My water heater broke and he replaced it within two hours of my call. He went over all the necessary trouble shooting tips and also helped with my water softener. Reasonable price, very knowledgeable, very good customer service and care.

They came out for an estimate and said they could do it right then. That was a surprise; I thought I'd have to wait weeks like every other service in Las Vegas these days. He was friendly and took his time with the project. I would hire him again if I need a plumber.

I had Derrick come to my house on Friday night to install a replacement water heater for a new one that was defective.  Not wanting to wait until next week some time for Rheem to send out their tech, Derrick agreed to do the job for the amount Rheem was willing to pay.  He came with 3-4 hours of my call and completed the job to my satisfaction.  He even returned the defective water heater to Home Depot.  I was very satisfied with his work and would gladly recommend him to anyone.

Derrick responded to a quote request timely. He came and installed our water conditioner and saw that we had tried to do it ourselves. He gave us tips, no upsell and the price was very reasonable. Wore a mask the whole time and was extremely polite and fast. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend Ellie Services for the value, attention to detail and the quality of work. Derek is responsive and tries to understand the project before work starts. I needed to have a rain shower replaced as well as a regular shower head. Derek was meticulous and skilled with the installation.

He responded to my call and we set up a Sunday appointment. He was on time, completed the job and cleaned up. He did a good kid and was easy to talk too. His price was fair. I would recommend him to anyone.

One thing you can tell immediately, is that Darrick is a pro. It's starts with the fact he was the first to respond to my quote request, continued with offering a fair price compared to all other providers, and finished with his availability and great job that he has done in our house. You can tell this guy knows what he's doing and truly care of his job and helping others. Oh, and of course, he arrived with a mask on, which is really important to me.

Everything went great! I was contacted right away about my problem. Appointment was scheduled for next day with no delay and the problem was assessed with a reasonable solution. The problem was completely taken care of within 3 hours repairs completed. Excellent service!

Needed two tvs hung on wall. Found this company on yelp. Called got quote,set up time for the next day. About an hour prior to arrival got call that they were ahead of schedule and would be at house in about 30 minutes. Two guys showed up,asked me to show them what I wanted,they got started. In about 1 hour they had both tvs up. Price was 20.00 more,because I had wrong mount for one of tvs,but they had one that fit. Great work,timely and polite. Would recommend you give these guys a try if you need tvs mounted or some plumbing.

I had a handyman replace an old bathroom faucet and toilet with new updated ones. Derrick showed up on time and the work is solid. Price was reasonable. I will call them again in the future if needed and would recommend him to others.

Derrick did a great job!! He was prompt , and arrived a little early than originally stated, he also texted me that he was on his way.  He evaluated the situation and gave me a great price to fix my leaking pipes. He was able to make the repair with minimal disruption to my shower area. I was surprised on how he took great effort to make the repairs quick and efficient. I recently moved into a new condo and had a list of repairs I needed done. Derrick was very quick to respond and super knowledgeable about the repairs. Among other fixes, he replaced the pipes for all the sinks and installed two brand new toilets and a new sink in the guest bathroom. His initial in-person quote matched the final cost and was better than several other repairmen/companies. Furthermore, he was friendly and flexible when accommodating a scheduling mistake I made. I would definitely hire him again for future service needs.

Replaced water heater and the instant hot pump that was broken.  He did a great job and did a follow up to reset the pump for the times we needed so we had instant hot water.  Price was definitely fair and lower than all the companies with the nice trucks, but I got the same quality of work.  Thanks Ellie's Services!
