I decided to call them and was greeted by Kali in the front office. She was very friendly and managed to get me scheduled for an estimate during a time that was convenient (I'm currently in a hybrid schedule of working from and the office on different days). On the day of the estimate, not only did I get a text from the office that the technician was on the way, but Kevin the tech called me to confirm the appointment which was greatly appreciated. Kevin arrived, got up on my second-story roof, and took some pics of the unit to be replaced. We sat down as Kevin explained all my options and not once did I feel pressured by a salesman. Kevin explained more about the overall process and each step with me so I knew exactly how everything would go while understanding my budget, which became the reason I decided to go with NRS.

We scheduled the installation of the unit on a day I was available to be home and the overall process only took about 4-5 hours, during which Kali from the front office called to check how things were going and answered any of my questions. I never felt out of the loop during the whole process. Everyone was just a phone call or text away for a quick response.

A few days later, Kali scheduled another tech to do a quality check after the installations and he explained everything he was checking and was very professional and informative during his check, which I appreciate.

Lastly, Kevin came back to clean the air ducts which he did an amazing job and even showed me pictures of the vents after cleaning.

Overall, every employee from NRS was polite, professional, and easily able to be reached for questions/concerns. I will definitely reach out to NRS for my A/C services.

This company knows how to treat their customers right. Sergio was very professional and highly knowledgeable. He meticulously gave a detailed explanation why my AC compressor wasn't working properly. If you ever have any AC problems give them a call and specifically ask for Sergio. If you want to be treated right like the good old fashioned way and not breaking your piggy bank this is the one. I highly recommend them for all your AC issues.

These guys are great!

I have used them twice for different issues with my A/C. Both times they have been on time, and taken care of the issue quickly. The first time they cleared a clogged drain line and water pump issue, the second time they replaced a malfunctioning capacitor. Tim and Vardan are very professional and honest guys. Their rates were reasonable both times and I'd be happy to call them again if needed in the future.

Efficient and wonderful Service! I had to write a long detailed review for them due to their amazing and honest service. I had called them a year ago for them to take a look at an issue I was having with the A/C not blowing cool air. They responded quickly, took a look at it and realized it was something so easy to fix - breaker for a/c was turned off (yes, do not judge me :C, I am still learning to be a new homeowner...sobs). Normally there would be a fee for the diagnostic check but they waived it given it something so simple and never gave me some crazy fabricated lies amounting to thousands of dollars for something ridiculously simple. Either way, I offered to pay them something for their honesty and some helpful advice. They did also took the time to advise me of my outdated a/c might crap out on me soon given how old it was. Hard to come by honest, hard-working people like them. People like them deserve it.

A year later, the second week of February 2019 (February 23rd-25th? I know it was somewhere around those dates) I called them up again because my furnace finally crapped out on me. My furnace was really old so it was bound to happen. They did not fail me. Still the same awesome service and detailed explanations. This time it was no simple fix and I had a feeling it would not be after the flame ignition refused to work. They gave me a MUCH FAIRER PRICE QUOTE and were willing to work with me on the price given the tight budget I was on now. These men are not only wonderful customer service oriented but humble and honest. After having interviewed a few other options (as a rule of thumb I did compare pricing with other companies, even though Nevada Residential was my top choice from the beginning) I chose these guys. The other ones hardly explained or failed to clue me in on the issue and were rather standoffish quoting me such outrageous price quotes. In less than a few days I had a brand new furnace and air conditioning unit as well as an actual home air filter system that was missing that I failed to notice when I first bought this home. Any questions or doubts I had they (I spoke to Arik and Robert interchangeably - great people) addressed it quickly, efficiently, and with detailed explanations. I was not fed fabricated crap that the average corporate services shove in your face.

I appreciate the patience and willingness to not only helped me out but to have walked me through everything. It was no stress and truly an appreciated experience compared to the nightmares I have dealt with in the past. Nevada Residential Services are highly recommended and they have the other reviewers to vouch for their excellent service. Thank you Arik, Robert, Chris, and the rest of Nevada Residential Services for your humble, honest, and hardworking service.

I had no heat coming from my 4 year old unit.. called these Guys at midnight & they answered & said they'd have someone out the next day at the time I needed them to come over.
The repairmen checked my system & tested it for 40 mins, got it throwing heat stronger than it did before & said if it happens again it could be one of two things.
And they didn't even charge me!
These guys are the best & I would recommend them.

I had trouble with my heating on the weekend. I looked up heating and a/c repair on Yelp and seen Nevada Residential services with a lot of good reviews. I called them on Sunday late afternoon and was able to speak to a live technician who was able to come out on that evening to look at my problem. Timur Rudyak showed up at 5:30 and immediately went to work. he diagnosed the issue and was so thorough with explaining what he found with pictures and a brief conversation. a half our later i was fixed and the house was warm and cozy. I recommend NRS for your heating and A/C repairs.

My ac went out today and so I used the yelp app to get a quote.
The guys came out at about 8:30 pm and had it fixed and were gone by 9:00 pm. I'm impressed for sure. The team of two guys were professional and efficient. They checked voltages and air temp before leaving. Those pesky capacitors were bad. So happy with the service. I'll definitely use them again. They didn't charge me a service call even though it was at night. All done for $250. I'm happy.

My AC stopped working in the afternoon - I contacted NRS at about midnight and they responded in about a half hour - even providing me a call at about 1am to confirm! They were here the next morning at 8:30am and quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it within about 5 minutes and talked me through what the issue was and what to look for in the future. I was even more satisfied that there is a year warranty on the service and part that needed replacing. With a coupon on their site the total was $275!

I called pretty late in the day, maybe 10 or 11pm and Tim answered. He helped me schedule a service call the next day. Tenant said furnace was blowing cool air. Chris came the next day and plugged some module on the board in and out and did some testing. He said we can change out the board or see if fix worked. I waited a while before submitting my review and so far no problems reported. There was no pressure to change the board and I appreciate that there was no charge for this simple fix. I will definitely give them a call back should the furnace go down to get the board replaced. It is pretty refreshing to find a company that cares about client relationships instead of just the bucks. Give this company a call. You won't be sorry. My experience was review worthy!

I have been using the services of NRS for repair of my air conditioning and heating. They were great, so when the heater in one of the zones died I asked for a quote. Their price was competitive and they offer good equipment: American Standard or Trane. The old unit was a 3 ton, 19 year old York. It took their crew a day to remove the old equipment and install the new one. They were careful and cleaned up after themselves. The next day their handyman came to touch up some minor scratches they left on the attic access hatch.
After everything was done I discovered that the new equipment was installed much better than the original installation and a bedroom that used to be cold in the winter is now well heated.

What a great company. I would never be able to say enough about how awesome they are. I had purchased a brand new system a year ago from another company. It stopped working last night somewhere around 7pm, I didn't realize it until after 10. After calling that company and being told I would be put on their schedule to come out sometime with in the next day. If it was just me, I would have went to a friends house. Unfortunately, bad timing and all. I have just brought my 78 yr old father home from the hospital. I do not think I get him moved again. He is still very weak. Outside: 113 Degrees....Inside was 93 Degrees....in the middle of summer when my air went out. Not that my warranty company really tried because they tried to send out random companies (with HORRIBLE reviews at that) for 3 days. I finally got my way and was able to hire my own company of my choosing and I'm so GRATEFUL for NV Residential Services. Both my pets and my husband and I were miserable before they showed up. I called them and they came out the same day when other companies wouldn't show up for almost a week. They showed up not only in their time frame, but they were practically early and they diagnosed, fixed my problem, talked to my stupid warranty company, and were gone in a half hour. They were honest, gave us great advice on how to avoid the problem next time, and were very diligent on the work. They deserve all 5 stars and more. Will definitely call them first the next time I have any problems on any home.

My ac broke down late afternoon today and I came across their company from yelp with great reviews, so I gave them a call past 7.30pm they said they will come around 8-10pm. I can't even tell you how shocked(in a good way) I was by the service I got from Nevada Residential. Our conditioner was making a loud noise so clearly we had a problem. It's been over 100 degrees for weeks now so every repair place I called told me the earliest they could come was tomorrow afternoon or the following day. I called Nevada residential and he said he could be there between 11-1. That was 2 hours from when I called. That's the first thing that impressed me.

When they arrived they surveyed the situation and determined my condenser motor was bad. I told him we just bought the house 2 months ago and had a home warranty. Unfortunately their company doesn't work with my home warranty company.

So I had to wait on who my home warranty company sends me. Now here is the real shocker when I told them I couldn't use them but I would pay them for the service call myself. He said no charge. No really you came all the way out here I have to pay you something. He refused then he asked if I had a piece of paper and he wrote down the part number I needed for who ever the warranty company sends out. The unit was old so it was a harder motor to get.

I can't say enough good things about these guys. They would of been justified to charge me but didn't. That says a lot about the integrity and honesty of Nevada Residential. Most companies would take advantage of the situation but not these guys. I will recommend them to all of my friends and will use them in the future when I'm not using my home warranty company.

Just had an exceptional experience with Charlie at Nevada Residential Services! He called ahead and showed up early (which was a pleasant surprise considering we didn't have a AC!). He was honest and was able to make the repair with the Diagnostic Fee. I'm currently out of town and had to trust everything he was saying ... I wasn't expecting an easy answer...but it was! My A.C. started making LOUD noises. Called NRS after seeing all the 5star reviews. Within a couple of hours, Chris called and came to the rescue. Turns out it needed a new motor and he was able make a generic one working saving me some bucks. He also checked the smaller unit and changed out some fuses.

Did the Yelp quote thing at 1am in the morning SUNDAY..............no joke, Timur called me back at 1:05am. We setup a service call in the AM, and he was there Sunday morning at about 9'ish.

NO extra charge, just the same service they give to anyone else regardless of the day.

They fixed what I suspected was the issue (Condenser Capacitor) - and another issue I was unaware of from my Googling - and didn't try to upsell me on anything. Both Vlad & Timur both showed up (solidarity baby), and no joke , they fixed my issues in about 15 minutes.

These are two very honest guys, that try hard, and work harder than anybody else in this business. #ImmigrantsTryHarder

Timur actually walked upstairs and told me my filters were WAY too dirty, and advised me to remove one NOW, and go to Home Depot immediately. I would have been risking a fire or a Compressor damage ($500). I didn't ask him.......he did it of is own accord, which shows that they really care about the AC system, and not just about money.

I felt like an idiot, but I was grateful that he reminded me to change my filters.

I will be scheduling a service call with them in the Fall for a full system inspection. It is hard to find trustworthy AC guys in Vegas. I found my guys and I won't be calling anybody else (until they are too big, and become like the rest haha).

This review is based on an inspection performed on March 16, 2020. We selected Nevada Residential Services from among three vendors recommended by our real estate broker and the stellar Yelp reviews. We are buyers from another state, and therefore our broker was onsite during the inspection. Charlie performed the inspection of 3 air conditioning units and three furnaces. He was efficient and detailed oriented. We used FaceTime so that we could see each other during his verbal summary of the inspection results. We appreciated the time he took to review his findings and preliminary recommendations. He was extremely patient as we asked numerous questions. His responses were clear and thorough. The next day we spoke to Robert (manager). He, too, took time to explain the intricacies of our ventilation system, offering his expert opinions regarding the status of the systems and recommendations to extend the life of them.

For us, what separates an extraordinary vendor from others is their relationships with customers--customer service. Nevada Residential Services is one of the exceptional vendors. Their eagerness to answer our questions and provide excellent, high-quality images of their inspection gave us a sense of confidence in the report, especially since we could not be onsite. We plan to use this vendor to make the recommended repairs and provide ongoing annual maintenance monitoring.

This company will be my Top 1 AC& Heater service choice. Efficient, expert, and honest. I called at 7 am this morning, and they arrived on time around 11am. They prepared their own shoe cover to make sure not bring dirt inside the house. They don't charge me any pennies even service call ( many company charges service call) when they find out I just need to replace filter. But I still want to tip them for their outstanding service. In the evening , they come back again to help me make sure my AC is working properly. Still no charge. What a trustworthy company. Thank you

Returned home from vacation to find out our AC unit was not running at all. Contacted NRS on a weekend and the repairman picked up the phone! I explained to him the problem and he asked me to text him my name and address. He quickly responded that he would be at my house in 30 minutes. Upon timely arrival he went into my 2000 degree attic and recorded a video on his phone as to what he saw. He clearly showed me that the blower motor and wheel had failed (the wheel had shredded apart). He removed and showed me the damaged parts. Then he called around (again on a weekend) and found an open supplier who had the necessary parts. He quoted a fair and agreed upon price, drove off to get the parts and then promptly returned for installation. 2.5 hours from the moment I made the call, I had restored functional AC.

By far the best HVAC experience that I have had in Las Vegas. Highly recommend this company.

I myself, like many others use Yelp reviews to find the best of the best that Las Vegas has to offer. I especially love doing this because my husband and I want to support hard working individuals instead of big businesses. On July 9th of this year, Tim came out to our house to help us figure out why our a/c stopped working. I have never experienced someone so polite, knowledgeable, and honest.

We were shopping around and stopped once we found this company. Not only was Tim's price more than fair, he was able to come back the very next morning and get the job done. We all know how important having air conditioning is, and more so to us because we have two cats that can overheat quickly.

Tim came at the exact time he promised us and was done installing our new motor and blower fan in under 45 minutes. He left the area spotless and exactly how he found it. He tested the air inside to make sure the temperature was coming down and when he was satisfied everything was done he left with a smile and a promise to come back if we called him for anything. It just so happens that I was getting a funny smell from what I know now was the oils from our new blower fan. When I called him to ask about the smell, he told me what the smell was but also told me he was on his way over.Tim arrived 10 minutes later and double checked everything to make sure I was satisfied. Leaving again with a smile and the promise to come whenever we called.

I never felt taken advantage of, lied to, and I certainly never felt like I was a burden. His phone was ringing off the hook while he was doing our work. He is busy and yet always smiles and gives the best service out there. His vast international experience is a plus and from his home in the Ukraine to Israel to the United States, he only continues to gain more knowledge.

I have already been recommending him to everyone I know and plan on using him for a split a/c system in the near future.

Well, all these great reviews....sorry but I don't buy it. A gentleman came out to our home today and we were not at all impressed. Our air conditioner, which is about 5 years old wasn't blowing really cold air. My husband told the technician. My husband also asked if there could be a leak. The technician immediately told my husband even if there was a leak, we couldn't find it. My husband asked if the technician could charge it with freon. The technician again said no. His suggestion was to replace the whole system: for about $5 grand.
My husband told him no and the tech left.

We asked a different company to come out today. This guy checked to see if there was leak and guess what? There was a slow leak. He found it, sealed it and recharged it. Needless to say, our air is freezing cold now. Yay!

Long story short: this company is awful and I will yell it from the mountaintops!! I DO NOT BELIEVE ALL THESE REVIEWS!! I wish I could give 0 stars.

Our AC unit in our house went out and we called Nevada Residential Services at 10:30AM today, which is a Sunday. The tech was at my house at 11:00AM, diagnosed and is currently working on the problem now! Awesome response time considering it's a Sunday, and a holiday (Father's Day) at that. We had been told by a friend that we could be facing up to $2,000 in repairs but the tech from NRS was super helpful and explained everything that was happening as he did it and was able to fix the problem for under $500. Also, as a note: I told the tech I was willing to replace my entire AC unit with a brand new one and that I understood the costs associated with that. He talked me out of it and told me I had at least 5 good years left in the unit. Considering the difference in the repair cost and replacing the unit entirely, I really feel good about using NRS in the future for any of my AC or household issues.

Tim and his crew are life savers! My AC broke down and i tried to fix myself but it broke down again two days later. I started calling different techs around 5pm. Everyone one I spoke to said that they were full and couldn't see me for 2 days. Tim answer and said he was full but will stop by after his last job, and that was 8pm! You can tell that he truly cares and enjoys what he does, and that is helping people.

Tim stopped by early at 7:30pm, was upfront about the problem and pricing, and even helped me diagnose another problem with my other unit without an extra charge. The repair was quick and everything works perfectly. These guys are professionals but go out of the way to make you happy. I would highly recommend.

Tim the owner contacted me after my terrible experience. He did apologize and offered to make it right. Unfortunately by that time I had found another contractor and company to install a new system for me.
He said he will train his employees based on my experience and provided his contact information to me so that he can help me in the future. I upped my rating to two stars because of the proactive nature of the owner. It is unfortunate since they lost a large sale from me because of lack of attention/competence from the employee.

Wow! ALL of the positive reviews are true! My air conditioner was coming on and shutting off. I called this company and got an appointment the same day! The technician that serviced my air conditioner was Charlie. He was very polite and knowledgeable. He diagnosed my problem within 10 minutes and fixed it within 20! The cost was reasonable. He explained what had happened to my fan motor and also ensured that all of the wiring, capacitor and a number of other things were working properly. Air conditioner is now working perfectly! I would definitely recommend this company!!

First I found it remarkable that this business was open until 11:30 and i needed help at 11:15p.m. Sure enough they answered the phone! I explained the problem with the a/c and was told they'd be out the next day (a Sun.) to assess the problem. I was thrilled b/c another company told me it would be 3 days! As promised they came and assessed the situation the next day. Here's the amazing part! The outside unit just needed tweaking. Other than that it was working fine! AND! There was NO charge! Believe the reviews. In the middle of the hottest week of the year our central air decided to die. We had several companies come out with quotes and residential services have the best quote, had the best reviews and gave me the best feeling that they would do it right. Their warranty was the best also. I had the stuff installed within a week and the guys who did it were so kind and considerate. My wall in my bathroom was damaged a bit but they had someone come fix it the next week and it is perfect. I already notice that my cooling bill was cut in half. They are truly great to work with. Timur and his guys are the best. They've helped me twice this year. Once because my heater broke and a part needed to be fixed and the second because my Nest was throwing an E74 error.

Timur is very friendly and responds right away. He calls you 30 minutes before showing up and then arrives with his crew on time. Before they walk in the house, they put booties on their shoes (which is important to a no-shoes-inside house like mine). Estimates are free even though I asked them to come late in the evening. Pricing is also excellent. For the E74 error he didn't even charge me at all. I highly recommend them to anyone needing heating or ac help.

There are days like today when you just need a good, honest and reliable technician to save the day.

I am apart of a community web forum and put out the message needing help. You never think these things work. . But sure enough the suggestion came through.

Tim was one of the kindest people I have ever met. He was honest, upfront and to the point about the situation.

At 10:45 PM, not many are willing to sacrifice their wellbeing for others. It takes a lot of dedication and care to be out this late.

He was very accommodating from his knowledge to coming in to our home with graciousness.

Of course, the work job was taken care it is a relief, especially with pets in the home. These AC machines aren't perfect this time of year. So I appreciate his effort to help us tonight.

I certainly recommend giving Tim a call. You can trust his company and it is worth every dollar.

Our A/C stopped working just as the summer was starting to get uncomfortably hot. We were uncertain which HVAC service to use and fearful of getting swindled due to our ignorance of what the problem was and how much it should cost. My wife did some yelping and decided to go with NEVADA RESIDENTIAL SERVICES based on the number of positive reviews. I was skeptical and said, you know, they probably write those reviews themselves. My wife said the reviews seemed genuine to her. I said, we'll see.

Well, as usual, my wife was right and I was wrong. The service was excellent. First, they called us 15 minutes prior to the technician arriving and gave us a heads up that he was on his way, which was nice. Second, and most importantly, they fixed the problem. Third, the prices were fair and in line with industry standards (we did some googling of expected costs).

I was extra pleased because the technician was very knowledgeable and polite. He took the time to explain beforehand what he was going to do, and then let us know as he proceeded what he had found. At the end, he took some time to explain how our A/C system worked and offered some tips on what we could do to keep our system running efficiently, things that I had never thought of (UV light for A/C coils, for example), so I came away knowing more than when we started. Anyway, I give them 5 star and would definitely choose them again

Terrible experience. A technician comes to my house to fix my AC, he says the capacitor needs to be replaced, says it costs $420 to replace. I ask 420 for that? and point to the box. He says yes and shows me the box. I immediately look it up on Amazon and there are several buying options between 10 and 17 dollars. I show him my amazon app, he sighs as if he already knows he's charging a ridiculous price. I ask, is this the same thing? For $15? He says yes, but I'm also paying for his service and a 1 year warranty. I say I don't want a warranty and I already agreed to pay $89 for him to come to my house, and this might take 1-2 minutes of labor. I ask is the price negotiable? He says no. I ask him why are you charging me $420 for a $15 part. His exact response, well sometimes you go to the doctor and pay $50 for a cue tip. Baffled, I say I've never been charged $50 for a cue tip and there is legislation trying to be passed to lower hospital costs because it's a problem in this society and this is not a doctor's office. He says there is nothing he can do, $420 for the part that costs less than $20. I declined. At the beginning of the visit I gave him a 100 bill, I asked for change and he said no I already gave it to him. I told him to get off my property.

All I can say is WOW! Not only were they the only company that had same day service (which everyone knows in the Vegas summer is hard) our technician showed up early, was extremely knowledgeable and was extremely reasonable priced. We contracted with Sierra for a new hot water heater after being referred by Costco (who gives a 10% rebate). We were a bit disturbed that after being told we could possibly have next day installation, it was actually scheduled for 8 days later. Then, on the morning of installation, we got a last minute call postponing installation until the next day. Having said that, Reuben, our installer, was great! He was efficient and professional. We are very pleased with the final product. But, we did call Sierra after the fact to discuss the delay. We spoke with RJ, the manager, who was understanding. He investigated and gave us a report an hour later on what went wrong (the wrong unit was shipped from CA; they then overnighted the right unit). He then gave us a 15% discount AND a year's maintenance on the hot water heater, AC and heating systems. We were pleased with his response to our concerns. These things happen and it's nice when a company responds so positively.

My ac went out on a hot summer night. Called this company in the afternoon to arrive at night. By then my house was 97 degrees! Excellent service! They are very friendly and very prompt. I cannot thank enough to Charlie and Robert at Nevada Residential Services. My AC recently stopped blowing cold air late at night (worst time ever as I had to sleep in hot stuffy air).

I researched and called around to several companies the next morning, but many of them were not available until late in the evening. That is definitely not going to work for me. I ended up getting a headache from how hot it was in the house. I needed someone to fix the AC unit STAT.

I called NRS and spoke to Robert and he was able to send a Tech within two hours. Hallelujah! It's a $69 service fee for them to come out to your property and run a diagnostic check. However, it's waived off if you use their service.

As a female, I was worried that I might get tricked or swayed into fixing other problems that are not broken just for the money (like the car shop). But, that did not happen. Charlie was very professional, friendly, and understanding. He had a mask on and wore booties. Charlie was able to pinpoint the problem right away, which - thank god - was just a dead battery! The process took less than 10 mins to replace and the AC was back in full swing minutes after.

Nevada Residential Services rescued me from angry family members and possible heat strokes lol. I would definitely recommend!

My heater went out in the middle of the night recently and I called NRS the next day to come out and figure out what was wrong. I was dealing with Arthur, and we kind of got off on the wrong foot over a lack of communication with each other. I was a little rude to Arthur and was ready to move on to another company as a result. Arthur however, showed the tenacity to convince me to give him the opportunity to come out and fix my problem.

The next night Arthur was waiting in front of my house when I got home. He was able to isolate the problem in the wiring that another company had screwed up. He re-wired everything, did a little wire management to clean up the mess from the previous company and I was back in business.

As a result of our total interaction, I have no problem recommending NRS HVAC to anyone. Arthur is knowledgeable, professional, and truly cares about exceeding his customers expectations. I am glad I gave this company a second chance because I now have someone I can trust to take care of my HVAC needs in the future.

NV Residential Services Air Conditioning & Heating was a completely positive and professional experience. Had 2 AC units replaced, they were prompt and were able to schedule the replacement for the next day. I'm always concerned when dealing with a new contractor, but the team that came out was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly, and although the swap took a good amount of time, they never seemed worn out or tired, they even installed C-wires and a couple of Nest devices for me. They used dropcloths everywhere but still made sure to clean up thoroughly afterwards, the price was very competitive, they never tried to upsell me on anything, and the whole thing was a very positive experience. I wish every contractor was like this. If you're looking for an AC company, this is the one.

We called for assistance on Saturday evening and a Tech came to our home on Sunday mid-day. I recently moved from California to Summerlin .I call Nevada Residential Service to Check out my Malfunctioning AC Unit.They were able to fit me into they're schedule same day,in fact 25 minutes after my Phone call. Tim and Varden showed up to my house and before walking in they put on shoe booties so they wouldn't track any dirt inside. They ask me a couple of questions to diagnose the situations and got right to work. Literally 8 Minutes into they're Inspection I had my Ac running on all cylinders. They found that my Ac Furnace in my attic was switch off due to recent home Inspection prior to me moving in to my house.They didn't not charge me for turning it back on . I'am super Happy that I made the Call to Nevada Residential it's so hard to find honest Ac Mechanics Now's a days. Definitely calling them back for any future issues!

I called them after my AC stopped blowing cold air. He kept in touch over the weekend and we coordinated an after-hours replacement of the AC compressor the following Monday. They worked into the night, and offered a competitive rate. It's so nice to wake up at a comfortable, cool temperature compared to the last few nights, when I woke up in the heat and sweat. Our ac started to blow warm air so I came on Yelp to see any recommendations. I found NRS and decided to call cause they were a 24/7 service. I called around 11pm/12am pretty late, but Timur answered and I told him the issues. He said his guy working at night had an emergency call at a different location. Not an issue cause he said they'd be out between 9a-12p and that they'd call 30 minutes prior to arriving. Which they did. Timur did also mention that they were pretty booked with some clients from previous days. Which I get, it's Vegas and it's summertime. Not pleasant at all when your ac decides to not blow some cold air.

They arrived around 10:20am. Timur and another gentlemen came to our location to do the diagnosis. He was able to give me a quote for the labor, parts, all that jazz with a 1 year warranty. He did have to come back with the compressor. Tim did call me around 2p to let me know his guys were on their way within the next 30-35 minutes. Varden and another gentlemen showed up and got right to the job. I felt really bad cause it's like 105 outside and they were out there for a couple hours. But they did do a good job, they even stayed 10-15 minutes after to make sure it was running good. Varden even wore shoe covers when he came in our house (very appreciative of that courtesy as well). He did also talk to my husband and I about the new thermostat we wanted to get, which he actually has in his own home as well. So he was able to answer any questions we had about the installation process. He even said if we needed help as we're doing the installation that we could give them a call and they could walk us through to help. You don't get that kind of service really from much places. Definitely recommend them!

I called this company relying on the five star reviews. Big mistake. I'm starting to think people are making up the reviews. I heard of companies that write up reviews for a fee. Me and my partner own and manage several properties in Las Vegas, Henderson and San Diego over a span of 25 years. We called this company up and got an appointment the very next day. The tech came into the home and said it's blowing out cold air and that there is nothing wrong. I explained that it doesn't cool in the overnight hours and to please check the AC on the roof. We went up and he said the coolant was between 2 and 3 pounds short. Then he said the compressor is shot and recommended I purchase a new AC unit. HOW did we go from there is nothing wrong to you need a new AC unit? I called the office and asked them to provide me with information that explains how the technician came up with the diagnosis. They couldn't provide me with anything. NOTHING to help me decide if I need to purchase a new AC unit. People watch out for this company they will rip you off. Also, if you have been ripped off by them already you should contact the Nevada State Contractors Board and the Better Business Bureau.

I don't do many reviews but since just moving to Vegas I've had some less than satisfactory experiences with contractors as I discover things about my new 20yr home. But Tim and his team have shown not just outstanding work ethic, but incredible knowledge and efficiency in solving my unique air conditioning problems. They don't try to up sell you and look for the most efficient and cost effective solutions. I highly recommend them for any air conditioning issues and I am going to use them for a remodeling project that needs a specialized cooling unit. I first met Tim when one of my 3 air conditioners went out last Sunday. I saw they were a 24hr/7 service and I knewthe issue was the capacitor and asked if they could sell me one.
Tim was on another job and told me to bring the capacitor to him and he'd test it to see if it really was the capacitor and he'd just give me one if it was bad. Turned out the capacitor was fine so he came by late that nite and replaced the fan motor at a very reasonable price which solved the problem. As I had other issues with other units he was able to come out and resolve them. If you have a need for any air conditioning/heating issues these are the guys to call.
I'm always skeptical about rave reviews being from friends but I didn't know these guys a week ago and I'm a real consumer of their services.
And these will be my go to guys for any air issues. You will not be disappointed.

I needed to have my 20 year old HVAC system replaced with one that was energy efficient and quiet. Sergio from NRS came out within an hour to give me a quote. He was very professional and knowledgeable. The price quoted was excellent.

Tim (the owner) explained the entire process in person from start to finish. His crew is absolutely fantastic!! When the job was completed, Tim did a final walk thru with me and explained what was done.

Eric and Michael came out the same day for a needed annual inspection and cleaning after I found their company on this website with such great reviews.
Both gentlemen were exceptionally courteous, professional, clean and efficient. They walked me through the process and explained each step as they checked my two AC units. T price quoted on the phone was the same price I paid, no issues.
I added them to my speed dial for whatever future service may come up, otherwise I'll see them for a regular check up again next year!

We needed someone to come out and check our air conditioner which kept turning off. Charlie came out and inspected the unit and explained that the AC was actually fine. The problem was not the air conditioner but the switch on the circuit breaker which felt very hot. It would shut down for protection. We appreciate his honesty and professionalism! A different company told us we should get a new unit. We had the switch replaced and the AC works perfectly now! Nice to know there are still honest companies out there. Thank you Charlie!

I'll start by saying we did not use this business but only because the tech, Charlie, was so helpful & honest. He gave us all the information we needed instead of simply trying to sell us a new unit. We requested an estimate for a new a/c unit from 3 companies. The tech from the first company barely even looked at our indoor unit before telling us we needed a new unit inside & out & it would cost $10,000. Again, this was before even looking at the outside unit. When we balked at the price, he told us to just finance it. He said finance now or regret going with our warranty company's repair. Again, this was still before even looking outside. NRS was the second to come out. Charlie gave us a cash price that was almost $3000 less than the first company (they also offer financing) & then proceeded to tell us that what our warranty company was already willing to cover was not only a good deal but would also ensure we had a new warranty for those parts. With that information, we were able to more confidently choose the path that would save us money. We don't need to get a new a/c unit now but I have NRS's contact info & Charlie's name saved in my phone & they will be the ones I contact when we are ready for one.

The diagnosed the problem within 15 minutes. It was only a fuse but he could have told us anything. We wouldn't have known the difference. Honest trustworthy and sense it was a fuse and nothing serious they left and said no charge. The guys even put purple tective booties on their shoes so they would not mess up the carpet. I would recommend them to anyone. me tell you what.... This guy is a Professional!

I look to yelp to see reviews for a lot of things I do. I don't go off bad reviews because I feel there is a lot of negative people out there that complain. I came home to find my heater not working. Looked on yelp for a company to service my AC/heater. Found Nevada Residential Services had lots of good things said about them, so I called. They came over very fast, found the problem quickly, and were very professional. I am very happy I called them. So much that I wanted to write on yelp about my service. I highly recommend Nevada residential services for their efficient work and mainly, their honesty. I had 3 HVAC companies look at my 19 year old HVAC system, which had stopped working, and each told me it was beyond repair, and would cost apprx. $12,000 to replace. I called Nevada residential services to get an estimate to replace it, and when he looked at it, he asked if we would rather just fix it. I was shocked. He said he wouldn't be able to sleep at night if he sold me something I didn't need. 1 hour and $350 later, it works perfectly. Thank you Tim!!

I had to purchase two HVAC units in the last 30 days. Yeah, that is not a typo, two units at two different properties and one of those properties was my personal home. She responds quickly, wants to help you out and if she doesn't know something, she says so, but will find out the answer. She is the glue that ties the techs to her to the owner to installers to city permitting. Juan was really outstanding in the sale of the first unit (could not have been more knowledgeable, kinder or simply less pressuring). Chris has also been outstanding in his understanding of systems and answering questions about systems. Regardless of who I have dealt with over the years from Nevada Residential Services, I have always gotten problems solved and felt confident that I was dealing with knowledgable staff.

I have said this countless times over the years...when it comes to people in the trades in Las Vegas (regardless if plumber or AC person or electrician or landscaper, etc), you get what you pay for. It is simply better to go with the quality company who is easy to communicate despite being possibly at a top price. It is better to be confident that your money and investment is sound and backed up with quality people, who know their stuff and will guarantee their work in the end. Don't mess around with a five figure investment to just anyone, because you will find out that you get what you pay for.

OMG! After dealing with G for the past 2 years and them wanting to replace my AC's after rountine service I finally found NRS and it was a life saver!

So my back unit finally gave out and stop blowing out cold air just perfect timing when this heat wave is upon us. I called them around 7pm a young lady picked up gave me some quick info i text them my address and issue and they were here the following day!

So the technician arrives....... very polite big smile. With out waisting time, he said lets go! We jumped on the roof he tested a few things and found the issue and parts that went bad, gave me some options (that part blow me away), I told him just do it and bill me! Sure enough AC is back as new!

I asked the tech, so what do you think about the units, do they need some major work? He was nah they good, just change filters and if it happens again you know what to check and replace =-0 !

According to him, the problem with our A/C is very minor and he didn't charge us at all even for his gas and time (even if it's already late). These guys are hands down the best AC company i have dealt with! While visiting from california we had the AC go out early morning at condo we own in Las Vegas. Of course it happens to be a hot day and Memorial Day weekend on top of it. After calling 10+ companies and getting no answer or 1-3 day appointment time i was miserable from the heat and was going to check into a hotel for the weekend. Decided to make one last call and spoke to Tim. Luckily he said he could come down within several hours, but was here way before his estimated time. Tim and his coworker showed up with all their equipment and were very professional and super nice guys. They performed all their tests and figured out the problem quickly. My AC stopped working 2 days ago and in this 110 degree weather I knew I needed it fixed asap. After contacting my home warranty and telling me they would come have it serviced yesterday and then having them tell me they would come in a week, I decided to start looking for Ac repair places instead. After calling another place that came to my house and quoted me $1300 for a broken fan motor, I decided to call Residential Services. From the moment I called, Tim was very friendly and told me that even though they were busy, he had time in the evening. Tim and Varden arrived and got straight to the job. They fixed it in about 30 minutes and I only paid $450. They even replaced the capacitor for free and covered the Ac wires that were all over the place. Overall, the most honest and down to earth people you can meet. Great workers and very professional. I will definitely recommend them. I am so happy with Nevada Residential Services! They are excellent and so honest. I had to run my AC very cold for 7 days in the last week of May due to being very sick with a high temperature. My AC stopped running cold, It was Sunday evening(early) and I called Nevada Residential Services and talked with Timur, the owner, who said he can come out the next day between 7-8am. I was so happy since the appointment was early in the morning. I figured I could make it through the night. Soon after the call, Timur called me back and said he could come over that very night by 8pm. He was true to his word and arrived right on time with his helper. He diagnosed the situation with my AC, which was an easy fix. He and his helper were wonderful and explained everything that they did. I highly recommend Nevada Residential Services. They are the Absolute Best!!!

Residential Services Air Conditioning and Heating
I normally do not write reviews, especially long ones, but this company really impressed me with their quality, workmanship, and customer care.
We had two 18-year-old HVAC York 4-ton units that were working but showing their age replaced in December due to concerns over the HVAC supply availability and the expected major costs increases for 2023 due to the new Federal regulations. After checking the reviews and costs of various manufacturers and installers we decided to go with Residential Services Air conditioning and heating. Spoke with Nikki who scheduled an on-site appointment. Tim and Lawrence came out and did an inspection to determine what would be needed. At this time, I asked if it would be possible to upgrade our system to two 5-ton units with a SEER rating of 16 or greater. They told me that it would be possible but extra ducting and a return would have to be added.
When I received the quote, I found it to be very reasonable when comparing to other estimates that I had received with lower priced equipment. We also discussed the NV energy rebate program (contractor only) and the various payment methods (cash, credit card, monthly installments).
Installation day was great, we previously cleared out the areas where they would be working. The crews came in with slip on booties, laid down plastic sheeting wherever they were working and went at it.
The entire job took one long day, but when they were done, the crews did a great job cleaning up as much of their work as they could ( working in the attic creates a lot of dust that you can't control, but we had already scheduled to have our carpets cleaned anyway).
During the installation, the Senior technician Chris was constantly checking all of the work while I was photographing whatever I could.
Chris then walked me through everything that they did, showed me how to set up and use the smart thermostats that were included, and tested everything to make sure that they were in working order.
Turns out that one of the A/C units had a slight vibration when compared to the other unit. Found the problem, ordered the OEM factory parts, and installed them the following week. Fixed.
A few days later, Emilio, their handyman came out to repair all of the attic access drywall damage. This guy's quality of work was more like that of a carpenter. Texture coating and color matched perfectly. Afterwards, Tim called to see if everything was working OK, that I was satisfied with the work, and to call them if I needed any follow up. He was especially remindful that I call them for a spring service appointment to make sure that the A/C units were working at their top efficiency.
It's been over a month now and the heating side seems to be working fine.
Over the years I have had to I have seen a lot of contractors on both sides of the spectrum and these guys are definitely on top of the game.

We are extremely pleased! Our ac unit stopped running on one of the hottest days and it was Saturday evening. We didn't have much hope to get it fixed before Monday. Tim was very quick to respond and he was very easy to communicate with. He said he would be at our place after taking care of two other customers, and he was updating us all the time about how long it was going to take. Within about 2-3 hours from the phone call we are enjoying our ac working again. Very knowledgeable, quick, to the point and professional service. We are also very thankful for Tim showing up so late and taking care of our problem after 10pm. Price was extremely reasonable especially for an emergency service.

We are so pleased with our experience with NRS. From diagnostic, to completion of project- it only took them two days to take care of our AC unit.

We called them because the air conditioning in our room was not blowing out cold air anymore. They came the next day to do an inspection. My husband was the one there during the diagnosis and he was really happy with their service and how they explained the issues at hand. They gave us options as far as what they could do for the repair (as to try and save us money) if we didn't want to replace our unit, but ultimately that is what needed to be done if we wanted a permanent fix.

They were very honest and reliable. From the women on the phone, to the technicians themselves...we are very pleased and will definitely use them again when our next AC unit goes out....we have another that was the same brand as the one we just had replaced-so I imagine it will go out soon lol.

They offer interest free financing with approved credit as well. So if you don't want to pay cash upfront that is always an option. That's always really nice for unexpected and costly home repairs. On a side note, if you're military they offer a 10 percent discount. I always feel really blessed when companies still offer this discount to service members and don't try to hide it. It was very nice that they were so upfront about it.

Timor is awesome! Like several other yelpers noted, he is worth the wait (and note that he said next year he plans to hire a few additional people, so that will help). He was right on time and an expert with the old A/C unit. He checked the unit for mold, and showed me how to clean the unit by myself.

The installation (including him patiently answering all of my questions!) was probably only 45 minutes total. Fast and easy. The level of service Timor provided definitely surpassed my expectations. In addition, he's a super nice guy and pretty cool (no pun intended) to hang with for 45min. If we need air conditioning in any future emergency , I know who to call.

I come home to 92 degrees in my house. It's 8:30 on a Sunday night. I call different businesses and am told it will be 2-3 days before anyone can repair my AC. I call Nevada Residential Services at 9:00pm and speak with Timur. At 9:25pm Vadnar & Alex arrive, replace AC capicitors, do minor re-wiring, and by 9:40pm my AC unit is working and blowing cool air. From my initial contact to the repair in a total of 40 minutes. More than I could have imagined. Extremely professional and knowledgeable. Their service is second to none. I called to have my ancient air conditioning system serviced. The tech, whose name is Charlie, arrived right on time. He checked everything, including the air handler which is located in the attic of my condo (very difficult to access). He was amazing in that he was so thorough, didn't try to sell me on anything, but did make some very sensible suggestions for the future. I needed to replace a failing AC/Furnace and got 3 quotes from highly rated Yelp AC installers. Nevada Residential had the last and best quote in every possible way. Best price, by a large margin (17% lower than the next lowest quote). Best quality units. Best warranty. Best presentation. The other two quotes were similar to each other in price and presentation, offering a variety of SEER (Seasonal Energy Efficiency Ratio) numbers and filter options, with higher SEER numbers being more expensive, spending 15-20 minutes measuring and explaining options to me. Vlad from Nevada Residential spent 45 minutes educating me about HVAC and how to get the most for my money. I learned about various problems that could come up and solutions for those problems that the other two outfits never mentioned. It was an eye-opening conversation and Vlad was amazing at answering questions and offering advice. So it was an easy decision to go with Nevada Residential for the replacement.

But the good experience didn't stop there. Everyone I talked to, from Vlad, to the scheduler in the office, the removers and installers, and the QA tech, was professional, friendly, and willing to answer questions. Vlad repeatedly encouraged me to call him on his direct line with any follow-up questions or issues, and I did so. Vlad was extremely generous with his time.

The removal team arrived on time to take out the old units and set things up for the installer. The installer came next and got things done quickly and efficiently. There was timely communication of progress every step of the way. Once the unit was set up, a follow-up appointment with a QA tech from Nevada Residential was made. The QA tech inspected everything, including the outdoor unit, despite 100F+ heat and bugs, and checked everything over with a smile, topped up my refrigerant (totally expected, as explained beforehand by Vlad) and was again super professional and willing to answer questions. The last step was the city inspection for the permit which went quickly and smoothly.

Bottom line: I highly recommend Nevada Residential Services if you need HVAC installation or maintenance.

I've lived in Las Vegas for forty years and this company is the best that I've ever dealt with!
Customer service was honest and friendly and their price for a new condenser and coil was very fair.
Other companies tried to rip me off and use pressure tactics.

Nevada Residential services got me the unit that I wanted and took care of everything!
They went above and beyond and even re painted the drywall piece for attic access and installed a new air register in my office to redirect airflow at no charge.

You will not find a better company to do business with in Las Vegas for your AC and heating.

I spoke with Tim and he walked me thru a few troubleshooting things before we decided for him to come out. He showed up in less than 20 minutes!!! Our 2nd floor air conditioning unit stopped cooling last week and i found Nevada Residential on Yelp and scheduled an inspection/diagnostic. Technician (Charlie I believe) came and within 2 mins told me there is no refrigerant due to a leak which I already knew since there was no cooling. He insisted that we need to replace the AC unit as I will have to spend significant amount of money to even find the leak. Without doing any kind of diagnostics (except for checking the level of refrigerant), he guaranteed that the leak is probably inside the house (attic) which is why it's expensive to find and fix it with no guarantees. He charged me $89 as his fee for 2min inspection of level of refrigerant. I asked him to send me estimates for fixing the leak as well as replacing the unit. He sent me $2700 estimate to find and fix the leak and 10k for unit replacement. Next day, I called another technician from a different company who came and thoroughly inspected and found the leak right outside the AC unit, fixed it and refilled refrigerant. He then vaccum tested and showed me there is no other leak. All of that for less than 20% of the cost shared by Charlie in his estimates. Very disappointed with the quality of service provided by Nevada Residential Services. However. When I reported this to their management, they apologized for this experience and refunded the service fee. So happy with this.

Incredible service. I called on a 117 degree Saturday evening when one of my A/C units was not putting out cold air. I was told that the earliest they could come out would be Monday morning, unless they had a cancellation on Sunday. I woke up Sunday and received a text message confirming an appointment between 2pm and 4pm that afternoon. The technician, Juan, arrived around 2:30 and diagnosed the issue within 10 minutes. He had the part required in-stock in his truck and had the repair completed within 20 minutes. To have the problem fixed within 24 hours on a weekend with extremely high temperatures was greatly appreciated. Would definitely recommend this company and will be calling them again for any future maintenance/repair needs.

I hired this company to replace my home's HVAC unit, and I'm very happy I did. They were absolutely amazing, with the exception of one employee. Here's my experience:

So my AC went down late on a Wednesday afternoon. The wife and I immediately got on Yelp and started looking for an HVAC company. NV Residential was one of the first to catch our eye, due to the amazing reviews. Based on their reviews, I thought they'd be booked out for days, but we decided to give them a shot. Our call was answered by Marissa, who was extremely helpful. She informed us that they could send a tech out the following day, which was very surprising considering we were experiencing a heat wave and several other companies were unavailable for days.

The following day we received a text from NV Residential, notifying us that a tech was on his way. Juan arrived at our home on time. He explained to us what he would be looking for, asked if we had any questions, then went to work. Following his inspection, Juan confirmed my fears. The unit had a refrigerant leak, which could not be repaired. He showed us video of our unit inside the attic, and explained exactly what was going on. At that point I asked him for an estimate, which he provided immediately. Furthermore, he explained to us the pros and cons of different unit types, described the installation process, and patiently answered all of our questions. I told him that I wanted to hire them, but I had an estimate from one of their competitors, which was lower. He said he would have to contact his boss (Timur) to see if he could match the estimate or provide me with a discount. Once again I was pleasantly surprised when told me that Timur agreed to give us a substantial discount. More surprising was that they offered to install it the following day. Juan was extremely friendly, professional, and thorough. More importantly I never got the impression that he was BS-ing or trying to screw us in any way.

The following day I received a phone call from Dennis, notifying me that he and the installer were en-route to my home. They arrived on time as promised. Dennis thoroughly explained what they'd be doing, and asked if we had any questions. Then they began prepping the work area and dropping runners to cover the hallway and stairs. The work was scheduled to take 7-8 hrs, but it took nearly 12 hrs, which I didn't mind. I'd rather make sure it's done properly then have them cut corners and have problems in the future. Upon completion they picked up after themselves and didn't leave a mess. Also, they didn't damage anything in my home, no damage to walls, doors, etc. That evening Timur came by to check the vents and to answer any questions we had. The following week Jimmy came by to do a quality control check and add some refrigerant. Jimmy was a true pro and extremely helpful. He even gave the wife and I some tips to get the most out of our new unit, and repaired a latch on our return air grill.

Now, for the employee I mentioned at the beginning of my post. We had a thermostat issue, so Timur sent out Charlie to deal with it. I won't get into all the details as I've already discussed what occurred with Timur and Kali (office manager). But let me just say this, Charlie was condescending, unprofessional, and extremely rude. He reminded my wife and I on 3 separate occasions that he was at our home on his day off, and made it abundantly clear that he was not gonna go out of his way to address our issue until after the weekend. I've never had a contractor tell me, I'm not doing that, it's my day off, but I have now. The guy acted as if he was working for free and we were inconveniencing him during his weekend. The final straw with ol Charlie was when he got mouthy with my wife, at which point I immediately and not so politely told him to leave our home. Fortunately, Timur showed up, and spent an hour and a half to address the issue and give us some peace of mind.

If you're in need of HVAC services, don't hesitate to contact this company. From the front office to the guy at the top (Timur), they're all consummate professionals (with the exception of the individual mentioned above). Most important they are an honest company that's not out to screw their customers. I will definitely use them again if need be and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to family and friends. If anyone in Las Vegas feels nervous as the summer months approach and have played the AC repair company roulette wheel hoping to get lucky and find an honest service that's not there just to sell you something or look for the quickest way to get to their next call after getting your service fee...this is the company that will finally make you feel confident and secure.

Last Thursday night, my AC unit showed that it was on but no air was blowing and my circuit breaker was tripped. I called at 9:31pm and was surprised to get a live person (so many places advertise as 24hrs but it's really just a call service at best). I explained my problem and they were able to send a tech the next morning. Charlie came out early Friday morning and was super professional. After a lot of effort, he was able to get the unit working properly again. He even suggested things we could replace but there was no hard sell, no dooms day scenarios that made us feel like we have to do extra repairs...just an honest evaluation.

One of the most satisfying part of our experience with NRS is that they are consistent. Recently I decided to replace my entire HVAC system as I didn't want to risk putting my home's 15 year old equipment through another Vegas summer. Like anyone, I recognized doing so would be a major investment -- and after years of hiring many different types of contractors with extremely mixed results, I knew that picking the right company was just as important as finding the right price.

I'm happy to say that, from start to finish, Nevada Residential Services provided an absolutely top notch customer experience, and at a competitive price.

To share my experience: their estimator Chris performed the initial visit. He was extremely knowledgeable and provided valuable insights, specifically tailored to what he thought would be best for my home. In the days that followed, while some of the other HVAC companies I had met with pressured me to make a quick decision, Chris and his office were 100% respectful. Their professionalism and confidence in the strength of his bid ultimately made me choose them, and it paid off big time.

Their team arrived on Saturday. Rob (their office head) walked me through a summary recap of the work to be done and then introduced me to the two main installers (Cesar and Omar). While I generally closely monitor work on my home to ensure that things are being done with care, these guys were clearly pros. I periodically checked in every few hours and found that they were always deeply engrossed in their work. Tim (the head of the company) showed up in the afternoon to check progress and to meet me in-person, which was greatly appreciated. Chris (the original estimator) arrived at the end of the day to install the new thermostats and fully walked me through setting them up with my phone. Lastly, Ken was responsible for the finishing touch of cutting, installing, and painting new trim around my attic hatch to replace what had been removed to fit the furnaces through, and went above and beyond in making sure that everything was perfect.

I can't heap enough praise on how amazing of a job every single one of these guys did. Extremely clean work (see the attached pictures), highly impressive attention to detail, excellent customer service -- a rare and invaluable combination. To top it off, their included maintenance and labor plans give me the peace of mind to know that my new system will be in expert hands for years. A+, thank you!!!!

Our air conditioner went out over the weekend during triple digit heat in Las Vegas. I looked at this company and was impressed by their reviews.
Unfortunately, there was a problem I am a renter working with an absentee landlord and a home warranty company.
Tim from Nevada Residential Services still said that he could squeeze me in - the day I called (Sunday) to diagnose the problem free of charge - even though he was completely booked. He even went on to say that he would be able to fix it, if it were something small.
He came to the house and called to let me know what the problem was and even waited on the phone for 15 minutes with the warranty company!
Tim was very patient and professional through it all. It appears that the landlord already set up a diagnostic with another company, so Tim was not able to do the work.
I texted Tim to see if he heard back from the warranty company and to thank him again. Tim stated that he had not heard anything and to let him know if they did not send someone out. He diagnosed the problem and could have fixed it right away, however the red tape and warranty company have prevented that from happening!
The new company has stated it could take up to a week to fix and they are not able to send a technician out for 2 more days!

I returned from vacation the day after Christmas to find my house freezing cold. No heat from the vents at all, the house at 55 degrees, and a sub-30 degree night ahead. I found this company on Yelp and called them at about 8pm expecting to setup an appointment for the next day, at best. Instead, they told me that they would be at my house within an hour and to diagnose the problem and fix it if they could. By the way, the diagnosis is free!

Tim and his associate arrived in about 40 minutes. The very first thing they did was put on their boot covers rather than track through the house in their shoes. Clean, courteous, professional. They immediately got up into the attic to work on the furnace and found the issue to be condensation and debris in the combustion air blower and pressure switch. They drained the condensation and had the debris cleaned out within an hour. The heat was back on!

There's nothing bad I can say about the experience. They responded quickly, were clean and professional, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it quickly at a very reasonable price, especially given the circumstances.

They were great in a pinch and I'd recommend them to anyone.

I had a great experience with NRS this morning. My upstairs a/c stopped working overnite. I called them at 7:30am and explained my problem. They had a tech named Scott at my home before 10am. He had diagnosed and repaired the a/c in about a half hour. Price was reasonable and they did not do any upselling or bs like the other hvac companies try. I am more than happy with the service I received from Nevada residential services. My upstairs was not really cooling down as I would have liked but was not sure if there was actually anything wrong with my ac but still wanted to get it evaluated. Called a bunch of people from the top ten on yelp and most were wanting to charge me just to come out and look.

Eric came out took a look around l, put my mind at ease that my unit was fine and gave me tips on how to keep my house cool and efficient. Evaluation was free and he was nothing but professional and helpful.

I can't recommend these guys enough and will definitely tell friends and use them if I ever have any issues In the future.

Wonderful service from Charlie A today who was scheduled to perform regular maintenance on our unit. He was professional, courteous, and wore his mask and booties. He offered to check and replace our air filters (we had some new ones). This was such a welcome gesture as they needed to be changed. I can say that technicians from other companies have never offered to do this for us. It only takes a few minutes to replace filters but the good will goes a long way. Our AC unit went out on a hot night! My wife asked me what are we going to do? I found Nevada Residential Service on Yelp. We called Tim at 10:30 pm on a Saturday night...and guess what? He answered his phone. He came by the house about an hour later and checked out our system. He made a thorough diagnosis and fixed the problem. His fee was very, very reasonable. Hello I had my a/c stop working i never face that kind of problems before so i didn't know how to deal with that, so I did what I always do when I am looking for any service (go on yelp).
I found Nevada residential services they were on top but not first. First 2 companies they couldn't fit me anywhere within 10 days. When I called Tim he said that he would be able to come same day, he even called me 30 min before he coming. The technician that responded was great. The company sent the tech within an hour to repair my AC on the guest house. He was able to identify that the problem was a blown capacitor. That was when our dialogue went different directions. He informed me that the price of a capacitor was north of $400. I thought that a bit excessive, so I just ordered one that will work in my unit for $20. That is not a typo. They wanted $400 and I bought it for $20. Buyer beware.

Fast, friendly and honest. Timur and his partner came out on the first day to check on my A/C unit outside as it wasn't working properly and didn't charge me without making sure of what the issue was. The following day my A/C unit was acting up again so I contacted him in the morning and sure enough the mechanical issue was what he had assumed it was the day before. He made the necessary repairs and didn't charge me an outrageous price like other companies had quoted me. I was also give a one year warranty.

It's 110+ today and our upstairs air conditioner stopped blowing cold air. I called Nevada Residential Services and we were lucky that they were in the area and could come out and look at our unit. Timur was very professional and explained everything that was wrong with unit before proceeding with any repairs. Last year we had another company out to fix the same problem and they used a cheap part to fix the unit. We bought our first home this past month and we were running around trying to get everything prepared prior to moving in. Calling in to schedule for a date and time we preferred was such a breeze. They were able to give me the quote and time frame we were looking for. The Senior Technician William called me when he was on his way and walked me through the process before starting. Since begging of April my friends were telling me to check my A/C before summer gets here. Guess what today I finally did it and found out that my A/C does not work :(. Had to search around and found these guys. Called them, spoke with Tim and he scheduled me for today and surprisingly they showed up on time. Vardan and Tim diagnosed and found the problem like in 10 minutes. Luckily it was not a big issue and they were able to fix right away.

Great responsive service, honest and charge a fair price for their work. Arik, Tim and the rest of the NRS team were a pleasure. I had three a/c units and furnaces replaced that were 25 years old (original to the home) and were on their last legs. I had three companies provide me with a price quote on Trane 14 seer rated systems and NRS by far was the best priced. In addition, they were the only company that was able to complete the entire installation in one day. They arrived at my home at 8:30 am and did not leave until 9:00 pm working hard all day. I just replaced my Rooftop unit which was 10 years old and sounded like a truck was running on my roof (besides all the problems it gave me from year 1). It was around 10pm, Called Nevada Residential Services, and technician name Vartan answered to my call. He was extremely friendly and professional. In a short time, Vartan arrived to my house. I read the other great, 5-star Yelp reviews and called Tim. Made an appointment for the next day. He said he'd call 20-30 minutes before he'd arrive and he did, within the one-hour timeframe he'd scheduled.

Tim has a professional demeanor and his expertise was apparent. I appreciated his meticulously checking the valves on the A/C compressor for leaks. He added a pound of refrigerant, tested and re-tested the air temperature, and sealed the valves expeditiously. He also gave knowledgeable explanations of questions I had about replacing valves and the leak detection process. Very reasonable pricing with no service call fee. Highly recommended!

Our AC had been acting up for about a week. We'd been intending to get it fixed but life intervened and we'd had to keep putting it off. It wound up completely breaking down one night at 3am. I called them at 5:30 expecting to leave a voice mail and get a call back later that day. I was surprised when Tim answered. He was extremely polite and helpful. He asked me pertinent questions and said he'd stop by as soon as his office opened.

True to his word he was there a couple hours later. He showed me exactly what the problem was and quoted a price that was well below what i was expecting. He had the air conditioning up and running by noon before the heat had even taken effect.

Initially, I called a contractor for Choice Homeowner Warranty to come out and repair my cooling unit. After paying the $45 service call, they stated my unit has a leak which they cannot locate until I do a leak test. Needless to say, Choice Warranty immediately denied the claim stating my unit is leaking due to rust and corrosion. They cannot locate the leak, but they were adamant the leak is from corrosion. I went through nightmares with Choice Home Warranty for weeks. We were so stress out with them that we decided to just call another company. Luckily, we found Nevada Residential Services.

Tim took the call and listened to our problem. Immediately that same day, Chris came out to do the repair. Eventhough Chris cannot locate the leak, but he did several tests and trials over a few days to finally repair our unit. They are hardworking, ethical and knowledgeable! Thank you Chris.

Wow I am amazed that there are still honest and hard working people like these two young men. Had a home warranty and service with another company that is not even worth mentioning. So I went on Yelp to find a company with a good rating and this company Nevada Residential Service was there. After reading the review and all ready out the money for a service call (with no service from the other guys) I took a shot. They went straight to work and they were here for a good while, but we have major problems and by the time they finished, wow my house has never been this cool and comfortable. I feel blessed and encourage by people like this who care about making it right. Highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you so much... oh PS.. Our air conditioner went out tonight. My wife was freaking out because we have a newborn baby in the house. My wife called 5 different companies before we decided to call Nevada Residential Services. The earliest any other company would come out was the following morning. When we called NRS, Timur answered and said he can be at our house in 30 minutes. It only actually took them 20 minutes to get to our house. Only took them about 20 more minutes to troubleshoot and repair our air conditioner. These men were very courteous and professional and did not charge a small fortune for the repair like other companies would do. We will definitely call Nevada Residential Services again for routine maintenance and highly recommend them to everyone we know.

Same day service, needed a condenser, and the tech had it in the truck. I replace both condensers, one for the fan, the other for the condenser for $300. No BS, just the tech doing a diagnostic, willing to show me the results, no push to buy a new unit. Tech mentioned air unit should last another 5-10 years. The other reviews seem to deserve 5 stars. I give these folks 5 stars because they were honest and the price was appropriate. I'll call them back next time I need hvac help, and I would recommend them to my friends.

AAAAAA++++++ Kudos to Nevada Residential Services! Recently needed to have our condenser unit replaced. Tim as usual took great care of us the same day. He found the perfect unit and replaced the old unit flawlessly. Their pricing is competitive, service is impeccable and communication is exceptional. I just got service from this great company. I had tried to install a Nest thermostat this past Sunday and ended up blowing a fuse. Finally, my wife found these guys as we were at our wits end and did not know what to do next with the super warm weather upon us. We called Monday night, and about an hour later they were fixing our unit. Just a blown fuse but I had no idea it was in the attic that the fuse was blown. Michael was super great and even bought along booties to cover his shoes as we do not walk in our home with street shoes. You won't find that , ever! Took him about Half an hour and the cost was very reasonable with no extra charge for coming out like most other places do. We will use again for a tune up of our system in the near future Good customer service like this is quite hard to find in America these days.

I had the technician Juan here on August the third and he diagnosed a bad defrost module and charged me $ 175.00 for one hour of labor for the diagnosis (what was fair out of my point of view). Now I had the defrost module changed and it still didn't work. So I went ahed and checked everything in the HVAC unit for continuity and found that the conductor only had 1.4 ohm on the 24V side. It was shorted inside the coils. I contacted them about this 2 times but they are not responding. So they charged me 175.00$ for a wrong diagnosis and I had to fix it completely myself. Next time I know who NOT to call.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Their customer service has much to be desired. I needed someone to replace a UV light and filter and instead of allowing me to give them the model and type over the phone I had to have a person come out to check. For a cost. Than install was delayed several times. I understand emergencies coming up but If they were up front and honest about having to order it and it hadn't arrived to install but they weren't and then the tech didn't show or call when the install was finally scheduled. I was told the install would take three hours and they would give me the parts at wholesale because of the trouble but it only took 20 minutes to install and parts were not given at wholesale the total was $700 minus $25 for the no call no show inconvenience. So UV light and filter cost ($400) plus labor- 20 min ($300) totaling $684 plus change. No consideration for customers time and to charge that much is a crime. When I questioned the cost they said well it includes the tech's travel time to pick up the material and such and calls are recorded and detailed notes are taken and they could go back and review to prove they never said that. Ok I have excellent memory and I remember having that conversation as well. Terrible customer service and I will never use again. I only used because I saw all the great reviews but can't always believe what you see.

Today I had one of those things happen that I always worried about when moving to Vegas:

My AC went out in the middle of summer.

Within 60 minutes I had my room temperature increase by 10 degrees.

At 11 pm, we had reached 92 degrees in the house. For a family used to 74, this was very uncomfortable.

We called at least 15 different companies whose online ads promised same day service only to be told appointments were days away.

Then we reached these folks, and within a little over an hour they were at my home. Within 5 minutes they diagnosed the problem and within 40 they had fixed the issue and were gone.

These gentlemen were polite, on time, prompt and explained what broke to cause this issue. They worked with my home warranty company to get my claim taken care of, even close to midnight.

I even noticed they were the covers on their shoes when entering our home.

Very respectful, skilled and HIGHLY recommended.

Shout out to Tim and his team! They're some honest, professional and courteous people! Something wasn't right with the A/C unit at my parents' house. After reading all of the great reviews about NRS, I decided to give them a call. I called this morning and they arrived at my parents' home within an hour or so thereafter. He and his partner took a look at the unit and it turns out, there wasn't anything wrong. Tim said that fan on the unit will shut off on its own if it feels like it's going to overheat. He also said that if it does it again, to give him a call and they'll replace it for about $450. This was a huge relief for my parents as they were stressing thinking it was going to be an obscene amount of money to fix the unit. They didn't even charge my parents anything! Truly glad that good, honest professionals still exist in this world! They are every bit of the excellent reviews they've received! If possible, I'd give them 10 stars instead of five! Tim and Vardan did a very good job on our furnace. They came same day we called and even arrived 3 hours earlier than the scheduled time. They cleaned the flame sensor and replaced the igniter. I have lived in Las Vegas for over 25 years and I rarely (if ever) leave reviews. However, today I feel compelled to do so as I have never come across a more honorable and trustworthy company then Nevada Residential Services Heating & Air Conditioning.

I recently had tune-ups on my AC units from a very well known local company. I'm not here to go into the details of how their prices were absurd nor how the service tech tried to sell me unnecessary parts for a perfectly working unit... that is my burden to deal with.

I called this company in 2016 summer, because my tenant claim the air conditioner was not working right and other repair company told her it's broken and need $$$. I called Nevada Residential Services to get second opinion, and Tim came out fast to diagnose the problem for a free quote. He told us nothing is broken just a wire was pulled out, he already put it back in and everything is fine. He did not charge us anything. OMG! I was speechless. This kind honest company is so hard to find!!! After being cheated by American Home Shield and their contractor Vector Appliances on a refrigerator repair this week, my husband and I thought about the great memory we have with Nevada Residential Services. The differences is day-and-night! (We only wish if Nevada Residential Services can also fix refrigerator too. Haha.) Trust is very hard to get especially with service companies, but Nevada Residential Services is truly trust worthy! First of all I would like to thank Charlie for doing such an amazing job. 4 days without AC in Nevada is a no no. And I thank god for sending us the right person. I have a 4 children in the house and it was terrible seeing the kids crying cuz they're hot and they can't play. I called my insurance, file a claim and send us an unprofessional and rude people. They left everything in my attic. It was a mess. Then my daughter suggest to call the Nevada Residents Company since we already know how they work, and how they treat their customer. Highly recommended if you need your AC serviced, repaired, or replaced.
The easiest and most efficient repair I've ever had. Called at 4am, expected to leave a message, but was greeted directly by Timur. The guys showed up early in the window I was given, and called me as they were 30 minutes out. When they arrived, they quickly evaluated and the AC was running within 15 minutes! Simple part replaced. Excellent service!

I have had a good experience with the service provided to me by this ac company. Our house's AC stopped working during the day and we called them to schedule an appointment. The process was quick and they arrived only an hour later after we called.

Scott is the technician who helped us fix the AC and didn't charged us anything since it didn't require any parts. Scott left his number behind and told me to call him if I ran into a problem again.

The technician is very honest and nice. They make sure their customers are happy. I would recommend this company's service to others.

On 7/17/18 I called NRS and spoke with Robert about a same day service call.July in Vegas is no fun,so I did'nt expect it to happen but he said he would try.About 45 minutes later tech,Chris said he could be there within the hour.Chris showed up and we began a Q & A about my problem.It is a n older system so we knew we might finally have to replace.Chris wanted to get the system working before we discussed any NEW replacement.He got the system up and running after his troubleshooting.He discussed the new system options and his opinions where helpful.No-one wants to spend thousands on anything unless we have to so he bought us more time to think it over.Never did he push anything and I found him to be a good knowledge base.We will update if we go with a replacement but for know,anyone who sees Chris at their door can be assured of great service.

My Heating and AC system did not work and the thermostat showed Low battery (with no blink this time).
So I replaced the batteries as usual, but it still showed low battery. After replacing the new batteries couple times, I thought those batteries might not be in full, so I went out to buy a pack of new batteries, hoping that the new batteries would bring the system back to normal, but I was disappointed.
It was around 8:30 pm, I called the NRS, the company had fixed our furnace system back to 2016 and we were very stratified with their services. Timur, the owner received my call and I asked him if he can come over to check it out the same night because my wife and I are old and we need the heating system at night (it was in February). Timur was very kindness and said that he might come around 10 pm.

Before 10 pm, Timur showed up and within seconds, he reset the thermostat and the system was back to normal. My wife and I appreciated his prompt service and there was no charge for this simple fix.

Nowadays, it is hard to find such a company with good attitude, kind heart, affordable and professional service.

I had requested a bunch of business cards which I had given them to neighbors and friends.

If you need Heating and AC service, call this company. You will not be sorry.

Nevada Residential is such a great company with amazing people. After having so many issues with my home warranty regarding my ac unit, I called NV Residential at 11pm to ask if someone can come out to look. The tech came out the very next day. My ac unit was very old and would need to be replace in the next few years after being fixed. The tech came out to give a quote for a new ac unit but also checked to see if a new unit was needed or if it could be fixed. I had explained to him about my situation and showed him the diagnosis from the home warranty's contractor. After checking the tech stated that although there compressor and condenser fan and motor needed to be replaced, the bearing grease was not the cause of my ac going out. I ended up opting to get a new unit because I knew it would need to be replaced in the next few years. NV Residential was able to schedule me in for the installation within 2 days.

I'd like to sincerely thank Cesar! I had my new ac unit installed in the morning by another team. In the afternoon, Cesar came to check the wiring to ensure our unit was working properly. While checking the wires on my roof, he heard my elderly neighbor calling for help. His quick reaction to getting down and running over to help her and stayed with her to make sure she was OK before coming back to finish the job is greatly appreciated. The situation could have been far worse if he hadn't jumped in to help as quickly as he did. He is truly a hero in disguise.

I've finally found my go to HVAC company. Early in the afternoon of Christmas Eve, my husband and I noticed that the downstairs of the house was getting uncomfortably cold - the heat was not working. While I consulted Yelp, he called a number of companies we've used in the past. All of them said the earliest we could have a technician available was Tuesday afternoon. I gave him Nevada Residential Services number after reading the stellar 5-star reviews. Tim's answer, we'll be there within 2 hours. Our AC went out and our temperatures got up in the mid 90s in the house. We called them and they were there within a couple of hours. Tim came out and diagnosed the problem within about 15 minutes of arrival. He was very professional and efficient. He was straight forward about all the costs and labor included. . The best! Charlie is an excellent technician: professional, efficient, courteous. Wore mask and shoe covers, great communication. This was a 6 mo checkup. Charlie was really great, explained what he was doing, even washed out my A/C unit on the outside. He also offered to replace my UV Light which was due to be replaced every 2 years. I actually had the wrong replacement bulb so Charlie offered to return once the I had the correct bulb, which he did. Overall great experience with Charlie and Nevada Residential Services!!

My 5 Ton AC unit at my Summerlin residence stopped blowing cool air on Memorial Day. I contacted NRS online via Yelp and Tim responded back to me within mins.

Tim dispatched a tech to arrive within a few hours and showed me the unit was leaking frion. I knew I had to decide between a new unit or a potential repair job. To help decide, I requested a leak test (which required nitrogen and a follow up visit) to discover where the leak was occurring. Tim called me back promptly and came out the next day to conduct the leak test. Tim quickly discovered the
Leak was coming from the AC unit.

As other reviews have stated, Tim is honest and gives you your options. He was never pushy and doesn't trash his competitors to obtain business. I can tell he was competent with his work and I realize that it's not really about the company that you request service from, but the actual person(s).

I've read that having the right person to do the install is important. This insures your units continue to work as advertised. I've read many units go bad because the install work wasn't done right.

I decided to go with a new 5 ton unit versus a repair which will save me money on electricity in the longer term. Price is very fair and reasonable considering I was paying for he expertise in the install...again which is very important with installing expensive machinery.

Tim and his associate Scott completed the 5 ton install and attic work and I couldn't be happier with the service. This was a hot summer
Job but Tim couldn't be a nicer guy and patient throughout. I highly recommend Tim and his team for your AC needs. You will get a personable touch that you will not quite see with the bigger companies.

Hi, Just had to write a review to show my appreciation for Tim (HVAC technician) who was at our house last week to perform a repair. He was persistent in his efforts to find a very small Freon leak in our copper tubing. Once found, he did a very professional and efficient job of extracting the remaining Freon, patching the leak, and then re-filling the Freon to the proper level. He stayed with us long enough to be sure that the leak was patched, and the unit had achieved the proper pressure and cooling differentials. All during his time with us, he displayed the utmost in customer service by answering all of my questions and explaining where he was in the repair process. Juan was professional, honest and very knowledgeable. He came to give a 2nd opinion about my gas split system because the heater stopped working. Our unit was blowing hot air out of the vents and we feared the worst.
We called Nevada residential services at 7am on a Saturday morning, they dispatched a technician to our house within the hour. Within an hour of arriving we had cool air blowing inside. The technician (Tim) was knowledgeable, professional, and communicated exactly what he was doing every step of the way. The best part was the repair only necessitated replacing a capacitor, and there was NOT an extra charge for the service call taking place on a weekend. Tim even took the time to hose down the condenser and remove the leaf debris while the unit was open. These guys are fast, friendly and affordable. What more could you ask for? I called several A/C companies after my go to guy moved out of state. I came across Nevada Residential Services on Yelp and decided to give them a call. Tim answered the phone and offered to schedule a same day or next day appointment. I was thrilled that that offered a free estimate and Tim told me they have very reasonable prices. I wasn't able to attend the inspection so I sent my husband instead. We are under contract to purchase a home and the unit in the castia was making some unnecessary noise. The guys came out and discovered the issue right away, gave us a bid to provide to the seller and even provided a temporary fix to the problem. They were very knowledgeable and even turned down money that my husband offered to them for their time since we weren't going to pay for the repair on the spot but needed to provide the estimate to the seller. Just another great update.
I do not say this lightly, simply the best continued service by any home repair company I have had in my life.

They had done some minor work back in May on my AC.So with the 115 degree weather my system froze up outside.It was my fault I ran the system too low in the heat. They were swamped but made it within 24 hours and arrived right when they said they would. Tim spent an hour at my home, he fixed it and said no charge, I begged to pay him, we would not have it

Called them in the morning on a Sunday due to home heater acting up and the technician was there by 1:00 p.m. He took a look at our unit, explained exactly what was wrong, quickly fixed it, and was out of the house in less than an hour. My a/c unit completely stopped working yesterday. I calleeld National Residential Services at 8:00PM on a Friday night and the owner answered and helped me to trouble shoot my problem over the telephone.

Immediately he knew my condenssor pipe was frozen, and I was instructed to turn my system off for the night, so that my pipe could melt and to ensure I was not damaging the coil or the rest of the unit. The owner and an employee came to my home first thing Saturday morning and checked my unit. Ultimately they found that my airfilter was dirty and that all I needed to do was to replace the filter. They checked all my vents and assured me that they were working well, my condessor had melted, and my coil was not damaged thanks to the trouble shooting the previous night. The owner had me replace the filter, adjust a few vents and my system is better than ever, and they did not charge for their service.

These guys were the ultimate professionals, they were very knowledgeable, and did not try to sell me any parts or services that were not needed. I will be refering all my mortgage clients their way going forward!!!!

DETAIL INFO ON REPLACEMENT OF HVAC

Hello, below is a full review of Nevada residential service (NRS). In summary, everyone was nice. Price were decent compare to others, not the cheapest, but ur paying extra for quality and service, which I didnt mind. I do wish they were more transparent on the break down of the pricing, but other then that i didnt hav any other issues. The real test would be how long this unit will last and if they did a good job installing everything, but only time will tell. Thank you!

DETAILED REVIEW: In case anyone is a first timer on replacing ur AC and Furnace and needs info.

1) WHY NRS: I had 4 companies to do estimation, 2 was recomended from friends and 2 was from yelp reviews. NRS was from yelp reviews. Some of the places gave better price but I did research and their unit isnt a good brand or just had bad service reviews. NRS has a decent price on their units and review was good so i decided on them, but everyone should shop around since this is a major purches.

2) PRICE: So price will be determind by ur house layout and size, if u hav similar house as me then u can expect prices to be in this general area. My house is a 1200 sq ft single story, so it requires a 3 ton unit. My furance is in the attic and condenser unit is on the side of the house (not on the roof), which from the 4 estimate I got price was ranging from $7k-$10. This is price for both AC and Furnace (not the ducts). NRS gave me price at $8,750 for a 3.5 ton 15 seer unit.

3) WHY 4 STARS: NVenergy gives an incentive on a unit with 15 seer or higher, but they only do it for certain service company, which luckily NRS is one of the company. NRS will already included the incentive discount on ur invoice and give u the final price. I just wish they were more transparent about this. It does say it on ur invoice, but i wish they would just explain that their price already included the incentive discount, so I can compare prices better and didnt hav to call NVenergy to find out myself.

4) THE WORK: Im sure depending on the size of ur house, there would b different amount of workers and different amount of time done. For me, 2 guys came out at first and uninstall all unit. 3rd guy came to drop off a few things and helped out a bit. Then a Truck comes to drop off the unit. 3rd guy help a bit more and left. Original 2 guys work the rest of the day to finish installing. Took about 6-8hrs. Then the 2 guys leaves when the work is done. At the end one guy comes back out to pick up the check and inspect everything. Its winter at the moment so he said they will need to come out in the summer to refill the refridgerant. Also, u get a permit which needs to be sign by the city inspector. He works for the city so that means he shows up when ever he feels like it and u just hav to wait. What can i say about government employees, u know how they are.......

(UPDATE): I was wrong, this city inspector was really nice. He inspected everything properly, he was polite, and explained to me what are the few things he looked for when he inspect. So I want to appologize for assuming all government workers are not the best.

5) THE WORKERS: They all work very hard and all were very nice. They were all polite and willing to do a few minor things I asked of them. I tip $20 to the 2 guys that was doing the majority of the work and treat them to pizza, they both deserve it. Everyone i dealt with were nice and helpful. I did not hav problem with anyone, but then again I consider myself pretty easy going.

6) CONCLUSION: I would recomend this company. The 3 guys that came out to install the unit (2 guys did full install and 1 guy helped a bit but then had to go) were probabily the best I dealt with. I just hope they did a good job instailling everything properly, which so far looks promising. Over all I was satisfied with the current result.

When it comes down to your home investment, service on the HVAC units are very important f especially in a hot, desert town like Las Vegas. I have used no less than a dozen different service providers in my 40 years residing in Vegas, and NRS is hands-down the best I've found. I have a membership in their Maintenance Service program that allows twice yearly maintenance visits for the AC and furnaces for my two units, plus 15% off of all repairs that are needed! Bottom line, I really trust this company!

After having been given absolutely shameful service from another local AC company (A & R), Tim and his partner at Nevada Residential Services saved the day! I can't even imagine how busy it has been for them, with 115 degree temps and with systems going out all day long. But I called and they were here that same night...mind you at almost 9 p.m!! Courteous, professional and extremely knowledgeable. It took them about 5 minutes to say that the entire motor was out, when we had been told it was pole connectors, then the switch board...I'm sure that list would have gone on and on, with the problem not being fixed at all. Please don't hesitate to call this company. Thank you so much Tim and partner!!

Tim came out to fix our AC only an hour after I called! I called another service first and they told me 3 days, but Tim told me he would come over on his way home. He was polite, knowledgeable, and did a good job explaining what was causing our problems. The price he gave us was super competitive, especially considering how quick he was able to come by and the fact that he did the repair at 9pm at night! A short time later he showed me the repairs he made, told me about how the work is warrantied for a year, and then made sure there wasn't anything else that needed attention. Great guy and great service!

Update: it gets worse! We paid the $89 service fee for them to come out. I have the receipt and the bank statement to prove it. They sent me a letter threatening to put a lean on my property if I didn't pay their service fee. I called to let them know that I already paid and they say they have no record of it. I could have at this point proved it to them but since they were so rude on the phone, I will let them put a lean and try to take me to court. Then after they have wasted their time and money I will show my receipt.

I noticed a leak and at first I thought it was nothing serious and was hoping it would just go away, but, it got worse. So I called Nevada Residential Services.

Timur arrived promptly and quickly diagnosed theproblem. Luckily it was a minor issue problem that was easily remedied and very affordable.

Timur was very professional, honest, kept me informed of the issues he found and quickly repaired the problem. I had no problems wondering if I was going to get taken advantage of and the whole process was pleasant.

I am definitely calling Timur if I run into any other issues in the future. Timur claims that H-Town AC Repair, Air Conditioning & Heating Service - Houston was also a good reference for me since I told him I am worried about my A/C during the upcoming hot summer months. I will not hesitate calling them both if I need them again...highly recommended!

So nobody likes paying $480 for a half hour of repair time BUT I called for help at 6 in the evening and the repairman was at my door unless than 40 minutes. In another 40 minutes my A/C was blowing cold air. Eric, the service tech, was polite and personable. Couldn't ask for faster or better service. HIGHLY recommend.

I called these guys for a second opinion on previous estimates of work necessary ranging from $8500-36000 for replacing 1-3 units. I had been told many things were wrong with one unit, and it definitely needed replaced. My original serviceman recommended replacing 2 additional older units since they were on their last legs. I was very skeptical of this estimate, so I decided to call Nevada Residential Services for an estimate as well. These guys could not have been more professional or honest. They showed me pictures of the issue (which was in the attic), which was minor. They also showed me pictures demonstrating why the previous estimate was for fixing things that didn't need fixed or replaced. 20 minutes and $150 later, everything was fixed. I cannot recommend them more highly, ecstatic with the service. Very nice guys, too. I will definitely use them in the future. Thanks NRS!

I called for a friend's house who had a heater that would blow cold air out for a bit and then immediately shut off. The temperature would not rise at all. It was set at 65 to 68, but the temperature would stay from 58 to 63 depending on the day.

I called Nevada Residential Services, they came, found that the problem was the flame sensor. I could not make the decision for my friend, so i said i would have to let my friend call them back on it. They said that since it was such a small part, that they would just clean it for free. Within 10 minutes, I could feel the heat coming out of the vents

These guys are great. I was consulting about a buzzing noise whenever my heater goes on and they came as quickly as possible to check it out. They didn't find any problem with the heating system so there wasn't anything to fix. They didn't charge me anything because they said it was just a consultation visit. They have great hours too if you have any emergency. Really nice gentlemen.

my wife and I have had two small jobs done by this company and we must say for having done business only twice with them we are very impressed with the treatment received from the tech(SENIOR TECH WILLIAM HARRIS)just like the first visit with the other tech it was a great experience from start to finish. Great company to work with! Timur was our technician and he provided awesome service. The repairs were all explained, the prices were reasonable and he had all the parts on hand to do the repairs right away. I scheduled last minute the day before and the company was able to send Timur out the next morning to provide service. Two Words: ON POINT

These guys came highly recommended to me from someone I trust one hundred percent and who does not just 'refer' anyone unless he knows how good they are... Test: PASSED

They came out very quickly last Thanksgiving when one of our brand new AC units had a very small but annoying drip/leak and honestly, within minutes had the unit completely repaired and things back up and running smoothly... with houseguests! Whew!

Time came for me to have the 'routine ' done and I called them to come out and no joke, what a comforting relief to have all of the units pass with flying colors and get the thumbs up for Spring and Summer. You don't want to be messing around with things like AC here in Vegas in the summer months... even with a brand new build.

These guys are honest, on time and incredibly effective... exactly what I needed and was hoping for... it's great to have this team in your corner and nice to have the expertise of Charlie (tech) who explained everything he was doing and everything I needed to do moving forward.

Talk about fast service!

One late summer morning, the air conditioning system downstairs went out and kept turning off after attempting to turn it on. Of course, it had to break down in the middle of the scorching heat too.

Thanks to some quick research on Yelp, I found Nevada Residential Services. Even during the peak season for all A/C companies, NRS was able to get someone over to fix the issue within 4 hours! We had the pleasure of working with Charlie who was very informative and professional.

Believe it or not, after a couple weeks later, the upstairs A/C went out! Knowing Charlie's work ethic already, we called Nevada Residential Services and asked for his professional service again. Thank you all for keeping us cool!

My A/C went out Friday evening (and it was approx. 98 degrees outside) we were on our way out the door so I didn't have time to worry about it at that moment. Fast forward to 8am Saturday morning. Ok,a/c is still out and it's HOT. So I pull up Yelp to check out reviews. The first place I called said they were booked all weekend. So next I called NRS and The gentleman asked a few pre questions and said he would be here between 11-1pm and would call 30 minutes before arrival. Timur called about noon and arrived 30 minutes later as promised. Timur and his assistant had my a/c up and running within 30 minutes. The price was very reasonable. I was a happy customer, thank you NRS!!!

Listen, I had a heating issue in my home office -- the heater would not turn off -- which struck at 6 p.m. I was worried. i didn't want to leave the heat on all night, but no one would come. Everyone said they could do the following afternoon at the earliest. Thank God for Nevada Residential Services! They showed up that very night and had the problem fixed within a half hour. I've reviewed this company twice in the last 2 years for equipment installation, both times giving them 5*. I noticed that they have now 163 reviews,ALL of them apparently 5*. This turns out not to be completely accurate -- they only have 160 5* reviews, 2 four stat and one 3 star. I suppose some people are hard to please -- one fellow took off a star because Tim had greasy hands, presumably after rushing from his last job to keep him appointment.

This is quite remarkable. I find it extraordinary that NRS can satisfy Las Vegas notoriously bad-tempered population so well! There should have been a few people in there giving one star, bent out of shape because they had mis-dialed Mario's got NRS instead, and were now furious that technicians had not thought to bring them that pizza that they were expecting.

I understand that the owners are Armenian immigrants, although I could be wrong. Gentlemen (and ladies too), you are most welcome here, and a fine example of the benefits that controlled immigration gives us, as well as being a great ad for your country of origin!. I'd be interested if you were comfortable sharing some of the story of how you ended up in Las Vegas.

Continuing that 5* recommendation...

Uh, and credit too to YELP, for designing algorithms which allow businesses to get ratings consistent with their worth, and methods where us finicky consumers can find the best!

I have two dogs, a husky and a malamute-- having them in Las Vegas means having a reliable ac service is essential. Twice Nevada Residential Services Air Conditioning and Heating has helped me make sure the house is comfortable for my family and my dogs. They responded very promptly, courteously and are very fair and open with their services and costs. I even appreciated the fact that when temps were in triple digits (110+) they worked to prioritize people who only had one unit. This is a family owned business and the owner is the one who came to my house. He was very competent and you could tell worked to do the best for me as his client. I appreciate the speedy service and attention to my home. I would recommend them to anyone looking for an honest and efficient ac repairman. Will use them in the future if I have any issues.

Charlie, the technician, was GREAT. We were having problems with the circuit breaker tripping for the air-conditioning. Charlie came out and checked everything. He cleaned the compressor/condenser and determined we needed more refrigerate and took care of that.

Seriously.. who is this guy? The Angel of the Desert is going to be his new name. Where do I began? I just moved to Las Vegas (IN THE MIDDLE OF SUMMER) from LA (don't ask why, that's besides the point). I haven't been in my house for more than a week and the upstairs A/C unit started acting up (aka my room was a real life sauna in these 110+ degree temps we've had).

Finally at 6:30 Sunday morning, I literally couldn't take it anymore so I hopped on yelp to face the painstaking task of finding a trustworthy HVAC professional. I'm a single mom so I'm always expecting people trying to get over on me and especially for services from male dominated industries. Anyway, back to the reason I'm here...

I called a few places and either they weren't open or couldn't get to me until next week (I'd literally die before then in this heat). I saw Nevada Residential Services ranked number 1 so of course I DID NOT call them first assuming they'd be totally booked and pretty arrogant about their standing. Like an idiot, I called about 4 other companies first and with no surprise, no luck. I decided what the hell, call the fancy pants company because at this point I wanted anyone that spell air conditioner.

To my surprise a real live technician (not an answering service) answered my called.. at 7:03 on a Sunday morning. After a brief series of questions, Tim was able to fit me into his booked schedule to come take a look. He was very up front that if it was something major, I'd basically need an appointment and that's totally expected. Sure enough, just as he had promised, Tim and another super nice tech showed right when he said they would.

This is the first time that I'd ever recommend a HVAC company to this extent. And I have lived in some of the hottest climates in the US including Texas. This experience was mind blowing. While my problem couldn't be totally fixed at this time, he made sure that I had a temporary solution that got my house back cool again as well as thoroughly explained what I needed to do in the meantime to keep cool without destroying my unit until I can get the more extensive job done. There was no pressure, no up sale, no making me feel like an idiot... just simply a very knowledgeable expert that genuinely wanted to help me.

He REFUSED to let me pay him. Wow. I guess this world has hope after all. You'll probably read this same review everywhere else because I am going to use my big mouth to tell everyone and anyone how amazing this company truly is. If you're lucky enough to be in his service area, by all means call Nevada Residential Services FIRST. Thank you Timur.

I tried to install my thermostat myself but my wires in the wall weren't matching up with my my thermostat, so I called Timur around 9 am on a Monday he showed up the same day around 1. He came in with his partner they were both very polite and looked very professional . Took him upstairs showed him what was wrong he went into my attic to check wires from furnace to outlet and he fixed the the problem and installed my new thermostat with in the hour. They are so wonderful! They came over & checked my AC unit & knew exactly what's wrong right away & fix my AC . Then stupid me I guess I didn't know how to use thermostats properly & thought the air wasn't coming out when I came home . So I texted Tim around 9 pm & asked him what to do . They came all the way from south end of town to NW to check my unit again in the same night ! Wound up everything was fine .. just my bad. They are so nice & knowledgeable what they do. Fantastic service! They saved us from spending another day in a very hot house. We were in a pinch to find someone to inspect and repair my grandma's air conditioning. Robert was helpful and setup a house call that day. The tech, Eric, was there within the hour and quickly spotted the issue. Hands down best A.C compony in town.
My blower went down out of no where and I contact them and told the situation. They show up within 2 hours and fix the motor inside the attic.
They are knowledgeable and found out the problem quickly. Service fee was reasonable.

Tim fixed my HVAC over a month ago and I have had no issues since then. I don't typically write long reviews but this is a story I think is telling -

I lost my phone at the Bellagio and it was there at the lost and found. I had no idea. Tim called me on my cell phone because we had an appointment and the security there picked up and told him they have my phone. Shortly thereafter my battery died. I called Tim from a friends phone. Tim relayed the message to me and told me where my phone is. I'm not sure I would have found because I had visited many hotels that day and my phone was as good as lost in my mind. When I saw Tim for our appointment, he asked if I had my phone back. I appreciate that he cared.

Our a/c went out last week and our home warranty company wouldn't cover it. I spoke to Robert and he personally came out as soon as he could and gave us so much ease about the process. He and the owner even tried to help us with a financial issue since I wasn't sure if we should update just one part or all of it. They went way beyond any other company. They had the best financial options as well. We ended up buying an entire unit and the NRS crew was there the next day for installation. The air conditioner went out on the second floor of our home. It was the first day of an excessive heat warning so it was pretty miserable! The first floor still worked but upstairs is where the bedrooms & loft are.

Nevada Residential Services was quick & efficient. The tech (forgot his name) who came to service our unit was pleasant, friendly, efficient and clean - he put booties over his shoes which was much appreciated for this part Asian household and cleaned up all his mess :) The overall turnaround time was 2 days. First day he came to see what the problem was which turned out to be a motor. Second day he replaced the motor. Overall a great experience!

AC went out earlier this evening and NRS was able to send a tech out within an hour of calling. Charlie arrived and was nothing short of spectacular. With a mask on and booties on his feet, he got to work. He quickly diagnosed a bad capicitor and had it swapped out in less than 15 minutes. Service is impeccable and prices are reasonable. Based on the reviews, I decided to have a maintenance inspection of my AC unit. Tech Charlie A. was very professional and checked everything on the AC unit. He showed which parts that needed to be replaced soon. There was no upselling either. I would recommend this company for your AC & heating needs. They also have a membership yearly that goes to the discount of parts and labor with a very long warranty on their behalf. If the product fails, they will replace at no charge. A must to have!

Our air conditioning went out late at night and we were panicked. We have a large amount of fish and it was a very hot August night, we were afraid the water would get to hot for them. My husband called and talked to Timur after 11pm and he was wonderful with us even at that late hour. He said he would be there in the morning and indeed he was! He showed up on time, found the problem ( bad capacitor ) promptly had it repaired and with a very fair price. What more could you ask for! Five stars all the way. Great company! Our a/c went out and they were able to come out within a couple hours after calling them. They were very friendly and encouraged me to be there with them while they diagnosed and fixed my unit so they could explain everything and give me a choice of what I would like to do. They completed the work quickly and verified everything was working correctly afterwards. Would highly recommend to anyone else!

Came home last night and found that one of my units was not blowing cold got online and found Nevada residential they actually responded to my call last night we're here first thing in the morning and I was totally impressed with Juan the technician found a very knowledgeable very honest took care of the problem life's good would highly recommend this company

I'm so pleased with a quick response on Saturday afternoon. I had to make so many phone calls, none of the other companies was able to get to my house to discover the problem. The owner was so nice and made sure one of the company's excellent technicians get to my house within 2 hours.

I just had two new complete systems installed in my home. I've worked with a lot of contractors over the years, and I must say that my experience with Nevada residential AC is one of the best I've ever had. Their installers were top notch and did an outstanding job. My home has never felt more comfortable. I decided to use Tim because I felt like he was honest and fair with the price. This will now be my third five star review of Nevada Residential Services! They just installed a brand new water line to my house from the main city line. Luis and his team finished ahead of time and right on budget! They worked quickly and professionally respecting my home every step of the way! When they were done working they washed down the sidewalks, driveway, and even blew the dust off of my car! Five Stars!!! Charlie Charlie he's the man if he can't do it no one can!! Called this place at midnight and Robert answered, told him my situation and said he could send someone over ASAP. I declined since it wasn't too hot and just scheduled an apt for the morning. Well, I been reading all these reviews and Charlie's name kept popping up and guess who showed up Charlie!! Really nice guy professional, and listened to my situation. Fixed the problem and notified me of everything going on!! Great service!!

I called these guys after reading their reviews on Yelp. We were having issues with on of our AC units, which would come on but would not blow cold air upstairs.

They called me right back and advised me they could try and check out the issue that night. Shortly thereafter, Tim texted me and told me he would be over in ten minutes. When they arrived, they put booties over their shoes and headed to the upstairs thermostat. After a few minutes, Tim explained that the issue was with my Nevada Power thermostat and not the AC unit and he showed me how the electrical parts on the thermostat were screwy. Honesty.

Knowing that I would not need them for this issue, I asked Tim how much I could pay him for the service and diagnostic. His response? NOTHING. I asked him several more times how much I could pay him for the service call and he continued responding nothing. Amazing.

In addition, Tim and his partner showed me how to fix the thermostat myself! They even went so far as to draw a diagram and provide me with two shaved wires to use.

These guys go above and beyond. These positive Yelp reviews are spot on!

My tenant was complaining about the air flow coming from the heater and that it was not distributing evenly in the house. I called NRS and was able to have somebody over the next day to find out what is wrong with the system. They were quick and able to give me a very reasonable quote on fixing the system along with taking pictures with detail explanation. Once we determined the cost (which was very reasonable), the parts took about 3 days to recieve and they were able to fix the heater the next day. It was fast and very friendly service. The air flow in the house is now very satisfactory.

Called after a tenant was complaining about the air-conditioning vibrating. They sent a technician there the same day with short notice, inspected everything, called back saying everything was normal. They could of taken advantage of me and said I should replace it which was my fear being 11 years old but they said it was all good and no charge. Totally saved me. I will only use, trust, and recommend Nevada Residential Services going forward.

I wish I would have called this company first, & they have my business moving forward.

Last night I was woken up in the middle of the night by my smoke alarms, and a strong burning plastic smell and smoke was coming out of my vents. It was my worst nightmare, I thought the house was on fire!

After terrible experiences dealing with substandard contractors that my home warranty company sends (who by the way needed an entire week to come after I finally got a hold of them), I decided to hire the best rated company I could find using my own money. I was very concerned there was a safety or electrical hazard in my unit, and honestly-- I was terrified of my house burning down.

The entire experience was what all contractors should strive for. They called me back quickly, came out the same day, took pictures, and most importantly-- the technician knew what he was talking about and was incredibly thorough. He found the problem and carefully inspected all of the wiring, and we discussed what happened in detail.

I can't thank you guys enough for helping me with my emergency. I used to go with the cheapest home warranty contractor because I figured all I had to worry about was being inconvenienced for a few additional days, but after this experienced-- I realized my safety and home could be at risk. I know I sound like a tacky commercial for these guys but honestly, it was some scary a** sh**. I'm not trusting anyone in my ac wiring or unit anymore unless they're qualified like these guys.

Oh and the craziest part-- it cost not that much more than the service fee would have cost me with the warranty company!

has to be the best or at least one of the best in the las vegas valley, very professional, techs are personable and knowledgeable, we had our hot water heater replaced by them app. 3 years ago and explained everything that they had to do, then on july 3rd of this year, 2023, our a/c unit finally quit working not only did they come right out but they replaced it that day and had a tech come out on the 4th to inspect the work, cannot say enough good things about this company, the best.

It's getting cold lately so I tried to turn my heater on to get my place little warmer. It's seems to work but blowing cold air, so I turned it off and called Nevada residential services next morning. Tim was there as soon as i got back from work he spent about an hour and it was good to go blowing hot air again. Price was good and absolutely fit my budget

Tim is great. I called about the problem yesterday afternoon and scheduled a free estimate for the next morning. They found the motor problem on my heater fan, replaced the motor and cleaned up the system on the spot. Job was done by noon, and heater is working again.
Great work, great team, will recommend.

Absolute best service hands down! Call these guys if your AC goes out in this crazy heat. They are professional and quick. Showed up in an hr. They don't overcharge you or tell you you need something you don't. I've passed out their name and info to all my family and friends. I've used them twice myself and they haven't disappointed me. I can't even express how happy we are having Nevada Residential come out to fix our leaking AC. Charlie was professional and took the time to answer all of my questions, and was able to fix the unit for a very affordable price. I love an honest company (there's not too many out there) and I cannot recommend this company enough! Next time (hope there won't BE a next time) the AC dies, this will be the only company we will call. Thanks for being awesome!
